L Powell: I joined One-Element last winter as a way of ensuring I was exercising outdoor regularly. I work full time as a teacher and have 2 children so I wanted to find something that I could fit in around my busy lifestyle. Initially, I was very nervous but the instructors are encouraging and positive. There is welcoming atmosphere from the whole team which helped me overcome my nerves. I would highly recommend One Element; My fitness levels have improved and my physical and mental well being has also had a positive change. If you are unsure of joining, try a free class and take it from there! The unlimited membership is also great value for money. (It would be nice to have the option of a Sunday class as the varied exercises are great and I would be be able to fit in more but I’m trying to put to use the online videos that are part of the package.)

Ahuv: The best Calisthenics ground in south London to my knowledge with pull up bars high enough for grown adults as well as adequately spaced dip bars (unlike most Council-run park exercise areas)

Ekaterina Oparina: I am very glad that I joined One Element! The outdoor sessions are a great fun. They are accommodating for different fitness levels and the instructors are friendly, encouraging and creative. You never get bored, just tired :) I also found that early morning zoom sessions are a great way to kick-start my day. The team atmosphere here has been really special. I highly recommend!

itsame hassan: Amazing gym, very cheap and requires no membership commitments. Cancel anytime, really good high quality gym stuff. Lovely colours always clean. Does need a protein shake Station. But the best place to work out.

Jojo Hellfire: I used the outdoor gym, but it could be improved

Tom Allen: Re-Opened on the 29th of March 2021. Good little spot to do pullvups/chinups if you live nearby. Hardly any resistance on the machines if you want to do some serious exercise tho :(

Rebecca Butler: I’ve been a member of One Element for around 10 years and it’s been instrumental in helping me to improve my fitness and push myself more than I would do if I exercised alone/in a gym. Another great aspect of One Element is that I got to meet lots of great people in my local area. I’ve formed lifelong friendships with some of the members and we have a great time at social events, going on holiday, even just enjoying a coffee after training for a catch up. I highly recommend One Element to anyone wanting to get fitter, have some fun and meet a great bunch of people

Jenny Owen: I’ve been a One Element Wandsworth member for 9 or 10 years - lost count! I always used to wonder how people got fit given I regularly ran 10k, went to the gym, and never got any fitter. Then I joined One Element and that’s when I didn’t have to even think about it anymore - I turned up, met lots of awesome people and followed the trainers. Within 4 weeks there was a noticeable difference in my whole body and most importantly my mental health. I felt fitter, more clear headed, had energy and made friends for life. You can take it easy or push yourself hard - no one judges and there is always support. My confidence increased exponentially and the socials are great fun too. I couldn’t recommend One Element more - give it a go for a few weeks and you won’t look back!

I have made wonderful friends through One Element and that supportive friendly community makes turning up to training sessions so much more fun. Ruarih Gilmour: One Element provides the perfect mix of fitness and social with the challenging sessions made easier by your mates encouraging you on. All the sessions have great variety and cycle around a couple of times a year so you can test yourself and see how you’ve progressed. Have been attending the sessions for over 7 years now and still can’t find a better way to start my Saturday mornings.

Claire Reddie: If I could, I’d give One Element Wandsworth 10 out of 5 stars. I joined this group in spring 2019 after just having moved to London from South Africa and it was the best welcome I could have asked for! Why do I love OE? And why do I specifically love OE Wandsworth? It’s the people! The trainers are wonderful - they don’t just shout out exercise instructions, but they push you through with a good deal of encouragement and friendliness. The other members have become like a family to me - they are warm and welcoming and we have so much fun both when training and when socialising. OE does offer a pretty fantastic workout, don’t get me wrong, but their secret is that they offer so much more too!

Jules M: A brilliant way to get fit. You can be pushed to your limits or take it nice and easy, as you wish. Three things are guaranteed: your fitness will improve significantly; you will have fun and you will meet some really great people. Some great social events and holidays organised too. I would recommend One Element to anybody of any age and any fitness level.

Adriana Catus: One Element Wimbledon has been one of my key life pillars. Moving to London 6 years ago and joining OE has helped me become part of the local community and build friendships. Training outside in the park throughout the whole year, no matter the weather helps create an amazing camaraderie within the group. Also, the Saturday coffee, Thursday pub, yearly Christmas party, or just sitting in the park after the session and having a drink - the social element is very much incorporated in the culture. The diversity of the group makes it special, as no matter what age or fitness level you are, you will be welcomed and encouraged by your team mates. There are several different sessions during the week to choose from (hiit, weights, circuits). Trainers are amazing, some started as OE members themselves. Their backgrounds are different, which gives that additional flavour to the weekly sessions. Come to the park and join a group that actually cares to know your name and will encourage you throughout the way!

JP Lagesse: Love One Element. The trainers are expert at helping you get the best out of yourself by encouragement and challenge. There is a joyous camaraderie at sharing the workout and enjoying being outside together whatever the weather. I usually do 2 high intensity sessions a week but some do 3 or 4 and there are stretch classes and a whole range of on-line stuff if you want to catch up or squeeze in remotely during a busy day or from overseas. On top of all this the members and staff are really nice people who care for each other and this really shows in the group events away from the training paddock.

Andrew Watt: Over 10 years training with One Element in Wimbledon and still loving it - with good mix of hard work, warm welcome and sense of community… The training is well delivered and delivers results…but with no pressure and with good encouragement from both trainers and fellow members! Definitely worth trying…

Fantastic mix of classes from weights to cardio. Easy to choose a session as lots of choice. .(online yoga, pilates and all the usual fitness classes too if you can’t make the real thing) I can’t recommend highly enough! Don’t worry if you’re going on your own….you are instantly made to feel one of the gang! Spin- off games of touch rugby at the weekend are an added bonus too:)

Jonathan Silk: I have been a member of One Element for over a decade. It is so much more than a fitness company or a ‘bootcamp’. Yes it is also those things, but it is a welcoming and encouraging space where people of all abilities come together and try their very best, work hard, and finish with a high 5, a joke, and maybe a social drink post training. Olga Krishtal: Perfect attitude, results, and timing. I have been within MFM more than a year now and will continue to do so. Sessions are local, friendly, short (45 minutes) enough to have a good training session, but not too long get too tired. Coaches are really helpful - ready to advice, change an exercise if you are unable to do something. Effectiveness - 100%, I lost some weight, became stronger and cannot imagine my life without sport. Join - it will be fun.

Paulo Cunha: Great little gym, with loads of equipment (far more than my previous big popular chain gym in the City). Never have to wait for any machines, the staff are super friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. They are improving the equipment and facilities (looking forward to improvements to the showers and changing rooms area), but on the whole it a great no-frills local gym for people who actually want to exercise and work out.

James Ford: This is awesome to have on your door step, especially if your a beginner to fitness or unable to aford the gym. In the summer is quite pleasant.

Ritchie Rosson: Amazing outdoor workout park. Lots of different pull ups bars, dip bars, sit up benches. Good variety of stations. Really friendly people there. I live far away but love to visit from time to time.

Rafi: This is one of the best calisthenics parks I’ve been to! 🏆 (Shadwell Basin is also a great outdoor gym) This outdoor gym has ALL the equipment you need for an all-rounded callisthenics workout.
