Serpentine Lido: what do users think?

Backs: Beautiful location. Didn't swim but it looked so much fun

tet1972: A nice resting place. Nice place to sit and enjoy coffee.

Martin Biermann: The world's oldest swimming club! Open to the public at 10 a.m. The water is greenish but I got no diarrhoea. No lockers. If you don't mind the distance, the men's pool in Hampstead Heath opens earlier and affords better swimming.

Ayten Gok: Stunning !!! 😍

D.C T: 👍

MAGDALENA Dushanova: A really nice food, but unfortunately the staff are a bit grumpy.

Oasis Sports Centre: what do users think?

David Naylor: Great community experience

Sam McIntyre: . There are a variety on Locket sizes, including nice big ones for big kit bags.Be aware that at the time of writing the indoor pool is still closed.

Scott C: Very well located a short walk from soho and has many hidden features, such as you don’t expect at open air pool on the top of a building in central london hahaThe facilities are very easily accessible and easy to use, the open plan changing rooms and shower areas are nice to see and makes it easier see others and/or to continue a conversation or whatever with someone instead of being squashed into small cubicles like many other sports centres, although there are cubicles available if you do want some privacy…Most staff and accommodating and professionalA decent place for a session after work and meeting new people, whether you are visiting to workout, relax, exhibit, cruise or whateverDefinitely would recommend the oasis to any guy

Sabine Lacroix: Piscine agréable et accueil sympathique bien que les douches et les escaliers soient un peu vétuste. Piscine extérieur très bonne.

Clancy Gebler Davies: So lucky this open air pool is still here - and open for everyone and affordable for most.

Laura Zhou: Hands down the best leisure centre in London with the most friendly staffs!

Silvana Pagano: We enjoyed a great day today! Staff helpful and kind! Thanks

Ruth Watts: but they let me in anyway

Ken Liu: Like most of the Better pools, don't expect luxury, but you do get something unique. An open air, outdoor pool in Central London! The 27.5m pool is usually quite busy but everyone is friendly. Also there's a shallow end and a 3.5m deep end so you do need to be a fairly confident swimmer

Paul Everitt: Lovely outdoor pool. Sauna outside just get hot and swim. 30p lockers get contactless from machine. Showers non cubicaled , downside. Changing area busy. Fantastic on a summer's day. Best to book in advance. Then have a wander round Covent Garden.

Ellen Hawkes: Lovely warm lido! Changing rooms were very clean, staff are friendly!

Richard Ben Fletcher (Richie): I love this sports centre and the outdoors swimming pool. A secret oasis in central London

London Aquatics Centre: what do users think?

Karl Veskus: The London Aquatics Centre is a swimmer's paradise with multiple lanes and a spacious 50m pool. It's a blissful escape from crowded pools, allowing for a refreshing and enjoyable swimming experience. Whether you're a serious athlete or a leisurely swimmer, this facility offers a perfect aquatic haven in London.

Haseeb Patel: Visited on Weekend Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended Yes

Patricia Carrillo: . Nice booking system and staff are kind and welcoming always

Violeta Guglea: We are here for the swimming competition. The place is absolutely beautiful, very nice, massive and has a good feel. However, be prepared with a fun as it is very hot and steamy. The sound is also not so good, you cannot get a word, but there is electronic panels which is a good guide.Visited on Weekend …

Long Wu: Beautiful pool, but the restroom sucks. Only 3 stools for men's locker room and only 2 stools for regular guests outside. The designer probably didn't think much people using the facilities.Visited on Weekday Wait time 1 hr+ Reservation recommended Not sure …

Ken Liu: It's a well run local pool that just happens to be an Olympic venue. You can't help but feel a bit awed and hopefully more than a bit inspired by swimming thereIt can get very busy, and the showers are a bit weak but as a place to swim, it can't be beaten

Luke O: Great swim pool, came here to watch Adam Peaty's AP race event and really enjoyed it. If you're spectating, make sure to wear shorts and t-shirt since it's very warm inside.

