Zoe Barrett: My favourite tattoo and piercing studio. I feel so welcomed and looked-after here every time. I have been pierced by both Kaiya and Louise and had tattoos done by Lee who I believe has moved on now. All experiences have been amazing, they are very knowledgeable and give great advice. For example I had booked in for a helix piercing and Louise suggested flat instead due to the jewellery I had chosen (they have a lot of beautiful jewellery!). It ended up looking much better than a helix would have. So grateful for this place and the team.
sofea rahmat: I got a septum piercing from Kaiya and they were so sweet! They were understanding and picked out a small one so it was easy for me to flip (personal choice but chosen well by them). Very professional, caring, and I had a good time too! The price was also reasonable and the shop is clean and welcoming. Will definitely come here again :) and I recommend others to get their piercings here too! Service: Nose piercing

Nazzanien: As soon as you walk up the stairs you get greeted by their lovely employees. they were all women when i was there and they made me feel comfortable. I asked if i could get my septum pierced and they immediately had time for me even though i just walked in. my boyfriend is scared of needles so he wanted to wait downstairs when i went upstairs to get my septum pierced. 2 employees went upstairs with me and they kept chatting with me and each other which also helped getting rid of some nerves. the piercing was done really quick and smoothly. they gave me all the information i needed and were happy to answer any questions i had. the employees were so nice and kind! the piercing looks amazing and is healing quickly! I would definitely recommend this place

Heather Eve: I recently had my helix piercing done on Friday the 18th of September in this tattoo shop by a artist Sami. As I walked in with my girlfriend the woman that greeted me at the desk was very nice and made me feel at ease. However, I found that Sami who did my piercing was incredibly rude, and I felt very uncomfortable as he was doing my piercing. I asked him questions when he finished my piercing etc how do I clean it/with what & how long it takes to heal, however I found his response to my questions very unprofessional and ignorant. Also I was shown a completely different picture on a poster to the one I wanted. I was given no solution to clean it either. The first couple of days of having my piercing it was absolutely fine, and cleaned it constantly with a solution. Although the last couple of days it started to swell up, and found out it has been infected. I have had to take out my piercing now and I have wasted £24 in which I asked to pay with card and had to pay a £2 fee. I am not happy with the customer service and I definitely will not recommend/come back to this tattoo shop. Thanks.
Response: It is very unlikely. If you have followed the advice, then the chances of catching anything are similar to a visit to the dentist. Everything we use is either sterilised to medical standards or disposable single use. Our artist are certified in infection control and have no issues discussing their procedures with you or anyone. Our artist always work safely, and the chances of you contracting anything like this from having a piercing from us are extremely unlikely. Again, this is not even a consideration. People say this; “I got my tattoo/piercing form SoSo Tattoo/piercer, and it got infected, I must have got the infection from there!” This is absolute rubbish! you cant catch an infection like they are discussing from a studio, as what they are talking about is an infection caused by bacteria. You don’t catch bacteria, it builds up over time. That only means one thing, poor aftercare. That applies for tattooing, piercing and laser removal, the only way bacteria will infect you is if you’re not keeping the wound (yes it is a wound), clean.
Alvin Pastore: Had my first piercing (nipple) done here and it was great.They were professional and clean. Gave me indications on how to take care and make it heal properly, which it did. They also helped me relax at the moment, while my friend was laughing at my pain. Well done guys!

Amy Sokol: I was on holiday from the US and walked in on my last day in London. I had looked up shops close to where I was staying and found this shop and the reviews were great. I was lucky enough to get in that day and was booked with Tom. He was very friendly, accommodating, professional and the shop was clean and cozy. Tom really took his time and paid attention to detail. He ended up making my tattoo look better than I even imagined. I highly recommend this shop and really enjoyed my experience overall. Ross Wilkinson: I have had the pleasure of visiting Hammersmith Tattoo on 4 occasions and every time has been an absolute pleasure. On all those occasions I have had artist Archie (@noodles_tattoo) who has taken my ideas (old school traditional) and designed them into pieces that are better then I could of imagined. Throughout the process he consistently checked my pain levels and made sure I was comfortable making the whole experience the best I have ever had (I’ve been tattooed over 10 times at different studios). He also has a great taste in music, not as important as the rest of the positives but it adds to the experience as a whole.

Natalia Svobodova: Got my tattoo done by Daniel Garcia at the end of August. I had gotten lucky with a slot less than a week after enquiring (thank you again!). I am not an artistic person but I had an idea of what I wanted, I emailed with my specs (size, the stuff I wanted, colour etc) and Daniel put together a couple great designs and even gave me options on size, placement etc. The process was quick and Daniel made sure I was comfortable and happy before starting. When we were done he took pictures and a video for me and I was given advice on how to best take care of the tattoo, it healed great and I absolutely love it! Thank you again 😁

