The first time - not only was there an included post-sales service after 1 month. The team was also helpful for small adjustments and alignments. The second purchase - I was not convinced about the bike after testing it. I could try different models and could even exchange them after purchase. They helped me find the best fit! Thank you!

This bike team is very good educated in repairing bikes and they are focusing on the security of their clients. After a current accident with a car, the back wheel of my bike was damaged. Thank goodness I knew where to go…the Camden Cycles service offered me a repair package with a high quality and a good price-performance ratio. I feel safe again to ride my bike on the streets of London.

Katri Jalava: These guys are really pro. I had an old bike for sale, thought it was faultless. But luckily, they spotted that it had a loose joint that needed fixing. Had I sold that to someone as faultless, would have felt really bad afterwards (obviously, it did not feel when cycling). They have a good selection of used bikes with reasonable pricing and seem to be quite honest. Should you need a short term bike in London or a bike for a fast growing kid, this is your place.

After that we agreed on the price and there were no surprises when I Brough the bike in. They were very thorough in checking I had my receipt for the purchase, which is reassuring thinking about the possibility of stolen bikes ending up on the second-hand market.

We receive bike donations from the police, the local council as well as people who no longer want their bike and we would always urge anyone who had their bike stolen to report it to the police.

Not an easy task with a nationwide bike shortage. Dutch bikes London selected 4 brilliant bikes that met our needs from their stock, and had them lovingly serviced and ready to ride in just a few days. Great service and great bikes. kayode Adewumi: Frakenbike is an amazing local bike shop that sells bikes and undertakes repairs. It specialises in the sale of vintage racer bikes but also has a good range of road, commuter, hybrid and mountain bikes. Jarek has a depth of knowledge about bikes and is honest in his recommendations. Quite a rare quality these days. I left full informed and very prepared to jump on my bike and hit the road. Drop your bike for repairs and experience what is saw. Overall experience was 5 stars plus.
Louis Smith: I had a safety service here after a crash. The team at frankenbike are really knowledgeable, non-judgemental to bike novices and I’m really happy with the quality of the work.
Jacob Conway Smith: New to London and was helped with some hot tips on how to make my bike a bit more thief proof and bugged them for some air with no complaints. Friendly service, will go back, would recommend.

Darren Murphy: Umberto is quick to respond by phone and email, providing a top notch service. I recently sold two bikes to him, and had a proper repair after one was vandalised. Very happy with the quick, quality work at a reasonable price. Great to support a local bike enthusiast over a large brand too.
Ana Sousa: Stopped at The Wicked Bike Shop for a quick tire pump and the owner very kindly not only helped me with this but also gave the bike a quick review (so I now know what needs to be fixed) and also oiled the chain for me. The owner seemed very knowledgeable and someone I would definitely trust to fix my bike (the one I currently have is borrowed) so will definitely come back once I have my own and use this as my local bike repair shop. Definitely recommend! :)

Nico Stanford: Umberto is a boss! I cycled to the tattoo parlour next door and left my bike with Wicked Bike Repair on the off chance he could stop the gears slipping. I thought it would be the chain or cassette but Umberto fixed the gears and changed a cable, just £15 later my bike was riding like new again. Grazie mille!

Jon Willoughby: Update: following the reply below I just took my bike back to allow them a chance to repair the damage they had caused. Umberto (I think that’s his name) said he would only repair the damage he had caused if I removed my review. I said if he fixed it I would then amend the review, but then he said I had “disrespected” him by reporting my experience online and that I should “get out”. Last week, I had taken my Bike to Brompton Junction and they said the damage he had caused was inexcusable and that he should at least repair it himself or pay for it to be repaired by somebody else who was a competent and honest mechanic. I can only assume all the other reviews of this place are fake because this experience was so abysmal. Original review below: It would be almost impossible to have had a worse experience than the one I had at Wicked Bike Repair. There have been so many issues with the ‘repairs’ they did to my bike that listing them all would take up too much space and time to be worth it. I can forgive the incompetence that caused all the errors but not the rudeness of the owner. All I can say is there are many many other bike repair shops in the area, definitely avoid this one at all costs.

Often I do little jobs for free just to help. The people in the neighbourhood know me and the reviews are not fake. Eve-lyne Bertrand: Give me faith in Bike Shop. After patching a puncutre myself, something seemed wrong so I reached out to get it checked. He told me to come in so that we could look at it together. Explained to me the potential reasons for my problems and gave me recommandations without trying to upsell me. My problem was more a wait and see thing but he told me to come back anytime before closing time if any other problems arise. Will definitely go back whenever I need services. After a few poor experience, glad I found this place.

