I loved that I could get my manicure done in just about 15-20 minutes for a very reasonable price! I didn’t have a lot of time and my husband was waiting so it worked out perfectly. Venessa takes her time, listens to her clients, and uses the best practices to ensure that your natural nails are cared for. She doesn’t use a nail drill unlike every other place I have gone with helps tremendously with preserving your natural nails. She is also always very kind and makes an effort to get to know her clients. Her nail art is also amazing as shown in the photo! Lifestyle With Sab: I’ve been attending Still London for 18 months and I cannot go elsewhere. The staff are outstanding and the standard is stellar ! I’m always impressed by the high professionalism and the talent of all staff members. The salon is a calm, clean and serene environment & truly does bring an element of ‘stillness’ irrespective of treatment to your day. I have had a number of treatments from manicures, pedicures, reflexology and facial. Most recently I had the pleasure of receiving a gel manicure from Annalise who was friendly, professional and performed my manicure to a high standard. All staff go above and beyond to ensure every customer receives the best standard & that’s what I love the most! Services: Manicure , Foot massages , Pedicure

Dolly A: I had an amazing experience at Still London when I went for my gel manicure! Upon arrival, the ladies were really friendly and welcoming and I immediately felt at ease. The manicure itself was with top tier products which was reassuring and and they didnt have the usual strong weird salon smell which is a testament to the quality of their products! The design of the store is perfect with minimalist decor which highlights their branding and ethos. Cannot wait to go back for a new colour for my nails and to try out their facials!

Iryna Shulha: I went to Natural Nails couple times for regular manicure and pedicure (last time without any nail polish as was in a rush). I was happy with the quality of service (pedicure in particular is done very thoroughly). Massage chair is always a great bonus :) I had better manicure and pedicure but would say that it’s a good quality especially considering the price.

Mariah Brown: The manager was so rude and condescending - talking at me with her hands. My manicure and pedicure came out just OKAY. I had to direct the girl who did my nails on how to properly shape them. It was a negative experience, and on my birthday I had to deal with this toxic energy. Response: Dear Mariah Brown, I am so sorry for your bad experiences at our salon. I did check CCTV( included images and sounds) and did find out something. Please let me explain this situation: 1. You said the manager was rude and condescending. I am sorry if the way she talked to you or her body language which made you unhappy. As I saw and listened I could see that she was very helpful when she try to explain for your treatments when you would like to change. At first, you booked for only regular pedicure 1 color and manicure no color. However, you changed your mind to gel manicure and pedicure. Also, on your hands there was stick nails and gel colors which the staffs need to take them off and put new gel nails for you. Unfortunately, you refused to pay extra when we need to take the previous treatments off even the manager just say charged you only £5( normally that service charge £10-but because your birthday so she decide to charge you £5 instead). Our clients at that time could hear the conversations between you and her. Could you tell me please how it different between arcylic nails, hard gel and stick nails?? As you said only 5mins to take them off in acetone however the staff still need to pay extra times( at least 15mins- on CCTV recorded) to take stick nails off. You know NOTHING IS FOR FREE. And also, as I did give the notice that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS ANY CLIENTS WHO ARE DISRESPECT AND RUDENESS TOWARDS OUR STAFFS WILL NOT TOLERATED. 2. As you know everyone is different so we try our best to give you high quality treatments and of course the staffs need to follow your guidances how to shape your nails to make sure you are happy and glad. 3. All of our reviews are from our clients who spent the times to have the experiences at the salon. 4. You did ask for the receipt however because you booked online through Fresha-our partnership so it is automatically invoices will be sent to you through email. Their system was set up like that nothing we could help you at this point. In general, I am sorry again if you are not happy with our prices. However, please choose the right options for next time if you would like to be back to make sure it is not disappointed you. Our prices are suitable for this area and also very clearly on public. Moreover, every clients need to pay extra money for extra services. Thanks so much for your times. Salon owner

