Luke Ellis: Carl from the service department has been ace! Even though the overall repair is a big one, he made the process stress free and efficient. Would highly recommend and yet again proving why you can trust this service department.

Dan Simpson: My experience of this garage is really poor. I was looking for a PHEV Tucson and did a Carwow quote. The best price didn't have one to drive so I called Bedford who told me they had one so I booked a test drive. I got there and they only had a MHEV but said it was the same. Which I pointed out it wasn't.I drove it anyway and was told next month a PHEV was coming in and they would call me. Which they didn't. I then gave the feedback to the dealership who apologised and said someone would call me to sort. Which they didn't.I then passed this feedback to the CEO who passed it to the dealership who called but kept missing and was never available when I called back. The dealership passed it to someone else internally so booked me in to drive the car. This is after interrogating me on my story basically saying there was no record of me there.On the morning of the drive he called to say the person who drove it was ill and he would call me to rearrange. Which he didn't.I sent a final mail to the dealership manager and the CEO letting them know how bad this was. Obviously no reply.Pretty terrible service from start to finish. Wouldn't go near Motorvogue again.
Kaspars Hofmanis: I purchased car last year. There initially was issue with clicking noise from suspension. They assured us that it will be fixed. After 5 visits they can’t figure out what caused it. On last visit we agreed that car is on extended test for nearly a month.They did not find anything. Even a courtesy car with 3000 miles on clock had the same problem.I think Seat knows what is wrong but refuses to fix.The clicking noise is constant and getting worse.I contacted Seat head office and they told us to go to different Seat service and see what is wrong..In meantime they advise to contact motor ombudsman.Service guys are just waste of the time.Please think twice before buying cars from this dealer.

I had problems with the car I went to them and they told me it had been in an accident (the car doesn't have a scratch) and the radar had broken and they wanted £320 to repair it, I refused and this morning seeing the car I noticed that they they had done damage to open the radar cover because there are so many screwdriver marks

She was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and arranged everything at short notice so my car was ready on time. She highlighted all the aftercare options that could benefit me. The whole process was smooth, easy and enjoyable.
Adrienn Toth: I called the dealership two days before my visit in person with the interest of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler and I was promised a call back to book a time with the agent. Not that I ever received a callback but when I went to the showroom the two people who were there after making eye contact without even saying Hi turned around and went to the other room. It’s in a way a luxury viechel and the customer service was non-existing and made us so frustrated that we took our business elsewhere. I have to mention that this wasn’t the first time I tried to contact Jeep dealerships and the level of service was the same so I’m not sure is company policy to make future customers feel mistreated and ignored but I‘m beyond disappointed.- Dear Neil, Thank you for taking the time and writing back on our recent experience. I called the dealership on Monday the 15th of May and left my name and number. I don't think any training necessary to note down those details down if you like to future talk abate this matter I'm happy to take your call any time. It was almost as if they intentionally avoided us, which left us feeling ignored and unwelcome.To make matters worse, we had reached out to the dealership beforehand, hoping to gather some information, but our calls went unanswered. mev202: Arthur and Luke in the Hyundai dealership were fantastic. A great showroom, with space to look around. Test drives offered, clean toilets and tea and coffee offered. A great experience. Only one tiny issue, parking is a bit tight. But overall I recommend the Hyundai part of this Motorvogue dealership.

The atmosphere was great and all the staff seemed relaxed, happy and obviously enjoy being there. We spoke to Luke who afterwards we found out is actually the manager - he wasn’t hiding in an office or out the way but hands on and this approach is fantastic. We’re really happy with the service we had and would totally recommend. Please pass on our thanks to Luke and the rest of the team.
