Corl: I went looking for a sideboard. Did not find what I wanted but not put off going again. The furniture is laid out well so you can see everything. Would recommend going for any type of bric-a-brac. Picture frames glasses, ornaments, dining, vases, books. Lots to choose in good condition. Prices very good.

Olivia Swarthout: Huge warehouse-type place with a great selection of all kinds of furniture, electronics, dishes, etc. Prices are generally very reasonable - we got two solid wood bookcases for £25 each, and there are some genuine antiques here that you can get at quite a bargain. Staff is friendly and helpful and local delivery is also very cheap.

Riccardo Catanese: Staff very rude and unwelcoming. We purchased a chest of drawers two days ago and went to pick it up today. We live 45 seconds walking from the store (literally) and we dared ask if they have a spare trolley. One of the warehouse staff (male in his 50s I believe) who was carrying an empty trolley somewhere just gave us his back and said, in a very rude tone and while turned around, "no", the proceeded to walk away. Extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers who bought goods and gave you business. Would not recommend bringing your money and business to a place where such employees disrespect you and treat you in this manner.

The Damsel Rabia: I visited This morning n I was struggling with the problem of my stuff to reach to first floor.... I would appreciate the manager there..... he was super lovely person who actually tried a lot to solve my issue.... n did as well..... Sonia Hunter: I arranged for my 2 yrs old sofa to be collected there was a small mark on the arm and one cushion which I sponged off, the two gentlemen arrived looked at it and said “ it’s a lovely sofa but we cannot take it because of the water mark” having been in the store in Wandsworth 3days previous and seen sofas with dirty head rests and arms I was saddened by the response. For shame on you BHF, I will never donate or buy again from you. Emmaus was extremely grateful for y donation
Craig Macdonald: Went to this store, I asked about collection of furniture from my house.They advised that I had to do it through the website. I did this over a week in advance to make sure they had time to process. Filled in all the necessary things online and booked a day. The pick up day has come and I’ve heard nothing. No cancellation or confirmation email, nothing! I had to call to ask what was going on and this took two hours to get through. A line of excuses were given and no explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted either way. My advice is that you should find another place to donate as they are very disorganised.
jamie stanners: CON ARTISTS! They are selling HiFi stereo systems without the speakers. Selling the speakers that should come with (and does when new) separately. This is disgusting and despicable. You could pay £30 for the radio than another £25 for the speakers. £55 in total for a second hand HiFi system. Of which could also be damaged (the one I was looking at had a disc draw missing). I would recommend you exercise caution when shopping here.

They removed old hob and installed new one free of charge. They also left the area clean.I highly recommend the company, especially those two guys ( they speak in Spanish ).
Erica Whalley: So pleased this service exists. Furnitureworld are a bargain if you are looking for value but also long lasting furniture. I was especially happy that they deliver next day but also take the furniture into your rooms of choice and take away anything too! I bought the pine furniture set which came pre assembled and is solid pine, it will last a lot longer than the mdf flatpacks I am used to. Not just a great solution for landlords (they do landlord packages) but also for anyone who needs decent furniture with minimal hassle, for example if you are newly arrived from abroad. Will definitely use again!
biki venitt: unbelievably good. no fuss delivery, goods cheaper than elsewhere, a choice of cheapest verses cheap and good quality. very quick, often next day service, flexible if you phone them and all round a very good experience. Thank you for this service.
Steve Tobin: it said on the paper work it take a HOUR it took 5 HOURS, there were holes missing so i had to drill them myself which NOW looks messy, i had a mark on my fornt wardrope door which i cant fix. would be good if they called to say when they arriving A HOUR BEFORE i had to wait up until 9-10pm. you can look up your delivery ONLINE but it does not arrive that day you have to chase it up. THE CALL CENTRE WORSE EVER I WAS ON THE PHONE WAITING 40 MINUTES TO GET TOLD SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE DID. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR DRAWINGS, MY PARTNER TRIED SHE HAD NO CLUE HOW TO HELP ME OUT.

