Circus: what do users think?

Nick Ghateh: We had a large group gathering on Saturday night at circus restaurant, located in Covent garden with easy excess by underground. Obviously, the place isn’t for a person with “ a great palate “ but more for a great night with food and entertainment . The interior is nice and dynamic prepared for performance , music and food, which is Asian fusion . Staff are very attentive and helpful. Space are limited . We were around 16 old friends to celebrate birthday 🎂 . The concept was good , we enjoyed ourselves with the acts . Our table was much smaller than expected and we could literally not have enough space to enjoy our food and drinks . We ordered set menus . Food was better than expected but could be improve a lot with a bit more attention and fresh ingredients rather ready made, such as gyoza ! Never seen edamame was served in Ice but a new experience . On all acceptable for average palate . Staff were amazing as well manager .I strongly recommend Circus , if you’re not too fussy about food and can enjoy the ambiance , acts and music . A Gold star to DJ as he was fantastic.I will definitely go back for a memorable night but not recommend to anyone who is expecting "mise en place" ! Please follow me on Instagram! Shakira: Beautiful

Melisaa Parkins: Great staff and great concept! If the menu changes often, I want to revisitFood wise, it’s good enough but not good value for money on its own.But the whole experience is what matters here.the ambience is all that we enjoy and have fun highly recommended to you guys to visit this placeWheelchair accessibility: Depends on the availability

helen tilley: Lovely, just lovely. Delicious food. Service impeccable.

Lorenzo Martini: I love 10 Greek Street! Been there a couple times already and I'm planning on going many more. Their menu is constantly changing, providing a new experience with every visit. The food is always amazing and very special. It is definitely recommended to reserve a table as I never had success with walk ins. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and that can interfere with conversation.

Martin Brown: Outstanding food and service

Rebecca Hasler: Incredible dinner for our anniversary while visiting London. Waitress was great at recommending number of items to serve and each dish was great tasting. Daily changing menu given a creative chef. Would for sure return.

Jack M: ! Food was terrific & atmosphere unmatched. Shout out to Kyel in particular for going above & beyond in helping my Mum. We’ll be ducking back in during their next visit. Cheers :

Andrew Cartwright: trip in the lift and we was on floor 40 - home to Duck and Waffle. We were greeted and taken to our table, which had a beautiful view out over London. I hadn't a clue what to order but decided on the first option, 'the duck and waffle' which weirdly came with some sort of mustard maple syrup and a fried duck egg. Yes, I had no idea if the flavours would go but actually I really enjoyed it! There was also lots of options for drinks, but it was a tad early for anything overly fancy, perhaps next time...!I really enjoyed the visit to Duck and Waffle. The service was good, the atmosphere and view were great, and the food was superb!

Hereford Road Restaurant: what do users think?

Mike Griffin: Consistently excellent. Faultless cooking, with a relaxed and informal atmosphere. I like the two-seat booths opposite the open kitchen, but there are larger tables and booths in the sunken rear of the restaurant, where a large round skylight lets the light in. I had potted crab, which is served warm, infused with butter and mace, followed by a lemon sole with roasted cauliflower and capers. Both were excellent. My partner had a starter of chicken livers with tarragon and green beans, followed by beautifully cooked lamb with celeriac, anchovy and rocket. All the dishes were delicious. Relaxed but efficient service. Well worth a regular visit.

Daniel Evans: The v best supper in a very long time.Beautifully balanced menu , intelligently n diligently seasonal.Astonishing value

Jess Kwok: overall: the presentation might seem simple but the taste is immaculate & warm. great value 2/3-course set lunch on fri & sat. great place for a family meal.ham hock 🍖: comforting dish with bold flavours that complements each other. the saltiness of ham is balanced by the mellow mustard. the gherkins also add texture & sourness to contrast the mustard.hispi cabbage : no fuss cabbage. perfect texture & hearty butter flavour.buttermilk pudding 🍮: silky smooth texture. super duper milky flavour. who would’ve thought the sharpness of a single strawberry is all that’s needed to elevate the dessert.service 🍴: obviously understaffed since there’s only 2 front of house running the entire service, but their efficiency & attentiveness is top notch.

Ed Zilla: Really nice and friendly restaurant. Small and classical dishes. Will be back soon.

Duncan Kilpatrick: Enjoyed our visit here. Got the lamb and pork and appreciated the value for the price. The service was good but sometimes a bit pushy. Overall would recommend to anyone in the area!

Casey: Beautiful British food. Enjoyed every main dishes I tried especially the salt beef.

Andy Walton: Excellent value for money, well cooked seasonal produce with an interesting wine list.

