Mohammed Islam: Huge range or bird supplies. At the time of visit there were a nice collection or small birds and a few parrots. Friendly service from the owner who provides good advice, especially for novices. There are other suppliers for chicken and wild birds. Plenty of bird seeds and toys with a huge range or cages too.

Daanish Chaudhri: Went to visit them today after a horrifying experience at the Enfield bird center which is just up the road. I had to wait a few weeks but we finally have happy and healthy budgies. We were given lots of useful advice , made my whole family really happy to see how well the birds are kept and how happy they were. I could spend hours just walking around in this shop. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for birds.

rebeca albertotti: Really reliable seller, the best place for birds and cages. I got my ring neck parakeet there and I always come back and the owner gives me a tone of advise .
Darling Darlow: Great customer service the owner trimmed our budgies claws. We bought him 2 years ago from here. He helped us kit out his cage with lots of goodies for our budgie who we love dearly. Thank you bird centre see you soon 😊
Jennifer Okanay: We bought a budgie just over 3 weeks ago. He had a wheezing sound we noticed as soon as we brought him home but seemed otherwise happy and fine. Yesterday he was fine in the morning then just after lunch we found him dead in his cage. Very unexpected. I wrapped him up paper towel and placed him in a box to bury today. When I went to look at him this morning there were tiny bugs crawling all over the paper towel. I think they must be mites and would explain why his breathing sounded off. We phoned Enfield Bird Centre for advice and they blamed us. They said it’s bc the cage was in the kitchen. The cage is not in the kitchen, it’s in the lounge in the extension but as it’s open plan the kitchen is next to the lounge and my husband did inform them of this. They insisted this was the problem and that the bugs have nothing to do with them as they say they treat all their birds every week. I only know what I know. We don’t have bugs in our house, the bird came to us this way. Things happen and if they had responded sympathetically I would think it may be an unfortunate one-off. But because they immediately became aggressive and defensive and accused us of causing the problem my instincts tell me it’s probably a problem with the seller. I would advise avoiding this seller.
Chaya Davis: The staff are ever so helpful and really care about the birds I have so far bought 4 birds from there all were healthy I definitely recomend going there plus they are the cheapest shop ive seen.

Daanish Chaudhri: I gave them 5 stars initially but the 2nd time I went in they sold me a budgie with mites problem and it died after a few days. Now my baby Eddie is also infected and I am trying my best to save him. Stay away from this store. My wife and kids have a cried a lot and I hope we can get rid of this infestation . U guys should be ashamed of ur selves

budgie girl: The workers here are extremely sweet and truly care about the well-being of the animals there. I was able to buy this beautiful re-homed boy named Taco today all because of Arz, a worker who let me off even if I was a pound short of the needed amount. I’m so happy with this sweet boy and he is fitting in amazingly with the others!

Shayful Islam: Great customer service in-store and over the phone. I bought two budgies yesterday and before leaving the colleagues gave me lots of information on how to take care of my budgies. They made good suggestions on toys that my budgies would like and food/supplements that i would need for my first month. The colleagues were very friendly and made me feel very welcome and i hope to visit the store again in the future for more things for my budgies.
Y W: I highly recommend this shop! I came here last Sunday with a friend to buy my first ever bird. They answered all of my questions for me, are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly care a lot about their animals. They have birds and cats casually out and about in the shop, they all seemed very content. I walked away with a tame Cockatiel who was already cuddling up to me in the shop, and today which is day 4 here at home he is already flying out of his cage to come and sit on me whilst I work! I am very happy thank you guys very much for my beautiful bird!

Steff: Favourite pet shop around. I know them from 3 years now. I have bought my first Beta fish from them together with an aquarium. I have also find recently a jacket for my puppy. Staff is always friendly and helpful. A pleasure to visit them all the time 💫Highly recommended.
Daniel Chubbock: This is an absolutely brilliant shop. Firstly, the owner, gave me a lot of good advice on caring for the budgie and showed us his own pet budgie and even let us hold it. Secondly, when I went back to the shop to get the supplies in January, he looked at my list and helped me gather all the supplies for the budgie. He even showed us how to put the cuttlebone in the cage. Finally, when we came to getting the budgie he gave us great advice on which one to get, and he kindly reserved a few for us, and told us which one was his favourite. Also, when we were getting the supplies, I was keen to get the last remaining budgie (I was soo excited at that moment any budgie would have been good for me!). However he advised that the last budgie available was perhaps slightly unwell and would prefer not sell it until it looked better. It was a very honest thing to say. Instead he called us when the next lot of budgies come in - just a few days later. I now have my beautiful, friendly budgie called George! I cannot recommend this shop enough. If you are looking for a shop to buy a healthy budgie and/or its supplies, then this shop is for you! Alexa (age 9)

Micaela: Don’t use them complete waste of time . My turtle had an eye infection when I bought it home and actually checked it . I attempted to call them many time however they constantly hang up on me when I asked for help.

