Isokinetic London: what do users think?

Melody Van Deventer: Isokinetic is the place to go pre surgery ,post surgery or just to get stronger. The doctors and trainers are very professional and knowledgable they have a formula that works. After 6 knee surgeries getting out of a chair or climbing upstairs i was very weak.Three weeks of training twice a week i feel so much stronger. Thanks to Alex and Giorgio.

bina dhakan: to develop a highly individualised rehabilitation plan which is adjusted as necessary along the rehabilitation journey.

Maria Pia Bazzano: Excellent outstanding clinic, 5+ stars! I did visit Isokinetic for a couple of issues: recently for a wrist pain to joint compression from yoga practice and before for multiple pelvic fracture from skiing accident. In both cases Isokinetic helped me with my long recovery. I cannot thank enough Alessandro Compagnin and his colleagues for all the support and the guidance received, that allowed me to come back to my normal life, stronger than before. We worked on reducing the pain on my wrist and building strength on my arms and shoulders.I was very impressed by the high professional standards and the extreme level of care of Isokinetic. Definitely highly recommended!!!

Zoe Allen: The best physio and sports rehab place out there. They have helped me through difficult times following my sports injuries, the support and expertise provided by my physio, Katie, has been invaluable and she has helped me through one of the darkest times. The whole team has been excellent including attentive and experienced doctors like Dr Jones and Dr Olmo. It is also worth noting that they have excellent facilities and a orthopaedic network they can liaise with to enhance care.

Victoria Fulton: Came in after tearing my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus while skiing black pistes in Chamonix.Truly the best treatment center in London. I could not be more grateful for the utmost care that Dr. Chris Jones and physiotherapist Alex Compagnin provided me.I cannot reccomened enough that anyone with an orthopoedic injury come to Isokinetic for rehabilitation, they really make "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" a reality.

Idris Kayran: An internship at Isokinetic London is truly an "invaluable" and "indelible" opportunity to work amidst a team of leading professionals who are all dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge within their respective fields. The values each staff member shares with the common goal of achieving excellence and their innovative approach to providing the best possible care are what I believe makes Isokinetic such a success. The strong patient-therapist relationship is at the core of each rehab pathway, in which no journey is the same but the result is always beyond expectations. It was truly an honour to be a part of this and work with such passionate and dedicated individuals. So, thank you, Andrea, Vittoria, Giorgio, Allesandro, Catherine, Ash, Elisa, Christopher, and, of course, Filippo, for welcoming me into such a warm and supportive team and taking the time to provide me with in-depth hands-on work experience. To all prospective students in search of an internship within a rehab setting, whether you are a physio, sports rehab, or sports scientist, look no further, this is the place to be! I am a Sports Science graduate with a heavy background in S&C and absolutely no experience in physiotherapy. I must admit, I was apprehensive at first about what I would be able to do here, but my exceptional supervisor, Filippo Picinini, showed me the endless opportunities that exist within this competitive industry. His wealth of knowledge and expertise is mesmerising, and his mentorship is unparalleled. Fillipo’s commitment to teaching and providing a constructive learning environment is what made my time here at Isokinetic truly invaluable. I was continually challenged to think critically and holistically to achieve the best possible patient care.Thank you all once more for all that you have taught me. This experience has shifted my career outlook, and I am now more determined than ever to work in the rehab setting. Looking forwards to keeping in touch and I know my partner will be in the best hands for her rehab journey!

Barbora Labidi: and after 1 month of intensive physio I can feel really big improvement. My knee is much better, doesnt get swollen after training and I can already start with deeper squats which were the biggest problem for me. My shoulder is completely without pain now.Dr. Olmo

Stuart Lyons: An excellent experience. Careful diagnosis under ultrasound by Dr Olmo followed by six 1 1/2 hr sessions of treatment, physiotherapy and exercises, supervised by Alessandro, resolved a troublesome injury that I feared would condemn me to lifelong pain and restricted mobility. The team are caring, committed and professional. A side benefit was a reduction in blood pressure which had been aggravated by pain-related stress. Congratulations and thanks to all.

Jeetendra Vaghjiani: Alex was really great. Pushed very hard and got me back to strength in a short time.

Ed Balls: Shaq, Phillipo and Dr Jones all excellent - suitably supportive and challenging - made a huge difference.

Asad Fazil: I did an internship at Isokinetic and can honestly say, as a student it was a great place to gain knowledge, experience and exposure in the rehabilitation sector. I was with Alessandro who was very helpful, professional and made the learning fun. All other staff members were also helpful and welcoming, each giving their own views on how they manage patients. There was also great support with important assignments and exams where they helped guide me with useful information and structure.I would highly recommended this clinic to any student looking to gain valuable professional experience 👍🏽👍🏽 thanks everyone

Filippo Bounous: I visited Isokinetic for an injury I sustained while running. I first met with Dr Olmo who was very knowledgeable of my injury and offered excellent advice. He then referred me to Alex and his team in the gym who treated me with the utmost professionalism and helped me recover extremely quickly. They were not only excellent from a medical standpoint but also from a human perspective as they showed understanding in my needs and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you very very much!

