Pastaio: what do users think?

Samah Alageel: Delicious pasta, but limited appetizers options.

Karol Szafraniec: Naprawdę niezłe jedzonko , bardzo fajny wystrój i rewelacyjna muzyka , polecam

OAL cuilliere: Unas pastas riquísima, excelente lugar super cómodo en el corazón del sohp

Lisa: is doing the most wonderful job. If you want to go at peak times, you must absolutely book. Otherwise, it is easy to get a table if you are flexible, in between regular mealtimes, since they are open all day. Do also try the special drinks and desserts. They are constantly changing the menu, which is one of the most vegan friendly menus I have ever seen. Vegans have their own menu. I do wish the music could be turned down a bit so that you can hear

Aarthi Ravishankar: I wanted to give a special shout-out to Lyric - we dined on the 28th Feb. I’ve had some challenging dining experiences recently in other restaurants where the pressure to turn over tables leads to a rushed and unenjoyableservice. Lyric was so fantastic and warm - she gave my friends and I one of the best experiences we have had in a while. I’m really grateful - thank you!

Bocca di Lupo: what do users think?

Paddy Murphy: Consistently good seasonal Italian food in a great atmosphere. Eat at the counter if you can for the full experience. Great wine list with lots of good Italian regional wines and the old favourites if you want to splash the cash. It has a loyal clientele of soho enthusiasts which tells you all you need to know. Oh, and get a truffle from gelupo over the road and have with the agnolotti dal plin in season.

Ross Farquhar: courgette trifolate.Don't let dessert pass you by. There's a reason they run Gelupo, one of the best gelato shops in London, across the road. Two of us had the choux burger

Carl Hopkins: 25/5/22Tuna tartare, asparagus alla basannese with hard boiled eggs sauce.Cuttlefish and fresh peas.Light concentrated delicious healthyBrilliant simply brilliant.24/6/23Another sensational evening.I was sitting on a stool watching the team deliver fabulous food and brilliant service.Fossil fish and thinly sliced courgette ✅.Each dish is intensely flavourful.CHRecentSee pics. Another special occasion sitting on a bar stool. And I’m lunching here with family this Thursday.

Emilia's Crafted Pasta (St. Katharine Docks): what do users think?

okay, this is epic: Lovely place to sit by the marina and the restaurant is quite nice inside. The open kitchen is very cool. Food was pretty good but nothing amazing I think. Ravioli were definitely better than the Bolognese. The bruschetta was definitely the best of the dishes we tried. Bar seating is nice if you want a good view of the food being prepared in the kitchen. Seems like they're marketing themselves as a budget option but we didn't feel like it constituted good value for money.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian optionsParking: No parking available near the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair suitable

Jenny Liu: Nice home made pasta and tiramisu. You can see how the staff work in the kitchen- good hygiene standards. The pasta was nice, but the carbonara was too salty, and the truffle pasta seemed to be made from only a truffle sauce as there were no actual pieces of truffle in it. The signature tiramisu was very nice and fresh. Prices were about £20/person

S Os: This is a wonderful restaurant. I recommend it! This restaurant brings Italy to London. They have freshly made pasta, Al fresco dining as an option, and the atmosphere is lovely. You might have to wait up to 35 minutes to be seated outside, but a booking system is available for the indoor area if you don't want to wait.My partner and I waited, and we were NOT disappointed.Bruschetta starter, Pistachio pesto pasta & Bechamel bolognese;HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Enjoy!

Artusi: what do users think?

Dani D: Good value Sunday lunch menu. Although, we actually didn’t have the original menu as they had run out of every dish on the set menu and seemed to have improvised, but it still tasted decent

Will Stern: I keep coming back to this local place because it always has something delicious on its short but satisfying menu. Sometimes things aren't quite to my taste, the borlotti beans and samphire were lacking something to elevate them but the meatball starter was delicious. Again my companion's Ragu was better than my pasta dish but overall the meal was excellent. The Amaro spritz was delicious. It's a local restaurant worth returning to.

