Hamzah Malik: I came in on Saturday the 26th of February with my wife for her to get an eyebrow waxing. We were pleasantly welcomed by the member of staff on the counter, Fatima Abdullah, and were given an excellent treatment and service. The lady was very careful and precise during the procedure and the result was amazing. My wife mentioned to me that it is the best eyebrow service she has received so far after experimenting with numerous stores/clinics and we will definitely be making a return soon!

Not only were they extremely helpful but they were kind and made the process very efficient and enjoyable. Bianca also helped me learn how to properly apply my lipstick which I really appreciated :)

Sam: Huge shout out to Dionne! Dionne really knows her stuff, having examined my skin turns out I was using all of the wrong products and my skin needed hydrating. After a week of using the products that Dionne recommended my skin has plumped up, less fine lines and looks much more healthy. Thank you, Dionne

Kristina Kilwien: I’ve been to a few Space NK shops and had mediocre customer device experiences. Jada at this location was super friendly and helpful. If you need some advice and a mood boosting chat, definitely pop in.

Jess Marie: Was racially profiled by manager Alexia, who was aggressive, rude, and even got physical towards me, yanking my phone out of my hands when I tried calling customer services to lodge a formal complaint, as Alexia refused to give me the items I had already paid for. Absolutely horrific. Will be pursuing further action but meanwhile absolutely advise all avoid.

Khadija Raza: i didnt write down her name but this lady helped me find my perfect lip liner shade, she swatched so many to find one that matches my lips (needed it on the pinkier side because i have thin lips that i like to overline). 10/10 service. also the store is rlly cute

Barbara Lindner: Great shop. Make up and skin care junkie can come here for a fix. Many locations however this one has the Christmas advent calendar and held one for me to pick up. £210 for value of £770. Some items though are the same as in many beauty kits so they will make nice presents or giveaways to daughter and mom. Bright clean shop on a corner and really busy on weekend

Hamda Abdulla: I bought from them online for international delivery, never got my items, and they dont even bother helping. All they say is contact the delivery company which does not a direct contact. This is a total scam. I feel so stupid paying around 200 pounds at once without testing their credibility first.

After a having to wait a while for a problem with checkout to be resolved, Morgan was apologetic and handled the situation in a great manner. She was absolutely lovely and spoiled me with some samples + talked me through why they are good for my skin type and how to use. Thank you Morgan! :)

R M: Was looking for a lipstick my sister really wanted as her birthday gift. Inka, who was helping us was gave a superb customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Ended up buying 2 lipsticks for my sister and a face cream for myself. Thank you!

candece: Met a lovely sales advisor called Amira. She was very insightful and easy to speak to. I needed help with finding a new concealer and shade matching and she helped me do just that. She gave me her expert opinion and dedicated her attention to me right until checkout! Very clean and peaceful store also!

Jessie Mia Ramsey: I don’t usually leave reviews but the experience I had this evening at the Cheapside store was quite poor in comparison to the usual customer service I experience there. The lady with reddish hair was lovely, and the security guard too however. I think the staff across the board at SPACENK need to remember that their the one biggest selling point is their more personal customer service experience, which seems to be lacking. I know front facing roles are hard on most days but a light tone and a smile goes a long way. You never know the sort of day someone’s had so your poor customer service could just be the cherry on top!

Cristina Saviotte: The products are great but they provide excessive packaging, specially for on-line purchases. This is unacceptable nowadays when everyone is concerned about waste. They need to change they approach on-line and in-store.

Giulia: Lots of shop assistants that chat to each other and ignore the customers that walk in apart from a couple of them. I have asked about some products that they sell (most popular skin care luxury brand) and the girl had no idea (which might be understandable for a junior-assuming that she was -but she wasn’t bothered to ask for help to a senior colleague as they were busy chatting). They also had a sales sign outside but inside no one tried to point that out me and entice me to buy. I must admit that that girl gave me samples to try but had clearly no interest in the business. I would love that people re-started buying in stores rather than online but.. they forced us..

Jessica MacLain: I visited the store on 13/10 in the afternoon with my sister and we both had a terrible experience for our first time visiting SpaceNK. Firstly, when we tried to enter, the security guard asked us if we could come at a later time (?). We explained that we had a lunch reservation and could only visit then. Once we were in, there were 3 team members and only 3 customers, but the team made us feel very unwelcome and did not acknowledge us until we were at the till and spending over £200. Both my sister and I were so disappointed and won’t be returning. We’ll definitely be going to Sephora once it opens in London.

Louanne Dias: The store wasn’t the best SpaceNK in London but I really appreciate the staff there. Chloe was super helpful - they didn’t have stock of a product I was looking to buy so Chloe helped with getting it ordered and delivered to my home :)

Rye Azar: I’ll be honest, I haven’t always been the biggest fan of this particular branch, but yesterday goes to show how big a difference good staff can make to company reputation. I came into the store on the 26/08/22 looking for a new concealer. Zel came over to help colour match me and she was lovely. She and her colleague first found me a match and then helped me check out. Before I left the store we got into a conversation about highlighters and Zel took me over to show me her favourite one. Once again, she helped colour match me and, though the item wasn’t in stock at the store, proceeded to help me get it anyway by having it delivered to my house. 10/10 for customer service. Only thing I would say is that Space NK needs to work on ensuring there is stock available of the items on display on the shop floor.