Maria overtoom: yet the physios create an atmosphere in the gym that is motivating and fun.Alessandro Compagnin has done and continues to do a fantastic job supporting me though my journey back to fitness. He is knowledgable , dedicated and compassionate motivating me in my sessions ensuring that I reach my goals. Beyond grateful for all his help and advice. It is those working at the clinic

Megan Day: without pain and with more confidence! 5 stars for this great facility and for the people working in it!! Strongly recommend it!!- Written on behalf of a very happy customer!

Masha Gloukhovski: Discovering Isokinetic has been life-saving for me. The program developed by the team has allowed me to avoid a back surgery. I came to Dr. Stride with a severe sciatic nerve pain. Alex Compagnin in the green room is a miracle worker with a thoughtful, scientific, and fun approach. He challenges and encourages you every time. Elisa offers a similar approach with hydrotherapy. I feel stronger, more agile and resilient, and most importantly able to take on any sport or activity. I have been recommending Isokinetic to all of my friends. Huge thanks to the team!

Shaneeta Mehta: Excellent staff and facilities, my experience here was very good.

Marco Allois: I tried many other physios during my life, Isokinetic is the first that effectively treated my issues providing me also the understanding of what was happening and most important provided me the tools and support to keep the benefits achieved for the long-term and work for a continuous improvement. That really improved my wellbeing in general. My compliments to Alessandro ant to all the isokinetic team

ahmad kuwait: Thanks allAhmad

Laura P: I had a great experience with Isokinetic London and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and targeted and effective rehabilitation programme in a friendly environment.I was struggling with a terrible neck pain and was recommended this centre by an orthopaedic specialist. After just over a month I can say that treatment has been very much effective and left me with no to very mild pain.I can't stress enough how helpful the session with the physiotherapist Alex have been and how much effort and enthusiasm he put in the sessions. I'm also very thankful to dr Scavone and the osteopath Bhullar who provided the best care and advice possible. What was important to me was that I could trust the team right from the start as they were all very keen to listen to all my pain issues and symptoms and try to come up with a tailored treatment. Thanks for all the great work!

francesca romana gianesin: Best in class treatment. The team is super prepared, very professional, proactive, supportive and kind. Connor and Alessandro took good care of me. 🔝

Sue Brunning: , and I'm not an athlete, just an active 40-something woman who exercises for physical and mental health. But I was so miserable by then that I thought it was worth raiding my savings to try it. Honestly, it was the best decision I've ever made and it is no exaggeration to say that it has changed my life for the better. You really do get what you pay for.Dr Chris Jones devised a programme of hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and Green Room for me. After three hydrotherapy appointments with Vittoria and Elisa, my pain reduced noticeably. The physiotherapy sessions with Katie

Ana María Cremades García: . However, the team at Isokinetic came in to save the day. Doctor Olmo only had to listen to my symptoms to suggest the diagnosis that would then get confirmed with an MRI. Just knowing what I had brought me peace of mind. Then, James, the osteo, and Ale, the physio, came in to help me get rid of the pain! Working with them has been such a wonderful experience. They are all incredibly caring and cheerful, making the whole environment relaxing. Ale is super positive, fun and energetic, and he makes you feel like you can do anything! James makes you feel very at ease and is super friendly. They all listen to what you have to say, to how you feel, which I think in the healthcare world, sometimes we can take for granted. I'm so gonna miss the positivity of the place and the people, cause every Thursday was kinda my favourite day of the week. The pain is now gone and I am so thankful to everyone!

Mike Durie: I joined Isokinetic London following ACL repairs to both knees in 2022. Just over 12 months since my last surgery and can share that the experience has been first class and I am almost complete with a full recovery and return to sport.Under the care of Dr Olmo and Alessandro Compagnin the entire process has been amazing. The level of knowledge, experienceand attention to all patients is overwhelming, no matter if you are a regular patient or a professional athlete everyone receives the very best treatment. It is also a great atmosphere and facility to complete your rehabilitation in with professional care and reassurance along the way.Go Isokinetic!

