Dominique: After many years of disliking my nose, I finally decided to take the plunge and book in for a consultation. I did some research over the years and decided to chose Mr Karidis. I went on a couple of recommendations, as well as knowing his fantastic reputation! Mr Karidis has an amazing aura about him, immediately making me feel calm and confident with my decision . I received an email from his clinic the same evening and booked in for 4 weeks later! His nurse Stevie was brilliant with all the communication and care she provided. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my natural new nose, the clinic have been INCREDIBLE, as well as the St John’s and Elizabeth Hospital team. I have healed amazingly, returned to work on the 9th day after surgery, with no bruising. The recovery has been phenomenal. BEST decision ever.

raedon kearney: I recently underwent surgery with Mr Alex Karidis and I’m thrilled with the results. From my initial consultation he really put me at ease and answered any concerns I had. Their clinic is welcoming and a lovely environment and it really feels like a wonderful small team. From the moment I arrived at the ward on the day of my surgery I felt incredibly well looked after by both Alex and nurse Stevie. Molly Johnson: I have been going to Karidis for lip filler for a few years and am beyond pleased. Suzi is amazing. She managed to create the exact shape I want. She is also honest with me about the limitations of the natural shape and size of my lips, which makes me trust her completely. There’s many clinics that won’t advise you so you end up ducklipped. I feel well looked after at Karidis. It is clean, all the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it is decently priced.

Rosa Elliott: This clinic is well run and all staff are knowledgeable supportive and considerate. I had two procedures done to spot reduce areas of excess fat deposits that could not be attended to by dieting. I was well advised as to which procedures were appropriate for my issues. I never felt pressured to do unnecessary work that would not meet my expectations. This was particularly useful with regard to the Coolsculpting as it is a very efficient means of losing fatty deposits but only within the bounds of the capacity of the clamps. Depending on the body area and physiology of the patient many deposits cannot be removed without leaving telltale dents at the edges of the treatment. My advisor was very clear about this. This points to the need to choose a clinic carefully. I would recommend Karidis specifically in this regard.

Mickael Pieters: I went to the Karidis Clinic for a Miradry underarm surgery, and I was highly impressed by how professional, kind, reassuring, and highly competent the staff was - in this case, Romy. Before the procedure Romy gave me a call to ask a few questions and understand more about my approach towards this procedure (which is already reassuring). She then explained everything about the procedure: how it works, what does it do to the body, the potential risks ect... During the procedure, Romy showed the same level of professionalism, and on top of that we spent the whole time chatting, which made it go really fast. Thanks Romy, and thanks to Karidis for training your staff so well.

