ali Hapali: Purchased item called saying is available to collect drove two hours item is not available but gave me discount so happy at the end
Vicky: Sent a price match request via email but never received a reply.
William Richardson: High quality selection, excellent+ friendly customer service
Heidi Kumar: So thrilled to see the London Ski Co back online again this year with their luxury ski brands. They have a fabulous selection of upmarket ski wear which is often only available in the ski resorts. The customer service is superb. The only shame is that I live in Manchester and have been unable to visit the shop in person.Highly recommeded.
Debbie O'Brien: Went in for a browse. Amazing selection and beautiful designs. I would have bought everything in the shop. The guy in there was super helpful. Will definitely return when I book my next skiing trip.
Shireen Farah: Love the selection they have! And the amazing service.
Stefanos Almpanis: Amazing pieces, excellent taste, more Italian than English ( and that us definitely a compliment) but the price makes them untouchable...waiting for the sales.Baci!
Stephanie Kennedy: What an amazing shopping experience, great brands and service. Can't wait to get to slopes to wear new gear!
Cameron MacInnes: Decent clobber

Snow + Rock Covent London - Covent Garden, Mercer Street: what do users think?
Mariusz Travels: been told to sit down and wait for someone. I left after 30 minutes
Monika: Absolutely amazing customer service. The gentleman who helped me was immediately understanding of my needs and picked two pairs for me to try, one of which I would have never picked as it was a brand that I had never heard of. It was the unknown to me brand I ended up purchasing and have been super happy with it. The gait analysis facility here is very useful; I felt like I was in expert hands throughout.
Bethan Hannah: Been in a few times here.Staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and will give you really great advice for whoever they are talking to.Ella was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer our questions about ski boots. Even though it’s very outside the season for northern hemisphere!
James Baxter: Came in with my partner to get a ski boot fitting. A guy named Will did the appointment and I felt the need to leave a review because he was fantastic. Clearly very clued up and gave lots of well reasoned advice about the products, and was happy to entertain our random questions about how the fitting equipment worked. Great sense of humour and all round really nice experience. Cheers Will!
Joey Howe: Incredible service!
Becs Trott: Both Chiswick and cov G stores were amazing. The lovely chap in Chiswick advised me that the trousers had gone down in the sale and refunded me the difference. Amazing
Boon Wee Ng: Found the jacket I wanted at this store
TIM SPURR: Great service. Selected show at Piccadilly shop where advice was excellent
Daniel Meroz: Tried to walk in to buy ski bootsWas told the first appointment is ThursdayWe are now begging of April , certainly not high seasonShop was emptyThey should look at their business structure
Jordan Milne: Very helpful staff
Barry Leighton: Helpful Assitant
Cassio Mariano: The staff is really friendly and they've solved my issue with an especific product very easy.I strongly recomend!
Nathan Bucolo: Many thanks to Albie for remaining efficient, friendly and professional whilst there were many customers needing his attention downstairs at Runners Need.
Adam Sutcliffe: Had to wait a while until an assistant came over (even though the store was neraly empty) but he was really really helpful. I don't however feel he gave enough time to considering the length of the skis. The performance of the skis was amazing so I'm 98% happy.
Barry Shilliam: Great!
Nicola 6: Really chilled vibe, big range and no hassle from staff - customers are free to browse and try things. Me? A Smith ski helmet- love it!
Carl turner: Good range of products, often understaffed, can be difficult to be served.
Steve: Excellent ski boot service at Snow and Rock Covent Garden this week. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, helpful, efficient and thorough. First class advice offered and addressed the needs of the customer. Ski boot fitting has to be booked in advance to make sure you get the level of attention and service the staff are keen to provide. It may seem to be a bit of a hassle but the level of personal service it enables the staff to deliver is a massive benefit to the customer.
Eitan Oved: Nice store no more , seller in this store has no motivation to sell 😑...
Emma Lambert: I visited the store for new ski boots and didn’t realise I needed an appointment for the fitting. Ella was really flexible and fit me in as someone hadn’t turned up. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She made the whole process very straightforward and easy 👍🏻
Paul Black: We found the Snow + Rock customer service to be very poor at the central London stores we visited.Plenty of staff - just not interested in assisting customers (even when approached and asked for help).

