Flipper's Roller Boogie Palace: what do users think?

Niffy the Nowsky: We had an awesome time there! The staff was super kind, the music was amazing, the people were beautiful, the ambience amazing and the food/drinks delicious! We'll definitely go there again if we are in London.

Michel Baboulinet: Fantastic place, great staff, great music and rink. The hire skates are fine. I'll come by any day if I could. Price can be prohibitive, but it's likely the best rink of all London.

Daavid B: Flippers is an amazing venue. Staff are brilliant on and off the rink. Big shout out to the bar staff especially Conor who knows my order when he sees me, big up Conor. This is a must visit, you won't regret it 💯

Eva K: Your place brought me to my youth years! Sunday afternoon, Flippers, you made our day with excellent service form your kind, very aware, efficient people. Bday party for kids with super lunch, 👌!Loved all the songs you played, absolutely amazing rolling to the rythm!Great for all the ages!

Gilles ANDRIAMAMPIANINA: Un des meilleur club que j'ai pu faire de ma vie. C'était incroyable !

jas levell: only thing i would say is drinks were expensive

Will Reynolds: Richard was amazing thank you so much!!!!

shabs: It is a great place for those who like to roller skate but very pricey and can get too busy in the skating rink. They have a bar for drinks and have free water available in jugs as you like. The seating area is available, too.You need to pay £5 for the support, and skating is very difficult to some beginners. A lot of people were falling over.

Maha Fawwaz: Very nice, friendly and amazing music & vibes! My 6 and 8 years old had an amazing time. Very clean and lots of staff members ready to help. Highly recommended.

Ramnique Brar: Came here on a Saturday 7-9pm for a birthday, really great atmosphere and music, everyone had a great time. Got a bit busy at times which made it difficult to skate trying to dodge people but overall had a great time and would defo go again! The staff are really friendly and quickly help people who fall and clear people waiting on the sides as it can get congested otherwise

Fiona McUtchen: We had my daughter's birthday party there with 10 friends and it was excellent. The crew were very attentive, the food was 10/10 fresh and hot, and the skater coaches on the rink were really supportive seeing many of the kids hadn't skated before. My daughter had a ball - the only complaint was that they didn't play Taylor Swift!

Smooth Operator: Flippers offered a fun and unique date night experience that I would recommend despite some minor issues. The concept of rollerblading together sounded exciting since neither of us had tried it before. The venue was conveniently located near Westfield Shepherd's Bush and reasonably priced. The rigorous ID checks at the door made sense given the onsite bar. However, the check-in process itself was impersonal with minimal guidance for first-timers unfamiliar with how everything worked. Some quick tips on maneuvering and navigating the rink would have been appreciated. The venue interior was spacious and quirky with great music. Helpers were stationed around to assist if needed, which was reassuring for beginners like us. One fell but the staff swiftly helped out - much appreciated. Aside from the lukewarm welcome, we had a blast rollerblading together and worked up a sweat! It was an active, high-energy date doing something new and different. We will definitely be back for more rollerblading fun at Flippers soon!

Cedric Fernandes: I enjoyed myself immensely at Flipper's Roller skating but the only drawback was that they ceased operations too early. The skating was splendid, and they always had a wonderful atmosphere with music and lights. On Saturdays it get really busy and there's a queue to get in.

Stella: Very fun experience with kind staff and nice music! Definitely book in advance though as it gets quite busy!

Ventsislav Uchkunov: We had a great experience during our visit, lovely and very friendly staff, great place. Special thanks to Ziah at reception and our waiter Reece for making our experience even more amazing. 10/10

LARA Onwuka: Music was great, added to the atmosphere of fun and to continue going even when you do fall. Staff were very vigilant to any falls, were always at hand to support, we came in a large group with kids of varying ages and the venue felt safe and secure. Toilets were kept clean which was a relief when with kids! From the door to the bar and skating ring all staff were friendly, professional and efficient in their manners to keep things moving.

Richard D'Crus: What an amazing birthday humble experience. Vibes, hosts were amazing. Everybody was so friendly. Food was on point and the safety was great whenever someone falls. Thank you Flippers!

Chloé: 10/10, nothing to say! The atmosphere is there, the staff is there for people who have difficulty with roller skating, Caribbean atmosphere, Afro, hip hop, R&B, black musical culture is really present and that is a pleasure.

Reilly Taylor: I have had the BEST time here on my visit from Manchester. The staff are absolutely lovely. Not only is it cool AF, everyone was incredibly welcoming, encouraging and supportive. Huge thanks and a special shout out to Melissa who introduced me to some fab people so I wasn't alone on my solo trip. Thanks so much! Can't wait to come back!

Abyan Ismangil: . We got unlucky and got hit with a huge swarm of 7 year olds celebrating a birthday so it got crowded quick. Not enough space for flashy stuff and defo the worst part about any indoor rink is other people. Music at the open age was very eclectic and all over the place but overall a very good place to try out skating for the first time, just not sure it would be a good night out

Sandrine Hakizimana: Went with a few friends.Large skating rinkI love that upon paying you’re there for the whole night and there are no time restrictions at presentThey serve food and alcohol.Music was good. There’s some seating even if you don’t reserve a boothI have a review on my insta@hashtaglondonr

M Reza: Great night the most fun we've had in a long time. The atmosphere was lovely such a great vibe.

Ruth Lester: This is the BEST place to bring a load of 10 year old... did the proper party thing on a Saturday last year but this year just went to the normal Sunday all ages session. It was so perfect and not to busy! Food is lush and affordable! Highly recommend!