Galina Stoica: This review is long overdue. After two pregnancies I wanted to reclaim my body shape and Dr Karidis helped me with that. I had a mummy package done (Breast augmentation and tummy tuck). I was very nervous and stressed about the outcome but Dr Karidis’s professionalism, care and patience has put me at ease. Big shout to Stephen who answered to my numerous questions and requests. I am grateful to all the nurses at Karidis Clinic and St Johns Hospital who took good care of me after the surgery. I must say I am over the moon with the results and it is best decision I have ever made. My confidence has grown so much. Now I love to look at myself in the mirror. I was worried about the breast shape after the surgery and sensitivity but it look very natural and beautiful. All the bikinis look great on me now. Tummy tuck was the last minute decision and the right one. My tummy is beautiful and flat now. Had a little issue with the belly button after the surgery but Dr Karidis fixed it at no extra fee but had to pay to hospital for extra time in the theatre. Thanks to the brilliant skills of Dr Karidis the scars don’t bother me although this was my biggest fear. The scars are neat and hardly can see them. The new belly button looks very well as it was always there. After surgery I’ve had a numerous routine appointments with Dr Karidis to make sure everything is healing fine. I feel I have been looked after very well. A year later I’ve had another procedure- a nose job with correction of bone deviation. The result is stunning. My nose is so beautiful and compliments my facial features. Dr Quiney assisted Dr Karidis and I must say I breath so much better now. I would highly recommend Karidis’s Clinic to anyone who wants to enhance their appearance and gain confidence. You will be in safe hands from the beginning to the end of your journey. AB bythesea: Warning: Unethical, dishonest practice It is with great sadness that I have to detail my dreadful experience with this deeply unethical organisation. I’ve had a fair few surgeries over the last 15 years and this is, without doubt, the worst experience I’ve had. My hairline lowering surgery had been organised for many months, but as the date drew near, I found it impossible to pay my final amount. Getting through on the phones or getting any kind of response by email was impossible. Finally, 3 weeks before the surgery, I was panicking and desperately trying to get in contact, as I hadn’t had my pre-surgery zooms and no-one had given me any information. When I could finally get through on the Friday evening, I was at last informed that the hospital had cancelled the surgery - a LIE. When emailing the hospital, I got a very quick response on the Monday morning telling me that they had no idea the surgery had even been cancelled and would look into it for me. I found out from the hospital that LBPS had cancelled my surgery. When I was able to finally speak to someone at LBPS, I was told that there had been an Instagram live saying that all Friday afternoon surgeries had been cancelled. Apparently, I was supposed to psychically know my surgery was in the afternoon and to keep track of LBPS’s instagram at all times - ridiculous and so unprofessional. I told them I wanted a refund and they agreed. Weeks and weeks and weeks, so many weeks, have passed, no reply to my emails and they no longer pick up the phone when I call. I tried on Friday for 40 minutes to get a response. When I called from a withheld number, they answered immediately. Cue more LIES and excuses about Cameron being really busy (he’d only had 5 weeks to process the refund…), he’ll phone you back asap blah blah blah. More LIES. It seems that dishonesty is threaded throughout the organisation. Everyone I have had contact with has lied and made excuses for not performing their role properly. I also find it extremely concerning that their main target audience is one of the most stigmatised minority groups (they also operate as the London Trans Clinic). There are so many other doctors in London that do these surgeries and whose teams are respectful. You don’t need to waste your time and raise your blood pressure dealing with lies and disrespect. If you do decide to use them, please ensure you have a solicitor, media contacts and a patient advisory group to support you and call from a withheld number (don’t bother emailing). I am currently in contact with a solicitor in order to get my money back. I’m just glad I didn’t go through with the surgery. Having an operation is stressful enough without dealing with a group of people who care so little for patients that they don’t even bother to respond to you, give you the information you need or at the very least feign professionalism.