Snow + Rock London - Kensington: what do users think?
Kristin Rokos: I visited the store after running by the window, the day prior and seeing an Ultimate Direction pack in the window. The next day, I made it a point to run by the store again specifically to check out this backpack. Sadly, the only one they carried was an extra small/small. That would’ve been fine without the added commentary from the sales rep regarding how Ultimate Direction only makes vests and packs for those who are “really into mountain running”. I said, “like runners who have run a Rim2Rim2Rim of the GC twice, or those who have several ultras under their belt, many solo 30+ mile mountains runs, or who run a marathon (let’s say last weekend) as a workout.” He said yes. I said, well that would be me. Not sorry I didn’t fit your idea of what a mountain runner looks like. And I own two UD vests already. Cool stuff in the store, not so welcoming employees.
John Townhill: We were helped by Casper. If he can’t find you a pair of shoes / boots that fit then nobody can. I wasn’t aware how good at shoe fitting someone could be until today. He was very knowledgeable and I was so impressed that I’ll be recommending this place to others. I never thought I’d recommend a specific shop for finding walking shoes!
william cook: Would avoid buying ski boots here and just get them in whichever mountain resort you’re going to. Bought some last year and told them that they were too small and uncomfortable. I was told I can’t get a refund if I don’t accept their “recommendation”. Had to just end up paying a load of extra money on top of the mountain to sort out the issues I already knew were evident. You get up sold for everything, not worth it.
Mark Wilson: Very knowledgeable support from staff on equipment
Lesley Volding: Andreas was fabulous.Really spent time to ensure that my boots fitted perfectly.Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was well worth booking the fitting service.Good to know I can go back if I have any problems.
Saana Taylor: Great staff, friendly and helpful.
Harriet Johnston: Great experience at the store. Super helpful advice from a number of different staff members, but espiecially boot fitter Iain who took time to get ski boots correct and sorted over a number of days, despite it being exceptionally busy in store. Another staff member ordered a helmet online - it arrived at my home the next day. Really good customer service.
Gareth Hardres-Williams: We were left to fend for ourselves for quite sometime and as first-time skiers, this felt quite daunting. After a while though, we got great help and guidance from a gentleman in the sales team and left the store with much of what we needed.
Gafe Gaiborr: Hi, I went to the store today, was horrible experience, I try to buy some shoes, but one of the staff, maybe around 40-50 was look upset himself, was not happy, something wrong woth him, the message was I don't care about the customers , my budget was around £200 to spend, but was Impossible stay in the store, because people like him , his tray to say your not welcome, sorry for the store!!!
A Fooks: Excellent. Helpful and friendly.
Robert Orr-Ewing: See above
Jess H: Was around the area when I was served by a really nice guy called Georgi. He was polite and made me feel welcomed :)
Kenny Shum: Excellent service.
Rebecca Peters: I had the pleasure of being served by Ian on the weekend to sort out my ancient ski boots. He did a great job at making them feel almost as good as new! He was so patient and kind - thank you so much Ian! Would highly recommend :)
Rachel Powell: Incredibly unhelpful on the phone in regards to equipment servicing
Peter Harrison: Good selection staff helpful
Sally B: Very helpful staff and a variety of ski equipment. Worth a visit.
Mateusz Wielek: Great service;)
Stefan Barbu: Change your website if you're not offering any snowboard services there rather than wasting potential customer time...
steve williams: Inability to fit bindings due to staff issues they suggested going next door to Ellis Brigham

Taiki Miki: at Ellis Brigham. The price match process was very straightforward.Overall, it was a very lovely experience!

J: The team are very nice and experienced. I bought a ski boot at covent garden branch in summer, and took it to ski last week, the boot was too small and hurts me, today I went to Kensington shop, the guy immediately found it out it was too small, even though it’s closing shop time, but he decided to work over time and changed a more comfortable and suitable one, I really appreciate his help.Definitely will go again!