Keshav Bansal: I recently had a physiotherapy session with Alessandro at Isokinetic , and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I received. The physiotherapist took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment plan that would be best for me.The session itself was very effective and The exercises were tailored to my specific needs, and the physiotherapist provided clear instructions on how to perform them correctly. They also gave me some exercises to do at home to continue my progress.Overall, I highly recommend Alessandro at Isokinetic for anyone looking for high-quality physiotherapy services. We created a plan which involved both hydrotherapy sessions and gym sessions.Fast forward one and half years, with a lot of hard work, I am in the best possible shape with my knee, running without pain, doing single leg squats and doing numerous different exercises, improving every session. I cannot begin to explain how incredible Alex has been with me. He has changed my life and I am so grateful to him for helping me get to a stage I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be at. From having chronic knee pain for multiple years to being able to achieve my goals is an unbelievable feeling and it is all thanks to Alex and his incredible team.Alex has an extremely positive attitude in every single session, he is an uplifting character, always smiling, always positive, always giving positive energy, not to mention his knowledge and expertise in Physiotherapy is first class. Jeremy Jak Amram: I mostly have been working with Alessandro, and he is really the best physiotherapist I’ve worked with, very positive and studies his patients to the last detail. Andrew Gallichan: It is a real help to get physio at home when recovering from hip replacement surgery. Mark was excellent and got me up and about in no time with gentle strength building routines. Julia adapted exercises to suit Ann and practical advice on mobility issues and on how to manoeuvre using her walking frame. Highly recommend Post Op and Julia!

Brian Gilbert: Wonderful service. Aaron Denham, the young physiotherapist who attended to my recovery at home, was brilliant - very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, enormously friendly and courteous. I will be using their service for my 2nd knee replacement in November 2023, if all goes to plan.

Mark's skills and knowledge together with his patience and encouragement inspired confidence and made a tremendous contribution to my recovery. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Matt Hepburn: I've had a hugely positive experience of expert, bespoke post-surgery care through 'Post-Op Home Physio'I've made brilliant progress under my physio's programme - with a clearly mapped out path to achieving improved strength, confidence and pain reduction. Each session sets new goals and clearly spells out the stretches, routines, exercises and mindset needed to achieve them; with a dedicated personalised programme that has helped me make the most of my situation post-surgery.Having undergone two complex medical procedures I have also really valued the clear communication and the informed advice and guidance that has proved key to my recovery. He took me through almost two months of progressive work to restore mobility and strength in my knee so that I was able to return to work earlier than expected. He is a good communicator. Highly recommended.

Jenny Rogers: This is the second time I've worked with Mark. He was wonderfully helpful after I had knee replacements 4 years ago and now he's coaching me through a total shoulder replacement where the recovery period can be slow and frustrating. He combines an ultra careful initial assessment with highly personalised exercise, just the right balance between too easy and too hard. He listens, he is warm, friendly, realistic, encouraging and very very knowledgeable. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I choose 'Post Op Home Physio' having reviewed a number of home physiotherapists. The treatment I received was first class and my programme was adjust in line with my recovery. My physiotherapist 'Aaron' was excellent, taking the time to explain why the programme was changing. 'Post Op Home Physio' is highly recommended.

Chara Stavraka: I received treatment for an upper back muscle strain from Stelios Retzepai. He was very thorough in his assessment, immediately identified the issue and treated me very effectively using a variety of techniques. My symptoms significantly improved even after the first session. Stelios’s knowledge and clinical expertise are of exceptional standards. He has a great bedside manner and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend him!

Kitty Soos: Modestas, an osteopath here is incredible. Highly recommend. He is able to do basics well like sports therapy message up to and beyond complex osteo manipulations. He takes the time to understand the root problem and asks thorough questions each time to map what’s happening as he treats my persistent base of skull neck pain.

I’m back in town now and first order of business was scheduling a new massage with him, highly recommend this clinic!Update from May 2023 - I have contributed to have nothing but an amazing experience at Perea Clinic. My sessions recently have been with Modestas and Stelios. Both have been phenomenal and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Pablo Vicente Munuera: I was limping for a week thinking something wrong was happening with my knee. I booked a session with Lilou and she asked me lots of questions to understand the issue. After an examination, she told me it was a muscular problem, rather than a knee one. She explained to me everything very clearly and how she was going to help me. She also provided me with some stretching exercises. After a few sessions and following her advice, I’m fully recovered. She is great and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend her more. Thanks Lilou!

Leza Salmon: I've had a few appointments with Yaneth now and I have to say my experience has been great. Plenty of material to get our teeth into post the course as well. Well organised and efficient communication throughout. A very enjoyable and fun experience whilst providing top notch education.

Caroline Bullen: I have just completed the Scar Therapy Practitioner course, Claire was our teacher and she was fantastic at putting us all at ease, guiding us through the course and on point with nuances during practical hands on sessions. I think the course was really well thought out and delivered and having actual scar clients in clinic to practice on was invaluable. Absolutely faultless. The others on the course were great too, fabulous camaraderie. Loved it and really excited about putting what I’ve learned into practice.

