ChromaYoga: what do users think?

Samantha Jonin: It's the perfect atmosphere and I love the coloured light. The soundtrack is always on point. I would say sometimes the classes are a bit crowded and would benefit from limiting the number of people attending. Also I'm not very comfortable with the changing area not having curtains, sometimes you dont need to step into a changing room but would enjoy a bit more privacy from the street. But I really appreciated all the toiletries and available hygiene products.

Lillie Hussain: I took a sweet trip up to london to try out this studio & oh my goodness, it was everything I hoped for. The studio space was lovely, the lights in the room just added to the atmosphere, our teacher for the class Sorcha was just wonderful & very informative & encouraging, I loved the high standard of equipment they use & the no slip mats. All in all amazing experience, please visit!

Saoirse Ryan: What a beautiful venue and beautiful experience! Highly recommend to try at least once. Totally unique!

Lucie Ags: I took a 7 am yellow class. I liked the class, the studio is simple but the light makes the room beautiful. It's also definitely a nice spot to take pictures!

Joey Phinn: I've been coming here almost since the studio opened. It's only gotten better, having expanded into two studios with a yin/meditative side and a dynamic yoga side. I mostly come for the 8AM dynamic yoga sessions 4 days of the week which are always fantastic. All the yoga teachers are amazing, friendly and talented. I've gone from being a total beginner to being intermediate/advanced and learnt so much from the teachers' corrections and demonstrations. The yoga receptionists are the friendliest girls and I love having a good chat with them after my class. The rooms are so calming with scent, sound and light all merging to form a deliciously sensory experience. And there are three bathrooms and two shower rooms, and plenty of locker/changing room space. One of my favourite bits is that there is always cotton pads, hair dryer, hair straightener, moisturiser, hairbands etc available - such a thoughtful touch and it always makes my day.I will never stop going here unless I move totally out of the area!

tat: I love this place ❤️

Rebecca Bruns: I went for the pink session. It was exactly as described - only six or so positions. I think it’s almost more of a guided meditation with stretching. If you’re feeling completely overwhelmed and just need a time out, this will do the trick. If you want a workout, the pink class is not for you. I’ll definitely be back to try a different colour!

Heather D: Great range of classes and knowledgeable instructors!

Jasmin Lin: Love this place super friendly staff classes are amazing

James Cooke: Beautiful idea and perfectly executed

Judy Tran: I love it here! The yoga teachers are very knowledgeable and get right into the technical aspects of each pose to ensure you are doing it correctly while maintaining the flow and breath. It also feels a bit like doing yoga in a black mirror episode due to the completely white room and coloured lights but it all adds to the experience. There are 2 showers, 1 gender neutral toilet and a changing area with toiletries laid out such as a hair straightener, hairdryer, cotton pads, hair ties, deodorant, body spray and gel. Best yoga studio I’ve been to so far!!

Erika Miluse: Awsome yoga and meditation space.Combining the latest technolgy with thousands of years of practise and knowledge. Its an oasis of calm and mindfulness in the middle of city which never sleeps. I'm a member for 9 month and yet to have a session I regretted coming to.Thanks for every experience shared.

Jess R: Such a welcoming yoga studio. The instructors are super kind and take the time to chat with you. There's also no pretentiousness or pressure to do something you're not comfortable with. It's all about your personal practice and the support you need to improve and grow. They don't have the amenities like some of the big name boutique fitness spaces around, but they're not needed in my view. Such a good community of people and such a cool concept with the light and soundscapes.

Waldemar Lewin: Great Studio with a special "light" for every course style. I can recommend the "Red" class on Tuesdays 05.30pm. Thanks for the good class and friendly welcome.

Nathan Larson: A great idea whose time has come. Founder Nina Ryner is truly doing something new, brilliantly executed, a great staff, making for a fantastic experience. Give it a try, London!

Paula Pellicer: Little gem in Shoreditch!I love this place, have now been going for a couple of months and totally recommend it to everyone. The mix of light, sound and scents makes it more immersive an special than just a normal yoga class. So far I've tried the red which is quite intense on the core area, the yellow which is still proper but less intense that the red, blue which is super lovely with good stretches and the pink which is basically a relaxing session.I like the fact that depending on how my day went and which mood I'm in I can choose which is the best colour to go for.