Rebecca Batala: I cannot recommend this salon enough, I haven’t been before but the level of care and attention was superb. First of all, the ambiance was wonderful, so clean, tidy and stylish. Secondly, Angie & Sam are both amazing and really professional. Really good to talk to. I had my Nails done by Angie, which look divine and my feet done by Sam which look amazing. Thirdly, Patricia behind the bar makes, hands down the best cocktails ever. I recommend the Lychee Cocktail! Will definitely be coming here regularly. If you love yourself, come here x

Ruth Nathan: This is my go-to place for a gel manicure in Soho. It’s small and normally quite busy, but they consistently deliver a great quality gel manicure. I book via Treatwell and am normally able to get same day appointments. My manicure always lasts 3-4 weeks. All of the staff are great.
vaibhavi lath: A great place to get nails done. It is a small salon, so it can feel a little crowded if you get claustrophobic easily. Its also a tad pricey, but that is perhaps because I had an intricate nail design. Overall, the staff was nice and did a great job. Definitely recommend to give it a go!

Elise Fuller: Hands down one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had! I was on holiday and broke two of my natural nails so I needed a set immediately. I was able to walk in and get seated no problem. The nail tech was very sweet and super skilled. Honestly I was falling asleep in the chair because she was so gentle. Do note that they only take cash so have some on hand!

aglh92: Terrible salon, very rude employees, don’t listen to you (e.g. the shape of the nails) and they switch all the time. 3 different people helpen me and they don’t do what I ask of them. Also, they cannot paint very well, not close to the cuticles, the top coat is painted until the end of the nail and when I tried to tell them, they were very irritated. Would not recommend this salon and I won’t come back here.

Violaine Chabotier: Had my nails done there on Saturday and I am very pleased with the result ! The lovely lady taking care of me was really nice and pleasant to have a chat with. She was also very focused on doing a good job. The only reason im not giving five stars is because the technician recommended another technique and failed to mention it would cost more than the original treatment i was planning on having. Edit to add that one of the nail fell within a couple of days. I went back and they redid it. Other nails fell within 2 weeks, clean off the finger. I was disappointed by the longevity of the service.

katie pidwell: I was so happy with my experience here. I felt so welcome and the girls made me feel very comfortable. They were also friendly as soon as I walked in through the door. I have never had acrylic nails before and I’m extremely happy with the results I would recommend her to anyone and definitely go again myself. Faiza Nourita: It’s such a lovely atmosphere from the moment you enter. I felt at ease the whole time, even though it was my first time being there. I had my nails done by Rani and the reviews are true, you cannot go wrong with her! It was also my first time getting a manicure so it was especially nice having her talk me through some of the steps she was doing, asking if I’m okay and to let her know at any time if I was hurt. Emily Marthick: I go to Alice studios every 3 weeks or so and get my infills done and have for nearly a year. Could not recommend enough for nails. However I have just visited and had my first LVL Lash Enhancement and I am blown away! Very comfortable room to get them done and all over in under and hour. My eyes did get a little stingy by the end as everything was being cleaned up, but nothing serious. The results are beautiful and while I did this for a special occasion, I might just have to keep it up! Services: Manicure , Eyelash enhancements

H M: This used to be my go to place for manicures/pedicure, I always had a great experience here, staff are lovely and friendly and always make the effort to fit you in even if you haven’t booked an appointment. Every manicure/pedicure was perfect and I recommended it to friends. However, I was really disappointed with my most recent pedicure where I had a different lady. Really disappointed with the result: 1. I asked for a round cut and for my toe nails to be a similar length. But all my toe nails are different lengths and shapes. 2. The gel is not applied precisely, it is a different shape on each nail. 3. It has already chipped - which has never happened before. I feel like I wasted £40 on this pedicure and probably won’t go back. Service: Pedicure

Chloe Jones: Paid online £25 for shellac WITH nail art and when I got to the salon I was told it would be ANOTHER £18 on top of this because multiple colours are used.. it doesn’t say this anywhere on the price list. Surely nail art is nail art regardless of number of colours? I wouldn’t have minded an extra fiver or something on top if it was a complicated design but to nearly double the price (normal shellac is £20..) is absolutely absurd. It also started chipping on one nail the next day.

