Carphone Warehouse: what do users think?

Maria de Esteban Belzuz: Great customer service at the store. Absurdly bad customer service thereafter. Delivery dates were all wrong and it has been absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. I am still trying as of right now. Would expect much better from a store selling expensive / mission-critical products such as PCs.

Trish McElhill: Phone handed in to Carphone Warehouse for repair for 2nd time in a week, but they will not give new phone until it has been sent for repair 3 times, so had to buy a new mobile. Served by young man with glasses (sorry do not know his name), but he was so helpful and kind that the 4 stars in this review are for him.

O2 Shop London - 120 Oxford Street: what do users think?

C D: Having been an O2 customer for years I went in to upgrade my SIM only contract. Upon chatting to an advisor I was told there was an offer on and I could receive a tablet for an additional £2.00 a month on my existing contract. Sounded too good to be true but I double and triple checked so took on the offer. A few days later I got a letter in the post confirming my new contract..yes the tablet was £2 a month but I’d also have to pay an additional amount for the SIM card they’d put in the tablet (something I didn’t even want). So it would have come to an extra £6 a month rather than £2, which is what I’d been sold. Luckily I noticed this within 14 days so I called up and cancelled the new device plan, but was disappointed to have been knowingly misled in store and it’ll make me scrutinise everything next time my contract is up for renewal.
Response: This doesn’t sound great. So we can find out a bit more about your issue, please send us on our O2 Social Media channels. Links here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

Christine G: We came to buy my parents pay as you go SIM cards. We were helped by Nahid who was very nice and went the extra mile. I have not experienced excellent customer service like this in a long time!
Response: Always what we love to hear, thanks for your review

Kathy Frain: Many thanks to the absolutely fantastic customer service I received from Nahid yesterday. He was so kind patient and helpful in setting up my new mobile. He is a credit to O2.
Response: Always what we love to hear, thanks for your review

Antonellina & Alex: Big modern shop with plenty of products to choose from right in the heart of London. The staff is super helpful, very knowledgeable and relaxed.Definitely one of my favourite
Response: Great stuff, thanks for the review

Ryan: This O2 shop is one of the larger ones in central London. Great customer service and lots of staff available to advise on products. This means there is expertise for products and services that you may not find in one of the smaller branches. In my personal experience the staff were friendly, patient, and helped me to find the plans and products that were most suitable. They also helped me transfer my data and get started with my upgrades. Highly recommended.

Mark Richards: Visiting London, with a rapidly depleting phone battery. Visited this store to buy a lead and a power bank. Danish was extremely helpful and offered to let me charge the phone in the shop. Brilliant customer service
Response: Great to hear, and thank you for your review Mark Richards

Dinesh Selva: Useless staff not helpful at all. Go to an EE shop near or go to the O2 shop in Tottenham court road one. They were a lot more helpful.
Response: If you need any further help or support, please reach out to us on our O2 Social Media channels. Links here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

Nathan Campbell: I stopped here to get a new SIM for my phone as I was traveling from across the pond I was promptly helped and provided a new SIM for about 20 pound that had 30 GB of data and will work across Europe I’ve had it a couple weeks now and the service seems to be great easy and productive transaction
Response: Great stuff, thanks for the review

Three: what do users think?

moni haq: Excellent customer services provided by the staff esp Glory on the counter who helped me with sim exchange. She has a very sweet and friendly personality. Also, the manager Jay was very kind and helpful who greeted me with water since it was a hot day. He also made sure that my problem was resolved asap. They were extremely pleasant with me and other customers in store and sorted out my issue in a very professional way!! Thank you all!
Response: Thank you for the feedback, Moni! We'll make sure Glory and Jay are recognised for their service. We're glad to hear you got your issues resolved quickly. If you ever need any more help, don't hesitate to visit Oxford Street East!

Emily: Very helpful customer service. The Indian guy who worked there helped me get a 4G internet router. Even when the shop was closing, the Indian staff still went out of his way to make sure I could get my router in time.
Response: Hi Emily, thanks for the review! Our team really appreciate your feedback. We hope to see you again soon.