London Double Trouble: Such a little hidden gem very much enjoyed this first experience at Artusi 🙏 it's a short walk from Peckham Rye Station as well.It was a hot day, so it's perfect if passing by and heading to the common to chill out or look around. The food was fresh, especially the pasta, and both were large dishes, and there was a nice menu for lunch and enough choices for drinks too. It's quite a small venue but don't be put off by that.Solid A****LDT x

Timothy Tyndale Brockbank: **A War Reporter's Account of Artuzi: The Italian Gastronomic Oasis***Date: June 10, 1917**Location: Artuzi, an Italian Restaurant*As the tumultuous echoes of war engulfed the nearby streets, I sought refuge in an oasis of Italian cuisine known as Artuzi. Nestled amidst the chaos, this culinary haven promised respite for my weary soul. Equipped with a pen and a palate yearning for satisfaction, I embarked on a gastronomic adventure, armed only with my observations and a thirst for culinary enlightenment.Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an air of warmth and familiarity. Sunlight poured through the windows, casting a golden hue upon the patrons as they indulged in hearty Italian fare. In the midst of this quaint atmosphere, I found solace and prepared myself for the culinary journey that awaited me.Opting for a glass of Gavi, a crisp white wine known for its refreshing qualities, I allowed its cool embrace to wash away the weariness of the battlefront. The wine, like a gentle zephyr, danced upon my palate, whispering tales of distant vineyards and sun-drenched orchards. It offered a respite from the heat of the summer, a temporary ceasefire in the relentless battle against dehydration.Alas, the first taste of battle arrived in the form of a plate of pesto and split pea pasta. As I ventured forth, I found the dish to be somewhat lacking in seasoning, failing to reach the crescendo of flavors that my battle-hardened taste buds craved. The pesto, though vibrant in color, lacked the robustness required to fully conquer my palate. Nevertheless, I soldiered on, confident that the subsequent course would prove more victorious.Taking refuge in a glass of Nebbiolo, a noble red wine with its crimson hues reminiscent of bloodshed, I braced myself for the arrival of a dish that promised redemption. The pasta with beef ragu proved to be a worthy adversary, the rich and robust sauce enveloping the tender strands of pasta like battle-worn soldiers finding solace in each other's embrace. Here, the seasoning sang triumphantly, its flavors merging in a symphony of satisfaction that swept me away, if only momentarily, from the battlefield outside.Yet, amidst this culinary strife, there was one constant source of pleasure—sitting in the sun. As I sat bathed in its warm embrace, the world outside seemed to fade away, and for a fleeting moment, the horrors of war were a distant memory. The golden rays kissed my face, bestowing upon me a semblance of tranquility in an otherwise turbulent world. In this moment, I understood the profound power of simple pleasures, of basking in the sunlight as if it were a beacon of hope in the midst of darkness. To quench my thirst, I summoned a mighty bottle of sparkling water, a testament to the perseverance and resilience of the human spirit. As the effervescent bubbles danced upon my tongue, they carried with them a sense of rejuvenation, a reminder that even amidst the chaos, life's simplest pleasures can provide relief. In conclusion, Artuzi, despite its occasional missteps, offers solace to weary souls seeking refuge from the storm of war. Its ambiance, bathed in sunlight and infused with the spirit of Italian hospitality, provides a sanctuary for those yearning for respite. Though some dishes may falter, there are victories to be found, particularly in the form of the pasta with beef ragu. And in the midst of it all, the enduring joy of sitting in the sun and the refreshing embrace of sparkling water are beacons of hope that remind us of life's enduring beauty, even in the darkest of times.

Sophie My Nguyen: Menu seems seasonal but I had the best mackerel in my life here! The gnocchi was one of the best I ever had as well. My husband got the other pasta and my friend got a veggie dish, all soooo gooood! Drooling again remember the dish and it’s just a few hours ago! It’s a quaint little spot but the service was excellent they pay attention and being so kind and accommodating to us being a walk-in with a toddler!

