Ana Belen Fernandez Alvarez: I bought an under the counter fridge and was told it would be delivered by 5.30pm, then 7.30pm and finally delivered by 9.30pm. They do not know how to sell, exude warmth or have the presentation skills at the shop or in person. The communist culture, still ingrained, never had much marketing, same in Moscow!
Ivory Bunker Recordings: Horrible! Just stay away! I called them on two separate days (let the first one slide as that one was on Christmas Eve late afternoon) for a repair service, was told each time they would come but nobody ever showed up or even called to let me know they were not going to show!

Went into the shop a month ago to purchase a cooker.only had one in stock but said the had a pick up the next day.Left my number and was told I would be sent pictures of new stock.waited 10 days NOTHING! Called again got an apology and said I would definitely be sent pictures.guess what ??? another week has passed and no pictures ! Its fine I took my money elsewhere 👍🏻
Response: Sorry about our service if you wasn't happy we only try our best to satisfy every customer. Gas or electric cookers in excellent condition are very hard to find and especially if they're not in stock we can only try to help at the time. Did we really deserve a 1-star if you was only looking to buy, next time use a commercial supplier like Argos or Currys and spend double the amount. 👍

Adam El Zarif: This is a great shop, it has its flaws, however, it makes it up with its pros. The owner is nice and can handle things with ease. I sent my fridge for repair, and it came back in a really good condition.

You should definitely have patience to walk around and look in every nook & cranny. Great shop and assistance even in the horrible rain. The gentleman helped us load into the car easily.

Carlton Findlator: I bought a fridge/freezer from Mr Ali I spent £200 on it after 2 weeks it BROKE DOWN. Everything defrosted. All came after 3 days,(not happy) repaired it and left. On 28/2/2022 the same thing happened again it took him 2 days to arrive, he obviously bodged the repair because after 3 days it has broken down again. I now know. Mr ALI IS NOT GENUINE because he has blocked my number without me even speaking to him. It is still under his 6 month guarantee. ANGRY... Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

wes martin: I have been using these guys for a few years now, both to purchase white goods and for repairs. i have also recommended them to a number of people like friends and family. I have always had a good, friendly service. All products have been well priced and reliable. never been ripped off with repairs. However, they can be a bit crap with picking up the phone sometimes and there is a bit of a language barrier, but dont let that put you off., they are a very decent business

Christopher Veal: Simply awful. I attempted to donate a dining table. Waited all day at home. Received a call saying they were an hour aware and no one came. No answer via phone or email since. Highly unprofessional. Avoid.
Charlie: Paid for a sofa and bed for delivery 5 days later ,when the delivery guy came he stated he cannot fit the sofa in the lift and dosent have the tools to unbolt the arms so won’t be bringing it up ,we then said okay then we will have to choose another one tommorow and then he started shouting and swearing about how he dosent have time to take it back to the shop and that their shift had already finished and the shop was too far?? ,the women with him also shouting down the phone to what seemed her manager saying same thing ,we asked the guy to keep his noise down as we have neighbours and he then started threatening my partner and getting in his face (this is genuinely what actually happened no exaggeration and No build up) we was so shocked we just shut the door and the guy was still standing outside ranting that his shift had finished and he dosent want to bring it back to his depot or store ,strange thing was we wanted this sofa as was such a great deal but it’s not our fault it cannot fit in the lift and he expected us to carry up 7 flights of stairs ourselves so he could just leave it and go ,obviously that’s not happening and we paid almost 40 pound for delivery this is not our job as the customers ,the store themselves was really nice and gave us a refund but as regular customers in that store (and the products they have are always great and brilliant price ) the delivery guys aggression was just too much for us to risk him coming again to our door ,so for that reason we can longer come here and it’s such a shame as we LOVED this store and the staff
