The North Face - Covent Garden: what do users think?

Vanessa Rea: This store is amazing! Such personalized service.Rusty Obama is the best salesperson in the world. Her attentiveness with my children made this a great shopping experience for us and one they surely won’t forget.

Ramel: I bought my gloves here and i really like it. My size is not displayed in the shop, but the staff is friendly and helped me to get the size for me.

Alexander Glanville: I ventured in on my lunch break to find a suitable bag for commuting on my bike. Bella was there to assist me, helping me chose the right one, she even offered to help my upstairs looking at other options. Thanks Bella for all your help, I did manage to find the XS duffel I was looking for in stock elsewhere, but nonetheless great customer service.

Wizard of oz: The North Face branch next to Covent garden is quite big and good selection of products..With lively and helpfull staff it offers a good service..

Mike Foster: I was searching for a waterproof jacket to wear on top of my jacket/coat while riding my scooter or my bike in order not to get wet at all, as I drive before going to work. However, I could not afford over 170/200£ for a Gore-tex jacket. I searched in really many places in London, and I could not find anywhere someone who could give me detailed information about what I was looking for. But luckily in this store I met a very friendly Spanish guy, Ivan D., who really helped me to find what I was looking for. He has shown me many different jackets with different prices and he has even shown me how the jacket reacts to water drops. Furthermore, he made me purchase a product which helps the jacket to be even more waterproof without getting damp. I have tried the jacket before using the product and after using it and I can assure that it does work, as you can also see from the picture. Thank you again IVAN, you have done a great job. Excellent customer-service skills! Well done

Vlad Goldman: Nice, but Very small place, look for bigger shop

Tumi - London Regent Street: what do users think?

Chad Greenblatt: Great Tumi location in Regent Street. I came to choose a new backpack for work and travel. The sale associate, Bose, was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Thank you very much Bose! The store is very well stocked with a wide range of suitcases and bags. Very clean and modern store too. They have in store repairs and maintenance which is great to know. The customisation service is also excellent. Check out my profile for more reviews

Nathan Pinto: Amazing customer service .On my arrival in London ,I broke 2 wheels of my 5 year old Tumi trolley bag. With only being in London for 3 days, I was very worried to get it repaired. I brought my bag by Tumi Regent street. Pasquale did an amazing job, not only did he repair it within 48 hours, he also offered all service free of charge. Amazing support and fast response. Love there service !!

Nu: They are helpful and can help with replacing your old locks (provided it’s unlock- so don’t get any ideas). The only problem is they are so short staffed, something that was promised to take 10 mins and will give us a buzz when they’re done, they didn’t even start working on the lock replacement when we returned 4 hours later. But lovely people though. And I think it’s also due to peak hours and that they were moving their store.
Response: Hi Nu, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it. I'm sorry that the lock replacement took longer than expected, as you mentioned we are currently experiencing a temporary shortfall in staff, that we are working hard to resolve as quickly as possible. Even so, we are thrilled that the team in the store were still able to help and left you with such a positive impact of the store. We look forward to welcome you back in the future. Thanks again, TUMI UK

HY Lim: The luggage is not cheap yet the service is not up to par. The sales person are not that enthusiastic and appears a bit reluctant to show us different types of luggage. The irony is, we need an extra suitcase as we have over shopped this trip and we end up buying a suitcase that costs about 1100 pounds. In this climate, at this price point, I am sure Tumi can hire better staffs.

