The Ghost Bus Tours: what do users think?

Justine G.: // By far one of the highlights of our stay! Why settle for a classic tour of the city's iconic locations when you can do the same with the ambiance and tone of a ghost bus brought to life by an unparalleled storyteller? The visit is so funny! Enriching, lively, comfortable...everything was perfect and especially Miles, our new favorite actor

Victor Löwen: Absolutely Highlight Tour. The actors 10/10. The vibe 10/10. The comedy 10/10.

Joanne Braddock: This was the 3rd time doingvthis tour, each time was a different experience. Thank you freddy for such a great time

alison lincoln: This was a really fun tour. Also a great way to see the city while giving your feet a little break. The tour guide was funny and the stories were quite entertaining!

ALEKS RAMOS: Fabulous

Adam Haynes: Good tour, host makes the experience. Would say the content is not designed for young children.

Molly Holt: Absolutely loved it - Hugh was both full of intriguing insights and absolutely hilarious. Thanks so much for a great evening - from Communications lady & packaging salesman

Claire Collins: Cedric was an amazing host! Amazing tour and well worth every penny!! From the Isle of Man girls!!

Colin Walsh: Really enjoyed this tour, our guide Alistair Cringely was absolutely hilarious, combined with very knowledgeable facts, it was a scream from start to finish!!Well worth the money, glad we did it and would recommend to everyone, this tour is a must do!!!Col and She from Liverpool 😁

Elise: , but also really informative regarding the areas - I haven’t laughed so hard and also been entertained by a tour before, go at night if you dare, it adds an extra element we didn’t realise until we did it 10/10 will do it again!!!

Lucas Ash: would recommend to anyone with a sense of humour

Trey Rumley: The tour was great! Fred Krueger was our tour guide and was hilarious! Not only was he informative, but also made us laugh the entire time. The tour is well worth it and we highly recommend!

Sean Jones: The host guy was really funny and clealry made for the job. Seats a bit tight if your a wider/larger framed group... Could do with being single seats one side, double the other and it would be much more comfortable ride.I liked that they sat you one group at a time, from front to back so you didn't have to squeeze past strangers. With that in mind, although the bus was parked further down the road, don't queue there.... It does only pick up outside the hotel opposite Sherlock Holmes pub.

Paloma Alfaro: Went to London in January 2023 and had a great time on this tour! Very campy, funny, and interesting. Good short stories and fun facts which gave us ideas of more stuff to check out afterwards! I believe Edward was our tour guide and he was just fantastic, could tell he really loved his job.

Mike Sutphin: Tour was very entertaining. Wish they had an extended tour option. I felt the standard tour was too short.

Bastian Heusener: We really enjoyed the Tour!Great "black humor"

Brandon Katz: Absolutely a must, thank you too all for such A LOVELY experience !

Jesse Szteinbaum: Single best way to see London and laugh the entire time. Worth every penny

Hannah W: Very funny and silly way to spend an hour being driven around London.

Annette Copeland: We had a great time on this tour. The guy was great fun whilst being very informative. We were still laughing the next day. It was also great to see the sights of London at night.

GUILLAUME GERBER: An incredible guide, a surprising and captivating experience.I highly recommendFluent English recommended.

Sergio Pérez: Interesting and entertaining. The guide makes the experience immersive.

Jordan H: Great experience, Would definitely recommend 😁

SpaceLordMax G: Yes. The right mixture between spooky, Sightseeing and funny. Recommend👍

Laurine Snr: An incredible and hilarious experience. The guide was extraordinary, we had several laughs along the way. We never knew what to expect, I highly recommend!

Kevin Ziehenberger: Honestly the actor deserves way of a bigger stage. The tour was great, but mainly because of his performance. Thank you for the great time and the amazing entertainment. PLEASE bring cash to the tour to give this man a tip or please get a card reader for any future audiences to tip you. You deserve to be much more appreciated than by mere words. THANK YOU and keep making people happy, you‘re a hero 🙏🏾

mj leigh: . Thank you for a really good experience.

Tonya Goodwillie: I originally reserved my tour in 2019 and it was supposed to happen in April 2020. Our first tour was to Blenheim Palace and it was incredible. It was the first day they opened it with their Christmas decorations which were incredible. Evan Evans Tours: what do users think?

David Evanoff: We did the Windsor, Stonehenge, and Bath tour. Our guide, Mel, was exceptional. He provided history and fun facts of various places along our route. Mel provided lots of facts for each of the destinations. Our driver Greg provided us a safe and steady trip. The experience was excellent. It would be easy to spend a couple of days at both Windsor and Bath. The drive between sights is nice as well.