Lauren Keith: I adore this studio! This place combines yoga with colour therapy, so the classes are named by colour. The relaxing pink class on Mondays will help you face the week ahead, and the yellow and chromatic classes will really challenge you. Absolutely fantastic instructors.

David A: Lovely relaxing place. Classes aren't too big, allocated spaces so you're not too cramped. Mix of sound, light and smells to make this such a relaxing set of class. Also right bang in the middle of Shoreditch so easy to get to from work.

Amanda Stringfellow: The combination of light, movement, sound and scent at Chroma is really special. Teachers are welcoming, helpful and try to make your experience the best it can be. It's always a treat to visit.

Iyengar Yoga Institute South London: what do users think?

Leyla Rustem: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality

Peter Ryan: I have been practicing yoga for over 50 years and this is by far the best Yoga centre I have found . I am so lucky to have it so close in South London. All the teachers are very respectful of the Iyengar principles and are great examples themselves of practicing yoga, in terms of flexibility and strength. The studio itself is quite a large space and very well equipped with props and wall supports including remiveable ropes etc.

Rolf Meyer: Well equipped, atmospheric building and excellent teaching.

Christina Hsieh: It is one of the best yoga places I have been. The price is really reasonable compared to other places. Their workshops are also very good value.People might get put off by not be able to go there all the time as they do not have reception. You have to turn up the correct time to get in. Late entry is not always possible. However, it is worth going through the hassle as you will get taught yoga without hurting yourself. This place is back with a option of doing class online. You have to pay online before the class as no reception to do the payment. So good to be back.

Alena Nekvapilova: It's always great to do yoga with wonderful teachers there and the place is very authentic. I highly recommend it.

Nico Pimparé: , and their prices are super affordable, especially the community classes for £5 in studio

RO LO: A good selection of weekly classes, all led by expert teachers who do a fantastic job in ensuring poses are adjusted, so they really make an effort in teaching people.I also like that classes are never overcrowded and the studio itself brings an aura of peacefulness, during classes.

Jethro Holman: Great class. Lovely tutor

Rita Darragi: Not your faddy yoga. Pure yoga based on the writing of the father of yoga Patanjali.A caring comfortable space. Be assured each and every teacher is dedicated to helping you acheive your potential whatever your level. With the use of chairs stools blocks and bricks. Enjoy.

Brady Coughlan: If you want the very best of yoga instruction...this is where you need to come...not a trendy yoga class at the local gym...this practice is pure Iyengar....and direct practice from the Mother Institute in Pune, India...

Stillpoint Yoga London: what do users think?

Trev T: Stillpoint is an amazing place to practice Ashtanga yoga. Scott and the team bring knowledge and dedication to their teaching and offer an open and nurturing space for all levels of experience. A great way to start the day!

Debbie Somerville: Stillpoint is a beautiful space where students can enjoy their ashtanga practice in a supportive and safe environment. In addition to this Scott has created a programme where he shares his knowledge and experience allowing his students to then discuss their own thoughts on philosophy and asana. His team of teachers lead classes and provide guidance with the same compassion he shows. For those of us that live a significant distance from a yoga studio the opportunity to be supported on Zoom and to be part of a such a special community is a real privilege.

Natalia Uturbey: Lovely environment and respectful teachers! ❤️

yes no: Amazing experience, something I recommend to everyone!

Yoshika Patel: This was my first experience of a yoga class, and being a woman of a certain age I must confess I was initially a little hesitate. However, within no time at all my reservations were history. The class was taught by 2 wonderful guys both called Scott🙂Who's compassion and sensitivity was so encouraging, I immediately felt comfortable and free to work at my own pace.Guidance from these 2 highly skilled teachers, in this wonderful environment. Is a great start to my day.Thank you🙏

Holly Evans: Stillpoint Yoga is the place to come if you are considering practising Ashtanga yoga in London as a beginner or if you have practised Ashtanga before and wish to deepen your practise. Scott and his team are incredibly inviting and welcoming, they are in tune with helping every student in the room at exactly the right moment. This means you are able to excel and really get to grips with each posture, understand the pose and how the pose can work for your body. I have loved being a member and I’m excited to continue practising with Stillpoint. The London Bridge studio is also lovely, clean, light and airy - it’s the perfect place to start your day.

