Although I think Marcy is doing quite a good job, their products and the tools are very old. Literally I have done my manicure two weeks ago and it never looked worse. The staff in the salon is extremely helpful and friendly, all of my questions have been answered to satisfying degree. After the patch test I have immediately bought a package for hair removal. Hannah: Avoid I had such a terrible experience here when having laser treatment. Maria (I think that was her name) the therapist was very rude, abrupt and even accused me of being a liar, completely unprofessional. She made me feel very uncomfortable during the session and I honestly just wanted it to be over and done with as soon as possible. Camden beauty spa should really consider whether they want such awful staff at their establishment. She genuinely has as much charisma as a wet towel.

Hannah Augood-Rason: Honestly the best laser removal in London. The machines are the best you can find.. they are honest about the levels they use on the machine. The team is so friendly and lovely. I have had to reschedule due to work a few times and they are so understanding. To feel comfortable having this treatment is rare. I will not be going anywhere else for my treatment. lorenzzo1312: I was very sceptical and a bit worried at first going into the clinic and the treatment as my hair is very dark and thick and wasn’t sure of the results I could achieve. I knew I made the right choice straight away after meeting Zara and her colleague who were so great at putting my mind at easy and who breezed through all the treatments which were so quick and painless and I would say, not even uncomfortable in any way. Esizaze Ozekhome: I’d trust issues initially as I’ve had horrible experience with laser in the past. However, after research and positive reviews, I decided to try this out and it was the best decision. Started seeing result after the first session. I’m about to finish my course and I can say I’m more confident thanks to the laser. This is good for all skin types but particularly dark skin. I’d definitely be having my treatments here. Lauren Michael: I made an appointment here while on vacation as the location was near my hotel and I’m so glad I did. Anna was amazing! Great conversation and best Brazilian and eyebrow wax I’ve ever gotten. She was super thorough and took the extra time to make sure everything was bare.

Kristina Kapur: Ahead of my holiday I went to Apple and Eve to do waxing. I picked a bunch of areas online and it was so easy to get an estimation of time and money for everything I wanted to get done beforehand. My esthetician was Jacquie, she was amazing. I had bikini, armpits, nose, lips and eyebrows waxing. The whole experience was painless (thanks to their Lycon wax) and Jacquie did everything in 35 minutes! Just fantastic! I’m very happy and will be coming back.

Danielle Steffensen: Jacquie is amazing! I get electrolysis for my eyebrows, and she does an amazing job. It’s tough to find somewhere and someone to make you feel comfortable getting constant needles in the face!! The salon is clean and lovely. I highly recommend it.
Nhien Vo: The ambience of this place is certainly lovely as it creates a relaxing mood before the service began. The therapists were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more enjoyable. I had a 60 minutes aromatherapy massage and facial. The towels were warm which makes you not want to leave. The massage table was more comfortable compared to others places. The service itself is great for stress-relief which was my intention for the visit. The products they used for my facial are very good. My skin is still feeling fresh and soft 24 hours later. I think overall, it is a quality experience. The salon is located on a quiet street which is an important aspect.

She really helped to alleviate the stiffness in my shoulders. I felt really refreshed after the session which also included a facial, and manicure.