Gary Kemeny: Rowan, The tour guide was excellent- very knowledgeable- funny and had great stories. Jody the driver worked with the tour guide very well and no issues with the driving. Would highly recommend the Windsor, Stonehenge and bath trip

Christian Peter: Everything perfect

Audrey Mac Whirter: Our tour guide Rowan and driver Bill were great ! We had an amazing time. Highly recommend the day trip.

Karen Glenn: . Rowan was delightful and so knowledgeable. If I lived here, we should be friends! Bill the driver was amazing. The highway was closed due to an accident so we took a tour of the countryside and Bill threaded that bus thru some really tight streets. Job well done to both of them.

Thais Carrapatoso Nascimento: . Simon nosso guia e Gary nosso motorista foram fantásticos. Em Stonehenge, Wendy nos apresentou de perto

Carlos Aguilera: Se portaron muy bien, no perdimos por Uber un tour y llegamos por los pelos

ORLANDO TÜNNERMANN: We chose this company for an excellent and highly recommended excursion to the beautiful and picturesque Costwolds region. It is very well organized. You stay waiting in a room until they come to pick you up to start the tour. Our guide was Leslie, very professional and personable. The group vehicle very comfortable. As for the excursion, only one drawback. At our first stop we had to stop to eat and since you only have an hour to see that town, eating takes away all the time and to see that and take photos you have to fly. It would be better to recommend that everyone bring something to eat, because time goes by looking for where to eat, to be served, served, paid... They have many excursions, it is a very good option to see other places outside of London

Johanna Bravo: This is a review for the Stonehenge Half Day Tour with Entry and Extra Time. July 2023. Location is central London close to Victoria station. Very easy to get to. Once checked in we were directed to a downstairs waiting area. It was clean and had a restroom available. At 9:30 a.m. we started boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was welcoming. He gave us our audio guide and set of wire earbuds. There was some commentary about London as we rode away which was helpful. Then it was quiet. We arrived in 2 hours. It was a tight schedule as it was so busy there! We were able to see the exhibit, shop, grab lunch and enjoy the Stones. The trip was worth it. We got back to central London in about 2.5 hours due to traffic in the afternoon.Would recommend.

Thomas Conway: We enjoyed our tour on 11 July 2023 of Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon, and Oxford. Our tour guide was Rowan and our driver was Andres.Rowan was very animated, lively, friendly, and knowledgable. She also provide great insights on the best locations to go to at each destination. She was excellent at bringing the destinations and history to life. She was very bubbly and alway had a smile. Andres did a wonderful job of navigating the path to and from the locations.

Dylan MacIsaac: Consider yourself lucky if you get Manon as your tour guide – she was great! You’ll only have 1-2 hours at each Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath, though it felt like plenty of time. Be sure to stick to the schedule so you don’t get left behind!

Chelsa Fillers: Manon and Earl were a great team, even with setbacks- they were calm and courteous. I would trust Manon with my life she was that good. We were allowed a nice amount of time at all the stops and she knew all the things to know about the Windsor Castle, Stone Henge and Bath.

Guillaume Harvey: The stonehenge & Bath with optional Roman Bath museum was a blast. Our guide simon was entertaining and very knowledgeable. A great experience overall and no rush needed. We had plenty of time to do everything.

Graeme Fullerton: They organised coach transfer to and from ABBA voyage. Superb coach, excellent driver. Host couldn't be more helpful. Perfect

leonides samaniego: I highly recommend this tour which included visits to the Windsor palace, the Hedgestone, and Oxford which was provided by Evans Evans Tours thru Expedia. Our guide Simon was very informative and made our tour very enjoyable. Compliments to our driver too who drove us all day without any incident.

Rich Zerkowski: We just completed our 11-hour tour of Windsor, Stonehenge, and Oxford. Our guide, Simon began the day by inverting the order of the day’s stops. Thank goodness he did! Doing so kept us ahead of traffic and ensured we had extra time to spend at Windsor. Simon was also an excellent narrator along the way, mixing an ideal blend of history and levity. It was a marvelous tour.

Sydnee Lauritzen: We did the 11 hour tour of Oxford, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Simon was the best tour guide. He took us to Oxford first rather than follow all of the other tour buses. There were hardly any crowds and we got to end our day at Windsor Castle. Perfect day!

Hüseyin Can Börekcier: I took 1 day tour to Windsor , Stonehenge and Oxford . Simon was a great tour guide , he was very knowledgeable and funny 😊 Our driver Maria was also a good driver and I felt completly safe.

Dara L: We did a 3 stop day tour with Simon to Oxford, Stonehenge & Windsor Castle. It was wonderful! Simon took our tour bus in the opposite direction of the other tours. Starting us at Oxford. We missed all of the crowds and it felt like we had Windsor Castle to ourselves. It was a perfect day! Thank you Simon!

