Beverley Browne: My husband and I are regulars here. The food is always fresh, tasty, presented in a lovely way. The staff were brilliant, professional and always make us feel very special. There was no rushing from them, very courteous. The food is amazing my favorite is the King Prawn Starter heaven on a plate.. Main Sea bass and Dessert Sticky toffee pudding. We always have a little game in the casino 4 times out 5 win our money back for our meal such a result. Its a hidden gem definitely recommend.

Tanzeel Zia: Absolutely awful. They let their regulars ruin the experience by constantly favouring them over silly issues. No one made me feel welcome despite my efforts to be courteous and polite. Manners don’t cost anything. If you enjoy being pushed around, ignored and dictated to, this is your dream venue! To the owner, I don’t want to be in touch with you. Your staff are only polite with the regulars and I have read more than enough awful reviews of this casino to assure myself that I was right to leave when I did and right to decide never to return. I will be very surprised if any self respecting person gives this place a good review in the future.

Ash Knight: There are the usual casino games. There are regular poker tournaments and cash games at various buy-ins. You can register with Grosvener to have the ability to add yourself to a waiting list. Omaha and Hold-em are the main poker games and you can usually walk in and not have to wait too long for either of those. The croupiers are polite and rarely slip but the casino rules do mean that much of the poker-banter and social aspect is overly censored at some times. There are some regulars and some visitors. The regulars all seem polite, there are a few there with more money than sense but for the most part you can have a sensible and fun game. The food is good and there are snacks. Drinks are a reasonable price too.

Clive Knowles: Possibly the best poker room in London. Drinks service can be a bit slow, and the menu can be "samey" but always good games and mostly excellent dealers.

Sarah Headley: Amazing food, we ordered octopus starter and steak main followed by meringue for dessert. Each course was great, the steak was cooked well and the meringue came out on a steam bed, which is unusual and added flare to the meal.

Aakash: Cafes, several restaurants, multiple bars and latrines, gaming machines galore with many types of gambling tables, roullete games, pokers etc... has a stage too, an ambience. Responsible gambling for entertainment only. Huge place, very friendly staff with many of the cafes and restaurants placed in and amongst all the floors of Casino Table Kit. Security is obviously intense ie staff, waiters, runners, millions of £ cross the floors daily.

Michael Babiak: Stumbled upon The Hippodrome while trying to find a public bathroom but to my surprise I had actually walked into a gem of a spot. There’s 7 floors of entertainment ranging from table games, electronic games, magic mike show and a rooftop bar to top it off! The staff were friendly and very accommodating and I enjoyed my time while there

mario athamou: The service was good, the venue is lovely and the steaks are phenomenal and very well priced. There is nothing negative I can say. The restaurant is located inside the casino could not recommend the place enough.

James Harpin: Huge casino, countless tables open and the aesthetic / atmosphere is really nice. Drinks reasonable for Central London, and plenty of bars and theatres surrounding. All the staff were very friendly and chatty. The rooftop bar and gods area is so nice. As a smoker your really looked after there. The pokerstars area is a great place to play poker, a mixture of games and stakes available. Lots of tables open. Probably my favourite UK casino.

Phil Ong: I was there for my slots game in the main casino because the other slots room near cloak room not open until 6pm. Never been to this place for quite awhile. It was very busy slots due to closure of the other room. I saw an empty seat for slots. I asked the Asian lady next she said there were someone playing & there were £2.98 credit balance in the machine . I waited for 15mins but still no one came back . Then I decided to call the slots lady in charge whether to allow me to play the machine& she says it’s fine. Then she pressed to collect the balance amount ticket & ask me to press the service button to reach her if the lady comes back to play the machine. Then happily I used the machine. Out of a sudden a black lady came to me shouting very loud & scolding me for using her machine . I was shocked & tends with her attitude. I told her that I will give her back the machine but she still shouting & yelling at me. She even hands on the buttons while I’m still playing . She is so bloody rude I’ve ever met in my life. Then came the Managers to settle the situation. My suggestions are please allow customers to put a sign on screen ‘ machine in use ‘ or ‘ I’ll be back ‘ . Anyway using these signs does not mean you can hold it too long . Slots staff had to monitor the timing . I didn’t had a good experience this time because of the black lady’s attitude. Management shouldn’t tolerate this kind of behaviour in a nice casino . One of the Manager came to me & said don’t argue with her anymore. Anyway I didn’t argue or quarrel. I’m just explaining my point of view in a calm manner. Thanks for listening .

Jospeh Sparrow: Was not allowed in as they said I was drunk, I had not had a drink and have a lazy eye and a disability that affects my balance. Fortunately this place has two doors so a big F you to the bouncers at the front.

Ben Sandford: Good Poker room for the average recreational player, friendly staff and players typically £1-£2 games going. Food service rather slow but waiters usually friendly. Poker room managers all proffesional.

Michael: Great casino... very clean and tidy. Located on multiple floors with tables, bars and slots machines. It is very busy at a weekend so be prepared to wait for a slot machine. Big screen tvs in the bar areas.

Amazing Trickshots: One of the best if not the best casino in London city. It’s a beautiful place, nicely designed and they have great services. What’s great about it is the privacy there. I don’t play so I cannot judge the gambling there!

A Q: I was a member of this casino in 2009. I loved the food and the casino seemed elegant. They got taken over and cancelled my membership for no apparent reason. I had only been there to eat! Apparently you can’t even eat there if you’re not a member so I guess I’m banned because they don’t like the way I eat!

Meta Man: The service at this casino is atrocious. Firstly the Asian bouncers are clearly racist! They didn’t believe my age when they asked me to produce ID. Yes I look young for a 35 year old man not my fault that I am blessed with superior genetics. Their behaviour was crude to say the least. Secondly the service at the bar was so bad I almost had a breakdown. I brought a drink but the mistreatment I went through I’ll never forget. As soon as the bar staff saw me they all deliberately avoided me leaving me waiting to be served. This is black on black crime. It’s a sad world we live in when black bar staff lack professionalism, can’t seem to do their job properly. Maybe it’s because I’m so good looking it’s offensive to others I don’t know. It took 30 minutes to be served, 30 minutes to attain one drink at the bar. Why? Because clearly the staff didn’t like the look of me and decided to neglect me. It was really sad. This is why I have never returned since and I never will. Management need to train their staff properly in ethics and manors. This is unacceptable. Everywhere I go I am the most polite, respectable customer and I except the same form of service. The service at this facing was so bad it motivated me to travel to Las Vegas. Where REAL casinos exist and customer service is authentic. The racist bouncers and racist bar staff should be ashamed of themselves. It felt like I was in an asylum then a casino. Shame on these people.

G-man Rich: This place is massive and has plenty of gaming tables. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are free as you would expect and the staff are very nice.

emily cook: The service I received at the bar in this venue was disgusting. Not only did the manager and the security team intimidate and bully my friend for having his leg on a chair (whilst there were other men in the venue sleeping with their feet on chairs who were not told off) but when I alerted both the manager and the team members on shift that I had seen a mouse running across the floor I was told that “it’s hard to control in a venue this size so it is what it is” .. I work in a similar industry and I know this is complete rubbish. I am absolutely disgusted by this comment alone and you should not be eating from an establishment that has mice running around and is clearly not an issue for the staff that work there. Absolutely appalling service.
