Vassilis Ipsilantis: Beautiful shop with one of the best G-SHOCK collections. You can find the best G-SHOCK models! Service is excellent and there are many special discounts. Very important issue is the extremely high level of knowledge about the watches they sell!!! I have been to many other shops selling G-SHOCK but they actually had no idea about the watch,except telling you the price only😂 Latest models in the market are available in display and you can try them too!!! Godfrey Haslehurst: Called into the Carnaby Street shop as my Swatch, purchased in November 2021 from another branch, had stopped on me. I have had several Swatches over many years and that has never happened to me before. The service I got in the shop was great. They asked me if I wanted another one or would I prefer a refund. I said I would like another one if possible and they said straight off that they didn´t have one in stock, but that they would ring the Oxford Street branch to check their position. I was told that Oxford Street did in fact have one and that they would run over there to get it for me. This they did and shortly afterwards were back with it for me. Very polite and professional service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Henrik Hem: Terrible experience! I traveled from Norway to buy the new Moonswatch, combined with a weekend trip with my girlfriend. The store couldn’t open as planned on Saturday due to bad planning, and I didn’t manage to buy the watch at Sunday due to our returning flight. Very disappointed.
royale incc: Extremely bad worse experience ive ever had had bunch of hood rats push in line and get a piece while people who qued up hours didnt get anything. Should have atleast have a fence and a security guard in the front guiding people in what a disaster.

Maria Mineva-Jordanov: We went into the shop to replace the wedding rings we ordered online - they were unfortunately too small. Nita served us and she was absolutely lovely and very professional, she measured our ring sizes and gave us good advice on which size to go for. She gave us homework to really think about what we want to engrave them with! When we collected the rings she was there again and they were absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Kitty K: Excellent customer service I ordered an item (gift ) to collect from store only because I was in London the weekend trains strike took place, but unfortunately my item was not ready for collection until later Sunday and was not able to collect from store. I called the store on Monday to cancel the item. A lovely lady who answered the call(apologies didnt catch her name) said she would delivery to my home address free of charge and should receive it the next day. I got my order the next day, was so pleased as it was a gift for someone. Just want to say thankyou for your great customer service.

I arrived to the shop just to be told they don’t have these watches and that they sent me email few minutes earlier to inform me about it (I never received the email). Not a client service experience I was expecting when looking to buy luxury watch.

Kim Le: We were referred to this location by the Cheapside store as they did not have many engagement rings. I was a bit unsure as we were clearly tourists but we were greeted relatively quickly when we entered the store. The young lady that approached us was patient and helpful as we tried engagement rings. Since there were no sizes for the rings we wanted, they had to be ordered from the warehouse and instead of taking 1 week, it took 4-5 days for them to be shipped at the store. The employee also gave us some coupons for the next time we shop there. After 1 month of daily wear, we can say that we are satisfied with the quality of the rings.

SIR SHIELD: Want to say thank you to Joanne for helping us choose the right jewellery for my sister as she was really friendly and patient with my sister. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time to wait to get help as i told the man in the store we needed help, and he said someone would be with us shortly. We waited, then left and came again into the store, joanne spotted us again, so i told her if we could get some kind of discount for the long wait, maybe £5 off, she went to the manager and they refused. The store was clean, and the staff was all friendly and ready to help out. Unfortunately, im my circumstances. They were busy.

Chelsea was new on this day but still knew where the stock was, and helped me with buying a lovely watch! the manager there was kind, efficient and helpful. P R: Staff were busy chatting and I had to approach them to help me. Didn’t have the side of ring that I wanted and instead of ordering it for me they told me to try another store. Would have asked to speak to the manager if I wasn’t busy. Store itself is very sleek and looks more expensive than it is. Products are good prices and the range they have instore is more than other h Samuels I visited. The only thing that let me down was the attitude of the staff. Won’t be shopping here again.

Hamid: A well-known brabd in the history of British jewellery makers and stockists no doubt. But the store looks very dated. It lacks visual appeal and could do with some modern touches. The range of jewellery was dated, and the display cabinets not conducive to shopping. Its a shame H Samuel hasnt realised its 2023.

Paul Gay: First saw watches world online while looking to buy an Omega seamaster 300 Gen 2. The price advertised by watches world was more competitive than many sellers offering late pre-owned examples. I saved over £1300 compared to UK retail price.. I initially paid a 10% deposit, waited for them to transport the watch from Germany to their London office, then yesterday I collected it in person and paid the balance. Everything went smoothly and I returned home feeling very pleased with the purchase. Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended company..!

Tristan Tan: First time buying my Vacheron Constantin Overseas watch online with Watches World WW and was a little hesitant considering the risk of online purchase. However, my purchase experience with WW was all good and the sale agent (Michael) was extremely helpful in answering all my queries ranging from the watch info, delivery and payment details. The watch took a little longer to arrive due to the custom control clearance at Paris airport and perhaps the festive season this month. Michael and his team has diligently follow up with the custom clearance and keep me posted of the delivery status everyday. Kudos to them and I have the brand new watch finally! Kewal Bhandal: Amazing shop with in house watchmaker. The manager Paul is very nice. He is very honest and genuine which is rare in the sales industry, his team seem good too. I bought a Tudor watch from him and will most likely get some Chopard jewellery for my wife.

Faraz: Visited the Oxford Street Branch on Friday 4th Nov 22 @ approx 6.20pm The manager is extremely moody, no customer service skills, no eye contact. Very abrupt and rude… Talking to me like she’s doing us a favour. But you got a job because we are spending at the store. Without customers you wouldn’t be there. She needs some extreme training, esp for being on Oxford street with a high footfall of customers, thats not the level of service you would like to have….. I wouldn’t be returning back to H Samuels if thats the kind of staff you employ.

Daniel Kan: Staff seemed uninterested. Stock was worse than the brent cross branch. Ernest Jones across the road however was a breath off fresh air compared to my experience here.

Susan Beebe: Extremely busy shop due to the Christmas period. However, I was immediately assisted with my piece of jewellery, a range of choice in my size and style was shown to me and the sales assistant adviced me on the diamonds and after care. Giordano Rossi: I asked to replace a little metal part that hold firm the belt to the watche because was lost , the manager took action straight and kindly care of my Giorgio Armani , after few minutes came back with the watch fixed and didn’t want to be payed he said was quite easy and simple to replace and he got some spare parts of it , super Kind super professional as well . I’ll definitely be back in the e future for any other issues .

Rosemary Morley: I was having a watch repaired, came to shop to pick it up but the people they sent it away to, done more damage. We got no apology and when i asked a question the two assistants totally ignored us ! So it was sent back and received it a week later, fixed and look like new, this time the assistant was friendly and helpful.

Elsa Berg: Visited the shop recently. Shop assistants were standing behind the counter chatting in a group and ignoring customers. After asking one of them to show me some products, a girl looked like she was giving me a huge favour. After a purchase I thanked her but she didn’t reply and looked very arrogant. Yes, the shop is dull but at least it could be compensated with some professionalism. Not to mention that staff looked very scruffy and not presentable, especially their horrific manicures.

Amit Julka: I visited earlier this month with hopes to learn more about watches and potentially pick up a peice to wear at my wedding. I ended up spending almost 2 hours in there mostly just chatting about watch types and getting advice. There was no pressure to buy anything and I got great advice. Both Faizan and his dad were super helpful and friendly. I decided what I wanted and came back the next day and to pick up a lovely little automatic seiko. Faizan also changed the strap for me. I highly recommend these guys, very happy supporting local stores like this that provide great service. AJ
