The surprising story of the Cahoots bar!

Completely unusual, Cahoots is located in an old disused metro station! More precisely, this is where the "Kingly Court" station of the Bakerloo line was located. During World War II, this abandoned metro station was used as a shelter by the population during air raids.

What is the atmosphere of this secret bar?

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The adorable staff, welcoming and available to tell you the history of the place and advise you on the plethora of cocktails.

All are dressed according to the fashion of the time, a gingham check dress for the girls; vest / suspenders, cap for boys.

When it comes to decoration, nothing is left to chance. Indeed, to be true to reality, Cahoots consulted the London Transport Museum which advised them on the staging of the place.

All the objects are period and steeped in history such as the metro car, the bunk beds, the old metro map or the remaining sandbags from the Blitz.

There are plenty of them and it's a pleasure to discover them. Don't hesitate to take a stroll in the bar, just like me, you will take a trip to the 40s and forget the outside world!

What do we drink at the Cahoots bar?

Cahoots offers dozens of original cocktails served in flasks, vintage milk bottles, mugs and other vintage and atypical containers to discover.

The menu in the form of a newspaper is made up of 8 pages of inventive cocktails each bearing a name reminiscent of the 30s and 40s. Exit the classics Mojito, Pina Coloda or Cuba Libre, let yourself be surprised by unusual recipes!

Among the exhaustive list, we find the Swing For Victory, a mixture of beetroot, vodka, rose and garnished with an Oxo Cube; or Judy Garland, a refreshing cocktail made from lemon, tea, gin, aperol, grapefruit and chamomile.

But the most surreal is "The Tanqueray No. Ten Station Clock", served in a real desk clock.

Beer lovers can taste the Spitfire Premium Kentish Ale, a golden English ale with subtle touches of caramel, citrus and spices.

In addition to drinks, it is possible to nibble a ration 😉 which are like cocktails, original and tasty creations!

What is the price of a cocktail?

The price of a cocktail varies between £ 10 and £ 12. It may seem expensive but given their originality, their quality and the setting they are well worth them!

Concerts and events not to be missed

Every weekend from Friday to Sunday from 22pm, the Cahoots organizes live concerts of Jazz, Swing, Lindyhop, Charleston ... the opportunity to dance and immerse yourself in the music of the 40s. consult the program.