Crystal Chan: Have used this place for my laser hair removal for a while now and have always been happy with the staff and great service, but have to really give thanks to Zara for taking such great care of me today! She was careful not to use too much pressure (great for sensitive skin) and took her time carefully covering all the parts so none were missed and also listened to any concerns I had. Lily Gessey: Through Wowcher, I was gifted six sessions of laser hair removal for two small areas. Having completed all six sessions over the last year, I can see little to no reduction of hair. On my last couple of sessions, I did mention that I saw little change and felt no pain from the laser which does lead me to question the effectiveness of their equipment. catalina gradinaru: The Mitra Salon team are great. I used them for the past 2 years. Today I had my 3rd haircut and blow dry and I get exactly what I asked for every time. My favourite is Mitra when it comes to haircut, Zara is also great. I am also doing laser hair removal here Hollywood and armpit area, they had a great deal. I got 6 sessions, I am almost finished. Shazad ( Iprobably misspelled her name) is meticulous when treating me. In terms of results I’d say I notice a 50% reduction so far. (Iknow that for proper result 8/10 sessions are recommended). I had a fantastic experience with Ferial who did my hair and helped me tint my eyebrows before surgery. She was an angel to me as it made such a difference while I was in hospital for a few days. The first time I had threading done she examined my skin and advice to get a facial done roughly two weeks later I came back for the facial which was extremely useful! Tamin Madani: Very poor service- rude management. I got my highlights there more than a month ago. The lady wasn’t professional at all. I could say She was not sure what I wanted (baby highlights/half head). Instead she gave me almost full lights, with a colour totally different than what I wanted and a very obviously badly done line between the colors which was not faded nicely. I complained the day after and the manager rudely hung up on me. The lady was in rush the whole time and they charged me for the service that was not even ok. This is not acceptable.

Prachi Chouhan: Had an amazing experience today at Lemoge clinic. The staff is so warm, friendly and very professional at the same time. After being badly burnt in my 3rd full face session, the owner ignored my messages when I asked to be compensated for the burns on both side of my side burns with an additional laser session as they could not laser me until the scars had gone! I have paid for my side burns and they have refused me 3 sessions and are not even compensating for this when its THEIR staff that had burnt me. Terrible Service: Laser hair removal

sheeva malakouti: I have been going here for some time for both manicures and penicures and usually with the same person as he does a decent job. The salon has a cash only ‘policy’ or a bank transfer option, and today I wanted to do a bank transfer. Normally, I would give cash. The woman who is running the place was rude, unfriendly and demanded ‘can you not get cash from next door?!!’. Her tone was inappropriate and not at all the way to talk to a customer. I explained to her, ‘no I can’t as I don’t have my card with me. I am also pregnant and would rather not use the dirty machine for hygiene reasons.’ I said it’s usual you don’t have a cash machine, she said ‘yeah it’s costs money!!!’ and repeated, ‘GET cash’. what an unusual response, as you’re a business and are making money. It seems as a business you are too comfortable with your regular customers and think it’s okay to demand and speak rudely, instead of kindly requesting. There are plenty of other nail salons around the area who can do a decent job, but with better customer service.

Evie Bear: I have been twice here, the first time was okay. I loved both my nails and toenails and they lasted really well! It did however take 2hrs which was a long time but I was so happy with the results so I didn’t mind. The second time however I was made to wait for 40 mins before I was seen even though I had made an appointment. I was there for 2hrs 30 mins which was way too long. Other customers were also getting frustrated with the waiting time but I kept quiet as it is my nature. At the end of the sessions I was then told that I owed them money because I had received treatment that I hadn’t paid for which genuinely didn’t realise was the case. I presumed that they looked at my booking and just did what I had paid for. I refused to pay and two of the employees got very angry with me. I was so upset after I left because of the way I was spoken to and because I felt that I had wasted my time. Although they look nice, the quality of my nails aren’t as good as the first time I went. I am very disappointed and I will not be returning to the salon.

Nivedita Narayan: I started my laser treatment a year back and I have finished all my sessions this month. I see amazing results and I am extremely happy with it. Anh explained me the laser treatment process in detail and did a patch test too. She was extremely patient with any queries I had. The laser treatment done by Anh is very accurate and it does what she promises. She takes care of managing the schedule according to your convenience. I have had no issues at all. The price is dependent on different areas you are interested in getting a laser treatment for. I had visited places where they charge you the whole amount together but with Anh there is flexibility with per session. You can also see the results and stop whenever you want. Reasons to go for Elite Laser: - Anh (she is the best person there is for laser) - Flexibility in number of sessions needed for each area - Good price for the service provided - Same person doing my treatment every session (this was really important to me, I needed a comfort level) - Hygiene, the place is spotless - Flexibility with session (there were times I couldn’t make it and Anh rescheduled it without any issues) - Overall a good vibe that you get when you see the place, everyone there is so committed and polite. They really believe in a great customer service.
Emme Laith: The best nail salon in West London! Ming is a perfectionist and she does nails to last. Amazing customer service. Friendly and clean. Would recommend highly. I have had 6 laser sessions with Anh with fantastic results she puts you at ease every single time. She is professional and knowledgeable. All round a great experience here.