Sara G.: As others have said, stay away! They signed up an older family member who speaks a basic level of English for a new 2-year contract even though she had told them she just wants a replacement SIM card and wants to say on her monthly plan. We went back to the store the same day and the original sales rep (FATIMA) and the assistant managers (JAY and ED) claimed they could not cancel the contract in the store—not that they don’t want to but they can’t. ED also insisted that if she signed the contract she is bound by it. Yes, she signed the contract but who reads the fine print or contract for something like this when we verbally communicate and agree!? FATIMA clearly upsold/missold her without her knowledge. She plays all sweet and nice but is deceitful. I asked what happens if/when an employee makes a mistake and contract needs to be corrected, would they still not be able to cancel or fix the contract in the store? The answer was, we can’t. JAY gave us a phone number supposedly for complaints but it was the phone number for taking oneself off of marketing calls! So I called the customer care number I found online and the rep told us the store should be able to cancel the contract. After much insistence while I was in the store (and after them speaking to ED), the phone rep escalated the call. I was told by the customer relations person that the people in the store are not doing their job. This rep canceled the contact on the phone after an hour-long call—something a rep from the store should have done as the most basic courtesy. We’ll have to wait a few weeks to check the final bill and make the final call about this phone rep’s work though. The store employees don’t give a sht of course, life goes on. But hey, what goes around comes around! Is Three pressuring their employees to aggressively sell such that they end up doing these kinds of fraudulent activities? Is Three waiting to get sued and pay millions in fines for fraudulent contracts before they stop this type of harmful behavior? This is exactly what happened to mobile phone companies and banks in the U.S. and fortunately it’s a lot better now.
Response: Hi Sara, thanks for sharing your review. We're really sorry that you've had this experience. We'd like to help, you can talk to us at https://www.three.co.uk/support/Contact-Us, and one of our team members will look into this. We hope we can earn back your trust.

amber turnbull: had an awesome experience with fatema on 22nd nov 2022! i had some questions about the flip 4 and even though she knew she wouldnt be getting a sale from me that day she still gave me attention and was very kind. she was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, a great employee.
Response: Thank you for the feedback, Amber! We're all about excellent customer service. Glad to hear you got the help you needed from us at Oxford Street East.

Simbo O: Had a really subpar experience with the guy at the very end of the table today, he was wearing a lapel pin with the Brazilian flag among others and I was there around past noon. It was one of those interactions where someone was being condescending and unhelpful but doing just enough that you’re not sure if you’re imagining it and you’d feel like you couldn’t complain. He asked me for a British passport/driver’s license after I brought out my drivers license and when I queried that, said “I’m Not British either but have a drivers license”, everywhere else I’ve been for anything nobody has ever asked me specifically for a British passport/drivers license, I even asked if he meant a Brp and he ignored, I found that very interesting. He also kept trying to make me seem like I was lying/didn’t know what I was talking about, I did. Overall was EXTREMELY unhelpful, condescending and just generally lacking empathy and patience.
Response: Hi Simbo, thanks for sharing your review. We're really sorry that you've had this experience. We are closely monitoring our customers' feedback and working to provide the best possible service, and if we can do anything to help, please get in touch. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

O2 Shop London - The Strand: what do users think?

Andy Davis: Told to call the branch or phone gets sent back from a no response email and no response text. Continual no answered calls. One would have thought that a telephone company would be able to turn their voicemail one. O2 do not give two hoots about you. All phone companies have bad customer service but O2 are winning the wooden spoon.

Nigel Stefani: Awesome service - a fellow Arsenal supporter too ;) He was polite, professional and answered all my questions. Plus sorted me out with an awesome deal. Faultless experience
Response: Thanks for your review

Jonathan Eyal: Well staffed shop with a good selection of the latest phones. Quick and efficient service
Response: Thanks for your review

A T: Great customer service at this store near Trafalgar square and Covent Garden

Owen Burton: Terrible, couldn’t resolve a SIM glitch issue even after contacting O2 Customer Service. Avoid at all costs.
Response: If you need any further help or support, please reach out to us on Twitter (https://o2uk.co/TWR), Facebook (https://o2uk.co/FBR) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/IGR)