John Sourgiadakis: Visited on Weekday

Frank Emmerich: Nice former Olympic Venue with the option to swim where Michael Phelps has written Olympic History. Approx 8 GBP fee - very kind staff.

Florian M.: I was there early afternoon during the week. I could just pay £6 and then swim for as long as I wanted.Payment is by card only, but you need a £1 coin for the lockers.Reservations weren't necessary as there wasn't much going on.It's a shame that everything seems very old, dirty in many places and a bit run down, even though this Olympic swimming pool has only been there since 2012. We could really take a little better care of the preservation here...Unfortunately, showers and changing rooms are also far too small and cramped. So my conclusion: Great for swimming, the rest looks like a building in Eastern Europe from the 60s

Gwénola Farault: Superb swimming pool with the Olympic pool on one side and the warm-up pools on the other. THEconditions are ideal, there were only 19 swimmers doing laps! And I would like to thank the receptionist who allowed us to return

Jan Adamic: I've been a member of the Aquatics Centre for a few months, using both swimming and gym facilities about four times a week. The overall design of the building on the outside is timeless but the wood that surrounds the top of the building needs some urgent treatment as it does appear to be rotting on the north west side.I have never had an issue with cleanliness of the venue, perhaps I'm just lucky but the pool has always been spotless. The changing rooms could be a tiny bit more clean but it's not unclean to the point where it would actively deter me from changing there. The gym is relatively small and I have to lower my score here. There is quite a lot of equipment out of service at the moment. Rowing machines take up quite a lot of space in one corner - but only one of them is really working. Hopefully with a change of the venue caretaker, we'll see some better and less break-prone equipment too. Also, I've read through some reviews on here and I'm a little bit bewildered as to why some people say that the lifeguards are rude - I have never experienced a rude lifeguard here, if anything the lifeguard was upset with you because you were taking pictures of your child with other people in the pool, which is made clear that you're not allowed to multiple times. But hey, you'll leave a bad review on here just to "prove" your point.Anyway, good venue overall but could do a tiny bit more on the cleaning and quite a bit more on the gym.

Hugh (Joc): Good experience for children to use the Olympic poolVisited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …

johan muñoz: A magnificent place to swim 👌🏼

Kevin Williams: Supurb building immaculate.Fantastic facilities easy to access.Friendly staff in every department.Loved it!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …

Nadir Shaari: Olympic swimming with more than 10 lanes. They also have a 25 meters pool and a cafe. Great place for swimming around Stratford.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

kat winter: around the changing rooms and lockers I was walking very slowly with my cane for support on my way out. Nigel spotted me with my waddle ambling along. He asked if I was OK. Showing concern then slowed his pace to stay with me by my side as I walked out he was making small talk as we walked but I know he only did that to make sure I was ok. And I am incredibly greatful to him for taking so much care for me.Its the small things that mean the most.Thank you Nigel you made my day.

The booking system is great & if your a member you can book it via the better app, just make sure to be quick to book your spot during the summer heat wave, spaces go within heart beat. The lockers are £1 via coin there are changing rooms inside & outside along side 2 showers outside. Honestly recommend coming here I always have a great swim !!!

Richie Bryan: Such a nice way to unwind after work, nice facilities, helpful staff, appreciate the bike pump and great capacity for locking up bikes. Only downside is that it gets busy, but that's because it's a great lido! Thanks 😊

Laura Litam: First time visiting this place. We availed of the 1 hr swim for all. The pool was clean and there were life guards. The changing room and toilet were great as well. My daughter enjoyed it a lot.I would have given it a 5 stars if the pool was heated as said in the website. But the water is iced cold.Despite this, definitely going back.

