Eu Spy Shop: what do users think?

Abu Bakar Siddique: Good products and good demonstration in how to use the devices.well done Euspyshop!
Response: Thank you sir you are welcome.

Juan Caicedo Bernal: The service provided at Eu Spy Shop went beyond my expectations from the very first moment that I visited the shop to request information about a product, to the after-sales service when I needed something for the camera I bought and its warranty. I was impressed at how effective and prompt every solution was given to me. Eu Spy shop took special care to cater for my needs, and I am very grateful for the support provided at all times. I highly recommend Eu Spy shop to everyone. The added value is priceless.
Response: Thank you Mr Bernal

Matt Gleave: Highly recommended!! Very helpful and knowledgeable guy who dealt with my order. Great service, very happy customer!! Thank you.
Response: Thank you mr Gleave most welcome.

Owais Nawaz: I was in need of spy camera and my purchase with euspyshop was fantastic from start to the end. In setting it up and demonstrating the features of the product.I would really recommend this place to anyone in need of such products.

David Morris: Open meetings by shops in London for a number of years and my usual stockist didn’t have two items I ordered them through use by shout and promised I’d be in the next day the next day is fine to pick them up and I was fobbed off for a week when I actually received the goods which were not what I ordered The owner told me I had no comeback because all I had written on the invoice I was given is electrical equipment. Putting it bluntly these guys are crooks and I will go out my way to avoid dealing with them Thank for your response but frankly its nonsense. I came back to the shop Three times for the order to get filled and credits on the tracker. I even spoken to the manafactures of the tracker whp were appalled that is spent over £300 and had not credits on the tracker, meaning it would not work. They were very embarrassed as gave me a lot of credit but t me the model was obsolete and i was bettter to upgrade. I went back three times but was forbbed off with excuses twice and told not to come back the third time as the reiciept said electronic equipment. As you say you writ this as standard. Perhaps you do so knowing the customer will be unable to get a refund or replacement purely down to the wording on the reciept. It was not the money that annoyed me so much it was the attitude. Like i say, stay well clear PS. Just looking down the reviews and seen the owner/manager Wajid Khan has given himself a 5 star review!!!! Says it all really
Response: We are not crooks And we do not fob customers off. We never tell a customer he can not bring the item back. And we have never told customers no comeback weather it has electrical gods on the invoice . ( this is told to the customer when purchasing for his security reasons and they agree to this ) we offer guarantee on all our products for 12months. If it's wrong item ordered as a customer why you take it ? Because you take what you ordered. If you can contact us we are more than to happy to resolve this.

Paul T: Good selection of professional spy equipment at affordable prices. Very Knowledgeable and helpful sales team. I was very impressed with the free after sales technical support.

Digital Bazaar: Professional service, great range of products on offer and very informative, will be back! Very happy with my purchase. Thanks again

Harvey Klee: Sorry EU Spy. I only looked at your body-worn cam products, to be fair because I prefer buying local than online. But you mark everything up 500+%. Low quality at high quality prices. This makes supporting local businesses impossible. :(
Response: Mr Harvey klee I think you will find that every LawMate system that we sell is being listed at the correct recommended retail price. I can only assume that perhaps you may have been looking at a competitors website who could be possibly marking up prices as per your suggestion or selling poorer quality systems marked at higher price points hence your comments regarding margins. Regarding your comment about low quality and high prices, please note that this is the same equipment that is currently being employed with our national Police force, National Crime Agency, HMRC and many national and international government organisations. This is also the same equipment being used by national video mystery shopping companies, private detective agencies and the Association of British Investigators. Further, if you investigate other on-line retailers you will also see that my pricing is identical to that of theirs, the recommended retail price. LawMate is an internationally recognised brand associated with high quality covert recording devices whilst being offered at very competitive pricing. There are always the cheaper Chinese manufactured units you can find on the likes of EBAY which although will save you slightly in the short-term, will not serve the purpose for professionals looking for high-end quality manufactured systems offering longevity in their operation. We would appreciate feedback from customers whom purchase from us and give us good feedback for our services and equipment. And not from customer whom are just browsing the internet. Euspyshop 48 Tottenham Court Road London w1t 2ef

Nadia Akhtar: Made a purchase recently and eu spy were very helpful in making my purchase and excellent after sales service.

Fezan Ali: Bought an listening device online and was delivered next day , excellent device and very good serviceHelpful over the phone and email

Currys: what do users think?