Anne: During the last couple of times I have used my Tumi bag I have noticed the wheels where very warm. Last time I lifted the suitcase to the security band the wheels where so warm that I actually burned myself on the wheel. I am now left with a burn mark on my hand and a suitcase I don’t want use as I am concerned this will happen again. I have used the suitcase approximate 15 times whereas the wheels should be as good as new…

Iulia Iulia: 29.11.2022 Was called to take my luggage from reparation and I have arrived around 4/5pm. I lost the receipt and didn’t have it electronically. The blonde woman, middle aged was extremely rude and said that she would not look after my bag because everyone can claim that they are the owner. I have explained to her that I have my ID with me, the guarantee of the bag and the luggage has even my initials but she didn’t want to listen. Luckily, the person from maintenance and reparation recognized me and pointed out the bag. I tend to thank him for his professionalism. BUT, the woman had a very aggressive attitude towards me, and had nothing to do with customer service. I am so sorry that I had this bad experience and will definitely never go back !

Alessandro Ferrante: Beautiful store and great customer service. Pasquale did an excellent job in repairing my luggage: very professional, kind and quick - thank you!

Bobby R: Great service and quick turn around - I brought in my luggage for the wheels to be replaced. I also told them I need the bag back soon because of a planned trip coming. The very helpful staff was quick to assist me and inform me of the process. The next day I received my luggage back with the new wheels.
Response: Hi Bobby, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review of the store, we are glad that you enjoyed your visit. We are so happy that you were pleased with the quick repair service. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future! Thanks again, TUMI UK

Philippe Beque: Cost is way too high as compared to the offer and experience. Poor service, I had to beg for being served though alone in the shop.

Coach: what do users think?

RIDHWAN SAID: Good experience in this boutique. The seller is so gentle and helpful. The boutique can also customize your order according to your needs or tastes. The free name is stamped on your Coach label after you purchase the bag. Just not many discounted items in this place since this is a boutique, not outlet.

Rate It: Very nice branch with helpful staff

Wendy Chan: This review is for the retail staff Sandra. She was really polite and helpful when I took my handbag there for repair a few weeks ago, and nothing was too much troubles for her. Really appreciate her assistance.

Lily L: Went to in to get my new bag repaired, as when I bought it I didn’t check properly and a small bit piping was missing from inside. However the lady that served me found they have one in stock and swapped it for me. She was so lovely. Repacked it in a box and put a plastic cover over it as it was raining.

Spencer Sturgeon: I have never felt so uncomfortable in a shop in my life. My daughter and I literally got followed around the shop for the entire time we were in there and I’m talking about the assistant being literally a few feet away from me. In the end I had to say something to her as it made the whole experience so uncomfortable. Left the shop quite upset but returned a few hours later thankfully to a different assistant who was lovely as I had planned to make a purchase. I won’t rush back.

nadjima ibrahimi: Extremely rude customer service will never go back there ever. first of all the guy with the glasses at the entrance who lets people in was not pleasant( he was either white or Eastern European) at all he didn’t even say hello or greet properly like mate it’s not Louis Vuitton or Dior relax . I was trying to buy a men bag for my self so I went to the floor down stairs where the men’s section straight away this women came down to help( Asian Chinese looking women), but I realised after 1 min that every time I walked a step she would be breathing down my neck following every move I would make. So I told her I will let you know when I find something, however what came from her mouth I could not believe her reaction was extremely rude she said “following you around is my job ! And if you don’t like it then you can go and shop somewhere else! “I was so shocked I will never ever go too this branch and will tell everyone I know not too go either!

megan cave: Horrible staff, when we entered the store the alarm went off because my boyfriends diabetic pump has a magnet. A staff member proceeded to follow us all around the store upstairs & followed us downstairs as if we were going to take something. I was going to buy a wallet but didn’t because of this.

Frank Lopez: Never again. I bought a bum bag online. Can’t believe it’s taking so long for it to arrive. Almost 8 days now and nothing and we know the price aren’t cheaper. Even Zara has the courier service quicker. I’m absolutely disappointed. The day get it I’ll return it straight away.

Harrods: what do users think?

A J: This is the next level departmental store with floor after floor of top notch merchandise. Good cafes and Gordon Ramsey Burgers. The food hall, chocolate area, bread and meets are world class. Check out the fine watches and exquisite jewelry shops. Love visiting Harrods every time we are in town. Dior display and bake shop ware spectacular.