Alastair Boast: A rare find. Our experience at Artusi was amazing. We had the lunch menu. There were several vegetarian options available, and the wine list perfectly matched the food style.Staff were extremely friendly. If you are going to visit, then bookings are must as Artusi does fill up quickly.

Flour & Grape: what do users think?

Udbhav Agarwal: Nice simple Pasta. In the age I’d elaborate dishes, Flour & Grape is a refreshing return to the basics. The Tiramisu Gelato was fantastic !

Elin Meredydd: . Cacio E Pepe was delicious and perfectly cooked and I've lived in Italy so I don't make that statement lightly.

Roberto Infante: I had lunch here a few days ago and the food was amazing. I had "Gigli" with pork sausages and broccoli, which reminded me of a similar pasta dish from Southern Italy. It tasted home made, starting from the very nice sauce, through the meaty sausages, and finally to the quality of the pasta itself. I also liked the friendly staff and casual atmosphere. Not sure why the restaurant hasn't got a more Italian sounding name, but it has become immediately my favourite Italian restaurant in London.

Perdita Andrew: I have eaten here several times over the last few years and am pleased the quality and price of the pasta hasn't changed. This is a less well known gem of Bermondsey and London's pasta offerings, though you will likely have to queue if visiting after work Tues-Fri.Would recommend going for lunch when it's quieter, the restaurant can become incredibly noisy in the evenings. Try the sage butter tortellini and the ravioli.

Helen Davies: . The food is decent, nothing special, but the prices are exceptionally good value for London so this is what you’re queueing for.

Deena: . I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Daniel Trembacki: Flour & Grape is a must have. This is the best Italian restaurant we have found in London. The pasta is to die for, and the prices are incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality of the food. The roasted pumpkin & whipped ricotta and the gigli with sausage & fennel are automatic orders every time we visit. We have tried almost all the pasta dishes, and none have disappointed. We moved to Borough from Chicago, and we take every out-of-town visitor to Flour & Grape. We have tried a few Italian places in London but no more experimenting for us - too many instances of ending those meals with “it was good, but it was not even close to Flour & Grape”

Aurora Z: When my husband and I we were on vacation in London, we loved coming to this place. It’s quite expensive but everything in Mayfair is expensive, to us this was one of the best restaurants of the area. Pizza is good even though a little thin, pasta and desserts tasted delicious. It’s a perfect place for dates, I’d definitely come back if I could.

Burro e Salvia: what do users think?

Lília Lontra: Nice place, a bit small but good if you want to scape the usual busy-ness of big cities. Great pasta.

Honor Barber: the pasta and starters were solidly delicious, but not massively inventive or memorable. loved the maritozzi

Isabella Grandic: , but The Signature was also delightful. They are filling without you feeling overstuffed. The desserts were good too… but I could have gone without them. Out of the maritozzo and Apricot Frangipane, I liked the Apricot. It was more unique. Both were yummy but too heavy for me after the meal!I cannot emphasize how nice the server was. She really checked in on us and I felt like at no point did I need to flag her down.Enjoy enjoy enjoy!!!!!!!60 £ for 2 people, starter, 2 pastas, 2 desserts, 2 bottles of waterVegetarian options: They do no have veg options marked or indicated.

Pablo Saavedra de Decker: Delicious pasta! 100%

Ross Caton: Recommended dishes Pasta Dishes

Agnes Jones: Beautiful pasta, charcuterie and sauces. Welcoming and warm service

Maia Blumberg: So tasty, highly recommended. Exceptional service from the 2 women serving, above and beyond ☺️

Andrea Ciufo: and my girlfriend choice was amazing. She took tortellini Cacio e Pepe, incredibly tasty! We also took half liter Primitivo, the perfect choice with our dishes.Dry and bold on the palate.I liked the possibility to take just half litre and not the full bottle.Very nice and hardworkig stuff.Vegetarian options: Tortellini Cacio e Pepe with Truffles are amazing

Gavin Lew: Hand made pasta made in the afternoon for the evening dinner crowd. What can I say but fabulous. The Signature ravioli is made of beef, pork, spinach over a sage butter sauce.Get there early to buy the pasta as they only make a little extra to sell as a take away. The rest is for the dinner crowd.