Unknown B: I got a shellac pedicure done and my nail chipped within the first week!! Also the staff must have thought I was stupid as they tried to do a quick job and using short cuts to get the job done. Very bad will never come here again

Beam Phromsorn: Best salon ever. The staff were so so friendly! I was served water whilst I waited for my nail tech to come. Anh was so professional but also accommodated my needs. I’ve recently broken up with my partner and she decided to change the music in the salon so it was more upbeat. She addressed me by my name the entire time which made the experience a lot more personal. I also told her I needed to get back to work in time for my meeting and all 3 staff gathered to do my nails as quickly as possible and they still look incredible. Felt like a VIP! Will definitely be returning and taking my friends with me I 10000% recommend!

Marius Correct: I had a full body and facial massage. It was amazing: the atmosphere of the room in its total silence where just the carefully selected music and aromatic oils took me to a deep world of relaxation. Elisabeth uses only her hands, but the impression is that smooth tools go over your body in circles with a superb rythmicity, slowing down and pressing harder where and when needed. I highly recommend this place and Elisabeth for her dedication and talent.
Kristina Ekstrand Pansino: Elisabeth is a great beauty therapist who is professional at everything she does but yet friendly and will make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She really cares about the results and takes her time to explain the various treatments showing her great knowledge in this area. Dhiren Mistry: I was at first a bit apprehensive in going to Harley Street as I have heard both good and bad stories as well as the astronomical fees that some of the medical practitioners charge for their service. After a couple of months of research, speaking to friends and several recommendations, I decided to go ahead with getting hair removed with SKN Harley Street branch. From the initial consultation to after care service, SKN Harley Street have been amazing. Their staff are highly trained and well-versed with the various different procedures they offer as well how to look after your skin following the procedure. The prices are very reasonable compared to other hair removal clinics I researched and the location is very convenient to get to. I was able to get my treatment during my lunch break which helped save me time. I would highly recommend SKN Harley Street and their staff!

Lucy Thalange: I’ve been treated by Emily and Lucy and had a really welcoming experience! I felt safe and comfortable and the treatment is so effective! I now shave once every 4-6 weeks and that’s only after two treatments. I’ve had tattoos and waxing so I don’t find it too painful but it’s so quick that even if you have a low pain tolerance you would be fine. Tasneem Aliewi: Very poor customer service, appointments run through a call centre, instead of being able to call the clinic directly. You pay premium prices but you get a below average experience. Once you go in, the practitioners are actually good but wouldn’t recommend based on customer service alone. We did find this a bit confusing, until we were helped by a friendly staff member. You do have to watch times as they gave us a tight connection to the next attraction - no worries though as there was a wait time there. Well worth the time and cost

Baila Cohn: This was a fun place to visit! A bit hectic before going in as groups of schools seem to flock there but otherwise how fun! The wheel goes slow enough for you to take in all the sights and enjoy all the views!. The cabins are spacious enough for many people and are weather controlled. The view of there river from high above is amazing, you can usually get this attraction bundled with few others around the same area Negatives: long waiting line, short experience, if you really want to see the city from elevated point of view, i would recommend “Sky Garden” as more interesting option. Time: queue can extend up to 1.5 hours, the ride itself is around 30 minutes Children: suitable for children