LadyLuizah: I had a very pleasant experience at the store today following me dropping my laptop and damaging my screen. I was supported by several members of staff in finding the best solution to work from home and was quoted a price for repair by the tech support team. They were all very supportive and patient. Thank you

maria cristina brodu: Great customer service: the staff is very competent and can help you effectively, in a short time. Much better than in some other Currys stores (where you can neither find someone available to place an order in store). Definitely recommend

Sasha Wu: I went to Currys on Oxford Street on Oct 12 to get a 55” telly and Man was incredibly helpful. He guided me through in choosing the telly that best served my needs with a good value. I ended up buying a toaster that I originally plan to get somewhere else. Would definitely re-visit the store should I look for other electronic appliances next time.

Billy Stockwell: I was having a lot of issues with vodafone and the staff at PC world were amazing, they sorted out my contract for me and even returned my driving license that i left in there. very supportive and incredibly helpful, my server was Bes and i cant thank her enough for sorting out the issues i was having.

Mudassir Hussain: I ordered online and just picked it up from the store. The staff was nice and positively engaging. I would recommend visiting the store if you are looking to buy tech products.

SN Hsdmr: On 31 Dec, 2022 around 17:00. I entered your store at Oxford Street. Two of your staff were chatting right next to the stairs, I approached them and asked if the Amazon Alexa was available. Both said ‘we don’t know, check upstairs. I went up, I asked another salesperson whose mobile phone was in front of him and a football game was on. He said he should check the item, so stood up, took his phone with him (still the game was on), I followed him as he went to find the speaker I wanted. He found it. I asked how much it was. He said he had to check that too. With the box and his phone (the game still on), he walked across the room, where he scanned the item’s barcode. Btw, he put his mobile phone in front of him once again. He said something about an insurance or something like that. I said no. Then he asked me something about the receipt. I told him that I’d asked about the price. He said ‘oh, yes. It is 60 something.” I thanked him and left. I hope I didn’t interrupt your employees’ chat or cause them miss a goal or something.

Gonzalo Alonso: Staff is really friendly and helpful, specially Man who helped me choose the best product for me because he knew all the details so he was able to point me in the right direction and I feel like I got the best device for me.

Hamida Bouazza: DO NOT GO THERE. Poor manager & unqualified salesman on top floor. I just had a TERRIBLE experience in this store. i needed good quality earphones. The guy working upstairs was busy chit-chatting over the phone although me & another clients were kind of lost snd clearly needed help.I approached him (literally embarrassed him into cutting the call short to do his job & help me). I told him exactly what I needed. Ialso MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO HIM from the very start that I will need to try the earphones FIRST to decide if I can take them or not. The guy did not prove any useful technical information about the product nor its qualities, etc. I did not mind sone salesmen are poor performers and that’s ok. However, i MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO HIM from the very start numerous times that I will need to try the earphones FIRST to decide if I can take them or not. I even turn on my laptop to try them. The guy, again was in hurry wanted to get rid of me to finish the phone call, told me just pay them downstairs and try them. We need it in system before you trying it. I did as i was told. I paid & I tried them. They were sold for 25 GBP & sounded exactly the same as my 2 GBP cheap ones. I went back to the salesman. I told him I tried them after paying as you told me but they’revnot the quality I am looking for. I need to return them. He said go downstairs & ask them for return. I was shocked when the manager told me that for hygenic reasons, earphones cannot be returned. Now that I paid they cannot refund them. The salesman NEVER told me this. The cameras are in the store & can easily see that I got my laptop at early stage of sale process because I made it VERY CLEAR to the salesman that I wanted TO TRY them first before deciding to take them or not. He NEVER mentioned anything about hygenic reasons and not thing about non-refund. But when his manager went upstairs with him to check he LIED TO MY FACE and said a diffent account of what happened & he told me. He then BLAMED ME, The customer, for why didn’t I ask him if refund was on the table or not. The stupid salesman assumes that tourists must know all the terms and conditions of all brands & stores of a country they visit, while lazy salesmen like himselff chill out at the back of the store chit-chatting over the phone & providing incomplete information to client to waste their money & time. When I told the manager his staff member just told me it it possible to try and NEVER TOLD ME about the non-refund. And that I now have earphones I do not need. When I told the manager to make sure staff are trained to provide comprehensive information like all other stores to avoid clients any inconvinience, he very unprofessionally took it personal and replied “I know how to train my staff!”. He clearly does not. i went to a different store & got an EXCELLENT service and product. The satff were competent, provided the necessary information about the product, clear instructions about terms & conditions regarding returns, refund, etc. I was very happy to see a very well managed store with competent staff. Unlike this store. Very poor service & unqualified manager & salesmans.