First lot of fish (one fish died on day 2, 3/4 fish died within two weeks) second lot of fish had ich!! One fish died on first day, second after a week .Ich has spread to whole tank and watching them die one by one with treatment .will never go back

Delilah W: The budgie I bought (rescued) had scaly face disease and missing feathers. I had to pay for medication ect. Poor thing is terrified of people and traumatised, I’d highly recommend buying from a home who sells hand tamed birds and not a pet store. The parrots are kept in very small cages with no enrichment, no toys and are not aloud out to exercise. A very sad existence for birds that are very intelligent and live for many years. They are not knowledgeable when it comes to animals but act like they know what they’re talking about. They’re prices are very bumped up, everything is overpriced.
Joanne Cook: Lovely people, really lovely and friendly and the help and advice is fab! Brought 2 Budgies who are doing really well and they gave me as much advice as possible and said they will offer more if needed. Plus only place I know that does the rabbit food my bunny loves which is great. Reasonable prices and friendly chatty helpful people.

There is no law for that. I bought what i need . With thank you and smile.. running the business with lies to make you buy more expansive equipment. This is cruel
Response: It’s true We do not promote selling goldfish into bowls with no filters. however we do sell small tropical fish that can be kept in small bowls with filters and heaters. We see a lot of problems when customers buy a goldfish and stick it into a small bowl which can be seen as very cruel, I hope your fish has all the equipment to keep it healthy !! I have checked with my staff and they discussed with you our policy. As far as I’m concerned we have made the correct decision.
imran akhtar: A fair sized pet shop based in kilburn. Visited them for their aquarium section. Good large range of fish - plants- bog woods- rocks and accessories all priced competitively- good customer service- definitely worth a visit
Linh Giang- White: The staff really care about the animals’ welfare, especially the girl that helped me. I got my show grade hamster from here, which is ethically bred (unlike Pets At Home where they are supplied by breeding mills) and a lot chunkier than standard hamsters. I’ve had him since December and he’s bonded to me really quickly. I would come back here to buy another pet in the future

Eugenia Chan: Got plants recently, very high quality elodeas and Anubias, some fish since Feb and all doing well. Friendly staff. The Fish area improved a lot since summer - adding live plants in their display tanks . Also a good policy of having fish which temporarily not for sale , mainly for quarantine until it’s healthy. They’re Very cute that needed to take a few photos.

Linda Francis: I purchased a kitten from this store about 2 years ago before the first lockdown. My kitten was petrified hiding for about 2 weeks hissing at me. It took about 3-weeks for my kitten to start to relax and trust me . I love him to bits lovely cat.
Lizzy Rose: I recently bought my poochon puppy from here. I took him to the vets today to get another injection and they checked him. They said he is healthy and everything is good with him. I am trying to toilet train him now. When we were in the pet shop here the lady was very nice and helpful for us and gave us all of his birth records , flea and worm dates . The only bad thing is that there is no sign of the mother but apart from that , the cage was small but they had fluffy blankets food and water and the puppies seemed happy enough. I would definitely recommend this pet shop as my puppy is doing great
Rebecca Maynard: I was in there the week before last and not only was the lady behind the desk rude as usual, but there was a little puppy in the back who was lying on his side, panting from the heat, lying in his own urine. I almost wanted to buy him to “save” him but I know buying a dog from this shop just encourages them to do this more. Please stop selling dogs Acton Pet Shop!
Pauline Esmail Scott: Immaculately clean living conditions for the animals with an excellent range of equipment. The owner is very knowledgeable about all kinds of pets and livestock. Sadly as there is building work underway nearby many people think the shop is closed. I hope this review will go some way to addressing that misconception.
