Osborne Training: what do users think?
Heather Wilson: If I could give zero I would. Terrible experience as an external student taking an exam here, making an already stressful experience absolutely horrendous. Computers kept crashing, started 20 minutes late (another student was an hour late starting!), screen kept freezing during the exam and three times I got a “not responding” message which was very stressful worrying the work I’d done so far would be lost! The invigilators didn’t apologise once despite people being visibly upset and stressed. One person even walked out. Avoid at all costs. I will be complaining and reporting to AAT.
Armando Da Silva: I have enjoyed my lessons and classes which I have taken part of AAT Qualification and found the staff who I have met very helpful in terms of any questions I have. The exam booking process was very easy and straightforward.
Gabriele Grinkeviciute: Terrible place to study. If you can please avoid this place. Unprofessional staff, no support, as others mentioned before tutor late. It was waste of time and money. So I finished my AAT studying from home by myself. It will be a lesson for me but if my lesson can save others money not to waste. So avoid this place by all matters!!
jack silver: Having completed my AAT Level 2 Distance Learning with Osborne Training, and about to start my Level 3 with them, I can thoroughly recommend them. I have been well-supported, and receive excellent tutoring, along with all necessary resources. I have felt very confident in my career change largely due to them I believe!
Ram Bhowmik: Hi Everyone, I had worse experience with Osborne Training and I gonna share with you guys. I got admission for AAT level 3 about 3 months ago and I cancel my registration because they cheated with me and provide extremely bad services with me. First they deliberately misleading with me about teacher. They said Mr Neil will teaching with my all subjects which I was interested for and I had meeting with him 6 months ago and I was influence by him. when I go to the class saw different teacher and came 1 hour late every day. I was attend 3 classed so far and opt out. I paid them whole £1400 which is cash deposit £140 and rest of them through finance. they send me level 2 books and online materials and I have return them and get access online materials for level 2 as well which I was really disappointing. Now I am asking my money refund but they are not refunding me. they said 14 days gone for cooling off period and they never ever told me about cooling off period. I am going to take them court because their services is so unprofessional and misleading with me by providing false information. I definitely not will not recommend to any one about Osborne training. Thank You so much
jack schneider: Osborne Training is very good for AAT study materials and guiding the student through to a level where passing an exam is almost inevitable. The tutor and Virtual Learning Campus are also very helpful. The only downside is that the some class durations are longer than necessary. But I would definitely recommend it if you want a great study guide towards AAT qualification.
Al Muni: After finishing my Total Accounting course from Osborne Training centre i have got my first job. It was lovely environment to study, high quality tutor who were ready to help any time, advanced teaching method and helpful stuff. Course fee is reasonable as well. Thank you Osborne

robert jeferson: When I was looking to build a career in Bookkeeping, I came across no of training provider. Out of them Osborne Training was outstandingly helpful in explaining various bookkeeping courses and they explained various Aat courses available. They helped me to decide between accounting courses and bookkeeping course. Finally I decided to go for aat bookkeeping course. I was looking for a premier training aat qualification provider and they are indeed a Premier training provider. They also offered me online bookkeeping course, however, I decided to go for bookkeeping course in London Canary Wharf campus. They use Osborne books which I found easy to read and understand. The teacher was very helpful and would go extra mile by taking extra sessions to ensure I understood the topics. The bookkeeping online course resources are additional help which I could access outside the campus from home. I would definitely recommend Osborne Training if anyone wants to build a career as a bookkeeper. The course is a GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AND QUALITY OF THE TUITION IS OUTSTANDING.
Rez Kadrik: After completing my ACCA f1-f9 papers I was looking for an accounts assistant/book-keeper. I applied for the role in several companies. But everywhere they were looking for an experienced employees. I registered my CV in Reeds, Page Personnel, Indeed but never had positive response. At once I was so frustrated I thought I will never get a job in accounting. However, I never gave up. I was searching online for various practical accounting training courses. I come across Osborne Training Centre. After taking admission, I learned practical and practical aspects of Sage 50, Sage payroll, Excel and Taxation. I was offered a job placement for 3 months right after the training programme. I have been working a as an assistant accountant for a music production company in West-End for last three months. Thank you all support workers at Osborne and all friendly tutors.

Anna Renz: The LSA Software Training – Manual and Automation is great for beginners like me, but also a good way to further your skills if you are already from IT background. I haven’t had any IT exposure before and I found the LSA Software Testing training to be a great starting point to change my career. Vikram, the trainer, had communicated all the concepts very well in a simple manner making sure everybody was on the same page. He’s been brilliant in answering all the questions from students and he gave us plenty of tips and extra insights based on his years of experience in the industry. We have covered all the necessary concepts, but of course the work doesn’t end there and if you want to be successful in landing a job you need to take your own initiative and keep learning on your own. Special thanks to my fellow student Kadija, who was so much fun to be around! Overall very happy with the training and I would recommend it to any individual who wish to start his/her career in this field.
