Fernando Mejia: Amazing place, I got my daughter’s tortoise and all the essentials in here and was spot on, the little fellow has grown very fast and looks healthy thanks to the advice of the people working here.
Elisha Forde: Have been going to this premises for all of my reptile needs for a couple of years now, very well run business, very well stocked with everything you need. The staff are more than helpful, friendly and really nice to chat to. I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I do not live in Crystal Palace and travel from Sutton but this place has been 5 stars for me since my very first visit and I am always very grateful for the help and service they provide.
Michael O'Connell-Davidson: Knowledgeable staff, good selection of well-kept and healthy rare animals. I got a Whites Tree Frog from here and they were able to answer all my questions and give me everything I needed to get set up. Prices for animal, enclosure, and supplies very reasonable.
Billie-Jean Todd: Excellent customer service with exceptionally knowledgeable staff I Purchased a snake and snake set up. I highly recommended this place!!!

Adanatia Natia: Such an amazing party by the Reptile Ranch! Informative and educational as well as fun and full of wonderful cute animals.The kids absolutely loved it and so did the parents!
Sinéad: My son had an amazing 10th birthday party with the Reptile Ranch. All the kids had sufficient time to handle the chameleons, snakes etc and the tortoise race was very exciting! Very professional setup with great attention to detail.
jr C: I’m not too sure but the price for the bearded dragon and the vivarium seems to have gone up by a lot since last year. Am I right or have I misheard. Other wise, great kind staff. Healthy reptiles.
Krystian Blaszkowicz: Animals were healthy and staff were very clear and helpful. They made sure the juvenile crested gecko we got was going into a good environment and that we had every thing ready. The gecko is doing well, gaining around one gram a week, daily wet powder diet and occasional gut loaded medium crickets :)

gary marshall: Well what can I say about Croydon Reptiles …………………….fantastic !, fantastic !, fantastic ! In my opinion there’s probably no better reptile shop in the country. I have 2 bearded dragons that have been purchased from the very knowledgeable duo who are Mark and Sam. I visit at least once a week for live food and various reptile related items. I have been using this shop for the past 5 years and would never contemplate going anywhere else. What Mark and Sam don’t know about reptiles isn’t worth knowing to be fair. I now class this amazing reptile duo as very good friends and would recommend this shop to anyone who either has reptiles or are considering keeping reptiles. Shop is clean, tidy and customer service second to none. So take my advice don’t chance going anywhere else just because it may be a few quid cheaper. The old saying is “you always get what you pay for”

Chanelle Jade Bushay: Went here with my 6 yo brother. The lady who showed us around the shop was so friendly and informative. He was even allowed to hold the lizards and snakes which for him was amazing as he loves to touch and interact with animals. When we are ready we will definitely be getting a bearded dragon from here!!

NoName: Lee was extremely helpful, amazing advice given at the outset from no doubt years of experience. The Vivarium I purchased was fully setup and tested, I even got a WhatsApp message with all the instructions I needed to run and use the setup which in my opinion is service above what I would ever expect! When collecting the setup I was taken through the steps again to make sure I understand, amazing! Very big variety of livestock available along with every accessory you could ever possibly need and foods. Design of the store is modern, neat and well designed with the effort visible in its execution. If you are in this hobby or just becoming interested I’d highly recommend Lee and Jurassic World Reptiles as the service is superb! No doubt I will be back very soon, thank you Jurassic World Reptiles 🐍

Juampi Siempre Seré: I bought a pac man frog with a glass container very well decorated and assembled for the frog. Then I bought a baby Bosc Monitor, they customised and set up the cage as they offered and they did great job, they organise the delivery of the cage to my house and it was all great. The customer service is over the top, they are very caring and friendly. I only buy my pets food supplies from there, they have offers like if you buy 25 frozen mouses you pay less, or if you buy 5 boxes of hoppers you will pay 10£. Nonewhere like here. I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (15 stars).

Attila Biro: The island of calm this place. We are really like it. Our family have the first corn snake from Jurassic world and the owner explained everything about this lovely creature. He is so kind and helpful so if you need any information about reptiles don’t hesitate to ask him. Big thanks and keep it up………😉
Aleksandra Judina: Selling infected snakes and refusing to accept it back or take any responsibility over it. Spoke to a vet, apparently very common with bad distributors. Should not normally happen when pets are property housed and taken care of. I personally a lot of experience with exotic pets but never have I ever experience such an awful attitude from the store, the owner just hanged up on me. I am very worried about the well-being of the snake and also all the pets sold in the store. So please I strongly advise you to by pets from any other place possible!
Akshay Patel: This is the best reptile shop I have ever been too. The person working there (I believe he was the owner) spent time with the family - 20 mins just explaining to us pro/cons of buying the reptile. Simply amazing service and when we are ready we will be only buying from this shop. Thank you for your time today - the kids were very happy and learnt a lot.
Anatoliy Blyznyuk: The python turned out to have an infection. The owner of the shop doesn’t want to do anything to resolve the problem. She told us it’s only our problems, and hung up the phone 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

Lsz G: Supreme Animal is not only the best pet shop I’ve been to both me and my furry friend have always been treated with so much care. I always get more than i came in for as it literally has everything and more that you’ll need! Also far cheaper than buying directly from the vet. My dog was suffering from constant ear irritation and after speaking to such a helpful man Rick he knew exactly what he needed and actually stopped everything he was doing at the time to help me insert The drops into my dogs ear which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend supreme animals to anyone with a pet!! All staff very friendly and helpful Thank you!

Lynsey O'Connor: Lovely pet store, a few years ago a bought a couple of rats from there, one baby Dumbo rat and a slightly older young rat from different litters, both were so friendly and also got on well together 😊 they have both sadly passed away now, tumours unfortunately but this is common in rats apparently. Also bought a lovely tabby kitten a few years ago too, very lovely temperament.

Sally Herbert: I have been visiting the Supreme Animal Foods Store and wonderful Team for over ten years. Each member of the Team is knowledgeable and customer focussed. The Store is also owned by two of the most genuine and community connected people I know, Ricky and Debbie Keane. My husband and I bought a Kitten a number of years ago and she has been a complete delight. Her nature is testament to the handling and care that was given to her by the Team, whilst at the Store. I spend hours at a time choosing and chatting and deliberating over her food. Supreme Animal Foods stock the highest quality and variety we have come across…how the Team are able to remember what they have is beyond me but they are brilliantly trained! Thank you to you all for your expertise, kindness and bringing a sense of community to what can feel a lonely London at times. May you be FOREVER OPEN!
