Richard Hart: Had a very good experience with bike fit at Cadence recently. I went for the road bike geometry fit and it was well worth it in my opinion. Simon has a wealth of experience and the right tools. He was able to make several adjustments straight away to cleats, saddle, and bike which I would never have thought of. It’s made a huge difference to my form on the bike. I wish I had done this fit sooner. Highly Recommended.

He set my cleats up, adjusted my saddle height and fitted my original stem as i had fitted a shorter one in a bid to resolve neck and shoulder discomfort. I could feel the difference in the 1st few turns of the pedals on the ride home. It felt like i had a new bike. More power with less effort. Those climbs are so much easier and i can stay in the drops for much longer. Adam was friendly and helpful. I would say getting a bike fit is the best thing you can do to get the best out of yourself and your bike. Thanks Adam.

peter barnes: Brilliant store, staff very helpful, not the biggest of stores but have a few bike on show, do have cycle accessories, when buying a bike they order for you can take from 5 to 8 days to deliver to store. Overall experience very good.

Will O: Big thanks to Bruno for his assistance in helping me choose the right electric bike. Sorry he wasn’t there when I collected it because it was pretty busy and the assistant simply didn’t have his depth of knowledge. Still, I managed to work out the ins and outs of the bike using the manual when I got home, including things like unlocking the suspension on the forks and using the Bosch Flow app, which is really well integrated but has its quirks. The bike by the way was beautifully set up so many thanks to Fully Charged.

Jonathan Carter: I visited the Guildford Branch of Fully Charged and was greeted by Max who helped me narrow down the type of E-moutain bike that I actually needed which really helped the process. Then we looked at the 3 that I liked (Not all from fully charged) and compared specs and cost etc and the one bike that stood out from the rest was the Moustache Trail. Not only is it a good looking bike it ticked all the boxes of my personal requirements at a really competitive price. I was put under absolutely no pressure to buy there and then, which I really appreciate. I totally felt they wanted me to get the right bike for me regardless of where it came from. I went home and thought about it and again compared prices and specs. For me it was a no-brainer. I made the purchase online chose to have it delivered. It arrived with just the peddles to put on and tighten handle bars.I've had the trail 5 for one week now and I've already done 100 miles on road tracks hills and paths it is absolutely amazing and so much fun. The power from the Bosch motor is spot on and the battery just keeps going. Thank you so much for your great personal service and stock of great Bikes. Ugnius Uzkuraitis: The store manager will lie to you to make a sale. I’ve recently purchased a Super 73 RX bike. While charging my bike on the back of the battery, I noticed the label that said do not expose it to water. After browsing the web, I discovered my bike is not waterproof. However, during the sale, Richard (sales manager) told me that the bike was waterproof. I clearly stated that I intended to store the bike outside at all times and ride in any weather, but it didn't stop him from selling me a bike that was not waterproof. The store owner was in the store that day. He heard us talking but also hadn’t said anything about the bike not being waterproof.I’ve emailed Richard and asked if he can confirm that I’ll be covered if any water damage occurs. I’ve been also ready to return the bike and get other one that is waterproof. However, Richard only suggested that other customers that have this bike storing it outside with parka and the bike is just fine. I pushed back but didn't receive any further response.
Warwick: Fantastic service and outstanding customer care. I didn’t buy my bike from Fully Charged - I bought it nearly new privately 2 years ago, although I have been taking it to fullycharged for servicing since then. A key component snapped recently which made the bike unusuable; the manufacturer said it was out-of-warranty and wanted £536 to repair. I said no. Bryan and Dan went into bat on my behalf, with no pressure from me to do so, sent the bike off to the manufacturer, and presuaded them to carry out a goodwill repair for me. They charged me nothing at all - I woud have happliy paid a handling fee. Thank you to Bryan and Dan!
Elizabeth Dailey: I bought a Moustache Samedi back in January on my work's CycleScheme with a Bobike child seat installed on the rear. The bike is amazing and works very well, suits my 4yo perfectly. Unfortunately I got my bike stolen within 2 weeks of buying it, so would not recommend the lock I bought - the Abus Folding bike lock - as I also saw some YouTube videos on how easy it is to cut, after I had bought it of course. In any case, luckily I had bike insurance (which you must get with an ebike!!) and Fully Charged replaced my bike quickly with the same one as it was still available at the same price. I had a problem with my seat on both bikes (it always moved no matter how tight I had it), which they rectified with no questions asked. And I brought it in for my first health check last week in which they actually fixed the kid seat to stop clashing with my bike seat when opening/closing it. So overall, Fully Charged are a great shop to buy from and reliable in terms of servicing and their advice!

A month or so after picking up my bike, I got a puncture. I’m not the best with all that, or rather, I just prefer others who are more skilled to help me with it. Brought it in on the day and it was fixed that day with better tyres.And today, through some bizarre mechanism, I managed to break my kickstand. Brought it in, on the day, no appointment, and they found time to sort me out. Amazing service!!! Because I really rely on this bike now so the fast turnaround was amazing.Special mention to Brian who mans the workshop desk and Luke who has found time to fix my bike’s issues asap each time!Thank you!!!