Ngan Kash: This is a very popular restaurant, and I have to say: Its by far the BEST STEAK I have tried for my whole life. The meat is tender, juicy and right on spot. And the fried potato is layered with crispiness and softness. Everything is very flavourful and very very lovely. I don’t usually leave comment on google map, but this literally give my a big surprise!

George A.: En kulinarisk opplevelse på et høyere nivå enn prisen skulle tilsi! Anbefaler lunsjen. Koselig lokale også - verdt turen.

Layla Delaney: A hidden gem of a restaurant! The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and mouthwatering cuisine make it a true culinary treasure. The menu offers a diverse range of flavorful options, catering to various palates. Whether for a special occasion or casual dining, this restaurant consistently delivers a remarkable experience.

Caitlin Murphy: Absolutely fantastic food and service was brilliant. Sat outside on a beautiful day and it was very quaint. The asparagus and artichoke starters were amazing, and we actually forgot that we ordered the crispy potatoes after our mains came, but they were delicious! And the wine didn’t disappoint! It makes for a romantic, date spot, but is also just a reliable spot for a fantastic meal.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian starter options and a good, grain based, flavourful main

Maria Weißenbruch: This is the perfect place for a romantic dinner in the heart of London. The atmosphere is nice and calm inside, you feel very welcome and the service is extraordinary. There are also some places outside, but we preferred to book a table inside. The menu is small, which is absolutely not an issue, because it is very well set up and the dishes are perfectly combined and arranged. The price is indeed a bit higher, however, absolutely worth and representative for the good quality of the food. We will definitely come back and highly recommend to visit Kitty Fisher's for a special occasion.

Emma: I was looking for a quick bite around the area and found this place on the map. At first glance, the menu looked a little pricey, but after seeing how big the sandwich is, I would say it's worth the price. I ordered a pork katsu sando and the meat was thick and juicy, perfectly cooked. It's much bigger and thicker than many other places

Robert Jobeus: A very pleasant intimate restaurant, impressed by both staff and food.Recommended dishes Crispy Potatoes …

Heather Dolland Tamam: Absolutely loved everything about our dining experience at Kitty Fisher's Mayfair. If you appreciate a cozy tucked away dining room, great service and delicious food, it's a great place. We would certainly be back. The ambiance is everything.I can imagine being there on cold day. The feeling is like a warm hug when you're welcomed home.

Theodore: very delicious!Recommended dishes Crispy Potatoes …

Nikita Sharaev: Impressive wine list and quirky delicious small plates. Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere inside and spacious outdoor seating.

Sahil & Sneha: Celebrated our friend’s 30th birthday here. Delicious food and cocktails, and exceptional service by our server Sam. Highly recommend for a special celebration. Good vegetarian options and the restaurant caters very well for any dietary requirements too.Recommended dishes Tiramisu …

Nick La Rocca: Cozy and intimate spot with small plates that all pack a welcome punch. Drinks, wine selection and well crafted menu make for a very enjoyable evening. Did I not find it or is the Sicilian heritage hidden intentionally? Whatever the reason don’t miss this wonderful meal.

Taras B: nice atmosphere, nice food, the price was a bit high, plus we left hungry after a starter and a main each, 170 for those plus a bottle of wine, not many options for lactose intolerantDietary restrictions: not many options for lactose intolerant, at least 0/2 mains

HJ Park (Rebecca): arrived around 6 pm so there was no one at that time, but when we were leaving the place was full. all the dishes were good, maybe only the tiramisu was a little too sweet.Recommended dishes Tiramisu …

mr sink: Ever since the new chef took over this place has been so much better! Standout dish was the veal and eel! Service was nice as well.

Kandy Rowan: We went for the scraps menu, where the kitchen sets the menu based on what ingredients they want to use up.We were told the menu and it sounded good, and when the dishes arrived they didn't disappoint. We even had a half bottle of wine left over from a wine tasting they had done earlier that day.Friendly, knowledgeable service too.

Geoffrey Berg: ! I was a bit daunted seeing Zebra, Crocodile and Kangaroo on the menu, and the interior looks a bit like your hippy friend Moonsong's apartment from the 90s, but the food was delicious and the service was great and I found myself wishing I had been more adventurous in my choices. Oh well, there's always next time, and I would come back, especially since with 50% off on The Fork, it was shockingly good value.

