Nicholas Pan: Had an excellent appointment this last Friday with Kelly. I was due to service my Seamaster 300m and decided to drop by this location. She was welcoming and helpful in taking my interest in the 50th Silver Snoopy, and showing me the new Chronoscope piece. I am really happy with the level of service provided during my visit. 😊
Al ex: I walked in from the street to get the clasp of my Speedmaster looked at. The watchmaker downstairs fixed it there and then; fitting a new spring. This boutique is a true credit to Omega. Superb service.
ahmed farooqi: Have been going here for the past 5 to 10 years. First Jess and now Ash have both been superb. Ash replies promptly, manages to source what i need, and often gets me SAME DAY delivery of anything i purchase. Customer service when i got my PO serviced initially was amazing. Ash and this boutique is the yardstick i use when comparing to other boutiques. They never fail to impress!

scott thurston: After dealing with WOS for over 4 years I never knew that the Regent Street store is an official Omega store ( no WOS middle men here) I have bought numerous Omegas but I have never been treated like a valued customer or had the experience given to me by the staff at Omega regent st. The boutique manager Anthony took extra special care of my inquirys through to the purchase i made and he even gave me an umbrella before i left as it had just started raining! They are truly ambassadors to the brand and at every point from conception to sale I felt informed, valued and never pressured Once I made my purchase Anthony and his team made sure I was happy before leaving and I was never ushered out of the door like other businesses I have utilised If you are looking to purchase an Omega do not use anyone else as the diverse stock within this store will suit any budget and the depth of knowledge of the staff members is second to none
Jack Bowen-Bravery: Went in to look at NATO straps as a casual alternative to the alligator leather strap that came with the watch. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and I walked away happily with my new NATO. Shop gets very busy though and is quite small so I recommend going as early as possible on a weekday!
Andi Farhall: The quality of the servicing on my battered old speedmaster was outstanding. Looks brand new, and the little bag they give you with all the old parts they replaced is a nice touch. Worth every penny.

petros leontaris: Amazing experience at the Omega Boutique in Oxford St. The staff are all amazing with special thanks to Juan for having the time to chat with me, truly a watch enthusiast! Many thanks to Katarina as well, who does a great job of managing the extremely busy shop. I had my watch serviced recently and the whole experience was seamless. Calls to let me know of what is happening to my watch, and small gifts upon collection. Finally, I love how the staff don’t seem to pressure customers to buy Omega products, very friendly and kind.
Gary Dodwell: I have used the Regent Street boutique exclusively for a number of years but as that location is currently being renovated, the folks I usually deal with are currently at this location. I fly from the states on multiple occasions and have never ever been disappointed. Their friendly, professional and knowledgeable approach has always made me and my wife very welcome and because of this have been compelled to nurture a relationship here, 4000 miles away than with our nearest boutique that is out of state from where we live. A special shout out to Ash the manager and to Caesar who is always a delight to work with and honestly one of the highlights when we visit London. Todays experience confirms that each return just gets better and very much looking forward to seeing the new Regent Street Boutique, when it opens. Thank you!

Richard Budd: I visited the boutique today, with a vague idea of a watch style I was considering purchasing. Josh was my sales advisor, and he was nothing short of outstanding. He was as attentive as he was knowledgeable, and his passion for the Omega brand, as well as his natural ability to provide excellent customer service was exemplary. We spent over 2hrs together, patiently trying different watches, with Josh providing both general and meticulous detail about each. He was extremely patient as I tried each piece, gradually whittling down the options until I settled upon one that felt correct in every way. Customising the watch fitting, going through all the warranty and servicing details, and even explaining the workings and manufacture of the presentation box were not rushed, but were made to feel just as important as the sale of the watch itself. A complimentary travel case for the watch, and a lovely bottle of Omega branded Bollinger champagne were final touches that will make my experience at Omega, Old Bond Street memorable, and something that I will tell friends and family about for a long time to come. Thank you

david L: I went to the boutique on Sunday to look at the new Aqua Terra small seconds. I had been to the boutique previously so knew the service would be very good, and it was. A delightful assistant (Sylvia) welcomed me and went to the stock room to get the models I wanted to try on. I tried a steel and a steel and gold version and settled on the steel and gold, but the strap was too large. Sylvia told me she could order a shorter strap, but it could take a few weeks as the watch is such a new model. I was amazed to receive a call two days later to let me know she had managed to get the shorter strap for me. I will certainly return to this boutique when I want to add to my collection.
Jean Baptiste Chevrel: Been there for a warranty extension. Staff rude. All they are interested in is selling new pieces. They don’t like to spend time on consumer service. Bear that in mind before buying your watch there!