Kristen Villavicencio: What a wonderful day! We went to Oxford, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle, which was the perfect way to spend the day. By going in this order, we were able to avoid all crowds, which made it way more enjoyable. Simon, our guide, was very informative and entertaining. Maria, our driver, was wonderful too. 10/10 recommend!

Beth Zerkowski: Simon was an amazing tour guide getting us through Stonehenge, Oxford, and Windsor Castle. Followed his own order and avoided so many lines and crowds!

Sharon C: Excellent service from Rowan and Mo for bringing us around Stonehenge and bath. Is a fascinating ride and great insight on Stonehenge and City of Bath.Highly recommend 😎

victorianne Vessio: .

Mathieu R: Very nice visit with Norma, who has lots of things to tell and is super nice!

Angèle Echard: We took this company by going to the Warner studio, cheaper and with a small lounge while waiting for the bus, we were not disappointed! The staff is very friendly and kind.

Vincent Arrisi: Simon was extremely interesting and entertaining. We saw more than we had ever expected. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some very interesting information and insights.

Anna Rogers: Absolutely loved the tour! Simon was amazing, funny, and provided great insights. He is definitely one of the best tour guides and if possible you should book requesting him! #1 Tour Guide is Simon!!

April Cortina: Simon was a fantastic tour guide and absolutely made the day with his insights and commentary.

Zoe Smith: . In Bath, all you have time for is the Roman Baths and maybe a few minutes of walking around the town if you HURRY

Christian auf der Horst: We had a lovely day trip from London to Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath. Organisation was perfect. Special thanks to Simon, our marvelous tour guide.

Marian Stewart: My daughter and I did the tour to Leeds, Canterbury, and Dover. Chrissy was our tour guide and she was delightful! Well worth the money.

London Walks: what do users think?

Janet Thomas: with an improved understanding and sense of location. Thank you!

Annelise Norman: David Poyser guided my group's Dickens literary tour through London, and he did a phenomenal job! He was so knowledgeable and engaging. He had selected passages from Dickens' novels to read at significant locations, and the effect was tremendous. He really brought the author to life for my group of students. I cannot recommend David enough!

Tom Donnelly: Disastrous London with Andrew is a great walk , Andrew is a brilliant guide . Great insight to our past.,

Sue Baynes: Went on the Lincolns Inn Fields walk on Valentine's day with Simon as the guide. The walk was excellent, informative and entertaining 👏. Simon is a great guide and we would love to join him on his Cambridge, Oxford and the Cotswolds walks later in the year. Thank you Simon for a great time in old London.

L Herriot: to come back and explore further later. London Walks tours are now firmly in our repertoire of activities to plan when we’re hosting friends/family in London! Thanks Andy for a magical morning!

Rosie Leutzinger: I did the Jack the Ripper walk and our guide Simon was fantastic. He was very careful to warn people about how graphic some of the information was going to be, and I thought very sensitive to the seriousness of the crimes, while also adding just the right amount of humor to take the edge off. He was also very good at giving background information about the victims and presenting them as the real people they were, rather than exploiting them for entertainment. He seemed genuinely interested in all the people on the tour, and made us all feel like a little family. Can't wait to do more London Walks tours!

jim monaghan: Great company. Affordable, knowledgeable and fun. I did the Westminster Abbey, Underground and Inns of Court walks. They were great. Big shout out to Brian on the Westminster tour. His humor and occasional disdain for the ancient and not to ancient monarchs was hilarious.

Will Maidment: The Old Westminster tour with David M was fantastic! Fun stories, great knowledge, and a very open/understanding dynamic! A wonderful tour for all, but particularly good at accommodating for those those who want to learn a little more than just ‘this is the Palace of Westminster’. Would recommend!

Lesley Robinson: . It was wonderful! Richard

Yvette Petit: Absolutely recommended, we booked the Beatles Walk with Richard and the Jack the Ripper Walk with Andrew. Through Richard we learned a lot of great insider news and Andrew was very exciting.

Andrea Bakas: London walks were recommended to me & having now gone on 2 in 2 days, I’m so very happy for the recommendation. Richard III was my guide for both the Charles Dickens & Notting Hill & Portobello Market walks. Both were wonderful. I learned so much from Richard. He walks at an easy pace, with frequent pauses to deliver a fascinating bit of history. Richard is a terrific story teller; just a delightful guide. Many thanks! I’ll be joining again soon.

Brian Marciniak: It's not often I can say I've learned cool things about a city but I must say, good job to our guide. I won't let out the secrets here but I'd recommend this although I'd might recommend end back where we started vs. At a weed smoking coffee shop. Lol but no complaints over all. Thank you again!

