Presiyana Karastoyanova: Wonderful experience at Amtira. Truly professional - I had a massage and a deep cleansing facial, which were both amazing. Irina took the time to explain everything and give me proper recommendations. She makes you feel very comfortable and takes all the time needed for your skin needs. Thanks to Alisa, who not only gave a wonderful treatment but also shared valuable information about the skincare ( as per my skin type) throughout the process which was quite informative. I was explained about every step being done during the process. The extraction process was very well taken care of ( met my expectations ) in terms of removing impurities from the face. Muriel Muntandu: I got a bacterial facial for my oily skin and blackheads. The place was very easy to find, great location. She explained the process and what she was using on my skin every time. My skin feels so soft and fresh. I highly recommend. I will coming back again for a microdermabrasion facial.

I went to Amtira when I was really struggling with my appearance and confidence, and within the first facial I already noticed the difference. Alyssa was incredible to advise me what I would need, so I had a few different types of facials over 2 months - and now I feel like I can look in the mirror with confidence, as well as improving my overall skin condition and hiding the wrinkles too. I get various facials done from her; deep cleansing, Hydrating, and other treatments like microdermabrasion and Venus freeze. I have also got a new treatment done today - micro needling and I really liked it. I will be doing more of this to reduce my acne scars. I have had acne scars since years and over the years since I’ve started my treatments with Irina my scars have reduced and my skin has brighten a lot. I get compliments from my colleagues all the time after my treatments how my skin is glowing so much. The quality of the treatments she provides is top notch and she spends enough on them. I have also introduced my husband to her spa as he has had back problems for many years and he has seen a tremendous improvements after going for regular back massages. I highly recommend her!!! Vivian George: This is was my first time at Amtira and what a wonderful experience. Irina was fantastic, very professional and knowledgable about skincare. I went for a deep cleansing facial, but based on my skin, she recommended microdermabrasion for my hyper pigmentation. The consultation was very useful, she told me what items i need to take out of my make up/skincare because that is what is causing the breakouts. Great experience overall!

Annie Wang: Fantastic experience. The therapist was very professional and well trained. Given the coronavirus I was nervous about getting touched by someone, but the therapist washed her hand a few times and was wearing mask. I tried the Head, Neck, and Shoulder course. She also offered to massage my back and waist. The whole hour session was very refreshing. Definitely worth the money.

Rocshelle Rock-miller: I have been to many places for lymphatic drainage massage and I can honestly say none have been better or more effective than the techniques Emilene uses! Emilene really listens to my requirements and figures out a tailor made plan to suit my needs. She has such a calm and welcoming nature and I always look forward to my weekly sessions. My swelling has improved massively during the session and I will continue to see Emilene for maintenance. Emilene has great knowledge of how the body works with swelling ect and is able to offer me lots of advise on reducing post-op swelling and bloating. Emilene truly offers a 10/10 service.

Michelle Fennelly: Emeline is welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I have now been to see her about 6 times and during these visits she has managed to help me with my lymphoedema so much that my feet and legs look the best I can ever remember them. In addition Emeline has taken the trouble to specifically target my treatments to aid other problems she has learned that I have by using her extensive holistic therapy knowledge. My family have really noticed the difference she has made to me. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her healing hands. What a hidden gem!

Rana Brightman: Emilene was absolutely phenomenal as a post-op therapist. I had a “mummy make over” which entails a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction as well as a breast reduction. My Harley Street surgeon recommended I have lymphatic drainage massage to ensure the outcome of my surgery be at its best. I found Emilene on Google as was after someone local and with experience in post-op therapy. She was just great. Her treatment room is a little sanctuary in the middle of hectic Lewisham/Catford. Perfect distance for me to walk to hers as exercise. She always made the room smell lush with her aromatherapy oils and was always recommending interesting new supplements and alternative treatments as part of my post-op recovery plan. I thought her massages were really good and my own mother even has the occasional massage with her now. She’s sweet and professional. Highly recommend!

Rey Collado: I have been having neck pain and back pain due to my working condition. Sitting in the office with less standing, less walking or minimal movement facing a computer is very detrimental to our health not to mention the stress I have. I booked the appointment online with Emilene and just on the first session, my pain was relieved and my stress level went down. She is really good at what she does. I’m glad I went to see her. Kaamilah Lapierre: I have been coming to Emilene for many years. I first started seeing her for deep tissue massage as I was weight training and would often have very tight sore muscles. I would leave feeling as though I was floating on air. I am now seeing her as for lymphatic drainage massage due to surgery. She is extremely knowledgable and will help and assist in anyway she can. Such a multi talented lady.