Leadenhall Market: what do users think?
Han N Lumin: Beautiful structure and must visit if you are Harry Potter fans. Came at night and most stores are closed already except some bars and restaurants. It’s not that big so you can walk through the whole thing in like 2 - 3 minutes. Highly recommended if you are visiting the area. Multiple stations/bus stops nearby the market.
Chris Gledhill: Nice indoor market place with some pubs and restaurants and boutique shops. There’s usually good Christmas decorations during the festive season. Popular sport with bankers and insurance professionals to grab an after work drink. This was also used as a set in the first Harry Potter movie and the ‘Leaky Cauldron’ shop front can still be found.
The Bourques Abroad: Beautiful Market that has boutique shops & restaurants for everyone. It has the outdoor feel but is covered by beautiful covered architecture that dates back to the 14th century! Definitely add it to your list when you’re in London, even if it’s just a quick walk through.
Jennifer Miles: Not really a market or shopping area anymore. Doesn’t look like they did well after Covid. Mainly spots to grab a drink for happy hour or a small bite. Very picturesque though! Only worth a stop if you’ll be in the area (would not detour).
Matthew Harwood: A really nice market with plenty of decent restaurants and bars, all of which were very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The bars and restaurants are the only features that are open on a weekend and all of the main shops were closed. The building design is very impressive and has lots of hidden little features to look at.
Ayçin: It is a must for Harry Potter fans visiting London! The Diagon Alley shootings were shot in this market area. You will immediately feel the Harry Potter vibe when you walk into this hall market. There are some nice shops and restaurants around. It is easily accessible by bus or subway. Do visit here!