It is exceptionally detailed and up to date and you can watch the skills you have learned on the course many times over. The 3 days were well structured with enough practical work on clients with scars as well as advice on aftercare and many other important topics. Emma and her team were always on hand for guidance throughout and they are all very passionate and highly skilled therapists. The venue was lovely and I would highly recommend this course to anyone working with oncology clients.Thank you Emma I cannot wait for you to release the C-section course dates.Tracey 💕

Nicky Palamarczuk: Six months ago I went to Emma after being in pretty mush constant pain in one of my breasts after a double mastectomy two years ago. I was experiencing really intense nerve pain across the scar area that was actually causing my shoulder to freeze up it was getting so bad and I had resorted to wearing a silicone strip 24/7 across the scar to try and relieve it.I have had about 4 sessions with Emma over the last 6 months and the results have been amazing. My scar is visibly less red and raised. The scar itself feels less lumpy and I now have weeks where I don’t feel any pain at all. On top of this Emma is compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable and I felt I was in safe hands with her. I am so glad I found her.

Teres Hosszu: This course is a must for any soft tissue therapist working in a clinical capacity. Emma Holly is a great lead and teacher. The classroom experience of working on varied scars was amazing and gave me the confidence to apply my new skills at work.

Sue Urquhart: Having now done both the Scar practioner course and the Oncology Scar specialist course, I can highly recommend both. Different from other Scar training I've done and very practical.Having access to videos before and after is a tremendous benefit and I refer to them frequently. Emma has an amazing gift when working with scars.

andrea rayner: Everyone was kind, considerate and extremely professional. It was a really good experience.

Nicola OClarey: Oncology Scar Therapy course is a brilliant blend of theory and practical work in which Emma delivers her Restore Method which is not only about scar tissue techniques but also about the other important elements that contribute to a more integrative treatment session. With clear advice on safety, contra-indications, gathering case history and issues around scar tissue development, I found this course very comprehensive. I particulatly enjoyed the self-care section - trying out various topical products and scar tissue devices. Its the sort of course you would want to repeat and since there is access to the learning platform for 12months I will be doing just that!

Anna S: Emma has been such a wonderful and reassuring presence during this challenging period. Recovery from surgery can be so daunting and she’s been responsive, thoughtful and my scarring is minimal. Thank you for the treatment itself and your many helpful suggestions. When I show my scars to people who have had similar surgeries, they cannot believe my results.

Nicole Staight: Such a fantastic course . Emma’s expertise and teaching was exceptional. It is always exciting to learn new techniques , doing the practical sessions really helped consolidate my learning . I highly recommend this course for anyone working in oncology . Thank you Emma 😊😊

Jo Wholahan: Wonderful learning experience. Great mix of knowledge with loads of new techniques . Plenty of valuable practice time with feedback.

Sutherland House: what do users think?

Connie Schofield: I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I have been receiving from Eva at Sutherland House Clinic for my gastrointestinal issues. Although only at the start of my treatment, through the use of FSM, mobilisations, manipulations, and connective tissue massage, Eva's expertise has already led to significant improvements. Her immense knowledge of complex cases, coupled with her kindness and empathy, ensures that you are in safe hands. The clinic's commitment to providing exceptional healthcare is evident, and I highly recommend Eva and Sutherland House Clinic for effective and compassionate treatment. Thank you for making a positive impact on my health.

Simon Hall: Very experienced practitioners who know their stuff! Real expertise in tailoring the treatments required to the specific problem - in my case helping resolve many long term conditions that have proven resistant to other treatments. Thanks so much for your help.

Andrea Samuelson: I had an amazing experience working with Judith and Eva at Sutherland House. Their knowledge of the body is absolutely incredible, and I have left feeling significantly more mobile. Judith was very patient and thorough in explaining things, and it’s obvious that she is an expert in women’s health. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Anna: for, amongst other things, adhesions and SIBO and saw a great improvement with FSM. She’s super knowledgeable and took great care of me.I also consulted Marina for just under a year, initially for help with SIBO but then after doing various tests we found out I had a number of other issues to deal with

Elizabeth Apps: treatment has been absolutely pivotal in enabling me to continue with my university studies.FSM treatment successfully mitigated the acute arm, hand and neck pain in 2022 that resulted from nerve root compression by osteophytes that had developed on a number of vertebrae in my neck. I was just 20 years old, disabled by the pain and could not hold a pen. Misalignment of the cervical vertebrae

David Brazier: After suffering an injury to my right shoulder I attended Sutherland House Natural Path Clinic in North London where I met Charmaine Smyth, Physiotherapist. She carried out an assessment of my condition and over three separate visits she treated my injury both manually and with FSM. In addition with normal exercises to do at home my shoulder greatly improved over a short period of time.Charmaine is friendly, caring and fully understood the treatment that I required. That treatment, especially FSM, is a procedure where I can only describe it as a machine which stimulates the body to repair itself and speeds up the recovery time compared to normal manual exercises. The staff at Sutherland House were also very friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease.I have no hesitation in recommending Charmaine as very caring, efficient and above all very professional individual and who would offer treatment that you may require to a very high standard.

