User FAQs

The service and staff at this business were lovely, providing a good and attentive service. The waiters were friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable. The restaurant interior had a unique and interesting design, reminiscent of Disney's Jafar's palace, which added to the overall ambiance.

The set of sauces that came with the meal was a nice touch, adding variety and flavor to the dishes. The olive starter was particularly enjoyable, providing a tasty and appetizing beginning to the meal.

However, there were some areas that could be improved upon. The flavors in the food were not as strong as expected, particularly in the rice dish. The lack of flavor made the overall dining experience somewhat underwhelming.

In addition, the cardamom coffee was weak and lacked the expected aroma. It would have been better if the coffee had a stronger flavor profile, and perhaps the staff could ask customers how they prefer their coffee to be prepared.

Furthermore, there were instances of poor customer service. In one review, the manager failed to bring out the dessert and did not provide the promised mint tea. This lack of attention to detail and follow-through is disappointing.

Lastly, in another review, a customer had a negative experience with the shisha. The worker took the pipe without permission, took multiple puffs, and then handed it back. This intrusion and disregard for the customer's preferences is unacceptable.

In conclusion, while the business has positive aspects such as friendly staff, unique interior design, and tasty starters, there are areas that need improvement. The flavors in the food should be stronger, the coffee should have a more pronounced taste, and the customer service should be more attentive and sincere. Additionally, respecting customer preferences and boundaries is essential for a positive experience.