Mark Minehan: First visit back to Harrods for 10 years. Looks pretty much the same. Bought a Salt Beef Sandwich from their exquisite FOOD HALL and it was amazing! This really should be a Five Star review but for me it gets Four Stars purely because I cannot afford to shop here! Such a good sandwich. See you in 10 years for an update!

Harvey Selwood: A five star experience. Myself like other people may not be able to afford a whole lot in here but it was amazing to look around and see all the different shops and products for sale. The food court was also delicious to see! Would definitely recommend going to try some of there cakes!

Raghav Mathur: Awesome experience. The boutiques within are obviously high-end designer items, but the overall experience is lovely. Everyone is really nice and the food hall is SO COOL. Definitely hop in for a snack or a drink at the very least.

Candid Reviews: Always a go to in London. Lots of luxury items and designers from all over the world- from shoes, clothes, cosmetics, electronics, kitchen/dining , food, bedroom/bathroom, living area, travel to teas, pharmacy/wellness clinic, etc. Not much of a big shopper, but I love their teas, condiments, prepared and reasonably priced meals and don’t forget a reward points system. Also, they actually ship to the US within 4-7days for less than $50 filled box without any extra customs charge at delivery. Luxury at its finest I call it in all areas. The food is quality and reasonably priced.

Sushrut Timilsina: One of the most prominent building in London that you should never choose to miss. Iconic terracotta palace with high end luxury shopping with delectable restaurants serving exceptional delicacies within the building itself. Immerse yourself being lured into fashion, fine watches and fine jewellery with lustful shopping experience in the building including the fresh food hall where you end up buying lot more food than you thought you will. Believe me you’ll never experience or find anything as such in any shopping stores in London and will never forget this experience.

Jennifer Newell: The outside view just draws you into the store. For me personally, it is spectacular. Inside is all about name brands and high-end shopping. I enjoyed the experience of multiple brands coming together under one roof and the dining experience.

Solo Traveler: great selection of mens clothing, pretty good value for your money, styles are very up to date, more towards younger customers. one stop shop if you need a new wardrobe. the store is kept reasonably clean and organized. can be busy at times at the till, overall, a well maintained store.

Lee Hoile: Stopped for a Costa Coffee. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Good selection of gluten free nibbles and very tasty plenty of space to sit in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere

Chris Lawson: Bought a hoodie from here 3 months ago. First it started leaving a powdery residue on my clothes and started to stretch from a size medium to what more looks like a size XXXL, then within 3 months it was full of holes. I didn’t keep my receipt so didn’t expect a refund however I did want to complain. I called the store and was told to send an email, which I did. Unfortunately Next couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge my email. Not even an apology. This £36 top lasted 3 months. I will never shop with this company again. Not only because of the terrible quality but the contempt they show when customers raise a complaint.

ALEX MIHUT: Unless you want a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!Basically on the 3rd of January 2022 I ordered a parcel and paid to be delivered on the4 th of January well THAT NEVER HAPPENED and they were only able to deliver half of my order!! I rang them up and one had to basically dictate the letters from an email address like 8 years old children!!!Then the chain of pathetic apologies arrived that they had problems with delivery but they never had any problems taking my money oh no and an arrogant cynical attitude a staff requesting me (more time so SERIOUSLY THINK AGAIN IF YOU ARE WORKING) I literally had to say either you deliver my parcel or I will speak to my bank and chase my money through them !!So unless you have nerves of steel don’t do it

Divya M: The sale items are also so good. Has a lot of collection especially one of the best for formal wear for men and women. Affordable compared to high end stores in London. Lots of variety available.

Reflect: I bought Xmas pjs worth of £44 and this is what I discovered the next day of wearing them!!!! I expected better craftsmanship for this price tbh! I suppose this looks like £5 worth of materials and £2 for the sewing employee, the rest £37 would be profit for NEXT!