Divida Yoga: I have experienced the most profound and deep body treatment with Ben last week. I still can feel how it boosted my energy level, mood and how it made me feel comfortable in my own body. As a yoga therapist myself I never have time for self care and I am very careful with my choices of therapists, Ben is trustworthy highly experienced practitioner and I am so glad I found him. He created a calming atmosphere and held a safe space for me to sink in. Ben’s hands were gentle, delicate and yet so strong. He really knew and felt where my body held tension and stiffness, helped me to release the pain through the breath. I felt so renewed and recharged physically and mentally afterwards, it was the best full body massage I had in years. So I highly recommend him to everyone who is looking for not just a sport massage but the whole body-mind experience

roshini mirchandani: I am obsessed! Ben is honestly the most talented therapist I have ever found. He just has this way of speaking to the body that I have never seen before. I have been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for 3 months now and at some point it felt as though my muscles were not working in conjunction with one another anymore. However, after just one session with Ben, I could feel my muscles working in harmony again. Of course there is no easy to fix to anything and the pain relief is still a work in progress but I am considerably improved since I started seeing Ben. I feel so grateful for finding him and anyone would be lucky to have him treat them, just be mindful that he is always busy so you need to book in advance!

Daniel DJ: Ben is an amazing message therapist that goes above and beyond. I have recently started to receive his treatments again after a one-off session many many years ago and regret the hiatus. Over the past year, my training has deteriorated due to chronic shoulder, neck and upper back pains and had sports massages with a bunch of other masseuses to alleviate the pain but they were never as good as the treatment I received from Ben years ago. Through my experiences, I can confidently say his approach is truly unique. He is able to find the muscle knots really quickly and recommends breathing techniques to release tension and improve range of motion. Ben has also provided me with advice on so many other ways to improve my health and well-being which i will be using going forward. I would highly recommend!

Shehroz Sayeed: I cannot stress enough how amazing Ben is. I have been weightlifting/bodybuilding for over 10 years and have struggled to find someone who can provide effective treatment. After reading the reviews, I gave it a shot, and all I can say is - it really is all true. Ben was able to dissect my issues, biomechanically, and provide amazing treatment. I went in with a back-spasm which I had for over 4 weeks, and it was not recovering - within 2 sessions with Ben, I was already recovering, and have since entirely recovered. If you are someone who requires effective deep tissue, or have sports related soreness/injuries, do not think twice about going to Ben, just do it! Highly recommend, and Ben now as a long-term client in myself!

Petra de Beer: I can’t recommend Pouyan enough. I have been seeing him for a while now, initially to work on my knots on my upper back and neck due to my long hours at work, then he was great help with my knee. Since I’ve been seeing him my stress levels as well as my sleep have massively improved. I love that he mixes eastern and western styles of massage and includes acupuncture in the treatment whenever needed. He really has strong but sensitive magic hands.

Sunny Gajjar: I went for my first appointment and I have never felt better. I have been dealing with back pain for the last 2 years moving from physio to chiropractor and although I belive they have improved my quality of life its nothing compared to Dorethy from Rolletic. After just my first session my mobility has increased by 60% and pain has gone down by 60%. Honestly she is excellent at what she does and even gave me nutritional advice which I have already started and seeing the results. Dorothy is extremely professional and excellent in her field and I would recommend her to anyone that is in pain and wants to dramatically improve their quality of life. Ella Bellaris: It was a good experience and I enjoyed it very much. Dorothy was great, very friendly, she explained everything about what type of massage it was and how it worked and how will I feel the following day and she was right. Just after my first session I felt as I have gone to the gym as I felt every muscle the next day. I continued using Rolletic 3 times a week and after 5 sessions I could really see my body toning and cellulite dimples decreasing.I would definitely recommend it to everyone struggling with cellulite.

Vivian W: A good full body massage and friendly therapist. Quite difficult to find the location as well as enter the building as highly secured, but I used a Groupon voucher and got what I paid for. In terms of communication, I had booked via Groupon with no confirmation after, but I just contacted the therapist directly a few days before the massage and the process was fine. Would be happy to return for ad-hoc therapy as the location is very central and close to public transport

Fatima Zohra Chehalfi: I’ve been to many therapists who offer massages, but Fabrizio never seems to disappoint me. I would strongly recommend his deep tissue massages with cupping. First time trying cupping and my back felt amazing. Long days in the office usually result in back/neck pains, this will definitely help those who feel the strain in their back from sitting down for so long.

Eng.Motasem Alsawadi: It was very good experience with Balance Wellness. It very clear and quite please if you want to get a relaxing time. The staff so kind, I reached early they introduced a glass of water and made me feel relaxing before I got my service. I had a body scrub and hot stones massage for one and half an hour, only problem which I faced was the bathroom in the ground floor but the massage room in the basement.