Ace Sa: The place lies about discount to push extra sales likes of apple watch tablets and extra Sims when any one offer you this with a upgrade or a new connection ignore them and the discount you should still get the same for example up to £100 off from the handset cost or giving you extra discount on line you GET THAT ANYWAYS BUT AS CUSTOMERS WE NOT AWEAR AND THIS SHOP USE THAT TO SELL EXTRA ITEMS SAYING IF YOU TAKE THIS WE CAN KNOCK OFF THE COST AND STUFF...... THE MANAGER IS NEVER THERE AND STAFF ARE LOVELY BUT THE STORE RUNS LIKE A UNPROFESSIONAL AND WITH SELLS OF LIES

John JM Mark: Gave 5 🌟 cus might get free phone from this shop..... Never been there.... Just love the brand .... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Response: Thanks for your review

Eddie Brown: Really helpful and informative staff. Resolved my issue within 5 minutes whereas another O2 shop I went was trying pressure me into buying things I did not need.

Ricardo Mamude: The shop is so nice and tidy, I really want to give 5 Stars to Kesh, who was so friendly and help me a lot with my return device, I used to be a EE costumer but I never had such a nice experience before in any shop like Kesh gave me today Thank you so much Kesh, I’ll come back soon to do my upgrade with you. Wishing for you all the best man

O2 Shop London - 351 Oxford Street: what do users think?

Stephanie Eeckhout: I wanted to leave a review on the exceptional customer service that Tony and Steven has offered to me on Wednesday evening. I am usually very apprehensive at changed my phone. But they made my change extremely positive. I work in retail myself and I felt extremely looked after and they left the store 1h later to finish their service. I rarely saw such a strong empathy for customer. I also know how days are long days are in retail. They went above and beyond for me and I am extremely thankful for going to this store and been served by this 2 gentleman. They are a huge asset for your company. Bravo!
Response: Great to hear you had a good experience in our London store, thanks for sharing

Bakr Ahmadi: Horrible stuff I open a new contract at this store they give me two weeks if I’m happy or I council I decide to cancel it because the reception wasn’t good in my area Give me horrible time! They put me in blacklist! They reported me as a bad credit! As I stole this phone! I have all the proof I give them back the phone and I cancelled the contract but still it is going on it was from the first lockdown! I give them a call and I recognise the voices they were joking with me they blocked me they didn’t want to talk to me explain the situation I keep sending me to a pay the bill which is I shouldn’t of paid the bill because I give him the phone back everything I still have those proof I give the phone back and I cancelled the contract No longer after this someone did shopping using my debit card and it was them they using my debit card! So my advice for you guys please don’t use this store they’re all scammer!

M P III: I always had a good experience here in this store. I always have my upgrade here because it’s close to my work. Today I came in to collect an order which was incorrect so I wanted to have it cancelled in order for me to order the right phone. The guy “helping” me walked away while I am telling him that on the email and my o2 app it says the item is in store but he insisted it’s not here. Two mins later I saw him having a break. He is more interested on walking away than customer service. He needs training on your system and on how to do customer service. He refuses to listen to what I was telling him.
Response: Sorry you’ve not had a great experience. We can get this fed back for you to the relevant teams. If you still need any help or support, please contact us on our O2 Social Media channels. Links here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

Rory Jorge: The first visit over two weeks ago was ok. Neither excellent nor outstanding but at least it was decent service when my son got a prepaid sim card. We went back a few weeks later to switch to a postpaid plan as advised during the first visit. The first staff who responded to us, an Asian looking guy was nice and, even though he was attending to someone, he let us know as soon as we entered the store that this “other guy” would attend to us after a current customer. This other guy was another story. He was rude and cocky. Was it because my son is younger that he behaved that way? My son would respectfully ask questions about the postpaid plan options and he would consistently respond to these in a dismissive way or say things like “do you understand?” At times he didn’t seem to know what he was doing but pretended to anyways. My son even went to the extent of nicely suggesting to him the need to fill up certain fields of data on the computer which he initially said were not needed or “already entered” so that the transaction would proceed. It took a lot of effort for my son and myself to keep it in and not to react to his rude and cocky behavior. I kept pretty much quiet the whole transaction as he had already rudely responded to two initial questions I asked. I ended up complaining to the supervisor about him after our transaction was done… in the hope that he would not do the same thing to a future customer. Didn’t amount to much. I ended up upset. And the rude staff goes so far as saying he already apologized, when he never did (and which I didn’t even ask for). We are NEVER going to that O2 store again. Awful.
Response: This doesn’t sound great. So we can find out a bit more about your issue, please send us on our O2 Social Media channels. Links here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