Doris CCTV LTD: what do users think?

Karen: Contacted Doris CCTV as our NVR had stopped recording, even though the cameras could still be seen on the live feed. We had only a couple of days left on our 2 year warranty. We boxed up the hard drive and NVR and sent it back to them as requested. Fernando and Nish sorted out the problem for us under the warranty, we now have a working CCTV system that records again. Excellent customer service.

Christopher Troughton: Been in the CCTV industry in many forms since 2001. Have used all the main suppliers over years, these guys although relatively small are punching with big guys! Very good service, excellent stock levels, not a bad word to say! Thanks guys.

Toni Hunter: Just had cameras installed into our house. High quality service and nothing was a problem. Fernando was specifically very helpful when linking the CCTV cameras to our phones. He took time to explain and help overcome problems. Would 100% recommend this company.

Wesley Spencer: We use Doris CCTV as our main CCTV distributor. I cannot recommend them enough, the service provided every time is 5*. Reliability, customer service and technical support are great. Warren is one of the sales representatives we speak to the most and every time has been great. Thanks, Wesley. Lookout.

Annette Bannister: I would like to thank Nish for his help in renaming my cameras. i found him to be very professional and very patient during our correspondence. He is a credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Doris CCTV to friends and family as a result of the service I received . Thanks again

Inge Mehmet: I had to visit Doris CCTV last week to drop my DVR off for repair. I had the pleasure of meeting Nish, Warren and Sharlene. I can honestly say they were the nicest, most helpful and polite bunch of people I’ve ever met. They are a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble and my DVR was repaired on the same day and I wasn’t charged a penny. Very happy with the service

Genevieve Sparrow: Really great service from Warren. Purchased a hilook system from them over the phone, service was prompt and helpful. I didn’t know exactly what I needed but he really helped explain and delivery was next day.

Bob Davies: I dealt with Warren for the second time and found him very helpful and professional. Thanks Warren. I also spoke to Fernando in support who was also very helpful. Thanks to you all, and definitely recommend Doris CCTV

R D: Fernando is an excellent support technician resolved my DVR problems in one phone call, using remote assistance. He is very friendly, polite, knows his stuff.

SSR Trading Ltd: what do users think?

Gavara Srinivas Rao: Hello everyone, i am very much impressed with the company technical person (Mr Larry) support. He provided me each & every piece of information required for getting my job done. Explained in detail the procedure as well provided documents to help in proper understanding of the product. I would difinately recommend this company to my friends as well to my colleagues. In my opinion you are an asset to your company. Thank you so much Mr. Larry for all your support.

Ryan Fleming: Best service I have received from a company in a long long time !!!!

Asus C300: Amazing people with customer service. The team at SSR have always serviced my needs with the upmost friendliness and value for money you cannot find anywhere else. Not only they help you get your business in the right track by making you nice leaflets but aso they understand my cctv request always. Thank you for giving me the best quality.

brian lenihan: Great company, very helpful and customer service focussed. Highly recommended

Jinesh Patel: Best service out there. I was stuck on a job and Larry was great help with excellent technical knowledge. Probably one of the only stores which answer the phone and happy to help without spending hours on hold. Would recommend without a doubt

Farzin Azizi: This company goes the extra mile for its customers, what a service. Not only top quality products and prices but they designed & printed a flyer for my business, it looks fantastic. What a service, highly recommended.

MrAbdul2003: This is a very customer focussed company. I have got to know Saukar really well. He has time to answer the phone and give support. He never tries to fast sell you anything if he feels its not suitable. This kind of honesty and integrity is hard to come by in business these days. He also has the latest products at excellently competitive prices. If you need anything CCTV/Alarm related go to him, Im sure he has it all!!

Kevin Jacobs: Great Video, just one observation you do seem to rush through could you slow down a little. This would enable not having to stop video and back track a lot.

Park Cameras London: what do users think?