Stefan Zivkovic: and back nerves. The other benefit to this is that the treatment itself is pretty much painless. I’ve done several different FSM programmes at various stages of my recovery so far, targeting specific areas and I am confident that because of this treatment, I will no longer need to consider surgery as my recovery is way ahead of plan.Alongside this, she also gave me exercises and stretches to do to improve my core and movements, and massages to help realign my spine. I now stand up straighter than I did before the accident! I am truly grateful for her help and assistance she has provided in my speedy recovery!

MV: and thank G-d she worked wonders! We realized the pain was a result of built up stress from over the years and she's helped me so so much! She did cranial work as well which was so helpful in teaching me how to stay calm. There are no words to describe how grateful I am! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Thank G-d for Sutherland House!!

Catherine Thomas: I pinched a nerve and got treated by Anna for a few weeks. Not only did she treat the original injury but she gave me exercises and stretched to prevent it from happening again! Very highly recommend!!

deena kestenbaum: Anna treated me with FSM both before and after knee replacement surgery. She also gave me a clear exercise schedule to follow. My recovery has been remarkable. The care and kindness was so comforting. I am very grateful to Anna

Cheryl Lai: FSM has been a fundamental part of my healing journey. I suffered from chronic pain, PID, bladder and gut issues for years due to damaging antibiotics. Since seeing Eva for FSM, it has helped my gut mobility, healed internal adhesions that I didn’t even know I had and assisted my organ performance and calm my nervous system down. I can not recommend this service enough for those with chronic illnesses for years without resolve. My only question is why do not more people know about this?!

Deevya Chudasama: Earlier this year, I got up one morning with severe lower back pain. It was really painful. I saw Sarojni and I can't recommend her enough. She gave me osteopathic and FSM treatment and prescribed exercises. This initial treatment with the exercises has not only improved my back pain but also encouraged me to review the way I sit and work. Sarojni was exceptionally professional, as gentle as she could be and explained what she was doing throughout the treatment. I would definitely keep recommend her. Thank you Sarojni.

H Morris: and I didn't think it was possible. But it is. Have faith and work with the right people.

Ruth Beedle: I was suffering from acute pain due to a slipped disc, pain killers didn't appear to have much effect and I was close to having a cortisone jab. I went to Sutherland House as I thought some form of physiotherapy could help with the pain. I had sessions on alternate days, my GP gave me some stronger pain killers and the pain slowly subsided. The Sutherland House practitioners gave me the confidence and belief to give it time and I am now so thankful that I didn't rush down the interventionist route.

Surina Bhola: I developed bladder urgency after my first ever UTI at the age of 29. I was offered bladder training and taking Solfenacin by a urologist consultant. I went through a low period because I couldn’t believe I had just been labelled with OAB from one acute episode of infection. It led to disruption in my work, not wishing to travel and becoming agoraphobic. I did not wish to live the rest of my life this way, so I decided to source alternative medical techniques, where in my opinion, western medicine had failed me.This is where I came into contact with Marina Townsley, a Naturopath and FSM practitioner. After listening to my history, Marina felt that I had a dysbiosis in the gut, which may have led to these symptoms. I have been with Marina in treatment for over a year, and I am happy to say, that my bladder symptoms and the urgency has reduced markedly, and I have found a new lease of life. I no longer worry about going out in public, am less anxious, and generally, I owe Marina my mental and physical wellbeing. I would recommend Marina for FSM and herbal treatment, as she is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. Six sessions of FSM have been a turning point for me and my previous symptoms have reduced markedly.I have now had some other issues and am carrying on, and trust that Marina will help where she can to help me.SB

Joe Fitzsimmons: I came to Sutherland House following chronic back pain which had kept me physically inactive for over 3 years. Eva used FSM and worked on deep scar tissue. With each treatment I could feel release and increases in range of motion, as well as reduction in pain and discomfort. I am now back training and feeling like myself again. Eva has great knowledge, intuition and a passion for healing, I cannot recommend her and Sutherland House enough!