W Wan: I was very happy to go to this stylish flagship store and it took time to see.

Lance: Well to a company that has many outlets under the same roof. It gap in its brand and few other. They accept all major credit card and cash.

John Mogg: Another hidden gem. Most people think of Hamleys and the Disney Store in London as the premier Toy stores in town. FAO Schwarz the 159 year old New York toy shop, has had a residency on the 4th floor in Selfridges, since 2019. There are some great features in here for kids to have a go on (such as a new rendition of the iconic Piano as featured in the Tom Hanks film BIG. Check it out if in town with your kids (or if you want a go on a giant Piano).

Jon Atk: Fantastic department store offering high end products and experiences to customers. Well worth a visit if shopping is your thing Great food hall, Technology and fashion/fashion accessories department. Christmas decor is the best both in and outside the store Some nice little eating and drinking establishments also tucked away make sure you check them out Impressive and I don’t do shopping much 👍

John: Selfridges is the embodiment of a classic, upmarket British department store. Set in the heart of Oxford Street, you can buy everything from amazing food to games consoles. I absolutely loved our trip here, and would definitely come here again as there’s always something interesting and new to try. Their coffee machine selection is particularly amazing.

Symeon Onipede: From Diamonds to luxury goods, watches, perfumes, toys, technology, shoes, top designer labels, teas, coffees and lovely stuff at the food hall. All good things even after all these years on Oxford street. Sale now on...sort of... but still a lovely day out. And Wimbledon tennis live on screen in one of the many nice cafes in the magnificent store

Jordan Bell: I like Selfridges an old beautiful building from the outside, with an iconic beautiful clock at the main entrance. In contrast to the inside which is stylish modern an airy. This store for me is less snooty than other well known department stores in London.

Dalia Alwan: A feel good place. Classy and prestigious. Has many departments, best of which the electronic appliances and home items. Also got interiors, lighting and bedding sections Men, women and kids fashion. Toys and library. The food hall is quite nice too. Good location with easy transport in the middle of Oxford st. Everything you need in one place.. make sure you have a lot of cash to carry 😁 💰 💳 💷 💰

Dr HNS - Lazy Tiger Mum: Haven’t been here in years but love exploring all the different floors every time I do visit. So many things too see and taste. The food hall is always a must visit when on Oxford street. Also, the sweets and confectioneries in the basement. Be careful because you can get carried away with all the wonderful and amazing things one offer. Weekend can get a be crazy and over crowded.

Tan Seet Ynn: They have the largest jellycat plushy collection in London. There is a giant bashful bunny plushy on display, which you can hug and take pictures with. There is also a store-exclusive bashful honey bunny plushy. You can also get your name embroidered on its ear within 20-30 minutes, up to 11 characters.

avnika kuvadiya: Selfridges - The hub of international brands who have stuff from almost all categories to offer, be it apparel, shoes, accessories, perfumes, chocolates, technology all located among the four floors. There are many restaurants to grab a meal or binge upon, they also have a cinema. It is totally awe inspiring and leaves one in the state of mesmerization. It is a definate visit once kind of a zone to have a grand experience.

Stjepan Kujadin: One of my favorite department stores in the world. So many great brands and the presentation is just stunning. Many food and beverage options. Something for everyone from cosmetics, clothes, accessories etc. you can spend all day here lol

The North Face - Westfield London: what do users think?

josiah williams: I am using my sons account… I Came in a few weeks ago to browse with no intentions of purchasing any items one colleague named steven approached me and i ended up leaving with a jacket and two fleeces. he is a superb sales assistant he didnt force me to try anything he asked and recommend and was very patient. Although, he was slouching against the wall and display stands which i (used) frown upon in my store he made me very comfortable and made me feel like i was talking to a friend. when giving praise to his superiors i received a sarcastic comment back of “ when he chooses to listen” this is poor management skills and you can tell that wasn’t the first time and steven ignored it. Keep up the good work steven even if they don’t praise you! - Sadia williams

mark bolton: Really lovely helpful staff very friendly and found the size I neededGreat layout and products...Made the shopping experience veryeasy... thanks for all... Love my new fleece...