Matthew Kent: Neo fitted my partner with ski boots. He was so knowledgable and patient. Couldn’t ask for a better fitting experience. 5 stars

Kostas Spyrou: got a pair of ski boots from the Kessington store. Brilliant service, the staff was super knowledgable and helped me find the proper boots and fit. An improvement can be to have more models in store to try. Thanks for a great service guys!

Nathaniel Marsh: I booked an appointment to have some ski boots fitted. Michael was tasked with the job of helping me. He spent the time to understand my skiing style and skiing stance before making some recommendations. Michael was patient able to explain to me why he was advising each particular boot. His knowledge was evident as he was able to answer all my questions, giving me great confidence in his ability. He took the time to help me try on several different boots so I could compare the difference, in total spending about 1.5 hours in the fitting. In the end it was the first pair of boots Michael suggested that were the best fit, which is credit to expertise.Michaels help was first class and really made the experience even better. I would certainly recommend.

Alex Fry: I had a fantastic experience with Jade at Snow & Rock. Her expertise in ski boot fitting was evident, and her warm and welcoming approach made the whole process enjoyable. Jade took the time to understand my needs and skill level, ensuring a perfect fit. I left the store with boots that felt like they were made just for me, thanks to her dedication and knowledge. I can't wait to hit the slopes with confidence this season, all thanks to Jade's exceptional service. She's a true gem at Snow & Rock!

Mustafa M: Great customer service

Yilin He: Great service! Worth every penny!

Duke: Went to Snow and Rock in Kensington for a ski boot fitting appointment. Please note that this store principally stock Alpine Ski boots so go to the Covent Garden one if you are after touring boots / kit; they did call before my appointment to tell me this which was nice.Iain, who conducted the ski boot fitting, was genuine and extremely knowledgable - really impressed and his judgement was deservedly trusted.Note that if you want a ski boot fitting you need to book online and the stock of ski clothing was not as vast as expected, so go after early Oct when the new seasons stuff is out.

Snow + Rock Monument: what do users think?
Sarah Robinson: Went to runners need, very helpful team, hot some Rokas
Eddy Mingel: Taciturn, unhelpful, and rude member of staff in the Runners Need bit of the shop. Avoid.
Stewart Baxter-Smith: Really helpful and friendly staff
Shelina Hirji: amazing customer service with Ron. he is gold.
Raluca Parvan: Very pleased with my purchase
Emma Laden: The assistant was very helpful, she warned me the gloves might not be warm enough but together we checked the forecast and were both happy they are right for the conditions.
Lee Weywey: Helpful if you have an appointment. They seriously need to hire more people though. Ridiculous you can’t get an appointment till 2025!
Jacob Farrugia: Needed ski serving. Website says to drop them off in any store for a 14 day turnaround.Tired calling multiple times to confirm but no answer.Went in anyway. Multiple staff stand by the front desk (and evidently not answering the phone) only to be told it would be a minimum of three weeks, though probably longer and I should get it done in resort.Feels like S&R have become just another retailer, no longer an outdoor store
Sean Landsman: Rude and indifferent staff makes is really easy to go elsehwere, regardless of convenience. Won't be returning any time soon.
Edouard Rabattu: Went there to find help regarding the purchase of a pair of boots for Ski Touring. I booked an appointment on their website which was taking place in two weeks time. The day of the appointment, I arrive at the store to be said : “ah, actually we don’t have boots for your size”. They obviously didn’t take the time to call, text or email me before the appointment… Once I’ve been told so, I asked them if it’s possible to order a pair but they were so dismissive… Saying it’s my duty to look for a pair this size (31). I went to the website of a few brands and easily found pairs…On top of being dismissive, the boot fitter was shooting at when “answering” my question, making me feel guilty for asking them… LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN AN OUTDOOR SHOP.Go somewhere else if you want help with anything linked to skiing / ski touring…
Joe: Very poorly stocked shop, and the items I did want to buy they were unwilling to price match because 'The policy had changed' despite showing them the same price/colour etc from a major online retailer. The staff were decent enough.
Ian Duthie Happy Couple in Dubrovnik: Very good service and advice. Good range from which to choose.
Liney Weighill: Very good. Helpful sales assistant who was lovely.
Esme Sutherland: Easy with helpful assistance.
Quoc Dang: Way too slow, one member of staff was dismissive so I spent my £155 at Ellis Brigham in St. Paul’s - Won’t shop here again.
Jamie A: Contrary to older reviews the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially and American/Canadian chap called Ron.
Pablo Godino: Mixed feelings. Great service downstairs but the gentlemen upstairs seemed to be too busy chatting up a customer.
Beard Odyssey: Rude but the the staff know what they are talking about
Jaggi B: Staff member was available and provided good advice. He was very knowledgeable. Plus the item I wanted was in stock, so no issues with the store itself.I do have an issue with the quality of the socks I purchased; 2no. Bridgedale, one pair of which are already thread loose above the ankle after only one wash.Important to note that this is not a product review but that of the store I purchased them from.
Gamal Salem: Completely agree with the below reviews. Had an interaction with two members of staff and both had an attitude. Although the first one wasn’t as bad, the second was awkward and unpleasant to communicate with.
Nick Seaton: Lovely staff downstairs! The girls were very helpful

