Corl: I went looking for a sideboard. Did not find what I wanted but not put off going again. The furniture is laid out well so you can see everything. Would recommend going for any type of bric-a-brac. Picture frames glasses, ornaments, dining, vases, books. Lots to choose in good condition. Prices very good.

Cat Nguyen-Walker: We picked up this great buy on the weekend. You can really get lost in two of their warehouses as long as like to find treasures. You should definitely have patience to walk around and look in every nook & cranny. Great shop and assistance even in the horrible rain. The gentleman helped us load into the car easily.

Rachel Burke: Really disappointing. After looking through some of the lovely furniture, I asked about very local delivery and was quoted £10 (to deliver across one set of traffic lights). However, after looking through the reviews I have noticed others have been offered discounts and free local delivery. Such a shame to see that potential customers are treated differently.
Marius Miginis: Lovely store, has many items to choose. Solid selection of mirrors with affordable prices. Its big, occupies two store floors and has three cellar full of stock. Owner is a nice chap too, allowed to park behind his store, so I could shop with peace in my mind. Got few items from there and the owner gave me better deal. Highly recommended, they are open 10AM to 6Pm, and Sunday open till 4PM.

Idan Singh (Idan): A must visit for anyone visiting London, a rare find in Fulham, if yor going to Chelsea FC Football Club then do go and see this shop spread over 2 shops with large basement, there you will find Vintage Mirrors, Pictures, Telephones, Furniture and rare collectibles which are priceless. The shop is on the right out of the station a good 12 minute walk. Enjoy your visit.

Vanessa Howe: Let me start by saying by Kate and Bridget were absolutely fantastic right from the start! Not only did they empathise with my current situation, they gave me great deals and helped me out as much as they could. Both are lovely ladies and I hope to see them again some time in the future. The world needs more people like these two. The delivery boys Bret and Devlin were awesome! They really went the extra mile to accommodate my needs and were complete gentleman. They helped set up the furniture and placed everything exactly how I needed it. I’m so grateful I found Barnet Furniture Store and I’ll be sure to recommend this place to anyone that’s in a similar situation to me. 10/10 from me.

khushnum Bagwadia: I wanted to give my beautiful oak dining table and 4 chairs to them as charity. 2 men came to collect and one of them just kept showing so much negativity. He just didnt want to take it. He called the office, they said to take it. Then he said he doesnt want to dismantle it. This when BFC was informed that the table will not go without being dismantled. He just did not want to make any small effort. Very poor experience for a donation so big. Sad.
Response: Hi Khushnum, Thank you for taking the time to leave a 1 star review, however, we do feel that it is unjustified. We were happy to accept the table having seen the photos by email. We do advise at the time of booking a collection that all items need to be structurally sound. Unfortunately you failed to point out the damage to the table prior to the team attending your home. It was very clear from the underside that the table was previously damaged and repaired, i.e. the table was held together with brackets, not structurally sound and simply beyond repair. As explained by our very experienced collection team and the office manager, we are not obliged to accept items in such poor condition as per our T&C's. Had the damage been pointed out prior to the collection date, we would have saved your time and ours! I understand that you were hugely disappointed with the service for which I can only apologise, however, it is such a shame that you felt that the only way to express your disappointment was to jump on a public platform to damage the reputation of our little charity.

Lynn: Cash only. Super fun shop to wander about in but also great when you’re looking for something specific. I needed a bedside table that fit an exact space and I wanted it to be flush to the ground. I walked in and found the exact perfect piece way in the back, still stuffed and used as storage. My go to first spot when I know what I’m looking for.