Patryk Bartnicki: Not bad place for buying first camera. They don’t have much camera body on display in store, but I definitely like the fact as they have table top model of town when you can test camera or lens you buying. Also they have pretty good choice of camera bags, tripods and all kinds of lights. Place doing a lot of cash back on shopping and they have not bad prices anyway.
Response: Thanks for the review Patryk :-)

Lee Collins: Excellent service and I highly recommend this company. Bought a used Ricoh camera from Park Cameras London shop in Rathbone Place. The camera had a problem and they refunded me immediately. They then immediately found me a replacement and I was able to buy it for the same price. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a special shout out to the sales person Richard who did a terrific job of serving me in the London shop. Thank you Park Cameras.
Response: Thanks for the review Lee, will pass on your kind words to Richard. :-)

Shaun Madden: Exemplary customer service received after buying a Peak Design pack in store and later found it was missing a detachable storage strap. I was kept updated regularly by email without once having to chase and have received the strap direct from the supplier after a few weeks.
Response: We are so glad we could resolve your issue, thanks so much for the review. :-)

Adam Ings: Went in to the store after seeing a 2x battery and charger kit. Didn’t mention on the website that it was any kind of ‘online promotion’ or ‘bundle’, yet the guy at the store said ‘I have to sell you each item separately’ and proceeded to charge me £50 extra…an extra half of the cost of the kit on their website. Why should it cost more to buy in the store in the moment? No idea. I would have thought it would cost less for me to come to the store and buy it rather than ordering online. Bizarre.

Chathu S: They really need more staff or trained their staff to work in other departments. Waiting time is too long

charlene trent: Very welcoming and helpful! Went in to query about a chromebook for my son and the staff member Bilal explained all I needed to know and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I was given all the relevant information to decide which to purchase. Would recommend this store after my experience

Jacob Knapper: Staff aimlessly wondering about but no one seems to be at customer service actually doing anything productive. Complete waste of staff and customers time. Compared to the attentiveness of John Lewis, no wonder Curry’s suffers - it’s a thoroughly depressing experience.

Navaim Naeem: Terrible customer service and stock management. I paid for 10 projectors on 8th of November, to be delivered before the 10th. I got an email on the 10th stating they can only confirm 5 products. After taking payment for all 10, they gave me confirmation for 5 projectors. 2 days later I got a notification stating that they have 3 available in stock and the remaining items they do not know. Till this day they haven’t answered my calls or refunded me on the products. I was not able to collect VAT when I left the UK and the sales assistant was anything but helpful. Will never shop here again.

Panos Mavrakis: I was looking for a mouse and keyboard. I asked three different employees but everyone was busy or they sent me to a different department of the store! I found a 4th employee who helped me in the end! I waited for 30 min just to buy a keyboard…. :(

Alessandro Spera: As soon you walk in the shop you get a glare from the members of staff that you are about to steal something and it’s not a great feeling!! There are 100s of them all in their perfectly puffed up purple jumpers, more than their own customers (I just wonder why!) Ordered something to simply collect in store…not that easy…going there the item is on the shelves but, there is a BIG but…they can’t give it to you because it needs to be delivered by god knows who!!! Waste of time, needed to cancel the order made online and go back in to buy exactly the same item…on the way out (unfortunately, or fortunately for him, I didn’t take his name!) I been told to go to Screwfix…well you will get a better customer service in there..that is for certain!!

Tree B: Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have got 5 stars if it wasn’t for their head office messing some thing up and causing a wasted trip and staff to spend time doing some thing for nothing. But staff are great instore.

MSCRM GB: Good range of electrical and electronics household products available. TV, Computer, kitchen. Provides extra warranty for most of the offerings for a small fee. Collection service available for the orders booked online.

Zia95 M: I wouldn’t even like to give it one star as I’m fuming with the misleading service I’ve received from your store representative Abdul. Selling us a tv with wrong information. We paid for the LG G2 gallery edition with the soundbar explaining we wanted it mounted flush against the wall as it was shown in store with the wire put through the hole in the wall we already have. He said not a problem engineers can do that also paid for the soundbar mounting which he said they’ll do. Come installation day the engineers through no fault of theirs say curry’s have given us the wrong information they cannot put the wire through the wall and can’t mount the soundbar as currys havent put it through as a mounting job on the system. Can’t get through to this store on the phone even if u call customer service. They are liars and you are better off not coming here as they make tons of mistakes and you can’t even get through to them. You would have to go in store. I even had to go again twice as when I tried to purchase the tv with an offer code the guy said the offer code expired and may not come back but if it does they’ll offer us a refund of the price difference it’s an easy process. The VERY NEXT DAY THE OFFER CAME BACK HOW CAN U NOT KNOW WHICH OFFERS ARE GOING UP. ANYWAY ITS NO SURPRISE THAT IT WASNT EASY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP CALLED OVER THE GUY WHO SOLD US TV TO TELL HIM HES WASTED OUR TIME BY SAYING A REFUND IS EASY TO DO.