Irfan Cycles: Came in and explained our problem about a sim card not having any number on it, yes i know so bizarre everyones reacted the same. All he did was hand me the customer service number which resulted in them ending the call anyway. Imagine their direct line ending the call whilst i was still giving my details? The problem is sorted only after endless calls.
Response: If you need any further help or support, please reach out to us on our O2 Social Media channels. Links here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

Anna: Rude!!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service! The guy (bouncer? Not sure what his role is to be honest) was extremely rude and unpleasant. We wanted to get a PAYG SIM card and one of the Custer service people was available but he TOLD us (as if he was taking to naughty kids) to wait for no reason whatsoever. Shame this is still being tolerated by the management provided that the other reviews mention exactly the same issue.
Response: Sorry you’ve not had a great experience. Should you still need any support, please get in touch with us on our O2 Social Media channels. Links here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

Duke Ekokotu: The shop assistants were very helpful and sorted my problem. They are a good team there
Response: Thank you for your positive review

Tiffany Kuk: Experienced the worst customer service of my life here. After explaining a problem I’ve had for the first time in two years being with the company, the salesman just told me that I was doing it wrong and all he can do is tell me that he doesn’t know or care why I haven’t had this problem in the past two years and that’s all he’s willing to help and literally walked away from me shaking his head. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. How can a company expect to keep happy customers after being treated like this? The purpose is to help the customer and find solutions not to give up and walk away because they don’t know what else to do. So frustrating and disappointing.

James French: Absolutely superb and very helpful advice and action from this Victoria store! My son’s SIM card wasn’t activating, so after various different attempts and discussions with O2 online, Paul and Prem in Victoria were determined to sort the issue out, which they did. AND they saved me loads of money on my landline and broadband too!! Highly recommend - personal service at its very best.
Response: Great to hear you had a good experience in our London store, thanks for sharing

Mel: Nice a friendly staff , thank you to Mathew and for his manager .
Response: Thank you for your positive review

Adis Camo: All praise for the man who worked yesterday, professional, helpful, all the best

Daniel LO: When I entered the shop an attendance asked me few questions, I needed a esim card replacement I explained. She asked me if I wanted to wait 30min which I did, probably more than half an hour. Once my time was up I went to the counter to ask for the eSIM replacement just to be told they they don’t have. Bye bye my break time for nothing. L of

Sichen Li: The worst nightmare started in this shop with one of their very apathetic staff! We walked in as my sister got her phone and wallet stolen in a coffee shop, she gave him her ID and two other info which he asked. Then he ask her to provide the bank card which just got stolen! In which mind did he think that she could provide this info?! She cried in front of him and all he said was I need your bank card, and he was not trying to solve and didn’t care to solve the issue at all!! We just left in the end and went to the Oxford street O2, which the staff was very helpful and she got her SIM card replacement. We are very disappointed with this kind of treatment, and we believe that retail is all about providing help that customers need in different scenarios and being empathic to your customers!

Kay Simon: Very helpful, found me a great deal.

Melissa Jeffery: Amanda was an absolute angel and couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and understanding at what was an incredibly difficult time after having my phone stolen. The care and attention that Amanda showed me to help me through a trying day sorting out a new phone was incredible. She went above and beyond to then help me get a good deal on my new phone. George and Leroy were also super helpful and friendly. Big thanks to all the lovely O2 team on the Kings Road for helping me sort out a new phone
Response: We really appreciate your review, thank you

morad jahanshahi: On a recent trip to UK I dropped into this outlet to merely explore my options for having a phone during my visit. As I entered I was immediately received and greeted very pleasantly by Finn. He listened to my reasons for my visit and immediately suggested that my needs would be best met through a special offer O2 had that week. As I agreed with his conclusions I asked if he would set up my phone as , being a baby boomer, I’m not as versed as I felt certain he was. I was delightfully surprised with Finn’s pleasant and professional manner in helping me out after fully and accurately understanding my needs. We’ll done Finn and O2, from a very satisfied customer 👏👏👍👍🙏
Response: Great stuff, thanks for the review

