Little Waitrose & Partners South Bank Tower: what do users think?

Sail H.: Very kind staff. But half of what you expect even in a small Waitrose is sold out or not available at all. It’s rather a convenient corner shop for all employees at the offices nearby who look for a sandwich or meal deal, but not worth going if you actually live in the area and want to cook and/or bake. Selection of vegetables/salads and fruits was usually good, but quality and availability is not convincing anymore. Too expensive for what you get.

Cassandra P: Thank you to the staff for their kindness and patience to us out of towners. Plenty of quick bits to choose from. Not the cheapest I’ve seen while out but it will work.

Michael Gerrish: It is just too expensive. M&S has better selection and cheaper prices. Went today with a list of 10 things. Came away with 2. Eight things were just too expensive and cheaper nearby.

Jo Charles: Accepts John Lewis returns 7 days a week.

Rafal B: Friendly staff. The shelves were well-stocked of a good variety of products. However, I spotted some expired jars of their brand’s brownie bites. (Hence the 4/5 stars) The date on them was the 23rd of September while it’s the 25th today. They should be more aware of expiration dates. Overall, it’s a clean and good place to shop.

Джеймс Бонд: As usual, Waitrose delivers high quality products and pretty good service in this tiny version. However, I found it frustrating not being able to get many ingredients to actually cook with. Fine if you want some milk, a sandwich, or a ready meal, for example, forget it if you actually cook yourself, though. Really it is just a nice corner shop.

Neil A. Evans: Decent local sized Waitrose. Usually has a good selection of fresh vegetables and breads, and a wide selection of ready meal and pre-prepared food. Most of the checkouts are self serve, staff are friendly, security less so.

Mike Sharp: A lovely selection of freshly made Breads, Rolls, Cakes & Sandwiches. You can also get most if your weekly shopping hear to, and the quality is fantastic!... 👌🏾

Solo Traveler: the shelves are not as organized, good tea and coffee collections, snacks and drinks are decent. household items are somewhat lacking choices.

Gledison Lopez Martins: If you are lucky about when you go there is enough variety and is enough personal to help you can have good time. Lately Waitrose edgware road are letting people down with poor labels. They are not like used to be. For moment i felt i was in a Waitrose at hambra in Beirut. What is best in this Waitrose is the session of breads and cakes. I love it.

Lyudmila Dimetros: Very nice tidy place with good choice of products. But the system of reducing prices is crazy. Example: fresh fruits pack cost 2:99, offer 2 packs for £5.00. But reduced pack costs £2.79 each and if you buy 2 you end up paying £5.58 which is more than you pay for 2 fresh ones. Ridiculous!

Khairi Hamzawi: It’s a common practice in Waitrose stores saying that the reason for the unavailability of products is that the store size is too small to keep everything. I picked up this particular branch because it is one of big stores but unfortunately I couldn’t find any of the three items I went for. Sorry that’s not good enough for me.

JR Bradbury: Ordered a PURE radio online with John Lewis and arranged to pick it up here Excellent service and £20 cheaper than anywhere else with free extended warranty Also of course from my previous reviews this is an excellent shop for food and our go to shop! This is a super Waitrose and the only one we go to which surpasses it is of course Brent Cross. Customer service is superb

oldtrojanskin oldtrojanskin: Waitrose has an ambience which I love. Plenty of helpful staff are on hand and there is a wide range of products packed into a medium sized store. There is a surprisingly wide range of wine and spirits on display and a good selection of kitchenware. I bought some Frontline flea spray which is usually only found online or at the veterinarian. A great store.

Travel Reviewer: Medium size branch. Well laid out. Limited product range however. Staff are lovely and friendly. Very helpful.

Nyonyaness: We were at this Waitrose branch today (2 Apr 2022). Lots of variety, fresh produce and discounts here as usual. A young lady came in with a small puppy, to our delight. However, store policy meant that the puppy had to be leashed just outside Waitrose while the young lady hurried to do her shopping and pay inside. We went outside to watch over the puppy while the young lady finished paying for her shopping. A group of dog admirers soon gathered over the puppy and the young lady came to see if her puppy was all right. Unfortunately, two separate men decided to give this young lady a very vicious and aggressive scolding about leaving her dog outside. Despite everyone (including Waitrose staff) trying to explain it was just a mistake, that it was store policy and a Waitrose staff member was keeping an eye on the dog as well. After the two nasty men had their vicious verbal attack on everyone there, the 2 Waitrose staff comforted the young lady while one of them (Jordan) kept watch over the puppy. I would like to say the Waitrose staff at this branch have always been kind, friendly and helpful. But the 2 Waitrose staff who comforted the young lady with the puppy, you are both really wonderful people, especially Jordan. Great service and thank you for your help.

malik nouman: Good stop for grocery shopping and u can self checkout as well

Waitrose & Partners Kings Cross: what do users think?