Kaushal Kishore: Gooood ppllace door buy jackets but only one thing is bad you have too wait in que to enter this place.

Mick Baker: A very nice store but expensive. Staff very helpful

Phil Patton: Great shop but its expensive but eh good clothes cost money if it was easy to cool every 1 would be

Chemira-Chelsea Baratram: Tonya was super helpful and friendly - she made the shopping experience a pleasant one!

nigel parrott: If you need serious outdoor gear, go elsewhere. NF is expensive and useless. If you want to look like you have good gear, buy North Face.
Response: Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear you don't feel our products are up to scratch. Check out our athletes that use our clothing and equipment to great success: https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/exploration/athletes.html

Daniel Alfred Banka: I like the shop... stuff is great... specially one Polish girl... once she help me to choose walking shoes .. she explained me how they work..she has a lot of knowledge...and she so nice 😁.. definitely I will buy something there when she will be in shop... P.S. and she has beautiful eyes 👀😏

Chloe Roig: From the minute you walk in you’re harassed by the floor staff which ok fair enough but it was over the top as any time you touch anything the staff run up to you and ask ‘if you need any help’ which is unnerving when you’re just trying to browse. I Needed a Size XL in a puffer so i tried on a size L on the shop floor and had 3 different staff come up to me at various times whilst i just tried on the 1. It wasn’t so busy so all of the staff were focused on us making us so uncomfortable with each member staring and talking into earpiece’s as we walked around the store. you’re assumed poor like you can’t afford their items just for looking around and trying stuff on which you obviously would do before dropping 300 on a coat☹️ I would encourage this store to employ new more friendly staff as i almost walked out after feeling so intimidated coming into the store with the intention of purchasing.

John Finn: Awful customer experience, spent over £200 and didn’t get a hello or thank you from the attendant when paying. I assume he was the floor manager, also overhearing him badmouthing the other staff isn’t a good look. Also noticed there was 10% off if you signed up to the NF club but wasn’t even offered this service. I’d expect more from a flagship store!

Boguslaw Odrowaz: One of the best customer service in the till ,very friendly and profesional people. 5 stars for security guys as well.hope to back there soon.

Matthew Morgan: Great products with an awesome style of decor. Staff was a little less than helpful.

Yasmine Marnie: Great choice of products, slightly limited sizing and difficult to get hold of staff.

Brizzly Phone: Great store, most the Northface coats can be found here, they match any price you see online, make sure to check online price before you purchase.

Simon: Service is a lot better in the North Face store at Carnaby street. But this one is bigger with more items to choose from.

Gary Page: Very friendly staff, got a great discount on my purchases as I signed up for their newsletter etc when paying, so saved around 30GBP straight off the bat, which was great. Was expecting a bit more range of productsnas their flagship store. However staff were friendly and helpful.

J Green: Costumer Service leaves a lot to be desired. This happened last summer while I was browsing at the store. I picked up a card holder gently and later put it back on the shelf. One of the male stuff came up and said ‘Please do not throw our card holder’ in a rude manner. Later when I left the store, I decided to go back and speak to another male staff about it. The staff who accused me of throwing the card holder came up and made some non-sense excuses. He said he was just checking on the customer behind me etc. Which makes no sense at all. I have decided to write this review now is because whenever I go past the store, it reminds me of this horrible experience. I was truly offended by the way that the staff approached. I used to be a regular customer, however, I have never shopped with your brand since this accident happened. Please provide further training to your staff in order to comply with your company’s policy. Shocking experience.