James Beaumont: Excellent pasta

Locanda Locatelli: what do users think?

Kirsten Coventry: and the atmosphere was lovely for an intimate dinner for 5.It was also a celebratory dinner, and the team provided some additional after dinner treats on a platter which was a lovely touch.Would highly recommend.

Elisa Ronca: Immediately intimidated by some reviews on the web that described dishes and service not up to the michelin star instead a super recommended experience!Simple dishes with traditional Italian flavors, linguine with scampi and tiramisu simply perfect in their balance. Attentive service and adequate price considering the type of restaurant.Location with great attention to detail while not being too formal.Definitely worth it!

Giu Giu: We have been in this restaurant for the second time. It was my birthday and it was memorable.I felt like a queen because their professional and friendly service.Food is spectacular especially the risotto.Yes, it is expensive, but it was a magical and wonderful experience.“E questo vale il viaggio”Parola mia ahah

sara B: We stumbled upon this restaurant without even knowing it was a starred restaurant, and we were very pleased to know that we would be sitted even without a reservation. The menu had enough options to acomodate our different dietary needs.Food and wine were lovely in general. I ended up not as passionate about my gnocchi. The cooking point was excellent, but some of the seasoning did not agree with me.Also, They have a great wine by the glass sellection and plenty of options.Only thing as a minor issue is that out table was wobly and that was a little awkward to try and correct it

M A: Had a great lunch here today. We really enjoyed the Burrata and Steak Tartare starters, followed by Sea Bream, and Truffle Gnocchi main courses. Locanda Locatelli is always reliable. Great quality ingredients cooked to perfection and first rate service. Perfect for a casual lunch as well as special occasion dining. Lovely to dine outside today.

Enrico Mantovani: The service is very friendly, in a beautiful refined environment. We were looked after by Dimitri all evening, who proved to be super in everything, even in entertaining our daughter.Excellent menu, large wine list focused mainly on Piedmont and Tuscany.Nothing to say about plating and raw materials, but unfortunately no owners present on site. The place was in the hands of the staff.I don't want to criticize the experience I had in this place, but honestly, for a place in its third decade of activity, a London landmark, I expected more.Perhaps it is just the point of view of an Italian, who has eaten in an Italian restaurant and tasted dishes with Italian ingredients, but greater creativity and surprise effects in dishes with non-trivial flavor combinations would have been greatly appreciated by me.I still recommend trying the restaurant, it's definitely worth it.Prices slightly above average for 1 Michelin star in London.Kid-friendliness: Usually this level of restaurants does not have children's menus and sometimes does not accept minors, although I must say that we had a great time with our daughter

domenico carillo: Everything was excellent from the welcome to the greetings, the friendly waiters, the excellent meter and the SUPER Chef Locatelli.Fantastic dishes, price in line with the quality.

Alberto Sassi: . Staff were friendly and took the time to explain to us the dishes and the wine. We closed dinner with two fantastic desserts a strudel and a degustazione al cioccolato. All the dishes were delicious and cooked with first quality ingredients. At the end of dinner we had the opportunity to meet chef Giorgio Locatelli. I want to say again a big thank you to him and all the staff for the truly special dining experience my partner and I had at Locanda Locatelli. We will definitely come back.

Raffaella: Locanda Locatelli is in 15th place among the best Italian restaurants in the world. Elegant and welcoming environment, refined but at the same time informal. High-quality staff, capable of transmitting that warmth and welcome that make you feel at home. Locatelli brings something of himself to the menu, at first glance they may seem like simple dishes...which will then amaze you once you taste them. We spent a very pleasant evening.

hossain: Amazing food, number oneFood: 5/5 …

Tsang Bowie: The quail and beef were good but the pastas were disappointing, especially the buckwheat one which was subpar. Shocked this has a michelin star and none of the dishes was there. Winelist-wise the one online is disappointing but the physical one you get at the restaurant is much more interesting. Value isn't amazing but there are some attractive old wines. Service was fantastic throughout. We had a crying baby next table which was a shame.