Leighton Smith: Visited around midday on a Sunday in Early July. This is a top-tier Waitrose location. Has a nice industrial chic aesthetic. The place is wildly airy. The selection of goods is solid. The beer section was pretty hard hit, as temperatures reached the upper 20s, but I still found some malted beverages to quench my thirst. Not only would I recommend this location, but I would actively encourage a visit to anyone in the vicinity.

Erica Monroe: Not sure why there’s horrible reviews (very harsh I think) popped in here after a lovely walk along Regent’s Canal & it was bigger than I expected! Lots of stock, friendly staff & produce was great! Think it’s a perfect location. Nice to have students and the university there too. Very vibrant area! If people don’t like being around people, maybe you should just order stuff online to your home! Haha

hazel wu: It was the first time I had a bad customer experience here. I shop here almost everyday to buy my daily groceries. Today my partner and I tried to get a small pack of painkillers and some period pads. The assistant came, said I need to check your ID, you’re 24, oh I can’t sell it to you then he left. I understand legally what he did is not wrong, but you can buy painkillers over 16 and it’s so obvious I bought it for my period. He didn’t look at me during the whole process. Do I look under 16 for him because I am an Asian woman? My partner showed his ID and then we just left. Super professional.

sara delkhoon: They are extremely racist and rude. Their supervisor British Lady with the headset was so rude and condescending to me cause obviously I am a person of colour that I regret spending so much at this store cause of its location . Next time I would make sure to make a trip to elsewhere. I don’t have to feel this much hate when grocery shopping, it’s ridiculous considering this country is all about mental health.

L Musima: I used to enjoy shopping there until they removed the tills from near the main entrance. Now the queuing is much longer and more self service tills are closed. Ridiculous! Terrible decision to make till service so restrictive that queues are miles long.

Anna 安娜: Regularly has low or no stock (not just at the end of the day) of basic stuff like fruit and vegetables. An example duck was fully sold out today at around 1. Unacceptable for a sizeable store like that. We need better

Lorna: Good sized store, which should have had what I needed but many shelves were empty. Priced higher than most other supermarkets, so although the lay out and atmosphere were pleasant, this would not be my first choice for shopping.

Michael Moriarity: This Waitrose market is close to our apartment of 8 days and we find the items that we require such as yogurt, bread for morning toast, some interesting wine choices, coffee, oranges, and crackers for our French Duck Live r Pate which we purchased today…we find these items help us meet our breakfast needs and afternoon snack choices before going out to dinner at the quality restaurants in this Bloomsbury area of London..

William Birkbeck: Went shopping to pick some things up quickly before guests came over. The store is open on a Sunday morning but then for some reason you aren’t allowed to pay before 12? I understand it is because of licensing issues but why is the store even open if you can’t buy anything? No sign at the entrance and dismissive staff when I tried to ask why I wasn’t allowed to pay for groceries.

Agustin Carretero: I normally shop at this branch and I have to say I am more and more disappointed each time. (It is the only big supermarket around here so I guess I am stuck with them). When it opened it was great but it is going down, and fast. Now they do not seem to have anything you are looking for. One day it would be one thing, another day something else... Then you go to pay. I prefer to pay cash but, when I go to the tills, most mornings I am faced with these 2 ladys that obviously would rather be somewhere else than attending customers. So I rather go to the self check-outs, only to realise that now, they have reduced the numbers and most remain "closed". Very frustrating... All in all, the shopping experience is not good. It is a shame because some of the staff are incredibly nice and competent, but that cannot be extended to all of them. (...Certainly not to management...).

Ava Rogha: Awful experience! Me and my friends walked in to buy lunch during our lunch break at work. At the time of payment, my friend was declined purchase of Red Bull because she didn’t have a physical ID, but a digital one. Keep in mind that we are all adults ages 25 who were carrying our office badges. The red bull was rudely taken away from my friend with no further explanation. Will not go back!

Chris and Jun: Big variety, sometimes a bit pricey. Overall a well sorted grocery store for all your daily needs.

