The Sichuan Restaurant: what do users think?

Stephanie Wu: . would come again for other Sichuan food.

CHI LOK NG: Lovely 東北 style food, reasonable prices in london and also well serviceWe had hot and sour soup x2 , spicy sauce with chicken served in cold and spicy stir fry with pork kidney

Ryan Wong: I’m personally from asia, and going to this restaurant brings back memories. Food was alright, not particularly well made… I’d highly recommend the pork dishes, those were my favourites amongst the variety in which I ordered. The fried rice was disappointing and the tea was low grade. Over priced tea and riceVegetarian options: None

林建斌: Delicious, authentic Sichuan cuisine, great service!

Inan Bay: Amazing foodThe staff here were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious

Barshu Restaurant: what do users think?

Sergi Segarra López: I highly recommend it!The food is great, my favourite one was definitely the aubergine, great taste and such a unique presentation. All the rest of the dishes were amazing as well with a great service from the staff. They were very friendly during the whole evening. If you need to go for some cocktails I recommend you to try the Lychee Daiquiri, very nice. The only issue, it is too good that you will finish it without even realising.

Nels Y: Cucumber with peanut sauce 🥒 4.5/5 - It's my must get everytime2.

Tiffany Nguyen: My new favourite restaurant, love the flavour here and love the decoration too much. I definately come back

Y G: I would give Chongqing noodles with minced pork a 1 out of 10- super dry, and the type of noodle is not the authentic one. Doesn’t tastes like ‘Xiaomian’ at all!In general good vibe, but you are only allowed to eat for 90mins.

Alex Lyu: Barshu is an authentic sichuan restaurant in central london! The food here was absolutely delicious and authentic and the portions were huge. The cabbage vermicelli we ordered was balanced and the refeshing whilst the lazeji was really spicy and flavourful.I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to try authentic sichuan food.

Sofia L: Hands down the best Sichuan restaurant in London. It’s a treat for me and my partner to dine here and it never disappointed me. There’s usually a loooong queue so make a reservation ahead of time if you could. Slightly more expensive than other Sichuan restaurants but it’s well worth it. Service has been great and staffs are polite.Highly recommend their Mala fish dishes in both soup and hot pot.

Ma La Sichuan: what do users think?

Stephen Clarke: Great Sichuan restaurant! I went late on a Sunday evening for dinner, and wasn't disappointed. The restaurant is clean, tastefully decorated and, thankfully, relatively accessible for me with my waking aid. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helped me navigate the menu. Service was pretty quick, and the servers were very attentive. Portion sizes were good, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again, and would love to try the dim sum.Wheelchair accessibility: Just about OK

Ant From: What is say in other review is true : they are in a hurry which may not be very agreable when you are a tourist. But I complain enough about restaurant not being like that in my hometown so i cant really say.But the food ... The food !!! Sichuan boiled beef is the best dish I had in a very long time and I m used to french gastronomic restaurant

DU柏川: 比幾年前進步很多,繼續努力💪,可以做的更精致些。

H H: After our visit to Westminster Abbey, we stumbled upon this restaurant for dinner. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The variety of food options was impressive, and they were able to accommodate our request for non-spicy options for our child. Simla to many other restaurants in London, the portion sizes were smaller than what we are used to in the ISA, so it required a bit of adjustment for us.

YOUNG CHOI: I visited around 4 p.m. on Saturday without a reservation, but the staff kindly welcomed me. About 50% of the tables were already occupied. The food was delicious, not too spicy, and had a good overall aroma of Mara. The service was excellent and suitable for hosting guests. I strongly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Paid street parking on the main street of the restaurant.

Janette Davis: We recently dined at the restaurant and seated at a round table. The food was delicious and the service was excellent through out the evening. However, our positive experience was somewhat tarnished when the light were suddenly switched on towards the end of the night, giving the impression that they were trying to rush us out. Despite this, I would still recommend the restaurant for its tasty food and attentive service Thanks to our server Lisa and San that looks after us through out the night.

Adventures in the big smoke: I’ve eaten here a few times and regardless of what I order the food is amazing.

Reuben David: 一级棒!雨天、冰凉、夏天,都爽!Vegetarian options: Dishes can be convertedWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, spacious toilets

Johnny Bell: We had our CNY lunch here and were so so happy. Having lived in China for many years we know the food extremely well. The staff were very friendly and continually took care of us. Judy was our waitress, she did a fantastic job making some great recommendations. We were also looked after by “Uncle”, he was very friendly too. Our food was exceptional. We had multiple dishes between 3 of us, all were superb, my favourite was Judy’s recommended Sea Bass with pickled mustards in a lovely soup.Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back with a larger group.

