Aqua Shard: what do users think?

John Stonborough: on their mobiles all the time. Also the phone line

Michelle Knutson: We were greeted by incredibly friendly reception staff and seated at an amazing table to celebrate our engagement. The server was lovely and the food and ambience were perfect. Exceptional experience!

Louise Huggan: Wheelchair accessibility: Disappointing that you have to enter via the staff 'working 'area as if not there are steps to the restaurant. Then when I enquired about accessible bathroom facilities the staff seemed unsure about them. Then another trip through the 'back' area to the toilet which sadly had spare chairs in it making it very difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair. In such a beautiful modern building it's a shame that there didn't seem to have been sufficient consideration for the disabled population.

Galvin at Windows: what do users think?

Martin K Head: Excellent restaurant on the 28th floor of the Hilton on Park Lane. High quality food and service with incredible views over Hyde Park or towards Buckingham Palace. However, VERY expensive! £72 for four glasses of wine!My wife and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they provided us with a free dessert with an anniversary message on it. Very thoughtful. Good to book in advance though.Vegetarian options: Some choices.Kid-friendliness: Not a good place to take kids! Very grown up restaurant!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheel chair accessible!

W T: My friend and I went for a weekend lunch. The food was pretty solid and the portions were decent. I had the sunchoke soup, the cod main, and the chocolate dessert. They were also really generous with the bread.Things I didn't like:The horrid butter knife. It was a fancy weighted knife with its blade pointing upright. I kept worrying that someone was going to hurt themselves or take an eye out. I even saw children playing with it. Not cool. The whole restaurant was blindingly bright. I was squinting the whole time and the sun gave me a headache. Suggest tinting the windows.

Hutong: what do users think?

Alex Driscoll: Had the most amazing experience at the hutong for my sons birthday. The staff was 20/10 and friendly we chose the lotus sample menu & couldn't even finish it. It was brought out fast and served to us. Thankyou so much for your kindness I wish I had got your names it was 2 young ladies and gentleman that made sure we had everything promptly not to mention the chef that served our duck next to our table.... even down to picture taking. We was allocated a window table even though requests aren't aloud past 5 so we was so thrilled for the unforgettable view watching london light up while we dined. I have dined at other restaurants in the shard and this one was the best. My son had the most amazing memory and left with a permanent smile. highly recommend. thankyou againKid-friendliness: amazing staff

Clos Maggiore: what do users think?

Emma Garner: A really lovely restaurant with impeccable service, I can't think of anywhere else I have been so well cared for. We ate from the set menu and the food was delicious, I would highly recommend the truffle mash side dish! They have an extensive wine list which ranges in price from approx £30 upwards. Warm bread rolls, beautifully presented dishes, fabulous staff, great ambience, comfortable seating, clean and sweet smelling toilets! I would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning. I would give more than five stars if it was possible!

City Social: what do users think?

Anisoara Dura: One of the best cocktails we had in a while. The bartender Carmine made our experience speacial. Definitely will be back!

Julio Cesar Vasquez Velasquez: Espectacular lugar, con vistas impresionantes, parada obligatoria en tu vista a Londres.

stefanie harris: Amazing experience!! We ordered sea bass and duck and it was very flavorsome, the execution flavor and presentation wise was on spot. The quality of the food was very good and worth paying for. The service was also very great, felt welcomed and the staffs were helpful. Atmosphere was mesmerizing with the restaurant being on the 24TH floor, we were able to see London from up top while dining.

Emma Hunter: Had a fabulous evening, last night, with one of our biggest clients. They were VERY happy. Loved the food, the wine, the service and the view. It's definitely not cheap, but it is worth the money in my opinion.I'll definitely be back both pa and with clients.

Allister Brimble: The food here is exceptional and it deserved its Michelin star! Every dish was cooked to perfection. In a couple of recent reviews I presume that some key staff were off at that time, because this time it was class all the way. The sharing dishes are a great idea which just adds to the experience. The lobster ravioli and scallops tartare must be tried and the veal chop sharing dish was perfection. The only negative was that we were being pressured to have another bottle of wine. I know they have to do this but there's only a need to ask once. I am also not a fan of the wine being poured for us. I advise pouring your own for an even split!Another reason to visit is the view which is incredible from the 24th floor!

Duck & Waffle: what do users think?

Jack M: ! Food was terrific & atmosphere unmatched. Shout out to Kyel in particular for going above & beyond in helping my Mum. We’ll be ducking back in during their next visit. Cheers :

Andrew Cartwright: trip in the lift and we was on floor 40 - home to Duck and Waffle. We were greeted and taken to our table, which had a beautiful view out over London. I hadn't a clue what to order but decided on the first option, 'the duck and waffle' which weirdly came with some sort of mustard maple syrup and a fried duck egg. Yes, I had no idea if the flavours would go but actually I really enjoyed it! There was also lots of options for drinks, but it was a tad early for anything overly fancy, perhaps next time...!I really enjoyed the visit to Duck and Waffle. The service was good, the atmosphere and view were great, and the food was superb!