Natalie Kearney: World Class Team & Experience. I am a long time LBPS client, who has had quite a few different procedures over the years. The last being in July 2020 for my second upper eyelid surgery. Chris and his team were amazing again. Welcoming, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and of course extremely skilled at what they do. I trust him and his team. I always feel very well listened to and understood beforehand and with my questions answered and procedures explained very well. The results have also always been excellent which is why I have come back time and time again. In additiona, post-op processes and procedures are world class with therapies provided to help the healing process (lymphatic drainage for example) and frequent check ups. Client care is paramount there and it really shines through. Thank you Chris and your team for another great job.
Naeem Rashid: I received scar revision surgery by Mr Christopher Inglefield when the bandage was removed I noticed a dimple around the scar. I questioned this and I was told by Mr. Inglefield “it will go” However after many years it has not gone. I tried to book an appointment and was repeatedly asked to pay £200 for a consultation despite my circumstance. I was eventually seen without charge after many emails and the threat to report to the General Medical Council. During the consultation Mr Inglefield said “I don’t know why it hasn’t gone” and then told me I should have an Xray to see if there is something going on with the bone! I was asked to pay more money for tests and I was been told to go to the Nhs! The next day, I was told by email from the clinic manager “Mr. Inglefield does not feel it’s related to your scar revision” I was also denied my file which contained before and after pictures which would clearly show I didn’t have the dimple before the scar revision. From my research this occurs when the skin is too tightly stitched. If considering going with this clinic I would advise keeping a copy of all pictures and payment records. Also, I was offered my original treatment money back but even that was £200 less. I couldn’t accept it as the new problem would cost me more to fix! I have reported this doctor and the clinic to various health organisations.
Jatin Patel: I would just like to say, I would highly recommend London Bridge Plastic Surgery to everyone who wishes to have cosmetic surgery. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming. They always made me feel welcome. The nurses, Natalie and Phyllis have been ever so kind and have always been warm and welcoming. Anytime I had an issue, they were always at the end of the phone, with advice and support. Both Natalie and Phyllis are highly trained and have always looked after me with great respect and for that, I am forever grateful to them. When I researched clinics to have my Surgery, Dr Inglefield and his highly professional work stood out. When I met my Inglefield, my research was correct as he is an artist with a knife. Dr Inglefield was very kind and professional from the very first time I met him and I am so so happy with the work he has carried out. I would highly recommend Dr ingleIngle to anyone I know. London is full of surgeons who can carry out plastic surgery, however Dr Inglefield is the most professional from his warm welcome to his work in surgery. I am so very grateful to Dr Inglefield for changing my life and giving me the body I have wanted all my life. At the age of 44, I can finally start living. Beth: I recently had bilateral otoplasty with Mr Inglefield in November 2021 and although I’ve still got just over a month left until I am fully healed I am beyond happy with the results. The whole process was so smooth from start to finish and Mr Inglefield and his whole team - particularly nurses Esther and Thamara and receptionist Nataliya - were nothing but lovely and reassuring and I felt in safe and capable hands from the get go. Nothing was too much trouble and the after care has been amazing - i’ve had 3 check ups since surgery and am awaiting my fourth and probable final one. The only criticism I could give is that it is sometimes hard to get through to reception by phone call however emails have always been responded to in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend this practice and thank you to Mr Inglefield for giving me fabulous ears!
Sarah Denning: LBPS is not a place anyone should be trusting to have surgery done. Chris Inglefield has a current warning from the general medical council. Do not trust LBPS. This is a disgrace and abuse of trust. Please read all the other reviews on the all the platforms available about LBPS and make an informed decision before choosing them. When something goes wrong they behave in a hostile manner, blame shift and will gas light you. Terrible place.

G K: Had a lip lift with dr Christopher inglefield and the out come was diasterous as it left my nostril contracted upwards and l was left with asymmetrical nostrils . When l went back to him and pointed out what had happened he advised me that l should have filler on the nostril so they can look symmetrical in which l did and ended up paying him 900 pounds for it . I since then ended up having nose surgery on my nostril but my nose unfortunately has never been the same . I did contact him again but he wouldn’t take responsibility for it . Im very disappointed in him as l completely trusted him as he said it a a very simple procedure and in way will it change the shape of your nose.

Nimi Selvendran: I returned for my follow up this week after removal of a keloid scarring from a previous surgery. Miles Berry having removed the scarring tissue last year reviewed the scar and treated part of the keloid that recurred with a steroid injection and had another removed and sent for biopsy as he was concerned that it looked tender. Although he thought there was nothing concerning thought it was best to be sure. Miles on both occasions explained in detail that the scarring may recur and gave me instructions on aiding the healing process. He made the whole experience from the initial scar removal to the follow up very comfortable and always warned me of any discomfort or pain that I would experience during the course and after the treatment. His team was very professional and friendly making my experience very comfortable with making appointments to suit me especially with the time and date of travelling and the information provided prior to the treatment. I am delighted with the results and care received at Cosmetic Surgery Partners.

Zeriozha Annika: I travelled from Manchester to the Cosmetic Surgery Partners Clinic and it was definitely worth the trip! I was booked to have a consultation with Dr Nick Percival regarding lip fillers. He was the first surgeon to understand my expectations with me being Black British and I knew he was the right person to perform the treatment. I like the look of my lips, but when I smile I lose the definition of my top lip. Dr Nick advised that this would be a simple procedure. He informed me that I would be given numbing cream to help with the pain, and also went through all the difference types of lip filler. He chose to use Juvederm Smile, as it is soft and gives a very natural look. I was a little nervous but excited! Dr Nick was very reassuring, asking if I was ok with the needles being inserted. It was a little painful, but bearable. I only had 0.6ml of lip filler, so it was a very quick procedure. I noticed the difference straight away, and I love them! 2 days later after the swelling had gone down, I am so happy with the results, and I would definitely recommend the Cosmetic Surgery Partners for this treatment, as I am one happy customer.