Charles Runacres: Simply outstanding yoga teaching, with real personality, a sense of fun and a huge range of abilities and skills in the room. It’s self-guided Ashtanga yoga, which has the great advantage of being a fixed sequence that you learn, with lots of teacher help and many modifications according to your needs. When I first went I struggled to move without pain because of a bad fall on my neck; despite being barely able to bend at the waist while others had their legs behind their necks, I have never been made to feel out-of-place, and Scott Johnson has patiently and skilfully got me moving completely freely again. He’s also thought-provoking on breathing, yoga philosophy and chanting. It’s a terrific place to practice yoga, with the bonus of Borough, Bermondsey and the City right at hand once you’re finished.

Caroline Taylor: Compssionate, encouraging and wise guidance in the physical practice of the Ashtanga method. It is qutie an extradoniar place to be and a wonderful way to practice.

Agenda Sheridan: Belonging to the Stillpoint yoga online community has brought me so much! Scott’s wise & compassionate teaching has enhanced my Mysore practice and brought peace and inspiration to my daily life .

Bente Klein: I've only recently started practicing with Stillpoint Yoga online and everyone - both students and teachers alike - has been so welcoming and friendly. Scott is a great teacher, and his verbal adjustments are spot on, even though he's never met me in person and I practice with quite a few injuries. Best of all: I feel part of a yoga community which has really invigorated my practice.

yvette sanderson: I have been to Stillpoint in person and online and no matter which it is the support and nurturing with practice is amazing. Scott teaches to allow us to find our own way and to be our own teacher. Just a beautiful teacher, amazing space, and wonderful community

katie evans: and Scott and his team helped me learn how to practice to overcome these problems and heal. Their flexible and sensitive approach meant that I didn’t need to give up yoga – which at one point it looked like I might have needed to do. Last year I walked the Camino de Santiago, something I couldn’t have done before due to knee problems. I feel so grateful that I’ve developed a strong self-practice that has helped me during my travels and Lockdown. When I first walked in I knew I had found my home. At Stillpoint, yoga is moving meditation – this spiritual dimension has always been important to me and one of the reasons why I had never enjoyed Ashtanga before. Stillpoint is also about friendship and community – I’ve lost count of the number of times, I’ve had hugs, cried or laughed with the team. I can’t wait to join them again when they reopen.

Deborah Kol: StillPoint Yoga is the place to come regardless of whether you’re relatively new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. It caters for everyone. I walk through the door of the shala at dawn and I’m already encircled by an energy of serenity and dynamism. It is the resolute care and heart that Scott, Lee, Wendy, Narmin and Sarah put into sharing their knowledge and experience with each individual that makes StillPoint Yoga a precious communal space for yoga. As my practice unfolds, the mind is bathed in calmness and the body gently awakens to its potential. I cannot thank the team enough for their dedication to the lineage and their interest in helping me and all others in the room. A truly joyous experience.

Jacinta McBurney: My favourite place to practice in London. Always...

Zest for Yoga: Love going to Stillpoint for my weekly practice. Scott and his team are brilliant teachers, knowledgeable, hands on adjustments are always with respect and insight. Everyone is friendly, no sense of competitiveness. Highly recommended.

Sarah Vaughan: An inspiring and nurturing space to practice Astanga yoga. A welcoming place with a strong community hosting daily Mysore classes, beginners courses and workshops with teachers from all over the world.

Amy Smith: Couldnt go wrong with them. Trained instructors.

Elisabetta Iannelli: Great teachers . Friendly environment

Trudie Fielder: My favourite yoga studio. Love walking in the door taking off my shoes and being greeted by the friendly reception. Something for everyone here.