Romane Morantin: . We had 2 really good cocktails, and lots of little appetizers, which were very refined. The music and the decoration make us feel good there, with the added bonus of the view of part of London, notably Tower Bridge. Thanks, and we’ll come back 🍸🥂Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian, and apart from the charcuterie plate, I could have everythingDietary restrictions: Before serving us the appetizers, they asked us about allergies

arooj khan: Francesco was an amazing bar tender and made us a signature cocktail which was not on the menu and gave us impeccable service!

Toni Gali: Nice views, good place for a business lunch

Ophélie PONDEVIE: What a memorable evening at 14 Hills!A warm atmosphere, refined and delicious cuisine made us escape for an evening. The panoramic view of London and Tower Bridge makes the experience even more unforgettable! It's flawless.A big thank you to Robin and Spiros for their attention throughout the evening.

Pauline: Amazing night at 14 Hills with my friends, we had such a great time with delicious cocktails and food. The view is just amazing and the service was perfect. Thank you so much, I'll come again.Food: 5/5 …

Elise Pelletier: 14 Hills Restaurant in London offers an exceptional experience. The venue is simply superb, offering an elegant and contemporary atmosphere. The cocktails are deliciously tasty, perfect to accompany a memorable evening. Additionally, the servers, especially Robin and Spiros, are incredibly friendly and attentive, which adds a warm touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended for those looking for fine dining and impeccable service in London.

DarioUK: Food was really nice. We had the 3 Courses Menu.I had the Jambon and my girlfriend the Endive Salad. Both we had the Seabass and for dessert we had Choc. Fondant and Creme Caramel.Service was attentive, we were seated outside in their terrace and the view of the Tower Bridge it was beautiful, a really relaxing atmosphere. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they have prepared a little dessert on the house for her, really nice touch from them. Well done to the team! I'll see you next time!Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: They have access for Wheelchair

David Alcazar Lobo: I been there on Sunday evenig and Its was a pleasure , good food , good service. And fliendly staff specialy Johanna she is the best..Thanks Johana you been so professionalI will be back again!

Josselin Guibert: I really enjoyed my experience at the Pont de la tour. Very nice staff, extremely helpful sommelier. But the best was the food. Everything was cooked to perfection, all the flavours and textures mixed perfectly. I will come back, although a bit pricy for the area. Sadly they don't accept dogs even on the terrace.

Jules: Michelin star restaurant on the river at Shad Thames with a view of tower Bridge. There is a main dining area, outside seating and a bar area. We sat in the main dining area for lunch. Service was impeccable. My starter of steak tartrate was beautiful and I had the rabbit for main course which was braised with potatoes and veg and was so tender and delicious. Was originally going to have the fixed price menu which was decently priced at £35 but upon seeing the al a carte got carried away!

Andrew Edmunds Restaurant: what do users think?

Tsang Bowie: What it is not: fine dining. Glasses are of low quality and presentation is meh. What it excels at: cosy, intimate, value dining experience. Great portion of well-seasoned, professionally cooked food; consumer-friendly mark-up w/ some old vintages you cannot easily buy on the market; and warm, unpretentious service you find in your neighborhood pub. One of the best places to dine in London for wine lovers.

sam a: makes up for the generic glasses and after the first bottle, you’ll tend to be less uptight about these sort of things…At the end of the day, it’s just good old-fashioned food in mischievous romantic settings ❤️

Stephanie Hoang: High quality, tasty food for great prices.I think this has to be one of the best restaurants in London for the quality to price ratio if you're looking for a nice place to eat on a date.We had two starters: the squid and the duck. Both were paired nicely wine by our water. They were fresh tasting with the crunchy veggies complimenting the textures of the meat. For mains, we took a fish and a meat dish - both delicious. For dessert, we had the cheesecake. It was pretty good, but I think you can find a better Basque cheesecake elsewhere.

Shakira: When I cook I like to cook like them yum

John L.: Food: nearly perfect execution, although some dishes were bland and needed more seasoning. Polenta especially.Service: staff presence seemed limited and preoccupied.Atmosphere: romantic in the basement and more lively on main floor.Try the pork chop and explore the wine menu! Avoid the polenta.

Dean Gardner: I recently spent my 40th birthday here for a meal with 9 friends. We opted for the £65 set menu, which comes with a glass of HN champagne. We were super happy with the service, food and drinks. Food was incredible and great value for money, alongside the champagne which was really lovely!I’d definitely recommend this for those considering large group bookings and I’ll definitely be back for another dinner myself.

CH: was an added bonus. Immanuel should be commended for his commitment to excellence and outstanding teamwork - I noticed how he kindly instructed and offered support to other colleagues working his section too. Other tables around us were also appreciative of his style and attentiveness.I will definitely be coming back and am so glad we chose to dine at OXO Tower Brasserie!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options

シフォ: . The food is beautiful, but not particularly new.The taste was also normal. It was a salon-style room at the entrance.Interesting interior but uncomfortable.I passed the yellow room on my way to the bathroom, but this place seems like it could be slow. The toilet looks interesting, butDifficult to use and uncomfortable. Toilets should be made easier to use, such as making the washbasin wider, making it easier to store luggage, and making it easier to close the door.