Melissa Uss: I must say, this must be the best Coach store in UK. I have been to many in London. But I was never left this impressed by customer service. I was served by Emanuele. He was so lovely and went beyond to provide an excellent service. If there were more stars only to leave for this lovely person. Thanks so much for making customers come back. Every store needs staff of this kind. Brilliant. Thank you

Jessica Parker: I visited here to pick out a bag as a birthday gift for myself. There was plenty of choice. I would happierly of picked all the bags but I am very happy with the bag that I did chose. Both members of staff were really helpful. We were served by Samuel he was polite and helpful. I was a bit indecisive at times but Samuel was patient and gave good advice. They personalised the tag on my bag while I waited. Excellent service ☺️

Savannah F: Terrible customer service. The sales person in the store acted pleasant until I came to return something. It was only when I can back to return something that I noticed that they had stamped an exchange only stamp at the bottom of my receipt. Not once did they mention I would only be able to exchange, especially after I was explained that I had bought the same bag online but was taking advantage of their 20% deal. 3 representative ganged up on me and made me feel horrible- I left the store in tears. I’m appalled that they would try and be this sneaky and I won’t shop at coach in the future. Update: I got my money back because I showed them the policy online. They are all absolutely incompetent and it was so lame watching them try to talk themselves out of it. Also Vincenzo - when you tried selling me the purse I was extremely put off. I know you’re making a commission but seriously no need to be the desperate ( it’s embarrassing and not a good look hun). And for the guy who tried to take my £5 gift back get lost it’s already in the bin. Hope I did t make you to ‘anxious’ by trying to get my money back x

George Geden: Fantastic day out shopping Mario greeted very well with prosecco. Very pleasant and very very welcoming. Customer service skills are out of this world not only from him but the team at the shop. Always happy to return

C P: The entire shopping experience in the Canary Wharf Coach store is always amazing...it’s not my first visit to the store either, so it’s not fluke. Emanuele is always so happy and helpful, along with George. To be be honest all the staff are amazingly lovely and helpful. And of course let’s not forget the Prosecco and cupcakes...thanks guys. I thoroughly recommend the staff and the beautiful leather goods. Be warned if you are just browsing leave your wallet at home, the items are just too good to resist and well priced 🙈

Maddy Gibney: Really attentive and helpful staff. Pleased with my new bag. I’d had my bag stolen and she gave me a couple of small freebies with my purchases which was a lovely touch.

Hannah: Ricardo is very helpful! Despite it being a very busy period for them, Ricardo was very willing to assist me and even rang me to provide an update on the bag I had my eye on in the store until I could get in to see him. Beautiful bags as always. Love my new Coach bag! Thank you. See you soon.

Pratap Menon: I recently bought a Coach Explorer bag for business, and previously a Coach tote and handbag for my wife from your store. Of course, I came to the store for their excellent quality of apparel, but what stood out for me was the the patience, enthusiasm and earnestness showed by the staff here, especially Emanuele - it all contributed to being a pleasant and rewarding buying experience! Emanuele - thank you for your excellent customer service. Many thanks and look forward to shopping more in your stores in the future!

ALEX MIHUT: Seriously guys unless you want a nervous breakdown don’t order with them!!I REALLY WOULD GIVE 0 !! I basically made an online order on the3 rd of January 2022 payed for it to be delivered on the 4 th!!The parcel didn’t come complete trying to chase my half of the parcel 2 days wasted (today and tomorrow careful working people)On the phone a cynical cow asking for more time cause the couriers have problems!! I had to tell them either you complete my order or I will chase my money back through my bank NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Anna Purser: It is always extremely hot in this shop. Manager telling staff what to do takes priority over customer service and you were left to sweat while waiting for attention. Otherwise good.

Sandy Beach: Door and window area always dirty. You’ll never get sanitise gel from the dispenser and it’s completely dirty. Waiting time so long for any online order.

Rox N.: My go-to retailer for pretty much anything. The location is conveniently close to London underground stations and bus routes, making a quick stop over easy. Staff here are friendly and professional. However the selection of products at this branch is not very great, hence they lose a star.