Kunal Shitap: Recommended dishes White Chocolate Truffle

Mudassir Ali Khan Rajput: This is without doubt one of my very favourite restaurants in London. The food is exceptional and the service always friendly yet professional. Very good value as well considering the depth of the cookery and quality of ingredients used. Would highly recommend!! 🙌 …

シフォ: . The food is beautiful, but not particularly new.The taste was also normal. It was a salon-style room at the entrance.Interesting interior but uncomfortable.I passed the yellow room on my way to the bathroom, but this place seems like it could be slow. The toilet looks interesting, butDifficult to use and uncomfortable. Toilets should be made easier to use, such as making the washbasin wider, making it easier to store luggage, and making it easier to close the door.

Artusi: what do users think?

Dani D: Good value Sunday lunch menu. Although, we actually didn’t have the original menu as they had run out of every dish on the set menu and seemed to have improvised, but it still tasted decent

Will Stern: I keep coming back to this local place because it always has something delicious on its short but satisfying menu. Sometimes things aren't quite to my taste, the borlotti beans and samphire were lacking something to elevate them but the meatball starter was delicious. Again my companion's Ragu was better than my pasta dish but overall the meal was excellent. The Amaro spritz was delicious. It's a local restaurant worth returning to.

London Double Trouble: Such a little hidden gem very much enjoyed this first experience at Artusi 🙏 it's a short walk from Peckham Rye Station as well.It was a hot day, so it's perfect if passing by and heading to the common to chill out or look around. The food was fresh, especially the pasta, and both were large dishes, and there was a nice menu for lunch and enough choices for drinks too. It's quite a small venue but don't be put off by that.Solid A****LDT x

Timothy Tyndale Brockbank: **A War Reporter's Account of Artuzi: The Italian Gastronomic Oasis***Date: June 10, 1917**Location: Artuzi, an Italian Restaurant*As the tumultuous echoes of war engulfed the nearby streets, I sought refuge in an oasis of Italian cuisine known as Artuzi. Nestled amidst the chaos, this culinary haven promised respite for my weary soul. Equipped with a pen and a palate yearning for satisfaction, I embarked on a gastronomic adventure, armed only with my observations and a thirst for culinary enlightenment.Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an air of warmth and familiarity. Sunlight poured through the windows, casting a golden hue upon the patrons as they indulged in hearty Italian fare. In the midst of this quaint atmosphere, I found solace and prepared myself for the culinary journey that awaited me.Opting for a glass of Gavi, a crisp white wine known for its refreshing qualities, I allowed its cool embrace to wash away the weariness of the battlefront. The wine, like a gentle zephyr, danced upon my palate, whispering tales of distant vineyards and sun-drenched orchards. It offered a respite from the heat of the summer, a temporary ceasefire in the relentless battle against dehydration.Alas, the first taste of battle arrived in the form of a plate of pesto and split pea pasta. As I ventured forth, I found the dish to be somewhat lacking in seasoning, failing to reach the crescendo of flavors that my battle-hardened taste buds craved. The pesto, though vibrant in color, lacked the robustness required to fully conquer my palate. Nevertheless, I soldiered on, confident that the subsequent course would prove more victorious.Taking refuge in a glass of Nebbiolo, a noble red wine with its crimson hues reminiscent of bloodshed, I braced myself for the arrival of a dish that promised redemption. The pasta with beef ragu proved to be a worthy adversary, the rich and robust sauce enveloping the tender strands of pasta like battle-worn soldiers finding solace in each other's embrace. Here, the seasoning sang triumphantly, its flavors merging in a symphony of satisfaction that swept me away, if only momentarily, from the battlefield outside.Yet, amidst this culinary strife, there was one constant source of pleasure—sitting in the sun. As I sat bathed in its warm embrace, the world outside seemed to fade away, and for a fleeting moment, the horrors of war were a distant memory. The golden rays kissed my face, bestowing upon me a semblance of tranquility in an otherwise turbulent world. In this moment, I understood the profound power of simple pleasures, of basking in the sunlight as if it were a beacon of hope in the midst of darkness. To quench my thirst, I summoned a mighty bottle of sparkling water, a testament to the perseverance and resilience of the human spirit. As the effervescent bubbles danced upon my tongue, they carried with them a sense of rejuvenation, a reminder that even amidst the chaos, life's simplest pleasures can provide relief. In conclusion, Artuzi, despite its occasional missteps, offers solace to weary souls seeking refuge from the storm of war. Its ambiance, bathed in sunlight and infused with the spirit of Italian hospitality, provides a sanctuary for those yearning for respite. Though some dishes may falter, there are victories to be found, particularly in the form of the pasta with beef ragu. And in the midst of it all, the enduring joy of sitting in the sun and the refreshing embrace of sparkling water are beacons of hope that remind us of life's enduring beauty, even in the darkest of times.