Kiyani's: Great service. Once you get a chance to receive that service. Always short of staff. When ever we visited we had to go from the back of the store to go find someone at the front counter and literally pleed them to assist us. .

Lucy Brookes: Recently I bought a TV, phone and radio from this store……. Shane and his colleague were extremely helpful, informative and patient. The transaction was a little complicated due to paying in different methods and Shane went above and beyond to facilitate this. I’m so grateful and would recommend them / this store to anyone when buying high spec electrical goods.

Jonathän Parker: Click and collect service is non existent in this branch. I ordered and paid for my item. Received confirmation that it was ready to collect at the collection point. Followed the steps via email to ensure a easy and swift experience once I got to the shop only to be met by a large queue with one available staff member on the counter. There is no proper collection point at this branch. Waited 35 minutes and most of the customers in front of me weren’t even purchasing a product but asking for directions around the shop! 3 staff members kept going back and forth around the counter but turning a blind eye on the queue. Ridiculous. I can see why people don’t want to purchase in physical stores anymore. Very bad experience.

Natasha Khan: What an atrocious experience. We went to buy a TV having thought carefully. The guy had no idea what was in stock and what to advise us. They sold us the wrong TV bracket. They advised that the “engineers” would be able to not only mount our TV but install a new electrical point. We showed them photos of the wall we were planning to mount it and even the manager said this would not be a problem at all. The “engineers” turned up 1 month later to set it up (that was the only available date) and said it was not possible to mount let alone create a new electrical point. They even said the people in stores promise you things just to sell products. If the currys employees are even saying this then we are in trouble! My suggestion would be do not go here!!

anuradhaherath1981: I did not like how the sales people treat customers here. They kept us waiting for a long time and when we asked to check on a lap top model from one person he asked to ask from another person even though they were free and chatting with each other. They have many good electrical and electronic materials but with their rude attitude towards customers I am sure many would divert to other shops. Other thing is thier Web site information is nor updated properly and timely. We checked on Web and an item was available but when you visit the place, says not there. It was updated in their I pads. But not on common one searched by many customers. Cmon, we spend our time and fuel to travel to buy from them but overall they treat us like this. I am totally disappointed.

A WillOB: I went in to this branch to specifically buy a new iPhone 14 pro Max. After waiting 10 minutes for one of the staff to come and help, I gave up and am going elsewhere to buy. This was before the lunch rush and at least 4 members of staff were stood around. How are you going to compete with the internet if your unique selling point (physical store with staff to help) isn’t functioning?

Allison James: Friendly and helpful staff. Had to get laptop repaired. They tried everything instore to get it working, though in end it had to be sent off the manufacturer. I appreciated their efforts.

Vivi N: Came to the store intending to trade in my phone and to purchase a new one so cannot testify to any of the sales/ returns experiences others have mentioned. While there were some technical issues with the trade in diagnostics software (a reflection on Currys, not the staff), Mei was very patient and friendly throughout the whole process. All while juggling other customers requests, sales and enquiries. She seemed to be the sole worker running the mobile phones department today and she was a great multi tasker. Just wanted to say a big thanks to Mei for her help and big props to her hard work.

Alex Cheyne: I picked up a click and collect order here - very friendly and efficient.

Stevie Dutaut: Sold me an expensive laptop (£1400 Samsung Galaxy book2 Pro); it is flawed in its design because the keyboard continually accumulates very visible marks if you wear a watch and/or cufflinks. When I tried to return it after 9 days, store refused to take it because the device was still functional. If you must buy from Currys, at least buy online (I suspect you will have better service/protection).

Jack Baylor: Very slow, if helpful, service, low on stock for many items.

Ben Slater: We did a click and collect here, and all seemed good with this. Staff were a bit slow, and system seemed was a bit low tech - but store seemed extensive and large. Large car park outside, with 2 hour limit

Noor Ahmed: Good customer service, pricing I will recommend not to go for sales, this fridge freezer I saw £509, 4 days before Black Friday, then on Christmas n Black Friday SALES was £569. I thought the price would go down, but no CURRYS put prices UP for sales, so my request to all customers is not to go sales any shops.............