Bill Elliott: I had an attack of Diverticulitis in December 2020 during the Covid pandemic. An immediate treatment of antibiotics at my local hospital fixed the short-term problem but I needed some help to improve my gut health for the long term.I was recommended to Marina by a relative.I started sessions with Marina in January 2021, and she recommended various naturopathic remedies to aid my gut health as well as identifying and recommending diet changes. After a couple of months of these treatments Marina suggested a stool test, and this confirmed my improved gut health and pointed to a few food intolerances that I was previously unaware of.I have continued with a programme of these treatments with some tweaking accordingly for any particular problems and so since early 2021 have had no reoccurrence of Diverticulitis.I don't believe I would have been able to navigate the complexities of gut health and treatments as well as diet changes without Marina's help.

Sandy Petrides: Following a diagnosis of Ulcerative colitis, I was recommended to Marina at Health Revisited to get advice on how to manage this condition as well as my health in general. Thanks to Marina's expert advice and vast knowledge over the last few months; and her amazing support and guidance, not only did we discover that I was not suffering from Colitis but another condition, which she was able to eradicate, I am feeling better than I have done for many years! Thank you Marina for all your help

Dolyanna Mordohai: Marina treated my SIBO in a natural and gradual way. I feel so much better and all my symptoms are gone. It’s incredible to realise how important gut health is to every function of the body and through Marina’s help I was able to restore my guts health. I am symptom free and full of energy. Would totally recommend Marina.

Tara Zenker: . The adhesions gradually developed over nine months and caused increasing blockages in my digestive system such that I had to eat really small amounts of food very, very slowly. My abdominal bloating became extreme. At times I looked 6-9 months pregnant. I was increasingly distressed as I could see myself heading for another total bowel closure and I didn't want to end up with a colostomy bag. I received no post-operative warning that this might happen,

The Keyhole Heart Clinic London: what do users think?

Heather Anderson: Personally, I don't believe in god but if there is a god, he has delivered us some angels in the form of Mr Birdi & his amazing team. I will be forever grateful for what they did for me. I was told by my local heart surgeon in Wythenshawe Manchester that I only had one option that wasn't ideal. Inder managed to see me and explain some options of newer surgery that he had learned. I spend time every now and then researching him more as I find him truly fascinating. The things he does outside of the opperating theatre just add to the calming personality he is. Most people would worry about dying when going in for heart surgery and all the things that can go wrong but after speaking to Birdi, I stopped worrying about that and I became excited for the things my surgery will allow me to do. If i hear of anyone that ever has a heart issue or may need heart surgery i am very quick to point them in his direction as I trust with his knowledge he will make the right choice for the patient.

Mayur Jethwa: Can’t thank Dr Birdi and his team enough for performing surgery on me and repairing my heart valve. The whole time I felt I was in safe knowledgable hands and was cared for throughout my stay, with regular check ins and updates all explained in simply form and even when discharged I have left knowing their door is always open.I would 100% recommend them for anyone considering heart related checks/surgery. Thank you again.

Andrew Stewart: and the care in recovery was exemplary. I cannot praise or thank them enough. I am also hugely grateful that Inder was able to take the stress and concerns out of such an important operation and give my family and me the confidence that all would be well.

connor christopher: Excellent service, wonderful staff that made me feel comfortable throughout.

Trudy Weizenbichler: From the very first contact with Mr Birdi about my husband's heart problem I was confident that we were in the best hands. Mr Birdi is very knowledgeable and professional and has a caring attitude. He took his time to always explain the treatment process along the way. I can highly recommend the Keyhole Heart Clinic.

amelia perrin: Mr Birdi is very kind and courteous, as well as knowledgeable, in every interaction!

The Private Clinic Hospital - Fitzroy Surgery: what do users think?

Lee Alan: Had an operation here on Saturday. The staff were all so welcoming and amazing. Treated with respect and dignity the whole time. Thank you to Tania Lopes for looking after me from start to finish. Dr Dario Rochira is insanely talented at his job. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of the anaesthetist but she reassured me and looked after me so well. Also Lauren and I think the other guys name was Owen were both amazing. It can be embarrassing going for an operation on something you feel self conscious about but honestly I was in the best hands and can’t thank you all enough for looking after me so well. Thank you!!!

Rowena Roos: Best experience, the staff were amazing and made me so comfortable

Raquel R: I would like to thank the staff of The Private Clinic at Fitzroy hospital. The procedure was painless and the result was good. A huge thank you to the staff in the Private Clinic for being so professional and friendly.

Aisha Malick: Great ENT webinar.

Sara Hollingsworth: I attended the Urgent Care walk-in clinic. Reception area was clean, spacious and cool. Staff were very friendly and explained costs involved for a consult. No other patients were there so I didn't need to wait to be triaged by the nurse. She took my BP, temp etc then looked at my injury. The doctor had a check to make sure it was okay to re-dress.Fee stated was £150 but due to really only seeing the nurse, the visit only cost £85.After having gone to A&E at the Whittington at 2am and being told there was an 8-10 hour wait in the dirty waiting room crowded with other patients, I was more than happy to pay for the amazing care at St John & St Elizabeth

DocTap Private GP: what do users think?