Craig Mellors: Very knowledgeable staff. Good range of kit

Zag Paz: Great friendly atmosphere. The stuff knew what I was looking for.

James Longstaff: Excellent service. Helpful, knowledgeable, and not trying to push for a sale. Staff genuinely giving the advice needed to select the right kit.

Michael Wild: The service was excellent and super friendly, Joe guided me through the boot fitting and selected some great boots for my requirements. Would recommend.

J D (JD): Really friendly and knowledgeable people that clearly enjoy what they do. Refreshing

Giacomo Daniele: Mountain and runner equipment shopquite stocked.

Ian Caswell: Just been fitted for a pair of Salomon ski boots. Igor from S&R was amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient and totally focused on getting the right fit for me, including custom insoles and stretching the boot a little.Outstanding service. I appreciate this sounds like an advert but credit where it’s due.

SW SKI: what do users think?
George Vrentzos: As a wintersports beginner, I had an amazing experience shopping from SW SKI during the ski season. Both my family and I were offered a superb service by the friendly and highly informative SW SKI team. Many congratulations to Sophie for setting up one of the best shops for outdoor activities. Definitely, I will pay another visit before heading to the Greek Islands this summer, as SW SKI has a great summer offering also.

Sophie Stephenson: SW Ski were very helpful in getting my order to me as quickly as possible. When they didn’t have an item in stock they took the time to ring and left a message so I could call back. Carolyn Phelan: A wonderful independent ski shop. The products are mid-high end, but all excellent quality and we did not feel under any pressure to buy the most expensive items. The customer service was superb and Sophie really went out of her way to make sure that we got exactly what we needed. It was our first visit at the weekend, it certainly won't be our last!
K N L: What a cool shop in Barnes. You are more likely to find this kind of place in Gstaad, Swiss😁.Even though I don’t ski or snow board, I found something for my run in the Arctic, which I completed 2 weeks ago.Today was my second visit as I had to purchase something. Both Susannah and Natalia were very helpful. Always providing a great service.I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to wear cool sports attire in order to standout amongst others 😎You must visit this place when in Barnes 👊🏽
Caroline Tuke-Hastings: We felt like we had the best personal shopping experience ever! You couldn't have been any more accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable with kitting out my daughter for her ski season. Great range of ski clothing and kit to choose from. If you're looking for high-end, good quality ski gear then definitely visit. We loved your dog too!

Kelan steel: Great shop. Very nice gear in there and absolutely lovely staff.
Joh Kucernak: Super helpful staff, great range beyond ski-gear, and Argo the dog is very mellow and friendly !