Simona Sdao: People in this place don’t know what they are doing. I ordered my phone on the 29th of November and they said it would have arrived within 5 - 10 working days. After three weeks nothing and I then found out the phone had arrived and was sold. This only after calling the customer service 10 times and going there 5 times. I had to cancel my order and get the phone from somewhere else since it will be Christmas in 2 days and it was a present. Really frustrating and the whole time they didn’t know where my phone is and kept telling me to come back after they already sold it! I would love to put 0 stars. I will never go back into that place again

Elisabeth Swedlund: You would think the point of an in-person retail store, is to buy items in said store. My partner and I went to look for a 43-inch TV from this curry’s. They had six models on display … and absolutely none in the shop inventory! So much for trying to support high-street branches.

HughUK: What a dreary store! Much of the stock looking shabby, and missing labels. It made me wonder if anyone manages this place: no sense of customer focus or pride in their stock. A surprise visit from Head Office might be in order.... Come on Currys, you can do far better than this.

Cristina Strugariu: Came from far so I can buy a washing machine. The stock shows clear 2 of them in , but they do not know where they are. After more them a hour of waiting and told different story like are damaged or are sent it back , we found one with a wrong price and code on it, but damaged in 3 places. Sales Team leader Christian was very ignorant and did not want make a note of damages.(in case something is wrong with it so we can refund or exchange with no issue) and no ready to look for the other one. Waste of so much time and got so upset with their attitude.

Currys: what do users think?

W Wan: This medium size Currys store has the most up to date home technology products and computers available. As same as other branches, every time it gives me inspiration for my visit!

Stefania Ionică: For just an ink i need it to wait for 30 min which actually take just 2 minute to open a locker. And the answer for the staff was as soon someone it free it will comeIt not so hard to take a key and just do a easy job

T W: We went to Currys to look at TVs as we wanted to buy a TV with stand and thought it would be good to support the local showroom at Charlton rather than buying online. Unfortunately, the whole experience was disappointing. The staff had limited knowledge about the products using handhelds to refer to online adverts and the wooden stand we wanted was boxed and the staff refused to let us see what colour the wood was - and said that if the box was opened there was no possibility of a refund if we tried to return it. Overall it felt like the staff really didn’t care whether we bought it or not and we left empty handed. We’ve now ordered both products from Richer Sounds as their service is exemplary, local shops well staffed and they take time to understand the products being sold.

Brian Cross: Traffic can be very heavy during rush hours, but the roundabout at the entrance to the adequate car park helps traffic on the East-West route cross over the West-East traffic. Charlton Station is about a 10 minute walk away with a useful Pedestrian Crossing close to the entrance to the car park. The store is quite large and well laid out with 2 floors of goods. I found the staff helpful with my query re: a new washing machine.

Joy Ola: Terrible experience. Came into the store two days ago. Was told one thing by a member of staff I had to wait to see. I forgot to bring what was required for the transaction to go through. So, went to go get the missing item a day later. All of a sudden what the first guy told me in the first place was a complete lie! Why have staff who are not trained properly. Why give a customer the wrong information and then give me attitude and rudeness when I am calmly telling you the information your colleague told me. Service is disgusting. Attitude (especially for the manager of the store) was disgusting! Information is not coherent. Purchased from Curry’s many times but this specific Curry’s in Charlton is appalling!

Joy Adele: Terrible service! Rude staff! Rude managers! Misinformed staff! If you go to this curry’s I gurantee you will get different information from each member of staff. Majority of staff do not know what the heck they are talking about! If you are going to go to Curry’s don’t go to Charlton. Ended up getting everything I needed + good decent service from Argos!

D. Matthew Dukes: Such a fast easy check out. Wish America had such stores for electronics. In America, in Atlanta if you have two people in line it takes like 30 minutes to turn me money. Had like 20 in line here, took ten minutes. Keep up the great with guys!

Prabir Purkayastha: Well stocked & good display of products. Staff is courteous, well informed & efficient. But they need to increase staff strength as long waiting time to get serviced is very frustrating. Also availability of store products should ideally be displayed.

Sadagopan Vn: Beautiful temple, the gopuram. Lord Murugan looks so divine. This is an excellent temple, Divinity all through. So many gods and beautiful vigrahams. Divinity. Feels like in Tamil Nadu. MURUGAN is called Lord of Tamil Nadu, Tamil kadavul. 🕉 Muruga !!!