Jem Frisby: 5stars doesn’t seem to cut it! After following Dr Dan on social media for a couple of years I knew if I was to ever undergo surgery, I would be keen to chat to him. When the time was right for me, I booked a consultation and knew from that very first appointment, I was in the best hands & I had found my surgeon. The whole experience was unreal, from start to finish. Today was my 6 weeks post surgery check up & I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Dr Dan listened to what I wanted, he listened to my concerns whilst offering his advise and expertise. I am a huge believer of leaving things to the professionals and although I had a small criteria, I was happy to be left in his sole hands... And wow, I’m over the moon I did. Ana Mevi: I got breast surgery performed by Mr Mo Akhavani about 2 years ago, and it has been life changing for me. You are in the best and safest hands possible with him. He picked the most appropriate sizing for me as I wanted them to look as natural as possible and they do. Jodie Lynch: Mo Akhavani did my breast surgery over a year ago now and it’s honestly the best thing I ever did! I had consultations with 6 other surgeons before choosing Mo and none of them compared, I am diabetic and didn’t get asked anything about my blood sugars. Mo ensured he knew everything and had me get blood tests prior to my surgery to ensure it would be safe to operate. I had no complications and barely any pain! Everyone at the PSG has been so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I would recommend anyone to go here I couldn’t be any happier!

Tanya Phelan: I had a Fleur De Lis tummy tuck 2 weeks ago with Mr Abood. From start to finish, the journey has been smooth and dare I say it? Easy! Justine has been amazing! Always available to answer any questions even when she is on leave. Mr Abood was fab! Very approachable and professional and an expert in his field. It’s early days but at the moment I couldn’t be happier with my results! Life changing!

I’m over the moon with both surgeries and the scars are minimal. Had a breast augmentation done I’m only 19 years old and also epileptic, I never have been through any operations so I was extremely nervous and full of anxiety but I knew it was something I’ve wanted to do for a long time now. Antonia Anastasiades: WOW what can I say! I am so happy I cannot begin to describe my journey. From my first consultation with Mr Abood I knew I didn’t need to look or research further. I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and was the best decision I made. I was given all of the information I asked and Mr Abood is so supportive I cannot explain. The surgery and after care is 10 out of 10! I am now two weeks post op and going back to work in a few days. Not only is his work precise and neat , the aftercare is wonderful and such a relief. When I started to research surgeons I was confident I would have to go to a few initial consultations to find out who I trusted the most but after my first appointment, which was with Dr Abood, I decided to look no further. AxelSituation: Skip Dr Simon Withey. I had two consults with him, he never gave me morphs. I am a rhino virgin, so its not like he has to do any revision. He does not want to do my nose because apparently it is hard work and he only wants to do the easy jobs of straightening out crooked noses. He does not want to do tip refinement. If he did not want to do my nose, why did he waste my time for a second appointment? I have no confidence in him or his work. Run! I do not trust this man. Waste of time.

Karen Hann: I decided to have lower blepharoplasty after many years of suffering from dark circles. I spent endless amounts of time researching and money on creams that didn’t actually work for me. I was recommended to Dr Julian de Silva by a very close friend. The communication was fantastic from the first call I made to the after care. I received text updates, personal calls and emails from both Dr Julian and the nurses. When I first arrived at the clinic I was greeted by a very professional and friendly receptionist, I then had my initial consultation and after many discussions with Dr Julian and his team we agreed a date. I am exceptionally pleased and so are my family with the end result. The professionalism, experience and empathy that I received was outstanding. Although I was very nervous, I was treated with total respect and always well assured and I knew I was in good care. Danielle Ford: I had a fat transfer with PRP and a lower blepharoplasty - I had never had any surgery on my face before and was incredibly nervous. I had initially gone to Dr De Silva asking for a facelift and was quite taken aback when he refused. He suggested alternatives and I couldn’t understand why. I am really glad I didn’t have a facelift now because I think it would have been too much and I appreciate Dr De Silva being so professional and saying no. I underwent conscious sedation and was oblivious to anything! I was so nervous and was really worried I wouldn’t be able to go through with it. The anaesthetist put my mind at ease - we chatted prior to the surgery and when I went in. I came around and left the surgery with my partner after about half an hour. The nurse bought me a smoothie and answered my questions. I experienced no pain whatsoever and didn’t use any of the pain medication given to me - not even a paracetamol. I did follow the other medications to the T and kept my face dry etc and I healed well. It’s been 7 weeks now and everything is back to normal. I definitely look refreshed and healthier 😊. I feel more confident also. Sarah was wonderful - so warm and friendly as were Raquel and Ellie. I asked quite a few questions after the surgery (email) and they responded quickly. If I do decide to have a facelift in the future, I will definitely go back to Dr De Silva and his team - I highly recommend!