Nicolas Glandon: and assistsWhat else? Thanks for existing

Alexandra: Very nice studio, calm, peacefulFrom yoga to pilates, i recommend it ! And good prices for London 🧘🏻‍♀️

Shalin Dewan: Great studioGreat intro offer of £10 for 5 classes

Niq Suikova: One of my favourite spots ! 🧘‍♀️

Samantha Pinheiro: Best yoga studio in London!

Lu Fan: very professional and well organized

Sabrina Elisabeth: Lovely Yoga studio that offers online and in person classes - I took Camille’s Yoga class and it was both activating and relaxing in the end. I also appreciated her giving lots of options and inclusive language.

H Matthew Howarth: My favourite yoga studio anywhere. Conveniently positioned, yet with stairs providing a little separation from street level and helping to create a little pocket of calm. I've done relaxing classes here for easy days, lots of perfectly levelled ones, and stumbled into some challenging ones way beyond my level - given the wide range then, I'd suggest checking a class for the first time. Enjoyed them all though. Most of the best notes/tips/insights I've learned about yoga were from teachers at Indaba. They're all excellent. I've mostly booked through classpass and found very fair credit rates for the high quality of venue, teacher and duration. The 90 minute sessions here fly by.

Andrea P.: Indaba Yoga is a wonderful address, a temple of serenity. And I am delighted to have shared my first course in this center on flexibility with Ina Yordanova who is an awesome and very professional teacher; who helped me make a lot of progress in a few weeks thanks to these valuable advice and his desire to help people progress in their practice of Yoga.

Deividas A: An excellent yoga studio, with some truly amazing teachers. The facilities are very good too. Truly one of the best in London

Shanay Tia: I enjoyed my visit and will be coming back. The location is easily accessible and not on the main road. The studio was massive. The only downside is the changing room is small.

Eleni Alexandridou: So clean and peaceful place! Acrobatic yoga was my favourite class.

Anastasija Verbicka: My absolute favourite place in London to visit for yoga classes. Always clean, offers complimentary tea and the reception staff are always friendly. I can't recommend this place enough if you are looking to deepen your yoga practise and wind down after a long day.

Caitlin Meyer: Only sad that I didn’t join this studio sooner after moving to London. The classes are physically great for those who want that, but all the instructors I’ve experienced have got the more important soul/philosophy at the core of it. Leave every class grounded and replenished. It feels much more intimate / friendly / a community. Recommend.

Yogarise Peckham - Yoga classes in Peckham Rye, London: what do users think?

Becky L: Brilliant postnatal class and lovely studio. Will carry on coming here once I’m through the post natal stage. Highly recommend this class for mums who want a slightly more challenging exercise class focused on them but where babies are very welcome.

Rachel Aygin: Another great Dharma class with David as always. I only wish it could be longer. 75 minutes is short for a Dharma class.

Hannah Ward: Don’t miss Becky Farbstein’s class. Balanced, challenging and FUN yoga.

Claire Sheppard: Really lovely space, great range of classes, would thoroughly recommend!

Emma Cairns: Excellent Pilates class - great focus on form and breathing with just the right level of burn and variations for all abilities. Love the Yogarise studio too, amazing space and friendly staff.

Claire Brooks: I always have great classes here, the teachers are very helpful and I feel at ease as soon as I walk through the door.

Brigid Vidler: Yogarise is a great space with a good range of teachers to suit your needs and desires. I persevered and found several teachers who I enjoy. Lydia Baker's classes are particularly good. She breaks down postures in a way which makes you re-engage with the practice. Rishin Paonaskar’s Friday evening class is the perfect tonic for the chaos of London, leaving you rejuvenated for the weekend.

Anna Babenko: I have discovered Yogarise last year while visiting family, and upon return this summer already knew where to go. All in all, I attended 3 classes and all with different teachers. Experience was great every time! Sessions were easy to book, the facility is nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. With summer getting warmer and studio being quite full, it was a bit stuffy on one of the mornings, but that was the only thing to mention.Highly recommend

Hilary: Regularly attend online classes with Peckham Yogarise - always a variety of well trained teachers and challenging classes, full of different poses and flows - highly recommended!

