Response: We're very sorry you have not had a good experience. Most people that visit us actually complement us on our customer service. If you had provided us with all the information on your Boiler, I'm sure we could have helped you out. As we don't accept Boiler spares returns, we like to make sure the correct part is being sold, so no one has any issues. If we couldn't find the correct part , I'm struggling to work out how we were £150 dearer. Leave a review by all means, but please be accurate and articulate.

Jane Graham: Staff are very efficient, and Steph always responds to email quickly when I need prices for parts, there is a friendly atmosphere and everyone is always happy to help. Parts etc are usually on the shelf that I need and get served quickly.
Malgorzata Tomczyk: Seven weeks waiting for radiator , still not delivered. Requesting refund of deposit - not able to do cos no cash in till, no refund on card because I paid in cash. Awesome customer service 👏
Sophia Aronson: Steph, Miller, Tony and the team here are unfailingly knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They do get busy at times... which can only be a good thing as they are clearly popular. Steph in particular has gone above and beyond to source parts for me and is super organised and efficient.

David Hunt: Wirst Parts Centre I have every been to. The dont attend to their customers properly. Ordered parts are never there on time. They gave me a water part instead of an electrical and when I went to return it they tried to give me a pressure guage instead of a spark generator..... AWFUL

Great product range, customer service and competitive prices. We originally got quotes from C P Hart and West One Bathrooms and then our builder recommended we try MDS instead. From start to finish they were excellent and offered a much better service than their (much pricier!) competitors. We mostly dealt with Bradley who was very professional, quick to respond to queries and really went above and beyond. Thanks MDS!

Lasse Johnsen: I really didn’t like the service I received at all. They expect you to be home an entire day for delivery. Then don’t tell you when they’ll arrive (even though they have their own drivers). They charge £10 for redelivery. You have to call them 5 times to arrange. They don’t reliably answer the phone and when they do the staff is rude and unhelpful. They take days to get back to you. They only deliver your product “to the kerb”. I would never use again. I really am not a fan… :-) Service: Water heater repair
Fatmir Traci: Poor customer service. Poor communication skills. Everything ambiguous and no concrete answers for any of my questions and had the phone hung up on me because they believed we were going in circles even though they were not answering any of my yes or no questions. Refused the exchange of my boiler because i sellotaped the boiler after opening. And there was ‘footprints on the inside of the cardboard’. Was told to leave the boiler there for them to sell it on and then they’ll refund me the money. The boiler was confirmed to be unused and in original packaging as their return policy asks. I was not even asking for a refund but an exchange and they were rude and dismissive.

Ravi Ahuja: They do not return goods even if it does not work. I purchased thermostat and returned it next day as it did not work after installation. They kept it for 4 days and told me they are not able get response from Vaillant and can cannot return it. I had to bring my thermostat back. They were generally rude as if doing some favour for letting me walk in to the store.

iskra yordan: Absolutely rude and non sense staff. The shop was stinky with weed smell, you can’t even stand up there for one minute. Staff is not helpful which make sense because if they taking drugs at work what would you expect from them. Definitely not recommending anyone. Please avoid
Roman Balgalvis: Stunning shop providing excellent service. Prices are very competitive and staff very knowledgeable as they always help you to make sure you buy the correct items or ask if you’ve missed anything out to carry out your work; saves you running back and forth buying bits. Prime example of an old school shop that was a pleasure shopping in 10 years ago and am sure it will still be the case in another 10 years. Keep up the good work.

Owen Manderfield: I Called North London Heating & Pluming just as the weather turned cold so expected long wait times. However they managed to fit me in very quickly to diagnose and eventually install a new boiler. Very helpful and accommodating, always phoning and messaging back when they said they would and keeping me well informed throughout. The engineer was very friendly and helpful working with me to resolve issues that arrose. That’s a good test of service, when things go wrong and don’t go as expected. They really went the extra mile to save extra expense and hassle. Top notch service and staff. This s the first heating/plumbing firm I’ve used that I would definitely recommend. Very pleased. Ruth Owens: Re boiler installation I am devastated that this company who fitted by boiler in July 2020 did not register my boiler with Vaillant for a guarantee. Despite constantly asking them to do so for over two years it did not happen. On the quote I was promised a ten year guarantee. I have no guarantee. They appear to be totally disorganised. Certainly not recommended. From what I can gather other people also have had the same problem. Service: Water heater installation

Jonathan: Ordered an emergency service on the 4.10; got a slot for the next day after 17:30. Called to check at 19:30, was told the guy was being held, kept waiting and waiting, called the office (24/7 service), the cell phone, left voice messages, yet no one got back to me; no response, no apology. I had to book another company, the next day, being without hot water for another two days. *AVOID*

CM Slaughter: Terrible experience with this company. They sold us a hot water tank at what they claimed was a substantial discount because my builder gave them a lot of business. It turned out to retail at literally half the price elsewhere. The tank then leaked on the first day and turned out to be defective. They then informed us that they were unable to help (even to contact the manufacturer) as they do not provide any after sales service.
Buildwiser UK: We have used Chelsea Plumbing (Merchants) for what seems like forever and there is good reason. Stuart and Dan are two of the most helpful and knowledgeable couple of guys in there field, also they are extreamly helpfull and put the clients needs before anything with a personal, friendly touch, they have yet to disappoint us in any way - being getting the best deals and also never letting us down with an order (this in itself is a rarity) And so with this in mind we have and would be more than happy to recommend Chelsea Plumbing to anyone looking for a sales service second to none.