Prior to the treatment ,we have informed you of the price for art that you wanted French tips with three flowers on each nail with multiple colours that takes longer time therefore the extra cost. We have also informed you that £25 is for just shellac paint and simple French tips art is £5 on top. We are sad to see such review for the misunderstanding of the price. We have also advised you that for weak nails Shellac doesn’t bond well but you could have it fixed free of charge in the first week and there is treatment to help to strengthen your nails. Lex S: I really do like this place. It’s clean and has a great ambience. I’ve had many treatments here but every time I get a gel manicure it starts chipping the first week.. I was told to get the IBX treatment because my nails are thin. So last week I paid extra for the treatment. But my nails chipped again. I went back and a lovely employee put on a new coat for me. But the next day they chipped again. When I pay £36 for a manicure I expect it to last two weeks without me having to manage it everyday. :(

Nelly Ali: Worse service ever! Extremely rude staff. Trying to cover up with nail polish work they have done wrong and still couldn’t even paint my nails correctly. Never ever going back there, highly do not recommend this place. Too expensive and kept giving different prices for things and at the end didn’t even take any money off when we complained. My toe is injured from digging the tools into my skin when doing a pedicure. Was the worse ever until the nice guy took over but I’m general messed up my nails and waste of money.
Lucas Bowen: This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Customer service is excellent. All staff are friendly and speak very good English. My nails look great, prices are reasonable and they offer free drinks. The store is also beautifully decorated.
Hannah Famutimi: Amazing manicure and pedicure but unfortunately the Hollywood waxing was a let down. The service was rushed, when I entered, apparently everything was clean and set for me but I saw wax all over the top of the laid out tissue paper, on the bed. I quickly switched it up for myself before she came into the room. Then when the lady came in, she was very nice but because she was in a rush, it seemed panicky, she just wanted to get customers in and out as it was busy for her. Anyways, she waxed me very quickly and when I notified her on some missed out hair. She topped up those that she missed. However she didn’t do the wax properly altogether. I felt hair everywhere, she missed the parts that people get when I normally do my wax. And when I explained that, she said her technique is the best but didn’t want to listen much because she was in a rush. She Didn’t even searched herself for missed hair. She just wanted me out. Even took my shoes because she knew I was doing a pedicure but the floors weren’t the cleanest for me to be walking around the whole shop in socks and they weren’t ready for me instantly, to do my pedicure. I’d go there for nails but never for my waxing. Maybe the service is better when it’s quieter but hands down the worst experience I’ve had. I felt like I wasted my money as I have to now go somewhere else to do a proper wax. Her technique was good though as she was fast and the pain was quick but she didn’t do it properly. Hygiene wasn’t the best in the room too. Why would I lay down on a bed that has wax all over the top of it, clearly not clean. I felt uncomfortable. 2 stars would’ve been 5 stars if I didn’t do the wax Services: Waxing , Brazilian waxing , Pedicure , Manicure

Lauren Kinelski: I walk 25 minutes out of my way, past several other salons much closer to my flat, to visit Fantasy Nails. It’s nothing too fancy, just very friendly people, a clean and sanitary space, good quality products, reasonable prices and a solid mani/pedi. I have seen an improvement in the health of my nails since I started coming here, and I am always happy with the finished result. Today, the owner popped a travel sized hand lotion in my purse as I was leaving and she saw my cuticles were getting a bit dry. I hope this lovely little business stays around. They are worth the extra steps for me!
Noemí Lestrelle: They don’t know how to make acrylic nails. The woman made me this injury with the role when she was “cleaning” my nails to put infills. And he didn’t even apologise, she keeps telling that it was because I moved. No, I moved because she hurt me. She did it twice, and she put it the acrylic nail straight away after hurting me, telling me that it was nothing. One week after it was still hurting me so I took out the color and I had this injury. When I went back to the place to tell them to remove de nail because they caused and infection they treat me like sheet. It was a man that even shout to me telling me that they don’t hurt anyone and if I wanted something just sit down and wait and pay for it. I have been doing my nails for many years but this place is the worst that I have ever been. This never happened to me before. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Service: Manicure

My nails had ruined because I had been told that it was okay to leave but as soon as I got home it had spoiled. When I went back to the shop I was met with attitude and rudeness and laughter.