An excellent variety of some very unusual ornaments, some of which you may be compelled to buy because of their uniqueness. Often independent stores can pay dividends because you may well see a discount being offered by the manager who believes he may close the sale by giving a discount.

Gulcin Menekse: I made a purchase from this store for my bedroom. There was a manufacturer error, and it took them 7 months to replace the faulty part. However, getting to that point was a hassle from my part as I had to make sure regular visits to the store so that they don’t forget me because even they promised every time, I never had a follow up call from them. So had to go and check every so often. If I did not remind them regularly, they wouldn’t be bothered to fix the issue. When they came today fixing one issue, they created another issue and asked me to call the shop to get it fixed even though I insisted them to have a look while they already made a visit. So 1 star for very very poor customer service. Be careful when you shop and keep your expectations low!

Unfortunately, for the past few months the factories have been exepriencing huge delays due to staff absences, hence the delay. I believe we did relay this information to you a number of times. I assure you we had not forgotten about you. We will take your comments into serious consideration and learn from this experience to make our service better.
kholil miah: The best, not exaggerating I have been buying from them past 25yrs + And I am always happy with their services. Quality mattress and cupboards wardrobes value for money. They carry it inside to the floor where you want it and also do the fixing of large items. They are very committed and trustworthy.

Jo Edwards: Been happy customer of shop for c.20 yrs. Recently, had a relatively minor issue with an item but one easy to resolve. It has taken 4 visits to try, inc today. Been left incredulous at the manner in which I was spoken to today by the deeply unpleasant Manager, Saj. When he realised shop had failed again, he was instantly defensive & argumentative. He arrogantly attempted to consistently talk over me in an highly aggressive manner in attempt to belittle & intimidate me. I could not imagine him talking to a man in that manner. Assistant embarrassed & had good grace to apologise for Saj’s behaviour after I said how upsetting & unnecessary this attack was, but Saj wasn’t finished yet & went in for round 2, telling me to get out & never come back (an unlikely scenario after today’s performance anyway but...). Saj is not fit to hold position. He is ill mannered at best & not in control of his temper at worst. I am a professional woman who expects courtesy, not to be attacked.

Antonellina & Alex: I have bought several products from this shop and I am totally in love with it. There are a lot of unusual pieces of furniture of very good quality and reasonably priced. The shop is big, so plenty to see. As for those who run it I have nothing but praise, very friendly and open to requests like keep an item on hold, later collection etc. The shop is located only minutes away on foot from Balham Station, on the main road, a very convenient location too. One of my favourite furniture shops in London in every way 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

BanKai: Brilliant experience with the guys at the shop, they are super helpful. I purchased a new memory foam matress from these guys, great quality and a very competitive price. Usually I have issues getting anything delivered to my flat (3rd floor and no lift). However these guys delivered and brought it up for me without any fuss, they even unpacked it all for me and took the packaging with them as they left (possibly due to my arm being temporarily in a sling). Amazing customer service and a great experience. I totally recommend! See you guys again soon, I am in need of some new furniture!!

Mohammed Idris: I have been shopping here for years and am never disappointed. They’re always willing to go out of their way to help and can usually deliver very quickly. I visited last week for the first time in a few months and was very impressed with how they’re handling social distancing in the shop, all customers had masks on and they were even happy to give out a mask to someone who had left theirs at home. It all felt very well organised and safe so I will happily continue shopping here.

Response: Hi, we are a small business operating with two vans, one is new, the other is old, if there was more local government assistance to small businesses with buying new vehicles we would undoubtedly have newer vehicles on the road. Thanks for pointing out that one of our vehicles is old, aside from that can we assume that the mattress was delivered ok, or is your complaint only about the delivery method and not the goods you have received.

Galia Wells: The most comfortable sofa bed ever - a number of our house guests have remarked on how comfortable the matrass was. Good customer service.
Tom Bonavia: I visited the Bonbon showroom in Chelsea and was warmly greeted by a brilliant sale assistant. I tried the Comfy Lux Sofa Bed and was very impressed with the customer service and the amazing product! The products are equally as comfortable when used as a sofa and bed. The products functionality is excellent and they produce a 18cm mattress. They are friendly and personable – I would absolutely buy a sofa from Bonbon again.
Jamie Stevens: Excellent product (wall bed) but poor instructions, even missing some instructions. It can be difficult to get through by phone but when I spoke to them apparently if you leave a message they will get back to you quickly. I think they can talk through the assembly for parts where the instructions are not clear.