Antony Comyns: Great selection of bikes from the inexpensive to the high end machines. I love browsing the site and seeing what bargains are available. It is really good that you can communicate directly with the sellers through the site and pass on your details if you want to speak to them. I just sold a mountain bike and Trek Road bike and both went for the price that I asked and were picked up by nice cyclists. I hope that they are as happy as I was.
Scott Orton: I bought a bike through bikesoup while I was still in South Africa. At first I was a bit nervous at the lack of reviews/feedback. But everything worked out perfect. It is a fantastic site and easy way to safely buy or sell a bike. Everything worked exactly the way the process said it would. I even communicated through the chat side with the owner on progress. I would highly recommend Bikesoup for buying or selling a bike.
Siva Kumar A: I bought my hybrid bike on Bikesoup having tried to find a good priced bike in the shops around South London. Most stores were sold out with the rush on bikes. It turned out that I found a good entry level bike for my commute at a reasonable price. The part I liked about the site was that I could get to speak to the owner and he had proof of purchase and fitted the description of the bike. We met and I purchased it on the spot by bank transfer. I will sell my bike on the site when the time is right and I want an upgrade. I did have to travel 15 miles to get the bike but it was worth it.
tim lowe: I listed my Cannondale road bike with Bikesoup and a person came to my office to view the bike after 2 weeks of it being on the site. She took it for a short ride while I stayed chatting with her friend. She decided to purchase the bike there and then. It was a very pleasant experience; simple to list, easy to converse with the buyer, arrange the viewing and she paid by bank transfer on the spot. It is good to be able to meet the buyer and ensure that they are happy with the bike before handing over any money. I was happy and hope that she will love the bike. I have a couple more bikes that will be listed shortly and will definitely use Bikesoup.
Craig Denford: I had been looking for a premium mountain bike second hand for sometime and came across Bikesoup which has a great selection of bikes. I liked the fact that I could talk to the seller to ensure that they matched the bike and had receipts for the purchase and services. Much better than other sites where you can’t speak to the seller.

Imogen Harvey: I listed my Liv women’s road bike which is specifically for women and got interested buyers within 3 days. It sold quickly and I was really happy not to get hit with commission and high fees. It went to a fellow cyclist who I struck up a good friendship with.
Jon Lee: I have no idea what is going on with their website on mobile devices but it is terrible!! It freezes and doesn’t scroll, you change filters and it says how many available and when you see the list there is only 20% of that number visible! I even just tried to change the order of the list to price descending (high to low) and then all the bikes from the filtered list disappeared?! If anyone from the company reads this, you need to get some new web developers!

Tom Fidler: best of a bad bunch of used bike websites, theres no need for it to be bad its easily the best but has alot of potential. bugs on the site everywhere, needs to be easier to filter out bad bikes. i think the cycling world needs a good used bike page and this could be it, COULD be it
Response: Hello Tom, thank you for the feedback. There is a lot of work being done on the site and it will be vastly improved in the coming months. That said it is still functioning well and cyslists are able to list, communicate and sell their bikes with ease. There are some great bikes on the site and a fantastic variety. All the best. Steven Rodríguez: Amazing service.They fixed my flat tire in probably less than 10 minutes.Definitely coming back.
Lida V: I came here after a flat tire on my way to work and they fixed my bike the same day! The most impressive thing is that it feels like a new bike?! I think they pumped more air in and I had never done it right myself or something but I swear it feels like a new vehicle. Much easier to ride - can go up more gears rather than sticking to 1-2 and I’m a lot faster. Will be revisiting for them to show me what they did and potentially for a bike pannier fitting which I recommend if your pannier doesn’t make sense or has parts missing.
Eli Abramovitch: A 2 tires replaced here. The service was fast and kind, and the cost was very affordable!
Findlay Copley: Had an issue with my derailleur whilst cycling home from work. Popped is as I was nearby and they fixed me up really quickly and got me the 10 miles back to Enfield. Really nice staff. Would highly recommend!
Michael Taylor: Very pleased. New back wheel, gear and chain set replaced on my old bike and it rides like new. Pleasant and communicative people – and the work was done very efficiently. Spare parts already in stock, so work was done same day and no waiting for deliveries etc.
Sam H: Popped in to inquire about whether I should upgrade my current bike or try to sell up and buy a new bike to suit my needs. They assessed what I had to work with and offered great options for modifying my bike to make it a better fit for me. They’ve got reasonable prices and they took care of a handlebar swap and tune up in an hour (I did luck out but they’re up front and honest about timeframes) 10/10 would recommend.
Miles Wood: Simon and the team did a fantastic job fixing up my bike, they went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with it! A brilliant bunch and a fantastic cause! Hands down bike shop in town! Bike is riding a treat now too! Thanks!!

Was so pleased to find that Station bikes on Wood St, E17 were open on Easter Monday. Both the staff in the store that I spoke to were helpful, gave me a practical demo about folding bikes, gave good advice about helmet with integral/chargeable lights & bike lock that would be easy for me to user, which I happily purchased. Umer was really great, he let me try on helmets to find best fit & comfort for me. John Reeder: I bought a racer here which I really like. I’m new to cycling and I’m interested in learning how to do simple maintenance jobs but still a complete novice. Yesterday I had an issue with the rear wheel after I repaired a puncture. I was almost there in sorting it but needed a slight adjustment which Ibrahim quickly sorted for me today without charging.