Paul Reeves: Fantastic shop, super service, always so helpful - looking forward to it opening again soon!

Hilary Rowland: Helpful and cheerful service! Efficient click and collect service is easy to use!
Belinda Darnton: Fabulous Ski shop in Barnes! Sophie was so helpful in sourcing the Hestra Fall Line leather mittens that I have been trying to buy for ages ..... excellent service.
John da Silva: SW Ski helped me buy some ski googles for my godson's birthday. Sophie from the shop not only helped me choose a pair, but delivered them without charge to my godson's address. If ever there was "service", this was it. Thank you SW SKI!
Sarah Harte: Thank you to the very helpful staff for helping me to pick a snow suit for my young son. Such a great selection of gear including some lovely kids stuff. What a fabulous new addition to Barnes High Street!

David Agan: Fascinating history
Jez Parry: Still worth the trip

Debbie “DebK” Kogelman: Amazing place, different than I thought it would be. We went for High tea it was a lovely experience!

Marcos PR: Shopping center with a huge variety of products from all areas, it is quite expensive, very focused on luxury. Nice building.

Joshua Ojeiwa (Mr Josh): A place to be 👌

Gisele Atherton: After my visit to the Chanel exhibition at the V&A museum, I was very hungry. Every time I visit London, I make it a point to visit Harrods. My schedule only allowed me to dine at the rotisserie and stop at the food hall. Where I picked up a tasty salmon gateau, scrumptious truffle pork pie, a Harrods Easter egg, and my favourite Charbonnel et Walker caramel and fudge dark chocolate’s. The rotisserie is a place I have enjoyed eating for a long time. Sitting at the bar is a great way to watch the chef’s cook. Baby chicken and saffron rice was my order and it was delicious.During teatime, I experienced an amazing vibe and was delighted to listen to live music from a singer and guitarist playing behind me. It felt like I had the perfect seat in the dining room. The service provided by the waiter’s & waitress was exceptional. They were always attentive to my needs. I was having such a good time that I ended up taking the later train back, and I was sad to leave Harrods that evening.

Paulo Rillo: A world inside

Cooper Moore: Visit the food court !!!!

david Authier: Perfect for people who love luxury

Luiz Paulo Costa: It's an icon of London, but is nonetheless a department store.