Helen Rusholme: but it’s fabulous. Absolute perfect balance of challenge and meditation, with great alternative options if a pose doesn’t work for you. Just what I need at the moment. Staff at reception are super welcoming too. Will keep going back for sure.

BobbyandMichael Harris: Friendly, inclusive yoga studio. Very good variety of classes - including vinyasa, rocket, yin, pilates. Plenty of space. Good changing facilities. Cafe.Love coming here 🏻

Susan: Really great venue. I loved Morning Flow with Angela Conjaerts who went at a great pace, and who had a really good, inclusive approach. Felt very grounded afterwards!

Francesca d'Enno: Yin-Yang on a Monday evening with Austin is so so brilliant. He is a fantastic teacher and the studio is so lovely. I always leave feeling balanced, like I’ve had a great workout, and calm! Really recommend the studio and Austin as a teacher.

Tanya Barrow: This class is like a ray of sunshine in the middle of a busy day. No let up, straight to it, but is really energising and a fabulous way to start the week

Tatiana McIntosh: Beginner yoga with Becky is our absolute favourite thing! She’s so welcoming and calming and has such a great approach to teaching and what yoga should really be about. Feels really inclusive in a way that I’ve never seen in a yoga studio before.

raffaela mattiozzi: I love the classes with Lydia so much ,She always teach amazing classes and I feel super relax.

The House of Yoga Putney: what do users think?

Laura Meyer: class so she tailored everything to us. And as someone returning to yoga and feeling super out of shape this was immensely appreciated 🙏🏻 The space itself is a really lovely indoor/outdoor room with huge windows and skylights - so very relaxing. A truly wonderful Saturday afternoon!

Sara Vida: as I missed it so much! THOY provides a great sense of community offering a wide variety of classes both in person and online with brilliant instructors. Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

giuliana damiano: Great yoga teachers, different types of yoga classes and a clean, cozy and welcoming place.

Lucia Hargasova: What a wonderful studioBeautiful space, lovely changing room and very qualified teachers. The room is not too hot like in typical hot studios. Big variety of classes too and the flexibility of joining online really helps. I tried their 21 day intro so had the chance to meet several amazing teachers. I just wish I lived little closer by!Thank you for you light 💗

Faye Koulinsky: Teachers are great

Tina Vilaca: The extra that yoga gives you though, is the exercise of your mind, to find inner peace, and patience, and generosity, and forgiveness... And the sessions introduced that to me, and is a benefit that I had totally not expected!Have already signed up for the monthly unlimited, and will be looking forward to continue this wonderful new journey! ^_^The THOY website, and the app, give you a schedule, and insight on what they are, what to expect etc - all online, you book and it's optional to add it to your calendar, cancellation is allowed up to 2h before, and you can get in minutes before. There is a no-show-fee that you need to be aware, and they also provide the same session online via zoom.Thank you to all teachers, and to THOY!! Namaste! :

Rosie Price: Booked through class pass. Staff are friendly and offer corrections in moves. Clean facilities and stabilise for mats and blocks available.

Ellie C: Great studio, great teachers, great classes. I'm a beginner, I tried Yin yoga, High Flow and Gentle Flow so far. I must say Gentle flow was best to start with as I had more time to understand the placements and positions and make the most of it.

Bernard GreenWalker: What an amazing, positive, caring place.

Reya: I've been going to THoY since May and I love it.The atmosphere is lovely, the people are kind and the teachers know what they're doing. It's clean, smells nice and you can always ask questions if you have them.I highly recommend it.

Lerika L: I´ve practiced there in my last holidays in London. There are amazing teachers, this is an amazing place, everybody is very friendly, clean spaces. I can't wait to come back.