Sichuan Chef Chinese restaurant: what do users think?

Andrew Kaufmann, ND: had that smokey wok taste which was absolutely magnificent! I ate with chopsticks so I wouldn't shovel and enjoyed every bite. I have eaten in New York and San Francisco's Chinatown but this place is a cut above all the rest. I went at 4:30 PM

Raymond Townsend: Great Sichuan. Just a short walk from Earls circle

Jakr Mayfield: Amazing little restaurant. Lovely staff and really authentic vibe. The food has flavours I haven’t tasted since I was in China. Absolutely recommend.

Duncan Stewart: Authentic Chinese food, small restaurant full of character. Clean, bright and well maintained. Staff nice and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Not great.

Lorenzo Anardu: I was here for dinner with my wife and daughter. The place is small and rustic, but welcoming. The waiter was friendly and helpful and the food absolutely excellent. Nothing comparable to the Chinese restaurants I've visited so far.Prices below the London average, highly recommended.

Maxim Alempie: "Tasty til the last grain of rice"That'd be my wife's review, in a nutshell. The longer and spicier recount goes in the lines of: be it Sichuan or not, one ows to try some spicy delicacy. In a cosy little place, a stone's throw from Earl's Court subway.Add to it the good food, and ther you have it: China on a plate.

Bjørn Sigmund Olsen (Thidsa): Nice and friendly Staff. Lots of customers and the food was very good

Kumar Manglam Thakur: nice authentic food

Ada Zhang: 服务超级好,菜的味道也非常正宗,强烈推荐铁板豆花牛肉,菜单上没有,隐藏菜👍

Peiran Li: I had a delightful dining experience. Friendly staffs create a very welcoming vibe. The Sichuan dishes are flavorful and authentic, with a perfect balance of spice. The Kung Pao Chicken and Mapo Tofu were standout dishes, bursting with robust flavors. The service is excellent, accommodating dietary preferences. Definitely a gem for Sichuan cuisine lovers. It offered a memorable and mouthwatering culinary adventure.

yun yun: vegetarian gyoza with sweet and sour dip & custard buns were delicious

jackplays games: Sichuan Folk in London offers an incredible culinary experience. The menu is a treasure trove of authentic Sichuan dishes bursting with bold flavors and enticing aromas. The Sichuan Hotpot, with its fragrant broth and fresh ingredients, creates a delightful communal dining experience. The Twice-Cooked Pork stands out with its tender and crispy textures, complemented by smoky flavors and fiery chili peppers. The attentive service and cozy ambiance enhance the overall dining experience. Sichuan Folk is providing a memorable taste of Sichuan's gastronomic heritage. Whether you crave the numbing sensation of Sichuan peppercorns or the fiery heat of chili peppers, Sichuan Folk will satisfy your cravings. Highly recommended for an authentic and flavorful dining adventure.

何任峰: I really love this restaurant!! A special dish called the Tofu Fish on stone pot, is an absolute delight for the taste buds. This off-menu specialty is a culinary masterpiece that shouldn't be missed. You have to ask the stuff to order this course. The dish arrives sizzling in a hot stone pot, filled with a tantalizing combination of tender fish and silky tofu. The flavors meld together beautifully, creating a harmonious blend of savory and delicate. The broth is rich and fragrant, infused with aromatic spices and herbs that add depth to each spoonful. The fish is tender and flaky, while the tofu melts in your mouth. The combination of ingredients creates a comforting and satisfying eating experience.

Harbour Seal: Tasty food, quite authentic Sichuan styleFood: 5/5 …

Michael McDowell: Favourite Chinese restaurant in London. Nothing too fancy, just good good served by helpful staff for reasonable price.Eat-in or takeaway, both equally good options.Wheelchair accessibility: I was on crutches, but there would be no problem getting a table. Though toilet access would be a problem.

Aya Elsayed: Got takeout from here and loved it.Other Chinese takeout I always find to be too salty and the soups and sauces are full of corn starch and other artificial thickening and flavour enhancing agents. But the texture and flavour of the food here tastes great and didn’t feel artificial at all. Will definitely come back!

Sichuan Grand 成都府: what do users think?