Hike and Ride: what do users think?
james andersson: Super helpful, went above and beyond to provide excellent service, several other suppliers were not able to achieve the same thing
Mark Bertram: Amazing fitting service from Jen. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Have all worn our boots a lot this last season and all only wish we’d been able to buy a pair from her years ago! Thank you!
Lixin Liu: Had a pair of new ski boots fitted by Jen way back in November 2022. Excellent service from her and she is really knowledgeable. Could feel the difference when I took them out on the slopes!
Aaron Brown: Jen is an absolute legend and provides a brilliant and unique service. My Dynafit Radical Pros are perfect after the work she did on the shells. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Clare Beale: Jen was very thorough and spent time Molding the correct ski boot for my awkward feet. Skied two weeks in them and I have never been more comfy. Fantastic service at good prices. Jen has great experience and knowledge.
Nichola Collins: Jen of Hike and Ride came to my home to fit my boots to a pair of skis, she was trustworthy, efficient, prompt and gave me good advice on the skis, their condition and how to look after them going forwards. I was delighted by her honesty, helpfulness and the ease of it allI would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to friends.
denise morris: Finally after 40 years of skiing in pain I have been cured! For the first time I have boots that fit beautifully. I put them on in the morning and do not touch them until I finish skiing. First lift out, last lift back, my boots are still comfortable. Unbelievable!!! The service provided by Jenny is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Although she didn’t have the right stock for me on her first visit. She returned a few weeks later with the perfect pair. A few minor alterations on the spot and my new boots were ready. Jenny is an expert in her field and I highly recommend her services. You MUST buy your boots from Hike and Ride. Skiing is an expensive pastime. This service is great value for money, worth every penny to maximise your time on the slopes. Thank you Jenny l
Emma Brandon: Jen was fantastic, giving up time on a Sunday to modify my boot fitting at my home. Prompt, professional and considerate. Will definitely use Hike & Ride again!
Shauna Leven: Jen is lovely and really knows her stuff and it is such a great, efficient and friendly service. Very reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend it!
Charlie P: What a great experience!I emailed Jen (the sole boot fitter at Hike and Ride) to try to arrange an urgent boot fitting as I was imminently heading off to Japan. She squeezed me in with no issues, came to my flat, had a range of boots to try, spent as much time as needed to sort me out, gave great advice and I walked away with a great pair of boots at a reasonable price! Jen is also just lovely. 5/5 would recommend.
Gus Hall: Great service. Very nice people. Would recommend.
Emmanuelle Ferreira: Fantastic boot fitting with Jen. Excellent customer service - Jen came out to us in South London to do the fitting on a Sunday and really took time to understand my feet and which boots would fit best, in the end we settled on a pair of Nordica boots and insoles. She has excellent knowledge of the different types of boots and what would work best. An excellent experience and far, far better than having to trek into London for some subpar service in one of the retailers. I’m extremely happy with my boots. We recommend Jen and Hike and Ride to everyone!
Kirsty Raynor: Unbelievable customer service in the comfort of our own home. Jen is so knowledgable and so kind - she makes the whole process so easy whilst making us laugh the whole time - brilliant!
Kirstin Abercrombie: Superb customer service!!! Went out their way to help with my order and the communication was super quick. Highly recommended.
Claire McNab: Fantastic customer service. I’m really looking forward to enjoying hiking downhill as much as uphill now with my custom insoles. Thank u Jen!
Jack: I could not speak more highly of Jen and the service provided. She always made herself available at any time of day. My brother and I had quite technical issues with boots and touring bindings and she was more than up to the task unlike many ski shops I have visited in the past. The fact Jen has the know how rather than having to send off means she is a class above in my eyes.
Eddie Griffiths: Jen provides a brilliant service, whereby she will come to your house in order to fit/adjust your ski boots. The process is very quick and Jen is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Mikey Levelle: Jen’s mobile boot fitting service was simply amazing! Super informative and incredibly detailed. Absolutely brilliant.
Andy Hornegold: Amazing service. Got a pair of boots custom fitted, the process was excellent, great advice and guidance. Would absolutely recommend over the competition.
Joe Conlan: I couldn't recommend Hike and Ride enough, Jen went above and beyond to ensure that I could have my snowboard serviced in time for my trip. Jen was fantastic at communicating when I could expect my board back and really worked hard to ensure I have the best trip possible. Would definitely use again!
Rick Jones (UK): Great fitting by Jen for a customer with very specific foot needs! Our 8 year-old son has a twisted foot and lack of flex in his ankle. Therefore getting ski boots (indeed, all shoes) is generally a very difficult exercise. We called Jen to explain our requirements, Jen understood and ordered in several pairs of boots. When she visited Jen took the time to look, listen and think about the issue (the foot couldn't go into any of them first-off). Jen duly adjusted one of the pairs of boots in her van and, hey presto, one happy customer! Thank you Jen - highly recommend to everyone

Conor Murphy: Great selection of ski equipment - the sales assistant Dilraj was very helpful and went through all my options in detail.

Dominica Y Wambold: Wonderful service, good selection - thank you James and Chris!

James O: Fantastic! I went here for their selection of Altberg boots and was helped out by Raheem who could not have been more helpful - so knowledgeable, and really patient - even taking the time to measure my feet and help me find the perfect fit. Bought a pair of the Altberg Fremingtons which feel amazing. Thoroughly recommend this shop!

MaryAnn Weston: We bought ON hiking boots and running shoes at Altimus today after shopping for nearly two weeks. They had the best selection and the most knowledgeable sales staff of the many stores where we shopped. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Raheem!