Ola Shadare: The local large Waitrose which offers all the usual Waitrose specialities. They also offer Click and Collect service.

Anemo Tau: I was required to show my ticket when I tried to leave from Waitrose back door and the guard stopped me. Does it seems that Asian are more likely to be a thief, or if you dont want people to leave from back door, why dont you give a sign of “access only”? Such a ridiculous thing. Truely indeed Waitrose has a varities of items there, but the price is much higher than the Sainsbury (50m away). If you dont want to be regarded as a “THIEF” and enjoy even price, Waitrose wont be a good choice.

Nili Poliner: Great selection, very convenient location.

Leighton Smith: An excellent Waitrose shop. Quite good at handling large volumes of people. Great selection of foods, including cheese, meet and bread counters. I’ve been coming to this store for six+ years and have never had any complaints. Decent selection of beers. Staff are generally fairly friendly. I happily shop here.

Locations with Ajla-rae: Usually come here to get my water melon but of late the selection as been a bit tasteless, but still love there pineapple juice. Most of the staff are happy with a few of them looking like theirs some personal issues going on that they should not be bringing to work with them. The member of the team that helped us was wonderful even went to the store room to see if there was any stock that as not been brought out. Thank you for that Parking is free for 2 hours if you spend over £10 in store. Nice location big selection of goods with pop up brands in the store Center which is nice Thank you for having us Ajla-Rae

Eddie Rogers: A large Waitrose in Canary Wharf. The food and drink department is on the lower floor. They already are gearing up for Christmas with trees and decorations. Also a good selection of toys and gifts for younger children.

Anne-Jolie: Waitrose’s own products often are 平靚正(cheap but good) surprises eg this Turkish Delight ice cream 🌹🍨🍧Battalion suggestion: resume complimentary coffee & tea to loyal customers

St Glx: A good store. A large selection of products. Prices are at the level of waitrose. When a lot of people in the store are crowded .

Paul Cooper: It’s a nice shop but they don’t seem to understand customers who don’t own cars. You are forced to pay 60p for a bag that is too bulky to fit in your pocket, so the next time you are walking somewhere and decide to pop into Waitrose you have to pay 60p for another bag. I much prefer the m and s approach of cheaper bags that are easier to carry around with you. They also have the most badly designed self checkout where customers can’t see free spots so the queue can get much longer than it should and the lights that indicate when help is required for example alcohol approval are too low for the staff to see. The food is good quality but overall the m and s in Canary Wharf gives a much better experience.

Philip Keating: I went with no real intention of buying anything but got drawn to the wine area selling wine and beer to eat with a small menu. Very nice idea , I had a selection of cheeses with some crackers and bottle of alcohol free beer. The shop was nice and clean and well stock and my interaction with the staff a met was positive.

G Frye: Nice place. Fun selections. Good price. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Convenient location. Waitrose is pretty much everything that I would expect from a good grocery store. When I was tired of eating out every meal, I can go there and buy something simple to cook in my hotel.

Ronnie McDowall: Really well kept, mid sized Waitrose, nice outside floral area, good for sitting outside and drinking coffee.

Dann S: Worst till set up. Just had to unnecessarily wait while 3 staff members were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers

Nik Izadi: Perfect supermarket. Perfect customer service. I wished they were open for longer hours at the weekend.

Flight Out: Decent size supermarket with wide range of best British products. Shops is clean and well organised. Stock is always up to date. Shop do provide seating area and few coffee machines. I am always pleased with service they do provide.

Michael Freed: Good service, very pricey

Michelle De Feo: I made a complained about this tiny shop to the Waitrose helpline and they gave me a voucher to say sorry so thanks for that! As the gluten free sandwiches & olives when I went back to my hotel were out of date pretty bad as usually Waitrose is pretty good quality clearly not at this services! I hope they’ve fixed this before someone gets really sick!

Sherron Stokes: A very small waitrose store situated in London Gateway Service Station. Provides basics such as fruit , sandwiches , milk, eggs etc, but lacks the choice of produce that larger waitrose stores do. Parking within the service station is free, and there are a number of parking areas. Good for a quick visit

justin lamnea: Expensive but is ok also has no toilets for customers in some stores and not very helpful staff in dome otherwise ok

Afi-_-: Have nice food and snacks & helpful staff, good quality chocolate and sweets also items you need for your household but some items are expensive.

Suraj M Rengan: Great Options

M PatelPurohit: Very good services. Tidy clean easy parking open place as well .

