Admiral Duncan, one of London's most famous gay pubs


 

The Admiral Duncan pub, named after the admiral who defeated the Dutch fleet at the Battle of Camperdown in 1797 is a famous gay bar in the heart of Soho.
It offers plenty of entertainment such as cabaret nights on weekends, a jukebox filled with hits from the 80s and 90s and a dance floor!

Admiral Duncan is appreciated for his friendliness and for the quality of his drag shows.

Comptons, a victorian gay pub

 

Comptons is a large, two-storey Victorian-style pub with two bars offering craft beers and lagers, among others.

With chandeliers, candelabras and a piano, the Comptoms is a pub with traditional decor. For more calm, prefer the bar upstairs with its more cozy atmosphere. It is also in this lounge that live rugby and football matches are broadcast.

The Duke Of Wellington, a traditional gay pub

The Kings Arms, a pub for "bears"

The City of Quebec: one of the oldest gay pub in London

 

The City of Quebec is a friendly gay pub frequented by regular customers. It is nicknamed the “elephant cemetery” because of the age of its clientele, the average age of which is around 40-50 years. However in the evening, during shows or in the nightclub located in the basement, the clientele gets a facelift!

King William IV, un pub gay so british

 

Since 1930, King William IV has been a charming traditional and cozy pub, richly decorated. We appreciate its typically British decoration, its benches and its subdued light. People come there for its tranquility with its patio and cozy bar and a light musical background leaving room for discussion.

This pub does not offer a transformist show but a few concerts.
