Luton Hoo Hotel Car Park: what do users think?
Girish Chikkanna: Small car park with no valet parking for the farther one! Service wasn't great either. Went for an afternoon tea, which was gift. After we left, found out that the voucher included a glass of champagne for each one of us, which was never offered! £120 for 3 for a rack of sandwiches, pastries and 2 mugs of tea was exorbitant, in addition to poor service.
Maurice Strange: Lovely place, lovely afternoon tea
In The Dark: On holiday from the US and wanted to experience a proper British Afternoon Tea. Took my mom and sister, we had a great time in the beautiful mansion. The service was prompt and everything was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the lemongrass ginger tea, scones and clotted cream and the salmon finger sandwiches. Came away stuffed though we declined the refill. Will definitely visit again.
Alyson Singer: The location and granduer spectacularRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Umme Noor: Sadly we didn't book afternoon tea so had to have alternative.
Helen Houldcroft: Lovely afternoon tea, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of food to eat and drinks were constantly being refreshed.
Nick Hughes: Thank you for letting me use the library for an interview the service and attention to detail by the staff is excellent!
Dally Kaur: Service slow, celebrating 50th birthdays with friends. Wasn't a good experience and not worth £40
Karen Burke: Beautiful hotel. Had afternoon tea very nice
Helena Reid: Better than our first visit. First one waitress told us we could only have two types of sandwiches but the second waitress was a little more accommodating. The cake selection was too sickly sweet bearing in mind we had scones and cream. Beautiful surroundings, pleasant staff, but not good value for money.
Amanda Sheridan: Shocking!! Four tasteless pastries, 1 pot of tea, 1 coffee,1 orange juice £25!!!Service was horrendous. I am gluten free, my friend had the normal pastries. When they arrived, the girl didn't know which one was gluten free!! No milk came which we asked for 1 soya, 1 cows milk. Only cows milk came, they had to go back for the soya. Disgusting!!! Do the staff not know about allergies for heaven sake!!!!I will never go back there again. It was a treat for our birthdays. Have been numerous times before but it has gone down hill dramatically. Don't blame covid for incompetent staff and overpriced inedible foodOnly got 1 star as it doesn't accept no stars
lisa Palmer: Luton Airport
Nicola Palmer: Very grand, expensive, lovely grounds so take you walking shoes. Friendly staff. Nice for a special occasion
Dave Burrows: Won't bother going back, went for an afternoon tea it was over priced with bland food. Service was poor and a gratuity is automatically added to the bill, I should be able pay a gratuity IF I think the service deserves it which unfortunately it didn't!! The toilets are in a very poor condition and are in desperate need of some TLC.
Jorge Morales: V nice hotel and sorrounding estate
Sue Donoghue: No problems with parking
Erika Harings: Amazing venue, amidst food, very comfortable, beautiful surroundings
Gareth Dobbs: If you go inside you get access to a garden. Its free and on a good day there are many great walks for your dog if you are willing to explore a bit. You can walk for hours without seeing a sole.My mistake I later found out it is privately owned by a hotel chain and dog walkers in fact all walkers are not welcome unless they are customers. I was asked to leave by the hotel manager who followed me in to the car park and on leaving told me not to come back. It is such a shame that they can not allow walkers access to the 1000 acre estate they advertise on their website. I guess they just haven't got the space and are not willing to contribute to the local community. I will be thinking twice about becoming a customer in the future unless they decide to take a less churlish stance.Having said that I'm sure the facilities are fantastic if you are one of the lucky ones who can afford them.
A G: Finally got to use a voucher that I had last year for afternoon tea. Very nice tea shame you can't go round the house any more though...I did it years ago and shame it was raining so never walked the grounds again .never mind next time
Pete Kemp: Brilliant would recommend afternoon tea excellent
Ecow Smith-Asante: On point

Premier Inn Luton (Airport) hotel: what do users think?
Andrew Ruff: Great stay here.Staff very welcoming and helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Sam Jordan: Never had a bad experience with Premier Inn, you know what you pay for, service very helpful, staff friendly, breakfasts are worth the booking alone.Rooms: Rooms are always very clean and well servicedNearby activities: Luton Dart and Airport walking distance or if youre like me and travel a day before flying Central London only half and hour away by train from Luton Station, also a big retail park 5 minute walk away.
Arseni Intelman: Over the course of years I stayed in about 10 different premier inns. This undoubtedly the worst of them. Must be something wrong with the hotel management.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
PJK LDN: So this is not walking distance from the airport. It’s actually convenient for the new dart or train station. The hotel itself I believe has had better days. I heard the person upstairs walking or even jumping along, which was annoying because I had an early flight. Rooms are normal but this must be an old premier inn and one that needs renovation. As I said it’s close to the train station and you have a beefeater and McDonald’s close by. I think despite the price I will avoid staying here in future if I can hear neighbours make noise especially when all I am getting is a few hours sleep
rob davies: You know exactly what you are getting; great rooms, great service and the locations are spot-on.We were only here for a few hours for a early flight but it was so easy, warm and comfy..like a pair of old slippers...Loved it.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christina Drust: Clean and nice, slept well on a comfy bed.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ryan-luke Drake: Perfectly decent premier inn. What you would expect with no surprises.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Robin Vincent: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Luton, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process a breeze. The hotel's location at the heart of Luton is ideal, as it provides easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and transportation hubs. One of the standout features of this hotel is its affordability. Premier Inn Luton offers excellent value for money without compromising on quality. The room rates were surprisingly low, especially considering the level of comfort and service provided. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel also boasts an on-site restaurant that serves a delicious and varied breakfast buffet. The breakfast options catered to all tastes, with both hot and cold selections available. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In terms of service, Premier Inn Luton truly shines. The staff members were always available to assist with any queries or requests, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was providing directions to nearby attractions or arranging transportation, their level of professionalism and attentiveness was commendable.Overall, Premier Inn Luton offers a cheap yet high-quality stay at the heart of Luton. It is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for affordable accommodation without compromising on comfort or convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luton and will definitely be returning on my next trip.
Mina: The hotel is at a convenient location, close to the airport. But the place stinks, our room had a nasty smell and mould in the bathroom. The bedsheets smelled bad too, it mad me sick. Also, you could hear people from upstairs walking all night. I'm a big fan of Premier Inn, but I will never visit this one.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Mark Stapleton: Arrived at 14:40 to check in to be told if we checked in it would be £10 for a early check in no leewayRooms always goodRooms: Nice room bed great