Mohammed Al-R: friendly service and great selection of tennis equipment

Warren Howlett: I bought the excellent Altberg boots, which are extra wide fitting, for my wife. The boot fitting service was very thorough and the attendant extremely knowledgeable.

Camelia Ram: Ryan and the team helped to outfit me for a trip to Atacama and Patagonia. You simply cannot put a price on safety and peace of mind. This is ultimately what Altimus did for me on this trip. From thermal wear to waterproof and windproof clothing to Tecnica hiking boots that were the closest to a custom fit, I was well prepared to enjoy my trip and make the most of the rugged landscape. As a family run business, I felt genuinely cared for and would recommend this friendly, knowledgeable team highly.

Ellis Brigham - Covent Garden: what do users think?
William Davison: Amazing service - been once for trail running shoes and once for mountaineering boots. Both times had exceptional service from staff who actively use the gear they are selling so know what you need, spend time discussing with you and are not afraid to tell you what is good or not good. By far the best outdoor gear store in London.
Michael Johnson: Great store. Great range of equipment. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. In recent trips I’ve purchased rucksacks, water bottles, dry bags, and hiking and trail shoes.
Toni Price: The staff members who helped us were very knowledgeable and helpful. The store also had quite a wide range of equipment which was useful but we have dropped one star as there was limited stock of large backpacks and backpack fitting was one of the main reasons why we went there. Still, overall a very good experience.
Joe Webb: The young lady who helped me with my first pair of climbing shoes was so unbelievably helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this store!
Rupert Glover: Went in looking for boots, had a great service from Coco. Very knowledgeable and spent lots of time going through lots of options, couldn’t recommend more!
Daniel: Massive shop, well stocked and very helpful and knowledgable staff
Ross Nimmo: Great store. This is the second time I've been in for a ski boot fitting, and again the staff was great (thanks, Joe). Nice, professional, and couldn't help more. For sure I would visit again.
Jamie Everett: Stood around waiting to be served with a boot in my hand whilst staff were unpacking stuff or just milling around. And then after that they didn’t have it my size - indeed nothing even close. And £65 more expensive than online. A fine example of a retail company making itself irrelevant.
Sascha Kunze: Large collections of everything out door. Found all the right stuff for mountaineering next winter.
Jenny Howes: Great staff knowledge of the full climbing range. The inevitable indecision when trying to select and purchase new climbing shoes is met with patience and knowledge of different fits and styles.I’ve had several several great experiences with multiple staff members. They should be rewarded and celebrated within the store. Much better service than other stores in the area.
Veneto Forever: Nice and attentive staff, wide range of products and good prices.
Sarah Bailey: Had a really good experience in the Ellis Brigham in covent garden while looking for a pair of hiking shoes to buy. Bryn the sales assistant was super helpful and knowledgeable, and was very patient as I tried on lots of different shoes! Really impressed with the customer service :)
Nuria Perez: Very knowledgeable. Strongly recommended.
Alison Beck: Truly excellent customer service at my walking boot sitting. I’m a newbie to hiking and the person who helped me couldn’t have been more helpful. I was really impressed. It’s rare to find such good service these days.
Gabriel Garcia: Went there for hiking shoes, received excellent one-to-one feedback from Davide. Would certainly reccomend!
Richard Elsy: Brilliant walking boot fitting service. The young guy who helped me was really knowledgeable and wanted nothing but being sure I had the boots that were right for me. Really happy with the outcome.
Tiffany H.: Had a great experience coming into store. I ordered a pair of boots online and came in to exchange for a different size. The team were very helpful - particularly Ignacio. Many thanks and would definitely stop by again in the future.
Amy Metcalfe: As always amazing customer service from Ellis Brigham. The best outdoors store.
Megan Howard: Hiking boot fitting was really wonderful! Took feedback from each boot and they just kept getting better with each new pair!
Walker: The ski and boot fitter was super knowledgeable, meticulous and friendly. I tried on and selected from four different pairs of downhill oriented touring boots, all of which already in my size and narrow foot shape. Three fit very well so I ended up with a good set to choose from, and selected the Scarpa boots. Also selected a great Head Supershape ski for ski instruction course I am doing. Discussing this at length compared to the touring skis I usually use and their other frontside options. Could have tried them in Ellis Brigham in Tamworth. Good end of season discount applied.
Simon Bond: Good place to visit for outdoors gear

Oliver Muir: The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about the outdoors.