Tom B: Good pool, not busy eitherDouble width fast lane allowed for easy over takingEasy to get in and out, no fuss.Friendly people and staff

Cenred Elworthy: Spacious 50m heated outdoor pool with deep and shallow ends. Usually split into 4 wide lanes allowing plenty of space for all speeds and strokes. The water is clean. The lack of surrounding high buildings means that you can quite quickly feel as if you are open water swimming with the changing weather reflected on the water's surface. I have achieved some of my personal best distance speeds in this pool purely down to the sheer exhilaration of the setting.

philip appiah: I visited the spa it was a very nice experience a lady gave me a massage I believe her name was Ibby she was brilliant it was a bamboo massage which I haven't had before I was very impressed. Thank-you

Wola Ayeni: My godchildren are always so excited to come here. The people, The facility, the space. Everything is standard n well mentained.

James Goold: Love the new decor. Bit pricey though

Holly Lasko: Beautifully maintained with a wide range of facilities and friendly staff. I loved my time here and will definitely return.

Kamal Ibra: Good place for a relaxing day/evening.Sauna and cold showers is great.

Hiking In London: The facilities are very good and everything is very clean and organized. 100% recommendable

Volkan A: The kind of fancy retreat you would expect in the countryside but in the heart of the city. The newly decorated baths/spa feels like pure luxury. Everyone, from the front desk to the masseuse will host you like any other 5 star resort. If you get an opportunity to choose a treatment, you will not be disappointed. Sacha and Ibi who provided our treatments were both excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Manoj Thaker: I am local to the area and I happened to amble into the centre and talked to the lady at reception. Her name is Umma. While having a conversation she was very forthcoming with information for our needs. Made us understand options without ambiguity. Helped us to choose most appropriate. She was calm, informed and pleasant while processing our membership. I would award more than 5 stars if I could.

Peter Hartman: Fantastic spa and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. Love the cold water bucket...

Gareth Davies: A proper swimming pool, well managed and clean. There is also a dive / training pool. There is a Functional suite, cardio suite and a good gym. All in good order and kept fairly clean.

Paweł Gortych: Very nice and clean place to swim!

Federico Lovat: Remember to bring 1 pound coin for lockers, shower gel and flip flops

Roger Valentine: They've polished the place up since last time I came, actually using the in-desk cupholders instead of printing out a picture of the texture of the desk and sticking it over the holes.Things of note; changing rooms tunes were on the verge of creating an atmosphere, keep up the tempo, no ballards when the balls are out.Weird shower button press that you have to hold down all the time and sometimes when you do even that it turns off.Ear popping Mariana depth trench in the deep end.Megawide slowlane dreams. I couldsqueeze 3 wide, with no elbows.

Matthew Au: It is a very nice swimming pool. The changing rooms are adequately cleaned. The pool is not too crowded, about 1-3 people per lane. Swimming for fitness is perfect for anyone to pick up swimming, regardless of your ability

Andy Robinson: Lovely old fashioned building that is very modern inside. The pools are great and the kids pool is perfect for the grand kids. Good changing rooms, good pricing.

Wiktor Magdziarz: , but the pool itself is absolutely lovely. It is quite long, rather uncrowded, yet not too wide, and the interior looks like from some vintage movie, giving, literally, Fargo vibes. They also have a wider lane for less rapid swimmers.

2Wheel Chick (Maria): It's a really nice Lido. The pool is lined with metallic walls which makes the water look really clear. Afterwards you can use the sauna. It's great to have indoor hot showers and cubicles to get changed. The interior has a retro feel that reminds me of when I did netball or hockey matches at school! Both the pool and the sauna are very reasonably priced, and there's a nice café too. It all contributes to a great day out on Hampstead Heath.

Angel Swim Chelsea: what do users think?

Laura gonzalez (Lady BIM): we love angel swim. Our daughter have had 4-5 swimming teachers in 4 months but all were very good and she has gained a lot of confidence in the water. Highly recommended

Aimee Long: We absolutely LOVE Angel swim! My daughter Gigi has been coming for the past month and I have already noticed such an improvements. Highly recommend

Ashley Siedentopf: My 4 year old has been going to angel since sept 2021!She is doing so well!!! And love that there is the option of 2 kid max In a class which makes it also a fun activity

Breda Ryan: My daughter really enjoyed her swimming class.