Benjamin Brown: A night on the "Ghosts of the Old City Walking Tour" with Adam proved to be an enchanting and memorable experience. From the moment the tour began, it was evident that Adam had a captivating presence and a genuine passion for storytelling. As we gathered in the dimly lit streets near the site of the former Newgate Prison, Adam immediately set the tone with his theatrical flair, creating an atmosphere charged with anticipation and a hint of spookiness. His storytelling was not just informative; it was a performance, complete with dramatic pauses, a lowering of the voice, and *BANG* a stomp of the foot to make the group jump and giggle.Adam seamlessly wove together historical facts with local folklore, bringing the past to life in a way that held the group's attention throughout the tour. His vivid descriptions and animated delivery made it easy to visualize the scenes he painted, making the ghostly tales feel like a journey through time. One of the highlights was Adam's ability to prompt the audience to think about what may have been the actual origins of the ghost stories he was sharing. He had some real bangers I wish I’d written down. “That’s the thing about hysteria… at some point you feel stupid if you don’t join in.” He encouraged interaction between stops and kept an eye on the crowd so we did not end up wandering the dark streets of London alone on a Sunday night.By the end of the evening, it was apparent that Adam had not only provided a fascinating glimpse into the supernatural history of the London’s Old City but had also left a lasting impression on the participants. The tour was not just about ghosts; it was a masterful blend of storytelling, history, and entertainment, making it a positive and memorable experience for all who dared to join the journey into the haunted past. Also at £15, it is easily the cheapest way to spend 2 hours awake in London.

Melanie: Great walk "the famous square mile" with Simon this morning. Was very interesting and funny. I totally recommend. Thank you!

Per Olof Tellegård: I have had several walks with them over the years. The latest, last week, was a small group Ripper-walk with Richard W. He is so knowledgeable and shares his wisdom abundantly. I am certain he will write a Jack the Ripper book himself one day and I sure look forward to reading it.

Daniel Jess: Went on the Ghosts of London walk on Halloween with Adam. Really enjoyed the tour, Adam was very knowledgeable and charismatic, really selling the ghost stories to a group of people that generally weren’t superstitious and didn’t believe in ghosts. Was definitely worth doing and I’ll be looking forward to potentially joining another walk!

Lisa Coleman: Had a fantastic tour with Andy on the Hidden Pubs of London tour. Great experience and learned so much! Andy is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend.

Debra Goldentyer: : you can't eat just one. We tried one, enjoyed it so much, we tried a second. Then a third. Each tour guide was a joy, a fount of knowledge, and a charmer. I took about 6 of your tours in the month I was in London, and I'll be back.

Carmie Obstfeld: Absolutely fun and highly interesting tour with a lot of information about the history of London‘s East End! We did the Jack the Ripper walk with Andy as our guide. Not only was he very pleasant and entertaining to listen to, he also presented historically accurate information, which I - as a history teacher - appreciated very much. I‘d always book a tour again! Definitely worth the money.

The Jack the Ripper Tour: what do users think?

Ashleigh Campbell: Brilliant tour the tour guide was very good, bit of a smart arse though, with some Hanger's on.Would highly recommend.

Lisa Kay: but unable to reproduce so she took her anger out on other women who could have children then brought them up in property and dirt. I believe she was so disgusted with them and jealous and felt they didn't deserve to have the blessing of being able to reproduce and that's why she took their uterus's. Anyways, food for thought!! Wonderful evening!

Jenaïna Naamane: The tour was amazing and Rob is a terrific guide! I highly recommend, you will learn a lot not only about Jack the Ripper but also about the whitechapel area!

Emily Manetz: Rob did an amazing job with our tour and was very knowledgeable, as well as respectful of the victims of Jack the Ripper.

Karla Beatriz Ortiz: So cool to be in the exact places where these happened and our tour guide Rob was excellent!

Juanita Peek: It was great!

Farrah Lutchmansingh: Ask for Micky! Our recent experience on the Jack the Ripper tour led by the incredible Micky was nothing short of extraordinary. We found ourselves immersed in the dark and haunting world of one of history's most notorious figures. Micky's expertise and passion for the subject made this tour an unforgettable experience. From the moment Micky began his storytelling, I was immediately drawn into the chilling atmosphere of Victorian London. His extensive knowledge of the Jack the Ripper case was evident, and he effortlessly wove together historical facts and spine-tingling details to create a vivid and immersive narrative.Micky's enthusiasm for the subject matter was contagious, and his ability to engage the group throughout the tour was commendable. He masterfully guided us through the dimly lit streets of Whitechapel, bringing the past to life with his compelling storytelling and captivating anecdotes.