Hasan A: My mother found this shop and the customer service was exceptional also they gave her a very competitive price as they didn’t rip her off I want to say thank you very much to the whole team.
Taj Uddin: Just came off the phone to this shop. They recommended a boiler engineer to me, who I believe was called Farhaan, who has disappeared, oddly after installing the boiler and taking all the money, but without providing all the usual paper work, gas safety, vaillant warranty etc. Just spoke to the shop after chasing the engineer for more than a month. The guy that picked up simply said approx.: Me: do you have his number anymore? Shop: I don’t have his number anymore. Me: do you work with him anymore? Shop: I don’t have his number. Me: does he come to your shop? Shop: no, his just a customer. I gave his number to you. Me: but you recommended him? Shop: [put the phone down] So apparently the shop recommended an engineer, qualified or not who knows, that happened to be a customer of theirs when I called the shop and ask for a recommendation. It’s also odd that the shopkeeper knew exactly who I was talking about very quickly. How did he remember recommending a random engineer to me months ago. I shall be trying to contact Trading Standards and whoever else is willing to listen. I have read youre reply and would add: You appear to accept you passed my number to someone who is a stranger to you? In the orignal call, I was interested in boiler installation, "supply and install". You confirmed you could only "supply" and you had the boiler I wanted in stock. I assume therefore the engineer did go on to buy the boiler from you. You confirmed this would not be a problem for me who wanted "supply and install" as you had a couple of engineers you could suggest, which sounds like a recommendation. You say there was a lot more dialect that my proposed script. I have checked my phone, it was a 49 sec phone call. Are you able to elude to anything important I have missed out?
Response: This is the reason why we do not recommend engineers. We are a plumbers merchant not a directory. I remember the conversation because you kept pestering me on the phone for an number and would not take no for an answer! I gave the number to the customer standing in the shop. You did not buy the boiler from us at the time (which I also noted) I knew who you were from persistence in repeating the same question. There was a lot more dialect than your ''script'' that you have sent and yes I rudely and put the phone down as I don't have time to repeat myself for someone who is not a customer. The customers waiting to be served were my priority.
Shamit Patel: Excellent service from SKS. (Valliant EcoPure 830 kit). Just recently purchased my new boiler system from SKS and was a very smooth transaction online. They allowed my boiler engineer to pick up the unit less than 12 hours after purchase. Very competitive pricing and had immediate availability of the boiler I wanted. Many thanks to all the team involved!

The gentleman spent so much time with me helping me pick out and design three of my bathrooms and when I compared the prices online they literally could not be touched. As I had special ordered goods, I was expecting a long wait but everything came to me and was delivered at my house within 3 days so the builders had no excuses. Very happy with the service. Mandeep helped me design my main bathroom and offered some space saving solutions for the cloak room toilet. I will defiantly recommend this old school business

Bright Afful: This is a very specialists Boilers and plumbing shop. It is not only for boiler spares as the name suggests but also dealers in various makes of boilers to suit your needs. They are open to both trade and DIY enthusiasts so even if you don’t know name of the part you need or want, so long as you can provide them with the GC number of your boiler, they can bring out the pictures on their screen to assist you in choosing the right part. The shop is on the same level so accessible by all. Be assured that, any part that they don’t have in stock can be ordered for you directly from the manufacturers of your machine. You do not require any appointment to visit this shop and be rest assured that, they are still observing Covid-19 protocols. I can recommend them to all Gas engineers as well as all DIY enthusiasts.

Muhammad Abdullah: Cheeky young lad behind the till said that I couldn’t return an item if I opened it from the packaging! Made the purchase and now I’m stuck with it as it’s of no use. Now feel rather embarrassed to return the item. It’s not about the cost, it’s about the customer service and standards!
S S: I bought several radiators from A10. Kevan was my point of contact. We had a few issues with the radiators coming damaged from the suppliers, which was a bit frustrating, but Kevan did his absolute best to sort things out. I would recommend A10, and would definitely purchase from them again.

H N: Great service from both branches. I needed a specific boiler and water tank and I left it very last minute to place an order online. Everywhere was either charging for delivery or couldnt delivery for 3-5 working days! A10 Boilers had these in stock, were able to deliver the same day and were very accommodating. I made an error and purchased the wrong size water tank and they took it back, delivered a smaller one on the same day. On top of that, they were CHEAPER than online retailers!! AMAZING service and would definitely recommend!

Gabriel Moreti: Best plumbing merchant in west London I have been using Gasworld personally for at least the last 5 years, the service I received is always been top notch from all the guys working there, Joe, Luke, Sid, Darren and the others have always been really helpful and, rarely when an item wasn’t in stock, it was made available for collection the following day. Never had any issues at all when they say an item will available for collection the following day it was there and if they say they have an item in stock you can be certain the item is there not like other plumbing merchants where after you phoned them and drove 1/2 hour to get to them they simply say is showing one on our system but we can’t find it... also they’re cheaper than Graham plumbing merchants which is just around the corner from them. Keep up the good work!