Poonam Kaur Mereuta: Limited staff, I waited 35 minutes to pick up a click and collect. This is ridiculous. Staff are laid back and do not care

D Ahmed: One of the smaller stores, stock not as extensive as some of the bigger stores.

Tahmedur Rahman: Next is just amazing! Outstanding range of clothes with range of fits and colours. I personally recommend the £22 mens jeans in skinny fit. The store is in immaculate condition and it is beautifully presented throughout. The customer service is great but sometimes the store looks quite understaffed. Maybe hiring 2 permanent full time Sales Consultants may do the trick!

Sabrina Burton: Embarrassing lack of clothing for men, no shorts despite it being the middle of summer

Coach: what do users think?

M ZHANG: I bought a bag in this Coach store today, no one served me even though I had eye contact with one of the staff. Its funny cuz this brand is not that cheap but the customer service is even worse than all the other brands. I give 2 stars is because I like the bag.

Abbie: Natalie is very professional, friendly and very patient sales associate. I bought my second bag since the shop opened in Westfield and I plan to buy more. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful, even when I just go for a browse.

Maryam A. Ahmed: I love Coach but having an amazing customer experience only makes me like it more. Josephine at the store was really nice to us and treated us with care and respect. I got my bag customised with my name and Jelita did a really good job. I will definitely be going back to the store :)

Suzanne T: Excellent selection and service. Huge thanks to Ms Gabriella who has been extremely helpful, professional and most pleasant to deal with.

Maho Nakanishi: Ladies size clothes are really big for me but kids clothes are really amazing. LOots of high quality beautiful clothes!!!!

P R: Not a fan of the ladies clothes from here. Not really to my taste. I love the kids clothes though. The clothes for girls are really beautiful. They might be expensive but you’re paying for top quality. The coats are really warm and my daughter loved it. The little dresses they have are really lovely. The shoes are cute as well. My son had a coat from here as well that he finds really warm and comfortable. Easy to clean and worth the money. Like that you can order items that’s aren’t in stock or available in your size there in store for collection or delivery to your home. They hardly ever have any decent items in their sales which makes it pointless really to go during sale periods. It is a total mess during sales too.

Fiona Sim: Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Paid in store for a jacket to be delivered to my home address incl delivery fee. Was for a family wedding. Jacket never arrived. I was told it was not in stock. Then I was told it was out for delivery. Then I was told it was out of stock. On 6 the June I was told by Next customer services that I would receive a full refund within 7 days. I’m still waiting. I filled out and emailed a form outlining my complaint and was told I’d have to drive the two hours each way from home to store to get my refund and was there anything else they could help with! I will never shop in Next again. And I will now be taking legal route to get my money back as they have left me no other option.

Vijay Verghis: Nice store and great deals for Boxing Day

Maryomaa II: Nice shop as usual

Bimeny Ponsiano: Next has got a way of living up to the expectation of customers. Their babies section is by far the most interesting to me but that could be because it is much easier to shop for others especially those who are not yet too opinionated. The arrangements of their items is good which makes it easy to find your items. The staff are very welcoming and helpful

Sonny Mall: Spanish lady helped me ordering an out of stock item. Very helpful and friendly. Good service.

Tumi - The Royal Exchange: what do users think?

Nipun Chopra: My first time contacting the store as I’m looking to buy a 19 degree aluminium case. I rang regent street who were helpful but the royal exchange staff really blew my service expectations out of the water. They promptly responded to all my queries and shared photos of the bag and a video to help me make an informed decision. Very very impressed with the service.
Response: Hi Nipun, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, and such a positive one at that. We really appreciate it. I'm so happy that the service you received blew you away, and the team in store look forward to assisting you further in the future with any enquiry you may have. Thanks again, TUMI UK

Noelia Goujeau: Small place ,but cosy ,staff happy to help you