Angie Leahy: Rang to arrange for furniture to be looked at and collected x the gentleman on phone was lovley. One of the three guys that came was absolutely awful so rude he refused to take soda without me saying why x his general attitude was absolutely awful so rude. The way he spoke to his colleagues and left alot to be desired.

Sally Ramsdale: Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Mark and Sunny on the phone we’re both very professional .. come to us on two consecutive weeks to collect furniture. The second time the wardrobes needed dismantling and they did that for us. Brilliant service, so grateful to them for removing them and that they can do a good turn for someone else alongside raising money for a very deserving charity.
John-Paul: Very pleased with the collections arranged by the store manager. They came out on two occasions in consecutive weeks. I am happy my furniture will be used for a very worthwhile cause.

Jane: Would have given it NO stars! What sort of charity turns away free furniture to sell even if only a minimal profit it’s 100% profit??? Took a display cabinet that comes in two pieces but the man in shop declined it saying he couldn’t sell as was scratched. Explained the surface scratches on the bottom part he was referring to and the only marks on the whole cabinet could not be seen once the top part was placed on top. He wasn’t interested said he couldn’t sell and told me where the local skip was!!! So wished I had taken a photo of the cabinet to show on here it’s condition as a lot of the stuff inside the Trinity shop was far more tatty and used than mine?!?

Natasha Wilshaw: I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Bromley heart foundation. Not only were they kind and courteous but very considerate of my needs and rushing to get to the store on time. I purchased a gorgeous Chesterfield armchair which was a present from my daughters as I’ve always wanted one. I had nothing to sit on in my living room at Christmas and this is just the perfect item of furniture to make my Christmas Day special. Christmas tree lights twinkling , some Michael Bublé playing, a tartan blanket. sat on my Chesterfield armchair with a drop of Baileys on Christmas Eve. Thank you so very much your kindness put the icing on the cake I wish all of you at Bromley Heart foundation a very Merry Christmas. 🎄❤️🙏🏾

Tali Purple: Terrible customer service! I spent 30 minutes browsing through the shop, and decided to buy a sofa. When I was at the checkout about to pay for it I noticed that a sales assistant (middle-aged woman, blonde hair with reading glasses) was removing the price tag of the same sofa for another couple that had just entered the shop. I had already asked her how much was the delivery to my address, I was being seen by other sales assistant but she knew that I had already filled the delivery form with my details. When she came back to the checkout I said “sorry, I’m about to pay for the sofa that you’re showing to that couple”, she replied without looking at me “sorry I sold it”, I said “I’m about to pay for it, I’ve filled the delivery order already”, she replied sorry rolling her eyes. The couple kept on browsing the shop while she was filling in the delivery order, they hadn’t paid for it yet. During my visit she kept passing between me and my friend saying “excuse me” in a very rude way. The entire situation felt so ridiculous and the customer service and attitude from that woman was so poor that I didn’t want to argue and I just left the shop.

Kay Whiffin: I phoned as had some furniture to donate, the lady was polite, and efficient. We organised the date. The collection guys phoned me half an hour before they were due to arrive, and they arrived when they said they would. They assessed the furniture, and took it away promptly and efficiently, and even left me my own British Heart Foundation gift card, so that if i donate again I can show it and my own stickers too with my gift aid number to make it easy again to donate. I now feel great that I have been able to donate, and they made it easy, i hope that someone is now able to buy that furniture and make use of it! The gift of giving!!!
Fuat Aydemir: I dont know what thos shop manager thinks? Everything is very expensive, I advice the manager to go Debra Charity shops and learn something.
Donny Doogle: I do like this shop , Ive given and purchased much stuff over the years . it’s mostly staffed by friendly selfless volunteers , however they need to stop accepting grubby stained mattresses . It one thing people won’t compromise on and they’re also really overpriced . They look dreadful .