Launceston Place: what do users think?

Bordes Christophe: Excellent address, irreproachable service. Amazing wine list for all type of budgets. The new menu is absolutely amazing. A must go to in London. What is the Michelin guide doing? Unbelievable to see this address not having at least a star.Try the pigeon wellington and you will understand why I am surprised!

JH: came out to personally apologise - and they all seemed genuinely apologetic. When we were leaving, we were told that the whole meal would be free. I’m also taking about, what would have been, quite an expensive meal. We were beyond surprised and touched. We still offered to pay or pay even some of it, but they emphatically refused, saying that mistakes like this should not happen at their restaurant.I have been to restaurants before where maybe a mistake was made or delays, etc. But never have I experienced a restaurant being so gracious to accommodate the dining experience in such a manner

Melissa Wright: I can't recommend Launceston Place highly enough. From food to service to wine to ambience, everything was beautifully turned out. We had the tasting menu, which was utterly delicious. The courses and portion sizes were carefully considered, with the tastes of each dish flowing on perfectly from one to the next. Particular shout out goes to the beef tartare and egg and soldiers, which were beyond amazing! I'd go back for the egg and soldiers alone. The matched wines were spot on, and the sommelier rose to challenge of serving my friend who wasn't drinking red, providing very lovely alternatives. The cherry on the cake is the lovely staff, who were so kind and attentive. Hats off to LP for a fabulous dining experience.

Nick Rivas: Loved the atmosphere and the food was interesting and well presented. I can see why people say the Michelin star could happen in the future. Excellent wine selection and also the champagne by the glass as a pre dinner drink is well priced. However, there are some things that could be polished. Service was great but there was too many people serving you or attending, it would be more simple yet elegant to assign a waiter/waitress and not be served or assisted by so many different ones throughout the dinner. We did the chefs tasting menu. A few days before we had called to change the reservation to an earlier time, which was accepted. However, during our dinner we got a call from the host right by our table asking if we’d come to dinner. They hadn’t removed the previous time so it’s as if we had two reservations. Also it was a birthday occasion, which they said by e-mail they’d bring a little dessert or something with a candle, but they also forgot or didn’t communicate well, I had to remind them at the end of the meal. Apparently the host’s assistant didn’t quite send the memo. One more thing: when you get a set tasting menu you expect exactly that for the set price. After all the savory courses we were asked if we’d like cheese for an extra cost. To me this felt tacky and cheap. If cheese were to be extra they could’ve asked at the beginning of the service when deciding which menu we’d go for. Asking us right before dessert and giving us a price felt a bit forced. We did get the cheese and it was good but not amazing. Then there were two desserts which weren’t that well varied, mostly just chocolates in some sugar sauce. I think a better approach would be to ask or let the guest decide if they’d like a cheese or sweet course, instead of making the cheese optional and then two desserts part of the set menu. We did enjoy the meal overall, and if they polish some service mishaps they can definitely go far and become big when it comes to places for fine dining in London.

Jean Law: Amazing discovery and worth the price. The experience in itself from ordering to tasting was amazing. Wine selection was good and the service, excellent.Without giving too much away, the menu was a fun start to the entire dining experience. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Giuseppe Mastroianni: Loved the atmosphere and the food served was exquisite. I would definitely get back with my partner. You can choose between three choices for starter, main and dessert.

Margot: what do users think?

Pinar Koygun: we were delighted with our experience tonight.

katie duffin: This is our absolute favourite restaurant in london. Although it’s high class, the staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food is impeccable and the staff are the best we have ever experienced. I have never written a review but this is a place I will recommend to everyone who comes to london. We had a waiter tonight who had glasses and his name started with an A - cannot quite remember but he was the best waiter we have ever had. Thank you for a wonderful engagement meal.

Mike Lewis: Randomly walked past this restaurant on our way to the theatre they actually didn’t have tables but we sat at the bar and let me tell you this meal was fantastic. Some of the best Italian had while on our trip in Europe.I watched the kitchen and that staff was a well oiled machine and the Chef was playing dishes like it was on a tv show. Amazing hand made pasta. We all shared a little of what each of us had because it was so good we wanted to taste more. The waitstaff was on it like maybe the best service I have ever had in London. Put this place on your list but definitely call for a reservation it fill up fast.

barnes74: Great restaurant, good service but don't like when the servers keep pouring more wine to get you to buy another bottle, like to drink and pour at my own pace. Food is very good.Vegetarian options: Good selection of veg dishes

Mario V: We had dinner for two and it was delicious. The staff created a very delightful atmosphere for diningRecommended dishes Ossobuco with Risotto, Crab Ravioli …

Andrew Blooman: Excellent service and lovely food

Hayeon Shim: Pasta here is one of the best I had. The steak was underwhelming though, so make sure to order pasta and the appetizers.