Lew: I had rhinoplasty done, Julian Da Silva completely ruined my nose. I went to a different surgery to correct the results, he told me during the first surgery Julian de Silva had broken my nose incorrectly in 4 places. It has never been the same since and the results make me very conscience. This is just my own experience, but if I knew what I know now, I’d have never gone with Julian De Silva.

Sarah Davies: I visited Julian around 3 years or so ago and the experience has left me totally damaged until this day. I paid £250 for a consultation for a rhinoplasty, whilst he has plenty of knowledge and provided a plethora of details that other rhinoplasty surgeons hadn’t about the surgery and what it entails (I.e concerns about thin skin, smoking etc) he was also very dismissive, unethical and unkind. I was unhappy with a bridge in my nose and wanted that removed via open nose surgery. He instead insisted I needed the tip of my nose pinched and far more work than I had gone in for. He also stated my jawline and chin were understated and I needed cheek filler, he advised he would NOT be willing to do the nose surgery without the other facial enhancements as it’s what I needed and it was his work. This to me shows he is more concerned about what his work looks like to himself, than how his patients feel and how they expect surgery to make them look. It’s also unethical to deny someone surgery unless they take out a whole facial package deal. I never hAd an issue with my face, jaw and chin before but after he took horrible photos at horrible angles insisted I needed work done otherwise he wouldn’t touch the rest of my face because it was that out of proportion it wouldn’t show off his work I have felt terribly insecure. I always felt he was honest and I was upset but since speaking to other surgeons (friends too) who have confirmed I don’t need all the work done, it’s totally unethical and money grabbing & totally narcissistic and concerned with his finances and projected image rather than the patients I think people should avoid & shop around. He is nothing but a cruel man in a white coat, many other surgeons will do a better job for the fraction of the price and care about their clients feelings and needs too. It’s you who has to wear the new nose after all.

Chahna Bhatti: The Plastic Surgeons Clinic - What a Family! After much research, once I discovered the The Plastic Surgeons (TPS) I knew that this was the place I had to have my Rhinoplasty surgery. Dr. Vinay Jacob, was friendly, approachable and made me feel at ease. My initial enquiry was met with a timely and professional response, and the staff were so accommodating and pleasant. This didn’t change throughout my whole experience. Dr Jacob has something special in TPS and this is reflected throughout the journey. Whether it is making you feel safe and assured about the process itself, being honest with you about potential results and risks (something which is really important), or the little touches before and after, I cannot recommend them enough. The aftercare, post discharge has also been second to none with the nurses readily available to answer my questions. Finally, the results! I am absolutely over the moon with the outcome. I cannot recommend TPS enough, so if you’re hesitating about going with them, don’t! You won’t regret it!

Lucie Waldron: The best decision going to Dr V! Having lost a significant amount of weight (50kg) at the age of 21 my breasts were very low from the lose skin and after my initial consultation where is she helped me in detail decide what to get done and what would look best from her professional opinion from feeling my skin and her experience. Had a breast lift with implants put it, surgery went so smoothly and 2 months post op they are looking incredible. So thankful to Dr V and her team especially Amina, as well as the nurses at the Welbeck Hospital. Would recommend she made feel so comfortable and the has made me so confident in my body!