Amy Cunningham: Brilliant roller disco! Had our daughter’s 12th birthday here yesterday and it was a fantastic venue. Great fun, good value party package, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend

Kayla Pereira: Had a great time even though I broke my ankle

Biker World: Fun good vibes. Friendly staff. Highly. Recommended

James Cressey: Great night. Had a wheelie good time.Atmosphere: 5/5 …

Michelle Grant: Nice spot. It is tiny though. Flippers in West London is twice the size.Friendly and helpful staff, I wouldn't come back due to the size and I live closer to West London but I had a fun night.DJ played good music too.

Phys ChemMaths: Atmosphere: 5/5

2Olive 2olive: Security were so nice, warm n friendly whilst doin their job, made such a nice change to have friendly smiling securityLady on the rink staff was super lovely, all the rink staff did a fab job keeping everyone safe n protected on the rink, best ive seen!if someone fell over, they blocked them off, helped them n kpt everyone safe!Loved this place!Downside: way too expensive but i guess, all the pros make it worth it as if you want the best, they gotta get paid to be the best aye!Ppl were friendly, bar man was friendlyIt was just such a really good experienceI would go again, on a cheaper night

okenemem: Went on a family day, had a great time with the kids , will definitely go again. Staff were amazing especially the securityParking: Parking is hard in Tottenham full stopKid-friendliness: Very child friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Clea Romeo: Came in the school holidays with my 6 year old and she skated for the first time. The marshals were so friendly and helpful. It’s a small rink but this is fine for beginners. The session was from 1-5pm which was great for flexibility as you could come any time during that period as long as it was before 3:30pm which is helpful. My daughter absolutely loved it. There are car parks nearby you can park in.

Roll Happy: what do users think?

Simmy Mora: and wanted to see if I was still capable on 4 wheels. Well.. Emma and Sarah showed me not only that I was, but that I could improve my skills. I will definitely sign up for another course.Roll Happy deserves 6 stars.

Karlene Williams: I've had a fantastic experience with Roll Happy. Mellow gave very good and clear instructions and made the classes very enjoyable. Thanks Mellow! I have definitely made good progression. The customer service is also very efficient!

Leah Adamson: Love love love these classes! I came to the class terrified of skating and barely able to stand up. After 6 weeks I'm so much more confident, can moon walk on skates and go backwards. The classes push you, but they are welcoming and fun. Skating is also amazing exercise! I loved the classes so much I signed up for the next course.

Cecelia Fernandes: Such fun! Emma is a lovely teacher, the venue is spacious, the people I met on the course were friendly... and it's a really good workout. Will be signing up for the next set of courses.

Nathalie Murphy: I had a lot of fun doing the level 1 course and feel so much more confident being on my skates! I'm looking forward to joining the level 2 course in a couple of weeks 😄

Mark Stanford-Janes: Had a great experience learning with Emma and Sarah. I would definitely recommend Roll-happy to anyone starting skating. The lessons are really good and inclusive, and cover a huge range of skills. The different levels also means everyone can learn something and offers a great sense of progress

Tamara Stanford-Janes: Roll Happy is absolutely great for getting started on your roller skates! Emma and Sarah are lovely teachers so patient and encouraging. Really fun, inclusive classes to learn new skills / gain confidence. The classes are well structured but there is also some flexibility if there is anything in particular you want to learn. I’ve been skating with them for over a year now and love it. If you’re thinking about booking a roller skating class then definitely try Roll Happy 💕

Frankie: Roll Happy is the rolliest and happiest!!The classes are fun, the music is groovy and the coaching is excellent.Every step/move is broken down into stages so there is always something to practise and always something to aim for. I’ve spent a lot of time just fumbling around at the back of the class and never felt any pressure to achieve any more than I am capable of, the vibe is soo encouraging.I’ve done 5 courses with them soo far and had 5 different coaches who have all been wonderful.I’m now obsessed with skating and cannot wait to start the next course!

hannah philbert: Amazing sessions, if your looking to get into roller skating or even improve your skills or gain more confidence then you should definitely join roll happy. Its the perfect environment its really relaxed and fun.

Sandra Balcerzyk: First of all, really quick and helpful assistance on-line, as I had booked a class for level 2 by accident when I meant to book beginners. Second, the teacher was amazing, she made sure all could learn at our own pace and also helped us to build the confidence to be able to try the next “move” - couldn’t recommend these classes enough!

joe chicken: Wonderful People and great teachers. I've done loads of courses with roll happy and hopefully I'll do loads more.

Dionne Campbell: Love the varying teaching approaches, I always leave the class with feelings of accomplishment even though I am a slow learner...Thanks for being patient with me...

David Ajagunna: Roll Happy has expert trainers which are patient and walks you through each step of skating skills which makes it easy to learn whatever level that you are. I wore my skates for the first time in November with so much fear and as at today I am confident in them and now part of different skaters community and attending events. Highly recommended.

Rai S: and the level one course was absolutely brilliant. Emma is such a lovely patient teacher, and the class numbers make sure that those who need extra support get some one on one tips. Within a few weeks I felt confident enough to do the Saturday morning Battersea Park skate session and absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for giving me back some confidence and making the classes so fun!

Lola Lawal: Loved the Level 1 classes with Noelie, i took the class twice because she explained techniques so well and really takes her time to work with you. Bring on level 2!
