Emma Hallinan: Professional and informed service, helped resolve issue, had bugs travelling up from a heavily infested flat underneath my flat , they did two heat treatments in total, The first treatment worked but I was getting a flow of live bugs coming up through my living room flooring from the flat below. Lainey Round: What a revelation! I have had many infestations of what I assumed were bed bugs and when me and my lodger started getting “bites” I assumed it was bed bugs again. Sarah came over and did the inspection extremely thoroughly. I have used various pest control companies before and many of them didn’t even do inspections before doing treatment for bed bugs - they just take the money. Sarah didn’t find any evidence of bed bugs and instead thought it to be carpet beetle larvae skins is causing skin reactions. Sarah explained the psychology behind bed bugs and how mass hysteria and anxiety can exacerbate skin reactions and how people often assume they have bed bugs but it can be many other things. She explained all the misinformation behind bed bugs and I was left empowered and educated. This is a rare ethical company who debunk all the myths behind bed bugs and won’t rip you off and treat you for bed bugs when you don’t have them like all the other pest control companies. Hannah Nelson: Highly recommend this place - finding bed bugs is obviously extremely stressful but this company were absolute lifesavers. Terry answered our initial phone call and was incredible - he was calm and patiently answered all of our questions even before we had decided to pay for their service. He seems to genuinely care and was extremely knowledgeable. We decided to go with the company based on this and had Sarah come out to do her initial inspection. As others have said, she is very thorough and reassuring. We needed to have two treatments for our bedroom but the second treatment was discounted which we appreciated. You will receive a very thorough folder with tonnes of useful information created by the owner (David). He is clearly an expert in the area which explains why the treatment was so successful. Elite Djz: Had Sarah from Bed Bugs Limited round today... Never have I dealt with a more professional and proficient company in my life. From the initial call they were on it. The adivce over the phone was my reason for using them above any of the other coimpany I contacted. They were extremely helpfull and filled me with confidence. Even after the treatment they left some detectors, I honestly believe wherether you have bed bugs or not every house in the UK should have detecors!!!!. Until you have bed bugs you have no idea what a real problem they are, and they ARE !!! If you get a case of these horrible bugs dont bother with any other company, use only Bed Bugs Limited ... ishmel: Zero professionalism, Rude agents and as for their treatment, they dont work. its quite sad to say but their agents are very rude and unprofessional and also have no customer service training. You pay a huge sum for treatment and they give you over 20 pages of guidelines to follow, after the treatment is done, if you experience any more bed bug and complain they will say its because you have missed out one point out of the 20 pages of guideline you have been given, therefore they can not help. There are better bed bugs companies out there that offer less for better quality and are genuinely ready to come back if the problem persist. And also their customer service desk is just one person taking all the calls,so if you decide to call to make a complain, he might decide to not tender your complain if he is not satisfied and not even pick up your number anymore and you have to be sending email to the company and guess what, its the same person taking the calls. A word is enough for the wise.
Darren Lim: Bed Bugs Limited were GREAT in dealing with the bed bugs problem in our house. The initial visit that lasted about 1.5 hours was very thorough and Sarah the technician was able to locate some faeces in one room and also an adult bed bug in another room. Sarah explained the GOOD techniques that have been developed by David and the team at Bed Bugs Limited to eliminate any infestation in properties. Since I had wrapped and thrown away my initial mattress in the room where I was being bitten Sarah had explained that I need to purchase a new mattress since part of the treatment and monitor process requires that there is a host present to check presence of further bed bugs. Following purchase of that mattress Sarah was able to visit our home again to carry-out the steam-clean and install passive monitors in each of the bedrooms which took around 2.5 hours. Sarah was excellent in providing details of the post-clean steps which ranges from Day 1 to Day 18. I believe the care shown by Sarah during her visit was excellent and the level of knowledge was GREAT A+*

Maria D: I called Craig in a slight panic with a suspected case of bedbugs. I’d spoken to a few other companies first who were all pushing me to book a treatment and not aiming in any way to help me diagnose the problem. Craig was completely different. He diagnosed bird mites over the phone and offered to come and locate the nest. He sent videos to help, and was so quick replying to my messages/calls. He came round with his colleague, and explained my options really clearly to me. A couple of days before they were due to visit, I suspected that our infestation was only minor as the bites had started to subside. Craig agreed that it would be good to wait and see before having us needlessly pay for the heat treatment. The mites did end up dying out but I had to leave a review as this was by far the best customer service we’ve had in a long time! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you again Craig!

Maud Pierlot: Craig and his son were super responsive (I called in a panic on Saturday evening and they were there the next morning, on a Sunday). I felt reassured by their professionalism, and by their eye for detail and obvious dedication to their job. The treatment is extreme yet chemical-free (I think a human would end up in the ER if subjected to such heat for so long), and I haven’t seen any bed bug since. Jason Lam: So after 4 years the mice had returned and had bitten through some of the foam block, but i put a call out again and Alex came back and re- sealed all the gaps with wire mesh and cleaned up all the droppings under the kitchen drawers and also added fresh traps and bait i could not access . Very polite, courteous and professional and had all the covid PPE on. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend I used this company about 9 months ago, and he completely blocked up every nook and cranny and every hole that was small enough to allow mice in.