Gary Chantler: Staff helpfulness was zero. Was going to drop 3-5 hundred pounds for a new TV today. Very incompetent staff, not knowing what to do or give you the customer the attention and help you need. Left it and walked out. Bought a new TV from John Lewis instead

G B: I had the worst experience in Curry’s Westfield London! When I got in no one approached me although I went in with the intention to buy. After waiting around for aproximately an hour, someone was able to give me some information about the products and make the transaction. However, after I was waiting for a week I have not received any call from them. I had to physically go to the store 2 during that week just to find out 5 days later that the order was not processed and someone else will have to do it again. After one of the staff members processed my order i had to wait for another week for 2/3 of my products to arrive. Of course no one called me this time either and every time i was trying to call the Westfield London store no one replied. When I asked the one of the staff members as to why no one ever replies she told me that they just dont. Three weeks later and I am still waiting for my desktop unit. When I last went to the shop they told they had received one in stock but they dont know how to check if it was mine (manager included). I had to go to that shop aproximatelly 6 time just to be treated with complacency and disrespect. Please avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere where you are respected.

Kaptain Guzzy: Excellent customer service, good products, gr8 prices, warranties are honoured without too much fuss. Excellent store!

Lucy Pic: Do not buy from them. Hope my bad experience will help someone. I bought an item online selected to collect it there I went to collect it last Saturday, the sale assistant told me that she could not give it to me because I was late to collect so the order was cancelled so she told me they would had refunded me. I was ok with that but unfortunately that never happened. the item resulted collected and it was not. I left the shop with nothing in my hand. So I do not have money not even the item. They stole me

Kaushal Kishore: Techy people must visit here. Lot of options of laptop, mobiles, watch available here. Only they are behind in VR handsets. They should display VR handset in dedicated area with demo.

Wex Photo Video London: what do users think?

Mohammed Islam: Would love give this a full five star, however the space they have is not fully utilised. There is a mezzanine level which has training rooms. No stock just rooms. Generally good selection to sample the stock, anything that is not available or would require, they have access to the web stock profile. There are a few camera stores left and having WEX open a store is very welcome. Sometimes online is not always idea. Camera gear requires physically checking and trying to see if it will do the job. This is where WEX is very useful. Having knowledgeable staff will help the business, I don’t feel the staff are very enthusiastic or forthcoming. However once engaged they seem to provide a decent level of service. Prices are high though.

Daniel M1dnightHunt3r: For all your photography needs.Great customer service and a sizeable variety of equipment and choice. Also really happy with my new microphone :)

Alex Walton: Wex have always been a great resource for my camera gear. And never fail to find me the right stuff at very short notice or at the least point me in the right direction. At my local branch, Whitechapel, the customer service agent ‘T’ has always gone above and beyond, part exchanged my gear extremely quickly and always has time to answer all my questions and ensure I’m clued up on the kit before I buy it. Fully trusted! Highly recommend.

Nigel Robinson: Love going to Wex to get new or secondhand equipment quality and service is good. However this time the sales assistant was not in a mood to listen and get me the tripod I wanted I gave him the product number from there website but he kept on saying it was another one. So experience was not a pleasant one.

CODIE WRYDROP: not the best customer service received • ordered online and last minute decided if I can collect in store, spoke to Katie from customer services who said this is fine so I made my way to the shop in ALDGATE EAST and store has plenty of staff so I approached one and explained the reason I am there. Male staff member took the reference number then said I would have to purchase and pay for the order as the one placed online would be cancelled and money returned to my account. I said Katie states it was a simple process of collecting the items in store so luckily for me another member of staff heard the conversation and corrected the Male member of staff that was serving me, other staff states yes this can be done and staff member then processed the order. Not seem keen at all then once item or order completed he asked if I need a bag, another staff member took a plastic bag and put it on the counter. I thought to myself… I spent 15yrs in retail and the least I would do is to put the £1,200 worth of gear/product inside the bag. I had to bag my own purchase so not impressed at all. You can review your CCTV and see for yourself so I doubt if I will come back again to this store again. Maybe best to order online and wait for delivery. No offence to staff but this is what really happened to me on the day.

Steven Piper: Really rude staff!!! I visited the East London store last week October 2022 with the intention of buying a £1100 DJI drone and a £200 rucksack, initially i was left alone to have a look around then I approached a member of staff who was walking past and asked if a certain rucksack was in stock? I was met with rolling eyes a big huff/sigh and a ‘i dont have a clue’ so i didnt even bother asking about the drone, i since purchased both items elsewhere and will not be using wex again despite spending over £9000 last year with them. Also managed to talk a friend out of purchasing a Canon -R5 and rf100-500mm lense, he purchased it from camera world instead :-)

Jennifer Casi Suarez: Had the best customer service today from Rukon and Siim when purchasing my Seinnheiser wireless set today. I’m a very happy customer!

