Therapy is hard but I found Mita to be very supportive; I was especially grateful when I was able to speak with her at one point in-between sessions, when I was having a bit of a crisis. I only stopped going due to the cost, and would recommend Mita as a therapist.

Derek Quindry: . I am not an easy client to have, but Paul is a model of intelligence, kindness, understanding, and patience. He was an integral part of getting me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. He is very good at identifying what's at the root of issues and he knows how to guide you without beating you over the head. He is also very professional. I, truly, cannot recommend him enough.I can't speak for the other therapists, but KlearMinds seems to put thought and care into matching their clients with the right therapist. When I initially called, I don't remember who I talked to but she was a very kind woman who basically gave me a free therapy session, spending almost an hour on the phone with me, before matching me with the best therapist I've ever had. And honestly I almost rejected him and asked for another because he was a man and I don't usually trust men... thank God I trusted their recommendation and didn't do that!! I highly recommend their services!

Emily B: I had a year and a half of therapy with Siobhan following 20 years of feeling very depressed every winter. The work that she did with me has been transformational, and I feel so much better and more confident about myself. I've had my first winter that I can ever remember where I've felt happy. She helped me understand why I felt like I did, looking right back to my childhood and then gave me the tools to change my thinking about myself. I would recommend her to anyone.

Henrietta Green: I couldn’t recommend Siobhan more, when I first came to her I was really struggling to live a normal life with my anxiety and emetophobia but I now feel I am in a much better position now to cope. I really appreciated her realistic approach, that these things don’t magically go away and that you need to take time to understand yourself as a person in order to cope better. I know it will always be there but for the first time ever, I have much more confidence that I will be able to cope. Previously with therapy I’d always had quite a formulaic approach to dealing with emetophobia but Siobhans approach was different and looked at it rather as a manifestion of anxiety and to try and treat it at the source. It’s been really life changing working with her!