Faisal Altheyab: Excellent range of products and service from the team, particularly Parteek!

Jay Upple: The excellent service team here make such a big difference to the outdoors retail experience. EB remain a class outfit for product and knowkedge.

Chris Murphy: Ferg did an incredible job fitting my boots and custom insoles today. Absolutely smashed it! Will be recommending to everyone.

Sophie Welch: A fantastic experience. Seb was kind, knowledgeable and really explained everything. I can’t recommend enough for a ski boot fitting. Thank you!

Sophie Sorotos: Great ski boot fitting service. They know what they’re talking about!

Claire Eley: Was very impressed with the service from Ellis Brigham. Patrick arranged for a pair of ski boots to be sent down from their store in Scotland and ensured these and another pair were available for my fitting. Jake did the fitting and was very thorough in explaining the process and ensuring that I was happy with the boots. All of the fitters seem very knowledgeable and helpful and there is no pushy salesmanship - I even witnessed one of them turn a customer away as they didn't think they had the right type of boot for them. Would definitely recommend!

Jonathan Gan: A good ski ship with professional sales assistance.

Janet: Very good - ski boots needed slightly adjusting after first use so I had an appointment to sort this out. Great standard of service as when I bought them, the staff seem to know what they're doing and take care to get things right. Would recommend.

Alex Riches: Great range of products and fantastic service from Christopher when using their 2 hour ski boot fitting service. Very thorough, patient and well trained staff. It's service like this which will get brick and mortar retail alive.

D Tierney: Great selection of outdoor goods - especially ski gear

Venediktos Kapetanakis: Had an amazing experience with the ski boot fitting service at Ellis Bingham. Ben was really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and spent a lot of time explaining to me the process and educating me around what matters when buying ski boots. I couldn't recommend it more. Many thanks!

Atig Bagchi: Almost everyone here is super knowledgeable and patiently guide you by understanding your needs.Shout out to Bella who was helped answer questions around technical fabric, technical insulation, etc

Themistoklis Pollalis: I have been at Ellis Brigham several times as I enjoy trail running and there is no better place to visit since the stock is always great and variety to choose from. However, a place becomes great when the customer service is outstanding and humane. And that is what I experience at Ellie Brigham Covent Garden with the incredible Des & Davide. Davide is always kind and helpful and always there to listen and advise when needed. Des, is a man full of knowledge and experience and it feels like a trail running encyclopaedia every time I make a visit at the store. Not only he has understood my needs and have sold me some great trail Hoka shoes but he has made sure that I get the right insoles for the best possible experience. Thank you guys for your help always! Themis

Bastien COJAN: Great ski boots fitting service!

Julian Smilg: Excellent Service, super friendly and efficient. Twill helped me adjust my ski boots and took proper care in getting it right. Would 100% recommend.

Brian Clarke: Excellent service. Much time spent to achieve a result

Nix Snowsport Co.: what do users think?

Harry Smith: James helped me with a damaged pair of skis. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the process. Although no work was carried out, as he recommended reaching out to the manufacturer directly, he was very happy to help and explain what had happened and why it should be covered on warranty. If warranty didn't work out, he explained how he would fix the damage and offered a good rate.

Wade Fleming: Friendly, knowledgeable and skilled service. James made a repair to my snowboard that one of the bigger stores wouldn't touch. Great option to get your skis or board serviced on site by someone whose day job is manufacturing skis/snowboards.

Edward Lowe: Had a pair of skis built last year, the skis are perfectly balanced and exactly what I wanted in my latest ski.James also fixed some of my old skis which has given them a brand new lease of life.Highly recommend contacting Nix for your next skis