Joshua Carter: Was an excellent place to visit! The amount of history here was well beyond what I had originally imagined. Not only are there a lot of ties to British religious history, but British history in general. There are also ties to significant scientific, art, and literary icons throughout the last several hundred years. The free audio guide with your tour was also very helpful in giving a more in-depth look at some of the statues, memorials, and other sites to see during your visit. Overall highly recommend this tour!
Priyanka Prakash (Priya): By visiting the Westminster Abbey you visit a piece of history. It’s a definite top 10 attractions in London. The entry tickets are included in the London pass but we couldn’t do it on the days we had the pass so we bought tickets to the Abbey separately. You don’t have to buy tickets if you choose to attend a prayer service. The lines are usually long at the Abbey but they do mover quickly. The audio your gives to a general Idea of the history and the map of the place. It is a self conducted tour. It’s beautiful.
Neil Bradley: We have visited before but had more time this time around and made good use of the audio tour. There is an amazing amount of history and the audio guide is pretty much essential. We also paid extra to visit the Queens Diamond Jubilee Gallery (£4 I recall) but for me this was the highlight of the visit. The views are amazing and the exhibition itself is very impressive. As we had visited London by train we made use of the 2 for 1 days out scheme and got half price entry into the Abbey. Details are on most rail websites but you must print out the voucher in advance and have your return rail tickets with you.
Jim C: Definitely ones of the must-see attractions in England. Get the audio guide and follow the one-way route. We also did the hidden highlights tour, which we thought was fascinating and definitely worth it. I would give yourself at least an hour to an hour and a half to do the Abbey itself. And another hour and a half to do the Hayden highlights tour.
Nikko De Guzman: The price of the tickets are worth it. Very beautiful place. The audio tour guide will explain most of the important parts of the Abbey. I will definitely go back but this time I will avail the secret tour. Avail the crowned jewel tour as well.
Néstor Lucas Martínez: Expect long queues to entry the Abbey! Last time a visit the place the queue for entry was too long that the expected time to get in from the last position was way above 30 minutes! However, the places is worth the wait. Most of the most relevant persons in Britain history are buried here, and you can just get a grasp of all the importance given to their memories just by visiting the place.
Robby Yung: Definitely a must-see on the list of London tourist spots. The sculptures and the stained glass windows are gorgeous, but most people come for the history. The abbey is the burial place of kings and queens, scientists and artists, writers and musicians - a who’s who of the last five hundred years of British history. St. Paul's Cathedral: what do users think?
Deanna Farias: Massive Cathedral! You can buy family tickets that will save money. There is a security point before entering where they will check bags. We were able to get in pretty quickly without buying tickets ahead of time. So much detail both on the outside and the inside. It is worth visiting the crypt below and taking your time to view the Inscriptions on the floor. The beauty and elegance of these cathedrals kept me in awe. There are toilets down below in the crypt however keep your entrance ticket as they will check to make sure you can re-enter. There is also a souvenir shop and Cafe below in the crypt as well. Princess Diana was married in this Cathedral which was interesting. Plenty of places to sit in the gardens outside. There is also a display right now (Sept.2022) about Queen Elizabeth II in one of the rooms which was amazing to see.
Helen Waring: Since my most recent visit was a Sunday, I was unable to take photos inside the Cathedral which is an awe inspiring feat of architecture and creativity. Outside, the grounds are restful and beautiful, a towering icon amidst the high rise buildings of the city. Look up and ask yourself, how did this survive the Blitz? I believe the answer can be seen at the very pinnacle of the dome. On this occasion, the part that struck me was the juxtaposition of the ancient building, where Christopher Wren borrowed styles from Classical Greek and Roman architecture, the green and fountains being used by ordinary Londoners (and their dogs!) in a hot day and the skateboarders making use of the shady steps and walkways. Access for everyone - as it should be. It is, of course, worth going inside. It is free on Sundays although you can only access the rear section of the Cathedral; the balcony and crypt areas are all closed. It’s worth it just to hear the majesty of the organ in full flow or to attend one of several services, including evensong). If you want to see the whole Cathedral, book in advance, it’s cheaper (2022 prices: £18 for an adult versus £21 at the gate) and for the same price you can get access for a whole year. Allow plenty of time and try to go to the Whispering Gallery when it is relatively quiet so you get the full effect of the whispers.
Kamalasan Reddy VB: Amazing architectural and visual wonder. London’s most beautiful and historically significant landmark and highest point of the city. Gallery of various renowned artworks. Has two great bells known as Great Tom and Great Paul. Ascending to the whisper gallery, stone gallery and golden gallery leaves you stunned and awestruck. Audio guided tour makes your experience memorable. Must visit place and highly recommended
Umpy Pufflepum: Massive inside and out! Because of its size, it wasn’t crowded at all. We have already been to several cathedrals during our trip but St Paul’s is different. I wish the whispering gallery had been open, but I had to settle for the golden gallery if you can even call that settling! The views from the top levels are absolutely spectacular and the church is great. Staff was helpful, too. I would definitely recommend that you come here if you have time!
Robert Clarke: The cathedral is amazing. Tons of history inside the crypts. Also, a great tribute to the soldiers lost in WWII inside. The walk to the top is hard. Lots of steep steps and narrow halls. There are two different levels of the upper level There is no handicap access to the top. If you can make it to the top, the views are amazing. There is also a little window at the top that looks down on the cathedral floor. It takes at least an hour to get to the top and back down. It takes about 2.5 hours to get through including the hike to the top.
Marko Jovic: Very well maintained cathedral. It is very big with many details and ornaments all around. I would recommend going to the top where you can enjoy an amazing 360 view of London. If you decide to do that, be ready to climb hundreds of stairs (not so comfortable), but the reward is worth it. It was not that crowded when I was inside.
Paul Van Wyk: We only saw the outside and even that was breathtaking! Photographs could never do it justice, its grandeur is a must-see! Takes about 10 minutes to walk around but I will remember its beauty for a lifetime. The front doors are enormous and the attention to detail on the columns is wonderful. The gardens are well kept and open to the public. It costs £21 to go in (2022).
Rahul Choudhary: A wonderful architectural beauty. Great place to view the fusion of various era of architecture and beliefs. Most of the spaces are open to public, which can be explored individuals or along a guide. You will need 5-6 hours to cover it completely. A nice place if your interest is history, architecture or photography.