Illona Kusuma: Friendly environment swimming lesson. The instructors are knowledgable. Our kid has special needs but we can see results from just 1 term.

Tasha Esteves: Have loved our first term at the Putney pool. Kysha has been a fantastic teacher. Supportive and great at building confidence. Seen a big improvement in my son's swimming.

D MJ: what an incredible job Anna has done teaching our daughter! I’m amazed at the progress she has made!! She feels so much more confident in the water and she giggles through the whole thing, whereas before she came to you, it was all tears and resisting even getting her face wet. I felt a bit emotional seeing the progress she’s made in such a short period of time.Ana teaching style is so so good. She is gentle while still clear and firm with instructions. It is a real skill to teach so effectively in a way that makes it so fun for the children!I cannot thank you enough, you’re really helped her overcome her sensory aversion to water and she now loves swimming !

Ryan Prakoso: Our daughter made a really great progress during half term crash course with Darcy. She made more progress in this crash course than the last 6 months! I guess things started to click in this crash course where we were lucky to have one to one session with Darcy. Michela is very great as well during our weekly session but I guess it’s quite a challenge to train 4 kids in half an hour. The previous where the teacher kept changing was also not helpful. Yet, we very recommend Angel Swim Chelsea when the teaching staff are stable like now!

farzana alizadah: My son went swimming for a week in Putney and he really enjoyed the swimming I recommend it to everyone

Suheyla War: Angle swim crash course is brilliant.

Camberwell Leisure Centre: what do users think?

Maja Myhre: It’s a good, spacious gym with friendly staff. Should have more squat racks with mirrors - often have to wait in line for this.

Luciana Ruocco: Been a gym member for a few years and just started going back. Friendly staff and a good selection of equipment. Nice and relaxed atmosphere in this gym compared to others. Would definitely recommend.

fatima Fatima1747: Very helpful staffs, good to see them all after lockdown. There is always issues booking myself and daughter in family swim

Salvador D'Oliveira: First time at the pool and it was fab!

Mr Crobar: I've been using this facility for a couple of months now and have to say I'm very pleased with it. The swimming pool is fairly standard as are the changing/shower facilities, tbh they could do with a revamp but for the price of membership you really can't grumble. The gym is very well equipped and user friendly.Lastly and most importantly I have found all the staff to be friendly and professional.

T. Olusanya: I was helped by a wonderful customer service rep at the leisure centre. Zehra was wonderful so helpful and warm I will definitely be returning. Tbh each Time I’ve visits I’ve received a great service.

Chuchu Ebere: Very good place for leisure activities

Stefania SF: Great place for children families and everyone

Alessandro B: Very friendly stuff.

Euan Major: Love this place but changing rooms need a bit of TLC

Fullwell Cross Swimming Pool & Recreation Centre: what do users think?

Ioana Vasile: We went today. My experience was good with a massage.Nice spa,Tuesday and Wednesday only for Ladies.,Sauna,Steam,Foot apa and Jacuzzi.

Su Sho: Nice steam sauna rooms...not as hot as I like but nice environment and friendly atmosphere.

Mgbike Chidi Vitus: A good community leasure center well equipped.....needs more sanitary cleaning though

Mohammad Riasaat Islam: I've been going to Fulwell Leisure Centre for a few months now and I have mixed feelings about it. The gym is okay for cardio, but it's very cramped and crowded at peak hours. Few of the machines are broken and there's not enough space for weight lifting. I wish they would expand the gym or fix the equipment. The swimming pool is decent, though. It's clean and well-maintained, and it's usually not too busy. If you're looking for a place to swim, this might be a good option. But if you're into lifting weights or working out in a spacious environment, you might want to look elsewhere.