Sophie My Nguyen: Menu seems seasonal but I had the best mackerel in my life here! The gnocchi was one of the best I ever had as well. My husband got the other pasta and my friend got a veggie dish, all soooo gooood! Drooling again remember the dish and it’s just a few hours ago! It’s a quaint little spot but the service was excellent they pay attention and being so kind and accommodating to us being a walk-in with a toddler!

Alastair Boast: A rare find. Our experience at Artusi was amazing. We had the lunch menu. There were several vegetarian options available, and the wine list perfectly matched the food style.Staff were extremely friendly. If you are going to visit, then bookings are must as Artusi does fill up quickly.

Kate Taylor: Pretty good but a bit £. Found service too be quite slow.

Michael Lang: Great place if you’re up to try experimental foods or ingredients that are not overused and standard in other places. My friends and I loved trying new and fresh ingredients with our favourites being the fried pumpkin and the lamb shoulder.

Julien Pourik: Absolutely great staff and set up. Guinea fowl was heavenly , altough other dishes might not have been to our particular taste tonight but we will come back again!

Aisha: Excellent service and the most delicious and beautifully made food, so glad this is local to me i look forward to many more meals here!

Tom Gorbatt: Excellent wine and dine, amazing dishes, non like I’ve tried before, combined with an amazing selection of wines and perfect service, came back with my vegetarian girlfriend and she loved it as well. Highly recommended for people who like good food and wine!

Philip Beswick: . Highly recommend!

Rachel Tang: Lovely lovely restaurant with knowledgeable attentive staff and inventive flavors. I live in New York and visit euro and not often am I surprised by flavors and find dishes interesting or incentive anymore. Bright proved me wrong. Solid dinner- great date spot

Jack Thompson: Fantastic lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Food is creative and all very well balanced with good acidity. Friendly service as well.

Alex Achim: Excellent concept place for lunch / brunch!

Fouhmi: Great wine BTG. Very friendly bartender. Their sea bass crudo was delicious

Brad Hardman: Amazing meal out here last month, food was all spectacular and the service we got was great - attentive and casual with our waitress having a laugh with us as well as checking on us and also suggesting great wines. The chickpea pannise were crispy outside and soft inside. The pizza fritta lives on in my dreams, it was so good I ordered it again instead of dessert after the main courses. Great pasta, I particularly loved that meaty salty carbonara. The polenta with meatballs was also a delight and so great. Thanks for a great meal before Christmas for me to treat my parents to some of the best dinning in London!

Alexandre Viault: We had dinner here for New Year’s Eve and it was excellent. Great wine selection too!

The Palomar: what do users think?

Adrian Pop: The food was very tasty and the staff was friendly and attentive. Food was ready quite quickly. The price point was reasonable considering how good everything tasted. To start off our meal, we sampled a variety of appetizers, and each dish was skillfully prepared. The Baba ganoush stood out with its combination of tahini and mint. The labneh was creamy and refreshing, and the hummus silky smooth and very flavorful. The fatoush salad was also good. For our main course, we opted for the octopus, ras el hanout chicken, and polenta with mushrooms and cheese. All were very tasty, but the polenta stood out - earthy, creamy, a bit salty from the cheese - just perfect. The only negative thing I could say is that the pita/bread sizes could be a bit bigger.Overall, a really good experience!

Priscila N: Lovely place, delicious food to share in tapas style

Anna Small: Amazing!Came here again after 5 years. It’s still amazing. TJ was the best waiter we had the entire time we were in London. I do wish the portions were bigger because its so delicious.

Quo Vadis: what do users think?

Andrew Miller: My happy place

Bernadette Minton: is mis-categorized - the porchetta is wonderful but with all the capers, and the anchovies and the sauce - the flavors are so strong and so salty

N T: Super British food. Tasty, quality ingredients and good portions. Lots of unique and traditional dishes to choose from. Their pastries / pies are also amazing. They are open to non-members while they renovate, so definitely a must try before it isn't open to the public.

Sujon Biswas: Nice

dittatorrichard: Esperienza ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista!

Alexandra Bissett: so this piquant version was a delicious surprise. The meaty pieces of smoked eel, smothered in fiery horseradish cream and Dijon mustard almost overwhelm the dish. But the sourdough bread pulled it together for me. Is the pickled onion a touch too much given the strong flavors of horseradish cream and Dijon? Perhaps, but I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful eel sandwich. The pie of the day was chicken with white sauce. The lovely crust with the creamy and satisfying filling were a perfect match. It was hearty and perfect for the rather dreary April weather. Loved this restaurant!