Marie Lewis: I’d highly recommend Dr V to anyone looking for a natural breast enhancement. She put me at ease straight away, no getting topless on Zoom, no 3D simulation, but a face to face initial consultation telling me exactly what was possible and making me touch and try several implants on. I also felt like she would take her time during the surgery instead of rushing it in 20-30 minutes which was important to me. The recovery was way easier than I expected and my results 2.5 months in are amazing, I got my breasts back which had “deflated” after having and breastfeeding my daughter and I really wanted that natural effect which I got with Motiva Joy implants and demi projection. The fact the post-op appointments are included is also a great touch.

Charlotte Cooke: Undergoing elective surgery was not something I rushed into. After extensive research I met with Dr Rotsaert, and knew I had met the right surgeon to carry out my procedure. Finally a surgeon who is professional, compassionate, and demonstrates expertise!!! My initial enquiry was well received by a friendly knowledgeable team who made the booking process easy. Dr Rotsaert created a relaxed environment for me at consultation, and listened to my concerns - I left feeling reassured and well informed with my personal treatment plan. The lovely nurses Amina and Alice helped prepare me for surgery and were extremely attentive (they were also at hand for my post operative care which was nice for continuity) When I arrived at hospital the experience and trust was confirmed as soon as I walked through the door to the moment I left. I was made to feel VIP and relaxed in the knowledge I was in safe hands. Post operatively went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. The only fault being my personal lack of patience to being fully recovered. 6 weeks after surgery I can honestly say I’m delighted with my results and as cliche as it sounds wish I had done it sooner. Dr Rotsaert and her team listened and guided me throughout. With their support and expertise they turned a nerve wracking decision of mine into one of best decisions I’ve made. Gold star service!

Having done a lot of my own research and prep over the course of a few years, she was able to answer all my questions in a way that reassured me she was extremely professional, fully knowledgable and skilled/experienced enough to offer the best result. She was also generous with her time where it mattered whilst being efficient in the process. There was absolutely no hint of an upsell or any encouragement to consider additional procedures from her side which I had encountered elsewhere and had put me off. Erin Simpson: Dr V was one of the first consultations I had with a surgeon and I immediately knew I wanted to go with her. Not only were her staff amazing and welcoming but Dr V clearly knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. The process of booking the surgery getting covid tests and meeting Alice the nurse (who is also extremely helpful) were all supported. Alice is there to answer any queries during recovery and was very helpful for me to put my mind at ease. Dr V is a very talented woman with an even better team behind her.

Dominic Bray Facial Plastic Surgery London: what do users think?
beatriz lordes: Dominic Bray is the worst surgeon I have encountered in my life. I am glad to see that there are quite a few disgruntled clients of Dominic Bray like myself. I had a terrible time at Azara house in the hands of Bray and his staff. I wen to Bray for a deep plane facelift to reduce early signs of jowling. He said he could help me and suggested removing my buccal fat pad at the same time. I told him straightaway I did not want my buccal fat pad removed. I also spoke to Darren about not wanting my buccal fat pads removed. I was told by other good surgeons that my submandibular glands were a bit enlarged. I asked Bray to remove my submandibular glands during my facelift procedure. When I came round after my operation, Bray told me that he had removed my buccal fat pads and had not removed my submandibular glands. As a result of this I felt angry and worried. Bray had gone ahead without my consent and permission to remove my buccal fat pads, yet he failed to remove my submandibular glands which I paid him to do. When I challenged him, he became very rude and dismissive. I asked him for a revision which he refused. I asked for a partial refund as I was not happy with my result. His surgery made me look older and gaunt and the skin around my jawline were not tightened as the submandibular glands were too enlarged. I felt like Bray has robbed me. I tried to do a chargeback to get some of my money, but Bray fought me tooth and nail. He is a very nasty greedy person who deserves a lot of bad karma coming his way. The stay at Azara was horrible. His staff forced pills down my throat. The heating was switched off at night as his staff told me, to save on energy bills and I had no food to eat until I went home the next day. The washing machine was left on all night as the night nurse has to do the laundry too. Bray has my money, but the pain and suffering he has caused me will echo in eternity. He will not be able to enjoy it.
Gemma Greenhow: I went to see Dominic bray a couple of weeks ago for a consultation he was very friendly and made me feel so at ease he went through everything throughly with me i can’t rate him high enough and his coordinator Darren was also amazing he helped me from the beginning and nothing was to much trouble there was no pressure if anything he wanted me to go away and think about it but I wouldn’t trust anyone else after speaking with him
Nicole R: Cannot rate Dominic and his staff highly enough . Yvonne is so helpful and thoughtful and gives a very personal feel to the whole proceedings . She is a very useful conduit to Dominic and really helped make my experience be the best it could possibly be . I felt informed , relaxed and able to convey even the smallest of fears to Yvonne confidently . This is a very well thought out practise with your complete experience in mind and my experience has been outstanding . If you are considering facial surgery and you are looking for a surgeon who works with great integrity and honesty and can achieve a great outcome for you then Dominic Bray is the guy for you .