On being acknowledged I was asked to move away from the area I was stood in to cater to another customer. I had just gone to get my omega watch length shortened. So quite poor behaviour. Maybe it was the colour of my skin that put them off or not being dressed poshly

Timothy Barson: Had my Speedmaster Automatic repaired three times due to a misaligned hand on one of the subdials. It just keeps happening again, and they keep trying the same fix over and over. Once, twice, I can understand. But this is now the third time this issue is re-occurring.
Gav Thompson: Lovely watches here, but the staff are even better. Datsa, the amazing manager, and her great team are helpful, knowledgeable and a real asset to the Omega brand. Datsa and one of the team members, Taz, have just spent an hour with me showing me all the new watches and teaching me how to change a bracelet myself. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Leone G. Carcano: I visited this store in January for a battery replacement. The salesman claimed my watch didnt have a battery and tried to convince me that repairing it would cost £2500. Since I was confused (I was quite sure the watch was battery-powered), I decided to have my trusted watchmaker in Italy have a look at it. He opened it in front of my eyes and replaced the battery in less than 5 minutes for 40€. Staff here are either highly incompetent or tried to rip me off. Glad I dodged this trap. I didnt expect this from an official Omega store. Avoid!!
Grace Tyminski: 5* experience. I came here yesterday to repair an omega watch of mine because the strap pin had broken. Upon arrival I was greated and offered a refreshment whilst they accessed my watch. The staff were so genuine, lovely and helpful to talk to. The store managed to fix the watch on site and check that the remaining pins are working to avoid this happening again - without having to send my watch away for week. Whilst I waited, I was offered a glass of champagne. Finally once the watch had been returned to me, the staff had kindly put it in a pouch for me to carry it home safely in. I was SO impressed with the service that I received here with Omega, they now have a customer for life! I have 3 omega watches so I will be returning here every time.
Kristy Robinson: I came here to get my battery replaced. staff are friendly and offer you refreshments like tea and coffee. I was told that when getting the battery replaced they would check if the watch needed a service or any new parts and if it did they would call to confirm first. it took over a week and a bit to get my watch back which was a little longer that expected but I was happy with it.

Ben Hodges: I first met one of the sales associates, Dexter, during the Winter Olympics 2022 event in the Burlington Arcade store decorated as a chalet. Subsequently, we remained in contact, and I always enjoyed visiting to see the latest models and talk about watches in general. The staff are attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and skilful. Within the same year I bought my dream watch from the store and the whole experience was wonderful.
Nigel Denne: Went to have some links fitted to my watch,I received one of the best customer service experiences ever. Well done Diane and her co worker, whose name I forget. You are both a credit to the brand,superlative service thank you.
Stephen Moss: Put my watch in here for a service. While the whole process is a little archaic and seems long winded, the watch came back in great nick and with a 24 month warranty. When I phoned to get details, was called back promptly as promised and service was always courteous. Dealt with Diana who was very helpful. Thanks v much!
Vincent M: I took my aqua terra to remove a link and the staff who took it (short haired lady) took a longer time than usual to change it and when it came out I noticed that the screw had been overdone and the indent for the screw had been messed up. Then I point this out and she said that it wasn’t her. I have not messed with the screws before as I don’t have the tools and highly suspicious that it’s only the one I asked her to change. I looked it t just before I have it to her and there were no marks. Not what I expect from a luxury product seller, my next one will be a Rolex. Take pictures before you give it to them or you might find unexpected marks and be blamed for it.

The Allender Twins (TheAllenderTwins): Honestly 5* all round. I’ve been meaning to write my review for a few weeks and haven’t gotten around to it. Usually you just leave it, but I couldn’t as was such a delight to have shopped in the Omega shop in Liverpool Street station. I usually find these type of shops stuffy and unfriendly but the opposite is what I found. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially Sonny and the lady who fixed my strap. (I’m sorry I don’t recall your name, but you were fabulous). I don’t need a new watch, but I’m thinking of breaking mine again just to return for the service received. Rachel Aquino: I The whole team has been nothing but incredible to my husband and I. We stumbled upon the store one time coming home from work, Sonny has been very welcoming, patient, honest and all in al amazing. Abdul and Andres were really good to us too. Alex Hunt: Excellent service at this new Omega Boutique in Broadgate. I had a recurring problem with a pin dropping out of my watch bracelet and the team there (Sonny and Tan) were very helpful indeed. The issue was fixed in minutes, with a level of service seldom seen nowadays. Top notch!

Andrew Montlake: We took my brother’s 25+ years watch in which had a few issues. Ben was amazing. Really interested, committed and incredibly knowledgeable. It was great to see a true Professional exercise his care and concern for a lovely time piece. We exited all issues resolved! We are now thinking of buying Omega’s ourselves. They do look lovely and are evidently so looked after.
Vicente Torres: In December 2021 I took my Omega pocket watch from the 1920s to Omega Boutique in Westfield. I requested a certificate of authenticity and an extract from the archives in Switzerland. They told me that this could be done online, but they decided to request it in store. In April 2022 I decided to chase this after a long 4 months wait. Surprisingly, the request was never submitted that day and they lied to my face. They took pictures of my watch and said that they would get back to me as soon as they had a response from their offices in Switzerland. They clearly don’t know what they are doing.
KD KD: My Fiance took me to get my wedding watch and I must say the customer service was what I was expecting. Also is good to know the associates have good watch knowledge as an enthusiast myself it was refreshing to have this chat. Made the purchase all the better, having a great experience.