Marcus Vilaca: I have been practicing Yoga for just over 3 years, but Covid meant I had a 1 1/2 year period of only online practices. Back in October I decided it was time to change that and joined THoY. What a great decision! The instructors are first class, the facilities are very good and the atmosphere is fantastic. The time table is also very good, and there is a fair choice of classes. I recommend unreservedly.

xius C: Best spot to practice. Really nice place. Been dazzled the first time I was there and been going to practice as often as possible. Only found out about this place from another yoga teacher and very grateful.

Patricia Pérez: I will definitely be back.Highly recommend this school!!!!

letizia perazzini: Love this place, and when visiting London, you can find me there.

Svetlana: Dharma Shala is an amazing place! The atmosphere in the shala is safe and peaceful. It is clean and very nicely decorated. It is right next to the metro station. I love that the shala opens early, you can come in as early as 4:30 am. Hamish is the nicest person I met and he is very experienced! His tips helped me a lot and I will keep coming back to this shala whenever I am in London. 🙏🏼

D C: Teachers are consistently excellent and are confidently able to tune into and respond to the needs of the class. A beautiful sense of creativity and freedom.LOVE YOTL.

Seeta Kalghatgi: I have been coming back to this studio for over a decade. The teaching is exceptional and the yoga is rooted in kindness. I always leave feeling like I've been hugged!

Zael Ligertwood: A welcoming, heavenly space where you will be held from the moment you walk in the door. The teachers have so much experience and plan sequences that will nourish you.

Martha Clark: I really appreciate the online classes offered by Yoga on the lane by experienced teachers at a range of times that fit around my work. Their instructions are clear and they keep an eye on us all to let us know if not understood the move/position. The teachers are all warm and encouraging and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Kate Hawkins: Favourite place for yoga. The best teachers and community.

Shelly Peleg: I've been going to YOTL for nearly 2 years now, and it has become a huge part of both my physical and mental well-being. It's an absolute gem of a yoga studio, with the most cosy atmosphere and teachers and other fellow practitioners that always make you feel welcomed and held. Words cannot describe how meaningful this place is for me. Highly recommend!

Camilla Artault: My favorite place for yoga. It's small, friendly and really inclusive with a down-to-earth atmosphere. Teachers I've had are welcoming and unpretentious. The founder, Naomi is just such a warm and lovely person and this really permeates the whole studio. Their online classes are also excellent.

Sophie Gibbings: YOTL has been a sanctuary for me for over 2 years. The community that practice here are warm and kind. Every time I leave the studio, I feel held and supported.

Family Polnikov: Yoga on the Lane is a beautiful space filled with warmth and outstanding teaching. You will be welcomed and held throughout your practice. I thoroughly recommend classes, workshops and trainings run by the teachers at YOTL, including their online classes, where they offer the same level of care and attention as for their in-person classes.

Charlie Behrens: I've been coming to Yoga on the Lane for 10 years now, and it's my absolute favourite yoga studio. When I first got into yoga I went all over town trying out trials and ended up only coming back to YOTL. The approach is vinyasa-flow based with a mindful focus, the teachers always ensuring that you do what's right for you in your practice. Naomi Annand, who founded the studio, is as absolute diamond; her ethos carries through to all the other teachers, who are kind and connected as well as highly skilled.

Abel Kiros: Had my very first yoga session with Madeline. I can not thank her enough for how much I have come to appreciate yoga as an enjoyable daily routine since that session.

Bikram Yoga Canary Wharf: what do users think?

Mark Wilhelms: Great studio, felt like home, but and inspiring all at the same time. Both teachers were great and offered some new perspectives which i was able to incorporate in my practice.

Nuria A: I enrolled in Bikram Yoga London one month ago I enjoy the practice a lot. I prefer the London Bridge one because it's bigger, but sometimes I go to the Canary Warf as well. What I don't like is the carpet, I don't think it's the best choice for a yoga studio. The teachers are nice, most of them are in both studios.

sachin kanekar: It IS challenging! But the sweat the the calories burnt and the feeling afterwards makes it totally worth it.