Moon Sparkles: I reside in the USA and was visiting London and wanted a tattoo as a souvenir. I called/emailed so many shops and got no replies and was losing hope but Hammersmith Tattoo replied back to me quickly and I made deposit (which was easy to do) and confirmed my appointment. I walked into the shop and noted it was clean and I was greeted by a friendly person at the desk which instantly made me less anxious. I was then greeted by my Artist Tom who was friendly, attentive to my ideas, gave some great advice and drew up the tattoo I was imagining perfectly. Once in his room, it was clean and all standard sanitary procedures were followed that I could see. He was polite, courteous and as a women alone in a room with a man, felt at complete ease. The whole experience was pleasant and positive. I left with a beautiful tattoo in his style that I love and will always remember my experience in London for it. Aaliyah Rai: This is by far the best tattoo place I have ever been to. Sacha and Josh were absolutely amazing. Other places I have been to don’t care as much as they do! Sacha was very welcoming and explained the process very thoroughly. She was so kind from beginning to end. Josh was also wonderful! He made the tattoo experience feel like a walk in the park. Josh Adjei-Ampofo: Nothing really to say except if you need a tattoo this is the the place to be no questions asked, as a black man its a bit scary finding a place to go where they will do an amazing job but this place made me feel secure and made my ideas come to life even better than i hoped. Amal Abaywardana: From the initial email to enquire about getting a tattoo done to actually getting it was a very pleasant & a Humbling experience. Customer care was/is exceptional. Jack was very helpful through out the process of getting a booking done. Explained everything, which was helpful. And on the day I was, greeted by the loveliest young lady who was very nice and very helpful. Artist who done my tattoo was Freddy and his work is unbelievable. Much respect Freddy. Work was carried out to the highest standard. Could not be happier. And at the end such a professionalism, explained about aftercare of what/what not to do. All in all one of the best experience ( even if it was bit painful😊 ). Thank you Freddy and Origin. I Hope to visit sometime again for some more ink. Ele Breitmeyer: I had such a brilliant experience getting my two tattoos done by Nic in July. As an artist he is unbelievably talented and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Florence Madrid: I had a really magical & incredible time at One Day tattoo studio. The studio is very cool, artsy, modern & also homely. We also received a very warm welcome from Matt at the reception who made us feel at ease straight away. Jenn was my tattoo artist - she is a guest artist and she was absolutely amazing & so talented! She was super friendly, informative and patient (even when I changed my mind three times about the placement haha!) and was so gentle whilst doing my tattoo. She drew my design perfectly and it has turned out even better than I could have imagined it to be! I really recommend you check out the One Day tattoo studio in London if you are ever looking to get a tattoo yourself. You won’t regret it! Thank you One Day, Jenn & Matt! Matt at reception was super welcoming and Jenn, who was my friend’s tattoo artist today, was absolutely amazing. She made us both feel at ease straight away and did such a beautiful job with my friend’s tattoo. It really looks amazing! 🦋 I really recommend you look into the One Day studio in London yourself if you are considering getting a tattoo. The staff are super friendly, the studio itself is immaculate and really beautifully decorated and the artists are incredibly talented. We both had so much fun today and could not be happier with the results. I am highly considering getting one myself one day! (No pun intended). Vicky B: So so pleased with my tattoo by Barrio - I had a design in mind inspired by a drawing however it was very detailed and I was expecting much of the detail to be taken out, however the fine line work is unreal. He really did the original design justice but added his own flair with the shading. Would really recommend him, particularly anyone who wants detail reflected in their design. I am really wanting to get a tattoo however due to the cost of living etc I am unable to. Plus once you get one you have it for life so i would always be changing my mind but I am in love with the artwork. I would give it 5 if I went and had one done.

Response: Hi, there was a bit of misunderstanding from both sides i think, 2 meetings, 1st was to talk about a job which is a half sleeve tattoo, There was no project fee, just deposit fee which comes off the price at the first meeting, and you were shown the design in Photoshop, we don't send designs, which I also explained Thirdly, we do work in sessions, focus more on quality than quantity, always give an estimate but the work may take longer, thanks for sharing the pictures of your finished sleeve in 3,5h but what happened here, there is the 3d effect lost on your tattoo, when it s healed you will notice it is more faded and, it s not the other tattooist fault, it s hard to work with somebody s else ideas, sorry the project wasn't finished as planned, it is a process, if yo u like your tattoo now that's the most important thing, Thirdly, I do apologise, you are right to complain about my family matters, that day my child was unwell and I had to take many breaks, still was thinking to do my job as I know you travelled far, thanks Kasia
H Sira: The owner said she was experienced but she had no clue what she was doing when piercing rook. She put me through so much pain and to top it off she couldnt get the jewellery through! She then told me to take the jewellery home and put it through myself :/ I left the shop with a hole in my ear and no bar! Worst place to go for piercings! Stay away! Marta Pietrzyk: I had my first tattoo with No Regrets London and I definitely don’t regret it! :) The studio is squeaky clean and professional and I am very glad that I chose it for my first tattoo. I had my initial consultation with Danielle and Julian who were very good at explaining the whole process to a newbie as well as promptly following up on other questions that came to my mind before my tattoo appointment. Julian is a wonderful artist and he created a very lovely illustrative tattoo of a fox for me. He was very attentive, making sure I liked the design, size and placement of the tattoo. Afterwards Julian gave me detailed instructions about the aftercare which I also received written down from No Regrets which is great, in case if I forgot something. Matt Hughes: I had my tattoo done here just a couple of days ago. I had such a great experience. My tattooist, Jethro, was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The studio itself is inviting, exceptionally clean and all the artists are accommodating and welcoming. I was made to feel so comfortable which was lovely. The design process was great where I really felt included in how my tattoo was going to look and the end result is just incredible. Jethro really is a master at his craft.