Ryoko Sha: MAGNIFICENT!!! A great restaurant, with maximum care in every detail so that diners can enjoy a stellar experience. The decision not to offer an amuse-bouche and to present instead a fantastic assortment of breads and focaccias is admirable: they make this restaurant something special, unique in haute cuisine.

Alberto Lamparelli: Starred restaurant where the dishes and wines are certainly at the top. Some aspects of the service need to be reviewed and the sofas modernized.

Henrik Fløgstad: . The chefs were kind and sang while cooking our food. Such a good vibe.

Daniel Cohen: מסעדה איטלקית אותנטית. אוכל מצויין ומיוחד.Vegetarian options: במקום מנות פסטה צמחוניות ברמה גבוהה מאוד

Cass Stainton: Dinner for two last night in Soho. Food was very good, but if you order a 'starter', make sure you let them know if you'd like that at the same time as your 'main', or before. Ours came all together and apart from anything else, there wasn't enough room on the table for the three plates. Great service by the entire team and particular thank you to 'NK'. Would have been 5 stars for everything except we found the downstairs extremely noisy with extremely close together tables.

Yaron Amar: מקום איטלקי קטן ויפה, בכניסה ישיבה על הבר ובקומה תחתונה מקומות ישיבה. אוכל נהדר, שירות טוב.

Valentina James: We had a lovely time. The food was simply delicious, authentic Italian using carefully selected ingredients. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was very cosy.I highly recommend it if you want to have a tasty Italian meal.

Pinar Koygun: we were delighted with our experience tonight.

katie duffin: This is our absolute favourite restaurant in london. Although it’s high class, the staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food is impeccable and the staff are the best we have ever experienced. I have never written a review but this is a place I will recommend to everyone who comes to london. We had a waiter tonight who had glasses and his name started with an A - cannot quite remember but he was the best waiter we have ever had. Thank you for a wonderful engagement meal.

Mike Lewis: Randomly walked past this restaurant on our way to the theatre they actually didn’t have tables but we sat at the bar and let me tell you this meal was fantastic. Some of the best Italian had while on our trip in Europe.I watched the kitchen and that staff was a well oiled machine and the Chef was playing dishes like it was on a tv show. Amazing hand made pasta. We all shared a little of what each of us had because it was so good we wanted to taste more. The waitstaff was on it like maybe the best service I have ever had in London. Put this place on your list but definitely call for a reservation it fill up fast.

barnes74: Great restaurant, good service but don't like when the servers keep pouring more wine to get you to buy another bottle, like to drink and pour at my own pace. Food is very good.Vegetarian options: Good selection of veg dishes

Mario V: We had dinner for two and it was delicious. The staff created a very delightful atmosphere for diningRecommended dishes Ossobuco with Risotto, Crab Ravioli …

Andrew Blooman: Excellent service and lovely food

Hayeon Shim: Pasta here is one of the best I had. The steak was underwhelming though, so make sure to order pasta and the appetizers.

Sartoria: what do users think?

Daryl Y: Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome. With the option to be shown straight to our table or have some cocktails at the bar. Deciding to be shown straight through we encountered all the staff members with beaming smiles, and a relaxed atmosphere. It would be easy to assume this place could be stuffy but it's the total opposite. Fine dining meeting true Italian hospitality. The food was of course exquisite, the starters were huge so Id recommended sharing. Zucchini flower was exceptional. Lobster Spaghetti main was delicate, full of flavour and a spectacle to look at. Dessert perfectly light was recommended by the waiter to try the peach tart and it didn't disappoint.Highly recommend.

Andrew Radford: One of our favourite resturants on the planet. Impeccable service, delicious food, and sedate surroundings. If you have yet to go, book a table ASAP!Just to add, we love to have a drink in the lounge first, highly recommended.

isabelu1991: We were here for the first time and had amazing food and amazing service. Best pasta in London, nice atmosphere and nice staff. All in all a perfect dinner! Thanks a lot especially to Andrea who took care of us. We’ll come back soon.