Polly Gould: First Bikram class in 18 years and wow what a class. I chose Conleath as he has a performing arts background which I have connections with and knew he would deliver a powerful class ! Best class in years and amazing teacher ! I could punch the air with happiness ! Bikram I’m back and addicted already.Brilliant room tooNo where near as flexible as I was back in my last Bikram days however I know with weekly practice I will see great improvement. The beauty of the repeat of 26 poses each class you get to monitor your improvement on your own Bikram journey. Very happy to have this quality me time weekly. Thankyou

Zhang Xiaotang: It was a great experience, hot yoga. Although I was very tired after the practice, I felt much more relaxed. I hope that if I keep practicing, I can achieve standard yoga movements in the future😛The teacher is also great

Lavinia Andreea Amuzan: Today was my first day at Bikram Yoga in Canary Wharf, i had a lovely time, the teacher Valeria was on point and helped me every step when i need it.Also the place was very clean and full of good energy! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Yann B: who instantly made me feel at ease and explained to me how the class works. The combination of yoga postures with heat actually feels very good. They have currently an amazing offer for new starters...Don't hesitate to give it a go!

Henry Lam: What can I say, one the best places to practice hot yoga in London and fairly local to me. Very good sweat 💦

Kira Savcenko: Valeria is such a wonderful teacher! Very friendly staff too. Thank you!

Don Brennan: A very unique yoga experience.Warm and personal interaction aligned with an understanding and engaging yoga coaching stlye. I came away elated and looking forwardto our next session 🙏🏻

Andrew Frengley: Every class is a joy. The teachers are always good and the yoga varies enough to keep it perpetually interesting. Clientele are relaxed and friendly.

M M: I really enjoy the friendly and informal tone to the classes which puts you at ease. I find it helps you to better understand the purpose behind each pose and how to achieve it, without feeling like I have to know all of the terminology.Even when I am tired and not feeling like it, I always feel better after a class and look forward to the next.I’m excited for when they move into the new studios too.

Joanna Blankleder: Best yoga studio in North London. Instructors are knowledgeable and attentive to everyone's needs. Different types of yoga to suit your every need, from vinyasa to a honey flow. Always feeling refreshed after every class.

Kymberly Gormer: Vanessa and her team are warm and friendly teachers who always give an incredible class. I love that they use their knowledge to slightly adjust your postures so you get the best out of your practice. It is definitely one of the top places in London for a truly holistic and wholesome yoga experience. I would 100% recommend!

Nicole gerber: Great teaching and adjusting, varied classes , welcoming atmosphere - all served with a smile. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Nicola Englezou: I started practising yoga with Vanessa almost 10 years ago and was delighted to hear about One Yoga London. In the last couple of years, I've tried the pilates classes with Belle too. I keep coming back as both Vanessa and Belle are excellent teachers - very friendly, attentive, and helpful - so you get the most out of your practise. I'm hoping to try some of their other classes at some point too and highly recommend One Yoga London.

Sarah Goodman: One Yoga is without a doubt the best yoga studio I've been to in London - the teachers are so warm, kind and welcoming. The classes feel very personal, they always make the effort to learn everybody's name and take the time to check your posture and adjust if necessary. Highly recommend!

Meletios Evdokias: I have been coming to One Yoga for years. I am never disappointed, always learn something new as all the teachers are extremely knowledgeable. They are friendly, and they want the best for you. Couldn’t live without one yoga!!

Rosie Giorgi: I've only done the online classes as I live nowhere near, but I can't recommend them enough and I hope one day to make it to the studio! Special shout out to Vanessa, Adriana and Jackie - their classes are fantastic, but all teachers whose classes I've done have been great to be honest.

Ella Duffy: As a real yoga novice, I was hesitant about coming but I’m so glad I did - all the staff here are so kind, welcoming and helpful and made me feel completely at ease!

Martusienka Zukowska: Definitely best studio in the area. Variety of hatha, vinyasa and yoga nidra classes. Great meditation and sound bath workshops.Would highly recommend.

Becca Chiplen: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI did a virtual class for the first time this week. The teacher was great, clear instructions, great class and the virtual aspect worked well. The only thing i would say to improve would be the lighting. The teacher was back lit by the window, so in silhouette, it would have been nice to see her better. Highly recommend!