Jack prce: Although I was very nervous, I was treated with total respect and always well assured and I knew I was in good care. Even after my surgery I received phone calls and emails to ensure the healing process was going to plan. I attended my final after care visit with Dr Riccardo and he gave me the opportunity to see him at a later date if I wanted to. Everyone heals at a different pace, everyday I notice an improvement and it just gets better. It has changed how I see myself and has certainly increased my confidence.
Karolina Berdycka: Highly recommend Dr. Frati, very professional treatment, fast diagnosis and amazing results! I had a post operation scar on my nose, tried multiple doctors with some laser treatments with no improvement for over 2 years! Dr. Frati had one diagnose, one short treatment and the scar is much, much better, close to disappear with one more treatment I suppose. I am very happy, thank you!

Matthew Phillips: What a wonderful experience from consultation to post surgery appointments. Most impressively using sedation It meant I was able to have the surgery and go home on the same day. Very clear instructions for medication, great post surgery app too for any additional information. Healing was as described and even with a concern I had post surgery I was able to book an appointment at short notice.

Karen Brewer: I underwent conscious sedation and was oblivious to anything! I was so nervous and was really worried I wouldn’t be able to go through with it. The anaesthetist put my mind at ease - we chatted prior to the surgery and when I went in. I came around and left the surgery with my partner after about half an hour. The nurse bought me a smoothie and answered my questions. I experienced no pain whatsoever and didn’t use any of the pain medication given to me - not even a paracetamol.They are the best in UK.

Justine Farrell: I had Umbilicoplasty done by DR M Sarwar. I have never had cosmetic surgery before so I was very worried and reluctant but finally took the plunge. I didn’t choose my surgeon it was just done at random but I’m glad I had him anyways because I am SO SO SO happy with my results. He is extremely honest and transparent to make sure your expectations are not too high or unrealistic. This scared me off initially but the fact he did this made me feel like my results were 10x better than what I was expecting them to look like. The aftercare was very good. I cannot fault anything. Thank you so much to everyone I met at the surgery 😊

Holly Miller: I had a BBL with Dr Omar Tillo, and the results have far surpassed my expectations! I’m so pleased with it and my recovery went well with no problems. Melissa Briggs: So glad I went with centre for surgery, the whole process went very smoothly from the consultations down to the actual day of the procedure. I was so nervous on the day but the whole team put me at ease and I’m happy with my results as I feel a lot more comfortable wearing certain clothes now. My surgeon was Alberto Di Giuseppe who performed a breast Augmentation on me, and I would definitely recommend as he was very clear on what the outcome of the surgery would be and which size would look the best for my frame.

Sandi: Dear women, Please stay away from dr Giuseppe, who has been my surgeon elsewhere before he joined that company. He probably knows how to take the money for the surgery but when complications occurs he doesn’t have idea how to deal with them, The solutions he proposed where a nonsense (I v met with 2 other surgeons asking for opinions at Harley street), Dr Giuseppe made a picture of my breast in the very bad lighting, showing me that picture few times and saying there is nothing visible on the picture which means everything is fine! How bad he tries to fool people, doctor should not harm his patients and I v been through tremendous stress because of him, Even for free I would have never decided again to have a surgery with him! Stay away girls