BraveXPL0skullz: A bit hard to find items due to its small size however staff were very helpful

Vejay Patel: Best supermarket ever! Great products and excellent quality. Definitely will be back soon!

Emma Skinner: Great shop, bigger than it looks! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. They made my daughters day by showing her a fish 🙂.

Melodi Turkes: Should be much better as a Waitrose in a high-end area. There is always shortage of some product. If you’re going in during the afternoon dont think you will find everything youre looking for because it will be out of stock. They have tried to improve over the years however this is really needs to be at a 5/5 for the area its located it at.

Liam Lane: Queues are awful, rarely adequately stocked, staff are frequently rude. For the last 3+ months the weighing scales for fruit and veg have constantly had problems.

Nathan: Terrible store layout and I called about an item and was ASSURED it was in. Like I confirmed 3 times over the phone that they had some pizza dough base. I made the trip there and was told all they have are “flour and eggs”. Useless.

Littlegreen: Nice small store with plenty of choice considering its size. Great staff. Self checkouts available too.

Anita Windisman: Great location on Marylebone High Street. Always well stocked, although not so much at the end of the day. Tip: This location has a great wine selection. And, has a corner for fine wines too.

Stuart Harrison: Nice shop, always busy. Good selection of products.

David Mendes: It’s such a joy to go to Waitrose and feel so welcomed by Maria. She’s extremely helpful. Fantastic service!

Augustus Mcavoy: Absolutely lovely shop shop beautiful red hair German girl working there she is tops think her name is Martina

Daniel Bariente: What an amazing temporary store whilst the main one gets knocked into shape and kitted out. Great lay out and still has all the stock if not more. Great news Waitrose are keeping this store once the new and much awaited store re-opens in March 2023.

Domini Dunca: The full set menu is highly recommended however make sure to leave lots of room! You are treated to antipasti, Aperole and an espresso alongside this. The pasta is also incredible and very fresh.

Alexander Gonedes: This temporary store of Waitrose & Partners is just stunning. It has QuickCheck and Mobile QuickCheck available to use, friendly staff members who are willing to carry shopping to your vehicle if you want them to. There is going to be a gigantic Waitrose later this year in 2022 that is going to open up right next to this current one, but then this current one will be demolished and shut forever.

Patrick Childs: The temporary store is much larger than it looks and has a pleasant feel. Please can we have the small size Essential cherry tomatoes though? Much nicer to shop more often and have them fresher.

Tibor: It’s not my favorite waitrose but it’s a big one with a lotta products, tho fruits and veggies could have been better. Price wise is not the best.

jose luis echeverry delgado: Just Wanted to leave a comment about my experience today, in particular about a young man at the door called Gali. I understand the importance of great customer service l, as I work in the field myself, and despite being simple and direct (who has a lot of time to chat in a busy place???), the true care for whomever was crossing that door, whether it was in or out, was evident. I’ve seen countless people pretending to be nice with their customers, but after many years of experience, it is easy to see when things come from a place of true care and respect. Spot on!!

Paul Harper: Excellent, large Waitrose with some very good deli counters. Customer parking is also available. Quick shout-out to the very helpful staff. I managed to leave my phone in there. The staff found it, handed it to customer services who returned it to me. Excellent.

Joyce Glynn: I went in to collect an order from John Lewis. The lady member of staff on the click and collect counter was very unfriendly. I had a heavy bag of shopping that I had bought in this shop before collecting my parcel. I asked if she had a carrier bag I could buy as I was going home on public transport. She just said “no” and then added the parcels normally have their own carrying handles but this didn’t. She then thrust the parcel at me and walked away. So rude, I am an elderly lady and just asked for a little help to save going back to the tills. I won’t be returning to this store ever again!!

Caroline DiPaolo: Nipped in for dog waste bags in a moment of desperation, passed a few employees who welcomed me into the store. After finding what I needed in a few seconds, a blonde woman stood at the end of the aisle pointing to the exit, and announced I needed to leave. I asked if I could get what I needed, only for her to silently reiterate her pointed finger. While I understand that there are policies, this situation left me bereft and upset at how it was handled because it is clearly signposted that this shop is assistance dog friendly. There was no way to explain if the dog has any assistance capacities, as the employees had no compassion. If you have an assistance animal, avoid this location.

Sandra Godfrey: Good place to shop and a good class of food! ... I have always found the staff very cheerful and helpful! keep up the good work waitrose.

