I needed a specialist ergonomic chair which I was lucky enough to find being sold at a third of the price of a the new equivalent.Although I was keen to make a significant saving, of several £100, I was nervous about spending public money on a company that I hadn't tried and buying second hand items on behalf of others.I explained that whilst I didn't expect the chair to be in perfect condition, I did need it to be fully functioning and was buying it on that premise. Lee Young Woo: Had the Aeron for about 3 Months, working great with zero issues. I asked on the day that the arm rests felt loose and they swapped it out with a lesser used one. Also advised me on the proper technique to carry it. Saved my back for sure.

Paul Harbach: I was able to find a good condition Aeron chair for a very good 2nd hand price. A bit difficult to browse as the store is packed with a number of items, but the very friendly owner helped me find what I was looking for and even helped load the chair into my car.

With the service from Back in Action, I am very happy to have shopped with them.This is old school customer service that you don't think exists anymore. Dave was happy for me negotiate prices knowing I was a student. I never felt pressurised. I had the time to try out all their different chairs and devices. My questions were answered. Solutions were explored.Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price.Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD.Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.

OFL provided our office chairs - I had no idea that the chair selection market was so complicated, but they were full of knowledge, and didn't blind me with science or technical talk. They talked us through the process, arranged samples for us to trial and then fully demonstrated the chairs on delivery to the whole team.