Peter Thomas: Couldn't recommend DocTap more highly. Dr Blunt is fantastic; he took the time to thoroughly consider the issue and provide sound advice. He even went out of his way to follow up several days later. Clearly he cares for his patients - his attentive approach is much appreciated.

Aleksandra Husar: We were forced to make a doctor's appointment for our child, an appointment available on the same day. We are pleased with the course of the visit and the entire service - the initial short interview via Watsapp and online registration make it much easier. The visit itself was in a very pleasant atmosphere, everything was explained in a factual manner, an open approach to the child, with respect and a smile.

Jude Ss: Brilliant care from the doctor who made me feel listened to and supported. He helped me to think about short term and long term treatment for my health issue.

Adriaan Engelbrecht: Saw a doctor in person in the evening. Everything went great and the doctor was caring and attentive. I will be using DocTap more often from now on.

Leisa: My son was unable to get an appointment with his usual NHS GP and needed to see someone. It was very easy for him to get a train to St Pancras and then it was just a very short walk to DocTap. My son was seen on time and the doctor impressed him and seemed to both care and know his stuff. My son left with a prescription and, if the issue doesn't clear up, he can get back in touch for a referral to a specialist. Thumbs up from us!

Sarah Laurenceau: Dr. Patel has been really efficient, supportive and understanding. Would definitely recommend!

Un: I got my COVID PCR test done with them for fit-to-fly certificate. I had to change my appointment in the last minute and then had to get my sample kit during off hours. But they responded EVEN DURING the long weekend. Cannot recommend them enough. What I liked -- Simple process, register yourself on their website and schedule the appointment- Flexible appointments, you can change them if needed- Very fast processing, I received mine in less than 24 hours! Although please do allow 70 hrs in case there's high volume on that day- Reliable and courteous team, that shows that they are there to help you

Daniel H: Absolutely fantastic experience here - I came to have a CoVID-19 Antibody Blood Test and the whole process was so easy, convenient, quick and efficient. Dr Pollard is the best doctor I've ever seen in my life - her technique for taking blood is magic as I literally didn't feel a single thing and she is so friendly, professional and expert she really made me feel at ease.Highly recommended 10/10

Hannah Parker: Had a great appointment with Dr Sinclair who was so kind and caring. The appointment was quick and convenient and able to get me treatment for an uncomfortable and somewhat embarrassing ailment quickly. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back should I need medical assistance.

Joanna Pasnik: Dr Patel at Euston practice was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book to see her again if needed. This was my first visit using DocTap and I would highly recommend it to anyone. This is how healthcare service should look like in the future. Prompt, easy, helpful and affordable. Thank you.

احمد الشمري: Amazing clinic, Dr Rosa very good injector, staff are lovely, Miko was very friendly always welcoming and professional. Will totally recommend!

Erin Dapper: I got the veins under my eyes removed and Marie did a fantastic job doing it. She even did an extra session for me to remove them fully, as she didn't want to do it all in one go. She's very easy to get in touch with and was happy to call me to reassure me of any worries I had.

Beth Freeman: Update: February 2023Rumyana Atanasova has given me some brilliant treatments over the last few months, particularly IPL and hydrafacial. She is very thorough and as a result I will be also undertaking ultherapy with her this year.Previous reviewDr. Hanson corrected some under-eye tear trough fillers that another clinic had bodged, with accuracy and precision, and stupendous results. I'm so happy. He also did Thermage for neck and decolletage, also with great care and patience. I'm going to use Dr. Hanson for all aspects of non surgical facial aesthetics as he has a professional eye and a remarkable skill.

JR Sourcing: Friendly

Amanda Hosek: Nurse Marie Narsoomamode was super professional and the whole process was as painless as possible. I would highly recommend booking a procedure with her!

Lee Alan: Saw Stefania today. She was very welcoming and cheerful. Very professional and helpful. Thank you so much for seeing me

Elliot Lewis: My experience at The Private Clinic was entirely enjoyable. Being someone fascinated with the FUE procedure, I was please to find that Dr. Raja and his team were more than happy to answer my questions and talk to me about what they were doing throughout. I was made to feel comfortable and kept in the loop with each stage of the process. I was given all the information I needed about the aftercare and provided with all the necessary items to handle recovery on my own. I found the staff throughout the clinic to be friendly and helpful and the building itself feels like a hotel. The FUE results I have at 14 months are incredibly impressive and I'm pleased I chose The Private Clinic for the procedure.