Eleanor who was my adviser has fantastic customer service skills and she sold me a lovely speedmaster moonwatch, which was worth it just for the box alone! Mich: I went today with my partner, she unfortunately touched the window with a finger to show me which watch she wanted and we were scolded by the saleswoman who, although very polite, but made me feel embarrassed so I proceeded to purchase another automatic watch from a another shop .. I recommend putting a sign on the window and not making a person who is about to spend 3000 pounds feel wrong.

Lisa hartshorn: After many visits to this shop with my husband looking at a Patek pocket watch and dealing with Daniel who is most knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I decided to purchase the pocket watch as a surprise for our wedding anniversary. The problem i had was that our anniversary was during the lock down due to covid19. I spoke initially with Antony who assisted with the purchase of the watch which then Daniel personally delivered to my work address in Nottingham. Never have i experienced this service and was extremely grateful. We then returned to London the following week for a private consultation with Daniel to purchase a watch chain the same as Winston Churchill wore. For a new store they have a good range of the classics. This together with the amazing iconic Battersea Power Station location, provides a relaxing location to not only to go back in time saverouring a drink at Control Room B but perhaps find a new time piece.

Rósa Isaksen: I stayed there with two friends for 4 nights. All three receptionists were very kind and super helpful with transport info a.o, as well as the rest of the staff. It was pretty warm at night considering there was no ac, but we made do with the electrical fan which came with the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned everyday. Everything was exactly as listed on the website, so I cannot give less than 5 stars. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others :D

Monica Kirkwood: Simon was a consummate host. The rooms were comfortable and we appreciated their smoke-free status. The breakfast was beyond expectation with hard-boiled eggs, numerous choices of fruit, meats, cheese, bread, jams, cereals, and juices, tea and coffee. The location just a block away from Paddington station ensures ready and easy access to transportation. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

Kim Stafford: A great little hotel. In my experience as a business traveller hotels in London can be very hit and miss, but I got lucky here, and I keep coming back. Basic but perfectly clean, comfortable rooms, lovely people running the place and a good continental selection at breakfast.
Megan McLeod: This is a small, inexpensive, very clean hotel that is very close to Paddington Station. Breakfast buffet with limited options is available. Peculiarly, there is no kettle in individual rooms, probably due to their tininess, but you can caffeinate up in the lobby. The en suite bathrooms are really small. No lift, so not suitable for those with impaired mobility. Overall, a solid choice for a budget traveller.

Simon Hinton: My 70’s Oyster Rolex was transformed! I recommend this company and their owner Mr Wood, who showed great care and dedication in organising my watch’s restoration. Mr Wood seemed as joyful as me that this vintage timepiece could be reincarnated so beautifully. Passion is the best foundation for any business. Highly recommended.
Perry Rossa: A very good selection of gold watches that are somewhat over-priced and oversold in terms of performance. You may find easily seen defects not visible in their apparently clear photos. Email communication is unreliable. Do yourself a favor and check out continental sources on Chrono24 from established sellers first.
Response: We feel our watches are fairly priced given the time and money spent on acquiring only the best we can find and restoring them to the highest possible standards. We then provide the highest standards of pre and post-sales care. There are of course, cheaper watches around but we feel you get what you pay for. Mr Rossa did write to us expressing concern that his watch was not running quite as accurately as he would wish and we did engage with him to try to resolve this. We offered to have the watch returned from the U.S.A. to adjust the timing, but on balance Mr Rossa declined to take up this offer. There were several email exchanges regarding this and in the end Mr Rossa appeared to be satisfied. It seems, sometimes, no matter how much we try, it's hard to please all our customers every time.
Sebastian Wood: Terrific customer service from someone who seemed both knowledgeable and passionate about vintage watches. The entire process was both friendly and reassuringly professional throughout and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Jermaine Welch: I took a movado watch for repair’s at one of there locations in croydon(centrale shopping center)where they told me it would have to be sent off for repairs and it will be any where from 4-5 months for it to return I was fine with it giving the young lady my contact details she said she will be in touch, After some time well over the months they had told me it will be returned from repairs I went there on a check up on it, meeting the same face, I asked her about the progress of the watch she asked me for the number to track it and I told her I never received one but I provided my post code and address and she was able to follow up on it, saying it was still out for repairs and to check in which I did with in weeks, on returning to the store I went threw the same process on confirmation on who I was by providing my name and address and describing the watch in detail and the work which was done, the gentleman went in the back and came with the watch saying it was finished and the time of £280 must be paid which I agreed too and told them I will be back for it as I didn’t have the upfront cost, Well I have returned to the store and apparently it’s no longer there I have emailed the main branch in Epsom speaking to a gentleman by the name of Alex giving him as well my address and all my details They have told me they will look into it I have replied pleading for my watch and they have not responded giving me a honest and satisfactory response as to where my merchandise has gone And I’m hurt by the way ERnest Jones has done business with me I feel robed cheated and humiliated by have to run the down for something which is mine. Thieves.