Sarah Berthel: Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff that is working hard at the moment. My boyfriend and I went to go to shop for essentials today, the line was short and managed well. I had to wait for my boyfriend outside as for now only one person per household is allowed to go into the shop( totally understandable) Unfortunately I had to witness 2 customers being extremely rude to the person managing the queue in the only 15 min I was waiting. I’m sorry that some people still don’t understand how serious this situation is and than also need to let the frustration out on staff that is still coming to work to ensure we all get food. So thank you all at waitrose (especially our St.Kathrine branch) Not to mention the free flowers they were giving out to apologize for the inconvenience

Anita Sharma: Always good produce and standards, reliable, a bit like a lovely friend! There when you need them.

Ashwin Vivekanandan: Not much to say, it’s a Waitrose but not huge so doesn’t have the range of your typical Waitrose, does however have the higher prices as compared to other stores.

Ana T: Pleasant experience with this waitrose. They have a good range of organic products. Very spacious and nice display of products. I hope the one under construction since forever on King’s road will be as spacious and full of organic products as the one in Bayswater so i don’t have to drive all the way from Chelsea!

Ricard CT: A complete supermarket near Bayswater and Paddington. They have everything you need for food and some house essentials. The staff are really kind. The prices are a bit higher than at other supermarkets, but the quality is really good. The fishery has several options for fish, the only one in the area. Fresh sushi food is available, and they have a flower stand. Bring your own bags from home, as they only have 50p reusable bags there!

Katie Whittelsey: Oh my goodness! This grocery store has everything. Being from the states, I miss so many items from home. I can come here and get unique items that I wouldn’t find in our local supermarket. Although it takes me 15 minutes on the bus to get here, I’ve made it a point to come here each week for our shopping needs. Highly recommend.

Caroline Pesaran: We have shopped in Waitrose for more than 40 years and John Lewis. Unfortunately it seems that Waitrose are too mean to reopen the washroom in their store and in particular Porchester Road W2. So I have decided NOT to shop there again. So, thanks Waitrose I always had a good word or two to say about you in the past but now this is the final nail in your ⚰coffin.

Antonia Flo: From organic Madagascan Crevettes to tasty cheese and fresh fruit, from laundry powder to gold and diamond jewelry dip one can find everything. You may also collect your online orders from John Lewis in this Waitrose store.

Frankee: Great store, I always buy my ready meals here. They have good sell-by dates as opposed with Sainsburys which goes off date within 2 days. Also enjoyable and calm shopping experience!

Dilan Halai: Worst store layout out I have seen from a commercial as well as operational point of view. Seriously need to bring in some consultants to sort out this store, not expected from a Waitrose. The self service checkouts are very confusing. The queuing system is very unclear as per the pictures. You can end up queuing for the tobacco counter very easily without noticing. The queue also overfills into the meat isle. I think this is a poor design as there is a lot of congestion and it’s not a pleasant place to queue especially for vegetarians.

Daniel Judah: Very complete place to do groceries. They have fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy products, cleaning supplies, personal needs, and snacks. They also have quite wide wine selection. Price is what you expected from a supermarket in Zone 1 of London.

Beth Cato: A good-sized supermarket with pretty fair prices. I was especially happy with their cheese selection, but they have a good variety of produce, snacks, health supplies, and alcohol. Plus, this location is great—right above the Gloucester Road underground station. This is a boon if you’re staying in a nearby hotel.

Simon H: A great place to get all your essentials and more. It has just about everything you need, including a dedicated meat, fish, cheese and deli counters. A good selection of wines and fresh fruit to fill your basket. A visitor can easily miss, as the little arcade it is located in has definitely seen better days but once inside you don’t care. I find the staff especially helpful, whether it be a cut of meat of helping you find something on the shelf

Missy Hershaw: In absolute shock. Bought some dry aged beef ribs from the fresh counter only to get home & find it completely gone off with visible mould!!!!! Gone in the bin.

Mel Hurst: Extremely busy branch, there didn’t seem to be enough staff or tills at the time that we went - waiting nearly 10 mins to get served (I only wanted to buy one thing). That being said everything was well stocked, and the layout was good. A shame about the wait.

Mohammed Alnaser: Very good newly opened supermarket which had almost everything we needed when returning to the hotel or leaving it , they provide many self service machines in there too to avoid any delay waiting to pay with the assistance of the cashiers

Khairi Hamzawi: I’ve been shopping there for years. Certain items you won’t find anywhere else. Some items have disappeared from the shelves the reason given is the store is not big enough. Staff are courteous and friendly

Timcsike K: Some of the male worker should learn to pay attention and behave in a polite way and be kind to customers, instead of insulting customers and making them feel bad. Shame people like that can work in sale department, very sad!