timothy smithers: Popped in today with my wife to sort out some issues with our phone contract, and insurance. Esther our server was extremely competent and helpful she went above and beyond in her customer service skills, whilst dealing with multiple customers efficiently and keeping everyone happy and informed. This shows so much knowledge and skill in her field. Thank you for being amazing Esther!!

craig blackstock: Deserves a Zero but this app doesn’t go below one star. Visited the store two weeks ago on Saturday. The service was nonexistent!! I waited for a good 40-60minutes to be served ( it was so bad the people behind me left) the only busy section was customer service, seemed like everyone had an issue. I eventually called out for any type of assistance, maybe a manager? First assistant told me to just keep waiting. Then some guy claiming to be a manager asked me to leave the store and rudely escorted me to the door. I thought the economy was bad and shops wanted business, clearly not this store. I hope I never ever have to return there!!! It’s a disgrace!!!

Niloofar Sheidaie: Staff were super helpful and nice. I got a kettle online but when I receive it I didn’t like it so I went there to return. I changed my one about new items 3 times they passionately helped me and looked for what I wanted in their stock room. The placed is being managed well.

Noramy Kipoto: A big thanks to Jenny for helping my mother and I whilst I was video calling her to find a good new Fridge/Freezer and Washer/Dryer. Jenny provided us with great advice on looking for good quality, efficient units and not just the aesthetic. Excellent customer service!

Julia: Went in to get a replacement sim at 10:00am when the store opened, was told the member of staff responsible for this would not be starting until 12:00. I asked if this member of staff would be in if I returned at 19:00 and was told yes. I returned at 19:00 only to be told that the member of staff was on holiday until Saturday. Extremely poor customer service & long ques in store.

Hugo Chaplin: Absolutely disgusting customer service do not use. I ordered a dishwasher and paid extra for scheduled delivery between 0700-1100 on a Sunday. At 11 on the specified day, the order hadn’t arrived so I phoned customer service (20 mins of phone delay going through automated systems) and was told that I was the next stop and it’d be 20 mins. At 1300 the order hadn’t arrived and I received a text from curry’s saying the order was rescheduled for 2 weeks time!!! I rang customer service again and got called a liar for saying I was told it was due to be delivered today, apparently the system showed that I was never going to get my order. When I asked for a refund I was told that a manager needed to process this and so I would be called back within 20 mins. No call came and I couldn’t get through to the customer service again that day. Come Monday - I call back and they tell me they don’t have any record of the previous days issues. I ask to speak to a manager and have a refund and am told I have to wait 24 hours and someone will call me. Absolutely disgusting service and would avoid at all costs!

Argos Cheapside: what do users think?

Andrea L.: Rude staff, Disgusting customer service from Justin & Team. He absolutely doesn’t want to work there and he couldn’t care less of customers. He has been rude and patronising during my collection, I can’t believe Argos is represented by this low-mannered Individuals.

C Robinson: I received the most appalling service this afternoon at Argos Cheapside. Clearly, the two young men who served me, are untrained and do not have a clue of what the Argos returns policy is. The staff members refused to refund a bracelet that was a gift but was too big, unworn and in the original packaging. Apparently, the manager ‘Josh’ who was downstairs in the basement at the time, stated that ‘all jewellery are excluded from being refunded due to hygiene. Understandable if the item being returned was a pair of earrings. I explained to the members of staff that this item ( bracelet) was not excluded from 30 day returns policy and that this is clearly stated on the Argos website at the bottom in small print. The staff members then explained to me that the store doesn’t offer the same returns policy as the online website……confused!!! Upon exiting the store, I contacted customer service to log a complaint and was told that the item i tried to return is refundable and that Cheapside should not have told me that all jewellery is excluded from refunds, as this is not the case.

Hollie Schwanebeck: Quick and friendly service. My order was ready to pickup within minutes, thanks Argos!

Sharath R Babu: A nice outlet and the staff were very helpful. Patiently answered my queries. Purchased a dash cam that is good and worth the money. Easy to select the product, pay and pickup.

James Goolnik: BEWARE. If you buy a product from Argos and touch it they will not let you return it. I bought a tv and tried to return it 5 days later with all original packing, having not turned it on, as not as described on website. They said finger marks on the screen (which still had the protective screen film on) meant it was not in a sellable condition. The manger had to put finger marks to get it out of the box to inspect it!

Spiritual Enlightenment: Nasty manager. Uneducated guy. How did he got his job.

Sonia Guglielmi: Very rude staff and zero desire to work!
