S Houghton: Sue of whoever the branch manager is definitely incapable of operating the branch. Not just the low latingd but treatment to your customers. You actually threatened to call the police when I begged you to let me withdraw my money which was emergency! I was only 1min late (18.02.23) which I explained someone hit my car reason for the minute lateness! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this branch. Pretty pathetic leader

Sorry I like to sort my banking out with a person not a machine. What should have taken a couple of minutes took 25.I also prefer to be out of town asap. Very disappointed with lloyds. I have never had or have had any problems with anyone, although I have previously encounter Folks at the Bank who were employed through Lloyds Bank, which were naive, arrogant, brassy, uncultivated and ill-mannered, coz they thought that while they are acting through Lloyds Bank that they are something more and better, in comparison with others, meaning that they were pretending and comparing themselves, which is the biggest mistake, unfortunately it is not true, since and forasmuch as I would be bodily employed through the medium of Lloyds Bank Head Office, alongside Managing Director entire Lloyds Bank, in London, so I knew and i do not get instructed, nor obstructed, neither lectured, illegaly, be no means, and onward grounds for I did not have or I shall any hard times, by now, outright, is the ground of my Family - Corporate - Global Attorney's, as to which are keeping in touch along with Lloyds Bank Main Office, Chairman, ... , throughout, such that thumbs up and no problem, on the whole. MS RMAA: Very disappointed to visit branch. Staff have no knowledge how to value their customers. They have no respect for time and effort people make journey at branch. Bunch of unprofessional staff who have no knowledge what are they supposed to do totally irresponsible for providing wrong information but great to cover up their colleague’s mistakes. I made formally complaint about their stubborn attitude. Lloyds itself very good bank they should invest some resources to hire professionals staff. I am surprised despite several negative reviews about this particular branch no one taken any action yet. Wish I can give zero star.

Ramona Pistol: I used the self machine to deposit a cheque and got a receipt. After 3 days I got a letter to tell me that they didn't bank my money. They don't want to return the cheque to me now, so this is theft. Lloyds personnel in Luton are thieves.

Slay & Repeat: THE WORST BANK IN UK , DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE LIARS. Im an international student with a valid status and I had to walk to the bank 4 times in a single day to open an account, the employees lack professionalism and are very discriminatory in their behaviour, first they told me I could have the account same day then they made me walk to the bank again and again telling me about each requirement not all at once but separately due to which I missed 2 of my classes and then they lied about the fact that my application for account was dismissed by the home office when in reality I complained to the home office and they had no evidence of any such rejection

Mary Cleary: I am a dinosaur when it comes to technology. So when it came to being able to see my account at the touch of a button, I was not sure what to do. So I walked into my local branch and they took over, I could not fault there efficiency, support and friendliness. To make it even better this was only one of several visits to my bank and each time I found them the same. I would recommend my metro bank to anyone.

ali mahmood: A branch full of machines and it still closes at 2pm. They have 1 staff on the counter even if there's long queues. So many machines have replaced the staff in the branch. These machines need to be outside we're people can access them when the branch is closed.
omer rabbi: Definitely one of the worst branch I have ever been, I was asked to wait for a short time and I ended up with 2 hours waiting, whenever I asked some one ,kept saying someone will come shortly after almost an hour one lady came and told me she is in the middle of something ,she doesn't know how long this is going to take. She told me to come back later. Very rude , no apologies whatsoever. Disgusting customer service.

Sakeena K: I booked an interview to set up a bank account with this particular branch. When I arrived it seemed they hadn't slotted me in so I had to wait and book again. When I finally had an appointment the agent who served me was unprofessional, childish and had no regard for personal content.Anyway, it was all set up and fine until I received my card and details in the post. My name had been spelt wrong on the card and it was not a case of misinformation as my passport was in full view and spelt correctly. I attempted to get it sorted within the same place but I was met with some very unhelpful people. I ended up going to the branch on George Street instead and it was all sorted.Needless to say I was not at all impressed with the initial branch I went to and have not been back since.

Kamrun Nahar: Those machine inside sometimes doesn't give back change after a bill payment so I asked the assistant for the change she took my receipt went inside after about 15 minutes later she came out with the change but not with the receipt I asked for the receipt she was unwilling to get it for me I was getting late had to go somewhere else so just left without further argument. Horrible service

Rudolph Hucker: What a strange outfit! To make an appointment to speak to them you are routed via an 0800 number to somebody whose job seems to be to try to put your through to any branch other than that at 170 Dunstable Road. Wherever he connects you to, the phone rings out without answer. This was not a once off - I tried seven times to speak to them before finding out that Natwest are actually interested in meeting new customers.What a shambles Barclays are!