Waitrose & Partners Mill Hill: what do users think?

Tunde Arogunmati: Well stocked premium mart; very pleasant cashier. Great instore magazines with didactic ideas and articles that come free for loyalty card members. One of my fave brands over the years.

Andy N: Always top quality love this store. Bit pricey but I guess Waitrose always wanted to be "above" M&S

Chi Chui: I like shopping grocery in Waitrose. Often go to Mill Hill branch because it’s nearby and staff are polite and helpful.

Tazz Miah: Good staff around but don’t like the fact they throw away what they can’t sell at the end of the day. I went yesterday and saw hundreds of fruits and I asked a staff member what they do with the reduced products that don’t sell, and was told it’s thrown away. I mean, what’s the point gathering food donations from customers, if you are throwing away perfectly good food at the end of the day? I even saw them throwing perfectly good fresh bread into black bin bags.

laurie tichborne: Good parking, fresh food & helpful staff. Particularly like the fact you can buy small quantities if you wish of fresh meat, fish, cheese or vegetables. This really helps cut down on wasting food.anf always having really fresh stuff.

Frangeskos Mastropavlos: Good place for shopping until they changed the rules on the parking in a sneaky way to profit until people realise this.

Simon: Waitrose is such a good quality supermarket, very well laid out and a wonderful selection of fresh, meat, vegetables cheese and fish. I was also pleased to see they have alot of special offers throughout the store. Also they have a wide range of vegan products and organic vegetables certainly the best store for vegans and vegetarians. The staff were friendly but not product knowledgeable

Thomas Edlich: Huge waitrose, very nice to go shopping in. Also really good plant selection

Christina Baccarini: Thank you so much to your wonderful staff, every week Karen makes sure that she does everything to protect my Mum on her check out, your staff are very helpful . Just want to say a massive thank you to Callum last night for changing the butter that had just be recalled, I had finished all my shopping and could not go to the store, but he delivered the new butter. Thank you to the staff Merry Christmas

Waitrose & Partners Belgravia: what do users think?

Jonny Dawson: Layout seemed pretty good and easy to follow. The building is fantastic so if you can afford the luxury it is a nice place to shop for groceries. There seemed to be a lot of staff available should you need them however I didn’t so can’t comment on how knowledgeable they were. The self-checkout was quick and easy to use.

Amine Mecifi: This is a small Waitrose indeed. No coffee there. Still, very well kept shelves and a good selection of products. The croissant is excellent especially that I managed to get it just when they were stocking it direct from the oven. Despite small, the place would be still OK for a weekly shopping if you are in the area. I paid at the machines without any interaction with the staff.

Maria Haley: I visited Belgravia square popped into Waitrose my mother needed the lavatory they did not have one but the kind lady that worked there took my mother upstairs to use their toilet so so kind of her really was all staff were kind well done

Johnson Wilson: Items stacked nicely, friendly shop attendants,no toilet in this facility, parking is at your own risk considering the area...they always have fresh produce as well as a bakery.

Fernando Mejia: Always a pleasure to come here, great quality of products and always happy members of the staff ready to help if needed

Roya Ansary: I used to love this supermarket. I still do like it as it’s got a good selection of fresh food and the staff are marvellous. However, in this day and age of covid, they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Their trolleys always have an abundance of hair tangled in their wheels. Not only do they not, therefore, move properly, they are disgusting to look at. I did report it to the manageress, however she said they do clean them but the hair always comes back! Not an acceptable response. Please take the time to go to Waitrose on King’s Road, Partridge’s or M&S on King’s Road and see how tidy they are. They don’t have any problems keeping their trolleys and their premises clean. I am reluctant to go to this branch these days.

Alexander Gonedes: Waitrose & Partners Belgravia is truly amazing. They have a very wide range of products, a fresh fish counter, a fresh meat counter and a sushi counter. They have self-scanner and self-weigh machines to ease shopping, and they have a feature called ‘Carry to Car,’ which is when an employee will carry all of your shopping, regardless of the size, right to your vehicle. I would recommend this supermarket for sure.

Al G: Perfect location for shoppingHad to park on the street thoughand took a picture to remember where I parked

Steve Honest: Dreadful vegan selection , staff not very well informed , could do better