Alan Wells: Great food and service but terrible wine. I really like this restaurant and Sichuan food. Most dishes I’ve had are not quite as spicy as elsewhere but everything is pretty authentic. The service is always good. I had pork slices and my wife had spicy prawns. We shared an aubergine dish. All great. The disappointment was the Rose wine we had. My guess is that the the glasses were from a bottle that was too old as the colour was very dark for a French Rose. Should have been drunk sometime ago.

Richard Watts: in an unami rich and robust sauce.A very relaxed and unhurried experience.

Richard Lewis: Recommended dishes Dry Fried Green Beans

Harbour Seal: Good food and authentic

Jiyeon Cho: This place was amazing with nice food. Loved thier fish!Recommended dishes Seafood …

A Inusa: This has been my favourite Chinese restaurant in london for years. They have great portion sizes and the food is always consistently tasty, I’d recommend the green beans, the pork slices and the vegetarian mapo tofu.

巴山蜀水-super three: what do users think?

David O'Connor (The Hotel Guy): Monday night, food for post office drinks, and we ended up here at Super Three.I have to be honest with you. We had so many cocktails before getting here, and enough rice wine for an army when we arrived, that I don’t remember what we ordered. But you can see the photographs in this review.I marked down the atmosphere as the place was virtually empty, and it was our group that made it a good time.Service was missing. For me, and call this controversial, but service goes beyond taking the order and presenting the bill. The third star for service comes from the fact that they did a check back with us.The food was great. We were seven sheets to the wind, but I remember enjoying the food and the spice. I always enjoy South East Asian food, but I do tend to regret it over night and into the next day…. but that’s my problem, not yours.Overall, is this somewhere to go and eat? Based on my experience, this is not a place to go to as a destination of choice. However, if you’ve had a night on the town and want something to soak up the booze in your belly, it will do.

Harbour Seal: Good food, flavourfulFood: 4/5 …

Suzannah Henry: Absolutely love it here! The food is fresh and delicious. We had the BBQ menu with kimchi pancakes, with some side dishes including the aubergine & minced pork 😋The service was good. Staff set us up and checked we knew what to do and then pretty much left us to get on with it 👍🏼Can't wait to go back to try more from the menu! Hotpot next time 😋

Mark Page: Nice staff. They serve the food and leave you to get on with it no annoying faffing.

Danielle Downs: Went for Lunch with Work and had the set menu for 4 for half of our party. There was tonnes of food. Could easily have fed 5 or 6. Food was tasty and not at all oily or greasy. A lot of vegetarian options for the vegetarian half of our group too. The staff were very helpful in recommending dishes for them and brought them all out promptly

Yasir: Came here for dinner. Service was good and so was the atmosphere. We got the sesame prawn toast, spring rolls and fried squid to start- all were great portions and very tasty. For main we got the dry hot pot of lamb, lotus root and noodles- level 1 was still quite spicy but it lacked any other flavour. I wish there was more to it. Our meal with a discount was about £40 which is good.

An Qi Guo: . The wuhan dry sesame noodles are also delicious, and the green beans with beef are especially crispy. The music was lovely and relaxing. Very atmospheric. Bathroom was also very clean. Also not too crowded when I went. I would defo come here again, and recommend it!

Patrice Zhang: I went there for lunch with family for a birthday. The restaurant is located on an unassuming street but I am really glad we have discovered it! What really stood out for us were the service and the food. The chef owner was so welcoming and treated us like family. He even made us some special birthday noodles, on the house! The food was also very tasty and different from what you can find in other Chinese restaurants. The taro/pork and the vermicelli with ground pork were standouts for me! The restaurant's decor is simple but classy and is very clean. I think this place will become our go-to Chinese restaurant !

Andrew Brodie: First visit by my group of four.Staff were excellent in guiding us through the menu which offers traditional dishes as well as Hong Kong style.Food was very flavoursome.Price on the higher side but good value for the quality provided.

Aistė Dijokaitė: Time to time I come here for a dinner, Its my favourite place to eat around the area, efficient staff and service, I have tried many dishes from the menu and every single of them i enjoyed to fullest, as the portions are very generous too! My favourite dish is Beef Noodle Soup and Beijing Paste Noodles together with a pot of Jasmine Tea! Hats off to the chefs and staff! Thanks for always looking after!

Alice Fang: Be in this area for the first week and had eaten twice here—decent Chinese food with no compromise in taste or menu
