Lord Mayor’s Show

The Lord Mayor - mayor of the City - goes by coach a month after his election to the Royal Court of Justice to take the oath of allegiance to the British Crown.

This 800-year-old parade brings together Londoners and tourists every year who come to see more than 6500 costumed people, 165 horses and 35 floats. Without forgetting the fanfare and the fireworks!