Bess Chippendale: I was charged £214 for an order of £162 because apparently they add tax on top of the items price tags. I don’t know if they lied to me or what but Chiswick space nk charges the price exactly as what’s on the price tags. I’m going to get a full refund still confused with what’s happened

Lucy Jeffreys: Bought something as a gift and then went shopping around Westfield. Changed my mind as I had found something else so came back to store to return it. The sales assistant accused me of using one of the products and refused to refund me. I’d bought it hours before and hadn’t even opened it…terrible service

T Kate: I don’t know if my benchmark is high when visiting space.nk stores seeing as my usuals are notting hill, angel and harrogate but this store in particular is seriously lacking in customer service. I was on a mission today for new skin care and new make up, i didn’t have a budget in mind, i just wanted good stuff. I walked into the store, I wasn’t even acknowledged. The three SA’s were stood behind the counter already ignoring the other customers in the store. I started looking at some make up products, i looked up at at the till with a hopeful look i might be serviced, but was just met with completely oblivious staff not paying attention at all. I walked over to look at skin care and at this point one lady had disappeared out back, another was still chatting away, the other engrossed in her phone. If the staff can’t be bothered to serve anyone then I can’t be bothered to buy from the store. I took my shopping list elsewhere, where the staff couldn’t have been quicker or more helpful to serve me. Clearly some service training required.

Zhou Quan: We had very bed experience in this store, the staff was so rude to my children, we left a orange in the table when we went back look for it, the staff was loud and proud to tell my children that she put it on the bin, is not about a orange is about how she did to their customers, my children was really crying to tell me : mummy that lady put it in the bin..... If she saying sorry I put it in the bin we will think is just normal, but I was not a nice way to talk to children. I will never go there shopping again. Rude staff and I think they need a staff training.

catherine graham: I was shopping with my mom and sister earlier today and I was going to buy a drunk elephant face mask, but the lady at the register said that it was going to be too strong for my skin since I’m pretty young. So, she gave me 3 free face mask samples which was so kind of her. P.S. if the lady sees this, I was having a kind of bad day and thank you for being so nice to me and turning my day around!! ♥️

Teju Olabode: I had such a great experience in this store. I popped in to pick up some lip balm whilst on the go and the service I received was way above my expectations. Thank you Sanja for all of your help, and for the birthday samples, it really made my day.

Ayda Cader: I was hoping a similar store to Sephora existed in London and it seems space nk carries similar brands. But the experience is very different and worse. This shop is tiny and more staff than customers makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. I just wanted to browse and play and discover new items on my own, but this store just isn’t laid out for that. Staff are rude but also weirdly keep asking if I need help. It’s hard to try things on, there isn’t a space because it’s such a small store and I don’t particularly want to be stared at by 3 staff while I try something on. If you’re someone who likes or needs help selecting makeup products then perhaps this store would be better suited to you.

Kelli Kennedy: Some of the staff were very rude to me today about an issue with an online click and collect order. I had to demand a refund for my online purchase before I was taken seriously and helped properly. I was rather upset at being blamed repeatedly for a problem out of my control. One younger employee was kind and called customer service to resolve the issue for me which was appreciated but overall it has made me decide to not to return to the store again.

L. “Lolaflor” F.: Love shop. Clean. Bright and beautifully presented. However, one member of staff appears to have a bizarre lack of the standard of cisto.er service I would expect I such a prestigious shop. If, as a customer, I am going to buy an expensive item I would hope a sales person would offer some degree of help with shade matching and details on how to use it most effectively. If she would actually speak to me without being promoted despite there being no other customers other than myself, it might have been a start but simply set the tone as to her attitude. Once alerted to my presence i had to work very hard at engaging any entgusiasm out of her. She offered no help beyond finding the item for me then stood at the cash register, some 10 feet away to tell me it was ready and so ended our interaction. no good bye. I asked her colleague to help me match shade aftwr i had paid as i was anxious i may ha e mischosen. She was in contrast very helpful and personable and happy to talk knowledgeably about the product the other sales person might do well to take a few hints from her. Very happy with my product. Very disappointed with level of service.

sarah macdonald: Lovely little store, I love space.NK and always spend a small fortune on my visits 🙊 Staff are knowledgeable but wish they knew more about whether a brand is cruelty free or not as this is a deal breaker for me and had to google myself to find answers.

Shanti Fernstedt: I don’t really shop in Space NK but had received a present which wasn’t suitable so went in to exchange it. The loveliest person assisted me, young dark haired with maybe Indian or other Asian ethnicity. She had all the patience is the world whilst quickly and expertly showed me multiple products after the one I was looking for wasn’t in stock. I left very very happy and will defiantly be visiting again. Please hold on to that team member as it’s very hard to find women who can relate to dark skin make up and the struggles we have. Representation matters.

Hannah Oneill: Upon arrival I asked for help to be met with a rude sa who looked me up and down then said I’m serving you will have to wait !! I was absolutely shocked I went over to the till to wait for another free lady and thankfully I was served by marianne who was adorable We spent 3 times as much but i honestly didn’t mind as she was just lovely. The blonde lady is Definately in the wrong job