Kris Gebis: After having shared some of my negative comments and raising issues with the booking of Hair Laser Removal treatment, I have received an instant response and all my issues were actioned and resolved immediately by the Clinic Manager.I was contacted by Alicia, who was very understanding of the situation. Alicia and her colleague Emilia did their absolute best to reassure me and to address all my concerns - they made sure I was looked after from that point on and they arranged all my sessions in advance, which is greatly appreciated as I often travel for work Nationally, so it makes it all very convenient. In addition, Alicia proposed a kind gesture of goodwill in the form of adding some extra sessions on top of my package. This was unexpected but very well received and, undoubtably, set a good tone for my future visits to the clinic.I very much look forward to be treated in the Private Clinic of Harley Street as I am sure I will be looked after. I appreciate the prompt response and all the help I have received from the team!I am certain that my post treatment feedback will be as positive as resolution of all my queries!Thank you!Kris

Karidis Cosmetic Surgery Clinic London: what do users think?

Lisa: Mr Alex Karidis did my rhinoplasty many years ago and I must say that I am very happy with my new nose. He did a great job.

Cin De: , she was absolutely professional and delightful. Results of the Emsculpt Neo has been absolutely amazing to say the least. One and a half months later I can still see further results being gained. I’ve got my eyes on exilis next and would definitely return to Karidis for this hands down.

M J: I have been going to Karidis for lip filler for a few years and am beyond pleased. Suzi is amazing. She managed to create the exact shape I want. She is also honest with me about the limitations of the natural shape and size of my lips, which makes me trust her completely. There’s many clinics that won’t advise you so you end up ducklipped. I feel well looked after at Karidis. It is clean, all the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it is decently priced.

raedon kearney: I recently underwent surgery with Mr Alex Karidis and I’m thrilled with the results. From my initial consultation he really put me at ease and answered any concerns I had.Their clinic is welcoming and a lovely environment and it really feels like a wonderful small team. From the moment I arrived at the ward on the day of my surgery I felt incredibly well looked after by both Alex and nurse Stevie. My recovery was quick which was helped by Stevie always only a call away no matter what time of the day or night! The results have exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend the Karidis clinic.

Dominique: After many years of disliking my nose, I finally decided to take the plunge and book in for a consultation. I did some research over the years and decided to chose Mr Karidis. I went on a couple of recommendations, as well as knowing his fantastic reputation!Mr Karidis has an amazing aura about him, immediately making me feel calm and confident with my decision . I received an email from his clinic the same evening and booked in for 4 weeks later! His nurse Stevie was brilliant with all the communication and care she provided. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my natural new nose, the clinic have been INCREDIBLE, as well as the St John’s and Elizabeth Hospital team. I have healed amazingly, returned to work on the 9th day after surgery, with no bruising. The recovery has been phenomenal. BEST decision ever.

Glynis Kitch: I have been to the Karidis Clinic for several procedures, surgical & Aesthetic, and have always been treated with curtesy & respect from everyone . Explanations before/during treatment are clear & questions answered.I'm pleased with the latest results, and have no hesitation in returning to the Karidis Clinic.Thank you Karidis Team.

Paul C: I have been a patient of The Karidis Clinic for a number of years for both surgery with Mr Karidis and treatments with the extremely capable and caring Susie. The service is excellent and I am always very pleased with the results. In fact all the staff I have had contact with are friendly, efficient and sensitive. Highly recommend!

Fara Berry: I have had a couple of procedures done with Dr Karidis and I am over the moon with the results. The aftercare I received from Stevie Goddard was second to none. Her kindness, compassion and professionalism put me at ease and helped me enormously with my quick recovery. Thank you Dr Karidis and Stevie.

Marilyn Spreag: Very good facials

Barbara Atkins: I recently had a lower face lift after agonising over the decision for 2 years or more. Mr Karidis was kind, empathetic and patient with me during my consultations but also very honest about what I could expect from the procedure.I could not be more delighted with the result which looks very natural, I now feel my face reflects how I feel inside.I can’t praise Alex Karidis enough he’s such a talented surgeon, together with his wonderful team Chloe, Stevie and Romy who supported me through the whole journey.Thank you!

Rebecca Quinn: and not all information was relevant so was confusing

Nahid Shahir: I had a consultation with Mr Mark Ho-Asjoe in September. I can only praise and thank him for his honesty and thorough analysis. I decided to not go ahead with treatment. Mr Ho-Asjoe advised me what would be the best option for me - unlike many practitioners who would just want your money. I left more than satisfied as I felt he was attentive to all my concerns and queries. The consultation was worth going to and paying for. Thank you again.

Laura H: .The surgery went very well, and after care was on point with instructions, details and guidance as well as a 24hr emergency contact if ever needed. I was in hospital for 1 night. Results were very impressive
