Jeremy Nelson-Smith: I went to Travis Perkins in London Bridge last week with a 4+ year receipt for a item that I purchased there (that is now damaged). The manager Imogen Quintin-Archard went above and beyond in finding the spec of the item, speaking with the manufacturer and even finding the sales manager for the area to discuss the product. I have not often seen customer service taken so seriously - I would recommend them without hesitation.

Hey, they may be a quid more than Amazon, but they are local, pay some tax and don’t syphon all their profits to Luxembourg or Ireland.. pitman: We ran out of the “green” paint but lost the label for the shade of the paint. Luckily, the lady in the store (with pink hair) helped us to match the colour. She used the little paint left in the tin to trace the formula. Finally, we got the colour we needed. Much appreciated! They are very very helpful!
Julian Gant: Good decorating shop, young lad who mixed my paint was very helpful, helped me carry stuff out to the van. Shop is well organised with a good variety of products and at very reasonable prices. Parking is a bit iffy, red route all the way, but do have a couple of bays outside the shop where you can load up.

Leon Nikoo: The London DIY centre installed my wooden laminate flooring. I am really happy with their service. It was measured up and then we went over the options for the flooring in-store. The had plenty of options at different prices, depending on your budget. Next, I gave them my keys in the shop and within one evening, the entire living room was completed. They did an excellent job, very professional and I would say having done part of the house myself, I wish I had got them to do the whole lot. You can put your full trust in Hamid and his team to do their very best. Happy customer her! Thanks
Khalid Ahmed: Absolutely amazing!! London DIY were the only guys to stock the NEW quick step laminate samples. No other shop was able to get hold of the stock I wanted but Hamid at London DIY managed to locate a pallet in Belgium and more so got it delivered to me within a week along with my underlay! Great customer service and kept me informed all the way. Thank you so much London DIY Centre.
Helen Ray: We’re absolutely delighted with the flooring which was recently installed by Hamid and his team. Hamid was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different products available. We choose Quick Step laminate for the majority of the flat and carpets for the master bedroom/stairs. The flat looks completely transformed and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely be back if we have any future flooring needs.,
Louis Cecile: A handy shop that provides an array of equipment for most D.I.Y situations. It is a small shop in Bakers Arm Leyton that has good bus links. The staff are friendly and helpful. The layout of the store is easy to navigate. The prices are quite similar or even cheaper than most well know online retailers including delivery. A good essential shop for getting equipment quickly for those small to big jobs.
Anna Lukacs: Generally I am happy with their service and products I am going there, they are greeting me and as I realised all of their customers (... when a was there.) They are asking what I would like, they are asking questions to be clear the situation and provide the best solution. ... but I had a feeling 🤨 talking about the puzzling, and some kind of diy accessories improvement about it, that was not a good idea (... because I was struggling with an 5000 pieces puzzle to keep the pieces together). ... and I am not sure, they realised how their wide range products can be used. ... at least they make me smile, ( how I remember their face) every time when I roll out my puzzle mat with the linoleum what I bought there. ... so guys you are doing a great job, just think outside of the box.
L Wilkinson: I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They deserve 10 stars. Hamid was able to put together a Quick Step order for us very quickly despite the huge shortages for this product at the time. And at a very competitive price. This was enough to deserve top ratings, but on top of that, because of issues at our end, he kept the order in his warehouse for much longer that initially planned without putting any pressure on us, showing genuine understanding and willingness to help.

Billy Fraser: 10 members of staff not a single person at the till. I am being charged x 5 usual prices on everything can someone atleast get up and rip me off? Sent inside for a blue ticket.... sent back outside for one once a member of staff eventually came to serve me. At all costs do try and go anywhere else but this Travis Perkins....

Spencer Bartlett: Have been using the Dalston branch for about 8 months now for deliveries to various sites in London, and Essex and always found all the staff, especially Jack Farmer more than capable and efficient. Am advised if stock issues, or delivery issues, well in advance so we can make alternative plans on site, as well as if deliveries can be improved. Have no problem working together with the Dalston branch as our main Travis Perkins depot, and will continue t do so. More than happy with the service and knowledge and helpfulness of all at the branch. Well done and thank you TP Dalston for your support in challenging and difficult times for both them as our main supplier and us as a main contractor, with both logistical and material nightmares over the past and no doubt future times.

bob97 hh: Staff are very help and very down to earth , have seen many of these peoples reviews and they aren’t fair at all , travis Perkins has a very easy and basic system of getting loaded outside and bring in a blue slip to pay which isn’t too much to ask for. The staff politely address a customer if they haven’t got a slip to go and get loaded and bring a slip in, I’ve seen a couple of people from these reviews in the shop and their attitude and language towards the staff trying to do their job is disgusting, all I can say is well done tp Dalston keep up the hard work

Chris Davis: Ordered 4 sheets of hardwood online for collection. Came into store and all the staff were more than helpful but only one sheet on the shelf. Got the other 3 refunded but talking to the staff it seems this is common and there is no good stock management system. I want to reiterate that the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful but the organisation needs to improve their stock taking to avoid bad customer experiences

Mustafa Ersoy: Rudest customer service ever I was going to buy 12 bags of multi finish 8 bags of bonding 4 bags of cement i was by my self 3 people standing out there smoking looking at my face when ask for help they told me that there are not suppose to help customers to load there stuff so i left everything and went to jewsons thanks to jewsons I didn’t even have to touch anything they loaded everything for me into my van.

Dunyaal Iqbal: Definitely the best builders merchants in east london. They had everything I needed and it was all delivered the same day. Ordered all of my stuff from them because it was all in stock and they reminded me of other things I’d also need for the job I was doing and then when the total bill came together they looked after me on the prices as much as they could. Would highly recommend them because they’ve got everything you need to keep your house looking good. I never write such a long review but they deserve it! The staff were also very bubbly, welcoming and helpful in showing me things. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Ukrstars Ltd: The reason of my negative review are disappointing customer service on the desk. Lying with pricing that why i did cancel order and left branch so upset! Do not recommending shopping at this branch and if do check before using contactless or chip and pin card machine.

Andre Burger: Large store, queuing is a bit slow and backwards. You arrive, park up, queue, then need to get a slip of your order and go collect your items and come queue again?? Took me 25min just to get one item as I had to get it from outside and they were not excessively busy.

Peter: My experience of using the paint mix service at Leyland was very disappointing as Leyland didn’t have in stock the base product for their own product so I had to switch to another brand. When I subsequently used the paint on my furniture, the pigment did not seem stable so I returned to the store with photos to question whether there might be a problem. Two staff members were unable to help and the manager was despatched to speak to me. My partner and I found him to be defensive and rude from the outset. He told me he could do nothing because I hadn’t used a Leyland product. He offered no explanation or solution and dismissively said I should contact the manufacturer. It was in particular his manner that offended us both. We contacted the manufacturer who, unlike Leyland, was helpful and provided a voucher for a new can of paint as a goodwill gesture which I shall be using at Brewers around the corner.
raisarola70: I always go to this particular store as the staff working there is helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is usually well stocked and items are displayed in logical way. Recommend to anyone. The manager Naz is especially helpful, always ready to advise.

Arash Behresi: I had given them a five star but never managed to make a comment untill today. All I can say is since I started going to their store I had no issues ever a d got everything I ever wanted from them. Had a issue with a product two times but when I went back each time they replaced and left me walking out of the store happy and hassle free. Good bunch of lads there who are really helpful. I will definitely recommend and visit them again when in need.