Danila Samec: Great place to have fun with family, also good for solo swimming. The members of staff are excellent and helpful

Caz: Really warm pool, friendly staff, very helpful to people with disabilities!

Oakleigh Park School of Swimming: what do users think?

Russell Ellis: Not been in. Only collection of the children

Jacqueline Harris: I have taken my children to this pool for lessons for 11 years. Both children not only enjoyed the lessons, but have also become proficient swimmers. The staff are universally lovely and I won't know what to do with myself when I stop taking the children to classes every week! Thank you to everyone for so many successful and enjoyable years.

Manuji Kariyawasam: I had a 1-1 lesson with Els and it was brilliant! I am still recovering from an ankle operation and thought I would not be able to get in to the pool but Els was very helpful and I am glad that I decided to have swimming lessons at Oakleigh Park School of Swimming!

isaac lazarus (Isaac): Good swimming club, small pool however, but seems to cope. Great friendly staff

Ann Birch: Lovely staff and warm water for swimming.

Katty Rodrigues: My child has been with Oakley Park School of Swimming for almost 7 years and we have had the most amazing experience with them, we have tried other schools and nothing compares to Oakleigh Park. The level of training, the teachers, the technic is very professional. The pool itself shows you how clean and good attention the dedicated to it.I will always recommend them.Thank you for your hard work.

Ava Abdool: Love this place, I have been taking my son for one term. Such a useful skill to have and such great staff and teachers.

JENNIFER MATHEW: 5 stars for the staff however the hygiene in the toilets and changing rooms is questionable!

Andy Sam: Fantastic facility for families. We booked the whole pool for an hour. Friendly staff, lovely quiet location, ample parking and a selection of swimming items for sale and also refreshments available. We had a lovely time.

The Maqam Centre: what do users think?

David Aobadia: , cosy coffee shop, good flavourful healthy food and many activities

Máté Bogdanovics: We are going to swimming there for more than a year now. It is clean nice place, the teachers are great, my daughter has visible progress week by week, only negative the price is a bit steep, but the quality is there for it.

Ali Yousaf: Clean, lovely and friendly staff, pool is a little small, but it's sufficient for me, thank you!

Sophie Roberts: have been swimming with swimming nature

IF 1984: Lovely clean warm pool, clean locker rooms and friendly staff. Highly recommended for small children. Just wish there were more slots for family swim.

b bin: Can't help wonder if the last 4 reviews were left by the same person; all one star, unnecessarily vile and left on the evening of 29/7/22.They are more a reflection of the bitter and vindictive person who has left them than the Centre. I have been coming here for a few months now and always been treated with courtesy. Would recommend.

Carina Gervacio: Great customer service and friendly staff. My child is so happy. Thank you

Panagiota Kontopoulou: Great swimming pool, never crowded and very clean! Also, staff are super friendly 😊

T McC: I am extremely impressed My child has been a member for a few years now at this centre I am happy with the progression of my child from when he first had his swimming lesson to now being confident and a strong swimmer I like the fact they focus on technique . I highly recommend swimming nature.

Malti Kerai: It was my first time experience there today. Staff at reception were so lovely and professional. Facilities so clean. Feedback on my son's first swimming nature lesson was amazing. Firstly I received an email saying the original teacher was no longer teaching with swimming nature so cover teacher frankie was temporarily teaching him today. I was a little nervous about this as this was his first swimming lesson and the type of teacher my son have would make or break his confidence. I was amazed to see just how brilliantly Frankie slowly raised his confidence in the water after my son initially crying for 15mins when a wave of water accidentally went into his mouth. After 15 mins he was like another child, totally loving the water and at the end saying he wanted to stay some more! His permanent teacher Ronald was just as good and slowly created his rapport with him when initially he just wanted frankie. Frankie and Ronald worked together to make my son love his first swimming lesson. I am so so impressed with the way the first lesson went and just like him I am also looking forward to seeing how he progresses. I couldn't recommended swimming nature more. It may be expensive but you get value for money.