Stephen Dean: Worst experience of my life with a phone provider. They could not set me up a contract and then turned out that they actually had set me up an account behind the scenes. Never received a phone. They are still chasing me for money now and £1029 for a handset I never got given. Honestly the worst experience ever. Do not use them completely incompetent. The Assistant simply could not be bothered to help, I needed a different size sim card plus the correct gateway number to enable me to send txts. n to ensure the Samsung was up n running correctly. Despite there only being one other customer waiting the Customer service Assistant said he was too busy to help. Response: If you still need support please get in touch with us on our O2 Social Media channels here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

Marek Matysiak: This is my O2 shop. People are always helpful there.
Response: Great stuff, thanks for the review

Joe Fuller: I was in the store, waiting for my friend to finish up with what she wanted to fix on her phone, and the manager just randomly starts telling off the janitor loudly in front of all the customers as if she’s asserting the fact that she is a higher rank than him. Disgusting way to treat fellow employees.

Steven Smallwood: Really friendly staff and a quick and efficient service. Thank you
Response: Thanks for your review

QTP D: Avoid! Very misleading, young lady wearing a hijab who was apparently "new" signed me up to a contract without my consent after whispers between her and colleague. Please avoid, very rude staff, no concern for customers at all. Disappointed and have spoken to customer service who are dealing with this situation then I will be leaving 02.

Nas Mohamed: They were very unhelpful and cold when it came to processing a refund. They got irritated and angry about it and tried to find ways not to give it to us. Once it was processed they then began speaking about us in whispers. Very stressful atmosphere as the manager could be seen running around and trying to hurry his stuff. The staff were not enthusiastic and did not smile at all. Very bad experience and better offers and experience if you go to your network providers store directly.

Zach Wilson: I had a lovely exchange with a staff member by the name of Maria. She dealt with my queries with the utmost professionalism and proceeded to reduce my contract to a sim only; stating all the relevant information I needed to know, in a clear and understandable way.

Mark Wood: Great for meetings or training sessions. The room we had for the day had a full wall that was a wipe board. so documenting ideas etc was very interactive and a nice change from having a boring flip chart. The WiFi did struggle at times. Staff were really nice and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Mobile World: what do users think?

Erica Hollis: Bought an iPhone 8 Plus for £220, was faulty (Apple Pay didn’t work and very slow). Went back to exchange it. Bought a iPhone XS for an extra £150 out my pocket.( also Apple Pay didn’t work) I dropped the XS iPhone it got an air line crack and all touchscreen don’t work. Is the kind of problem happens because of cheap, low quality Chinese replacement lcd parts. I have owned and broken many iPhones. Never had one broken totally for 1 waist hight fall. I was told I need to pay for a whole new screen no refunds or anything. The crack is not the problem the cheap LCD it was replaced with is my problem. Avoid at all costs scammers, tax evaders ecc. Didn’t even want to give me receipt on first purchase.
Response: Hi sorry to read this. - I have to mention that we don’t make any sale of mobile phones/products without invoice. - We don’t offer part exchange/don’t buy any device from the costumers -Damage made by the costumer in any circumstances cant be covered by our company. (You mention you dropped it) None of our staff, remember to deal with a case like you wrote, and I’m thinking that this is the wrong shop. You are welcome in our shop. Three: what do users think?

C R: By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. The staff in this store pride themselves on poor service and a refusal to assist customers, offering only problems, not solutions. Went to a different Three store 5 mins away and they sorted me out straight away. The staff at this store made no attempt to resolve the fact that Three had sent me a faulty item and told me to return it to any shop. They stand around doing nothing, delighted that the company is losing customers. The inadequate store manager will bring all who work here down with him. All contracts with Three now cancelled. Will never return.
Response: Hi C, thanks for sharing your experience. We're sorry that the service in-store at Strand wasn't as expected. We'd like to get this looked into as quickly as possible, so please contact us at https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us.

WOMB Wonders of My Body: Wow! All expectations smashed with AMAZING customer service. Starting with Cris who patiently heard out experience of being pickpocketed night before before comparing my phone needs with models in my budget. He was sympathetic with the headache I had had with 3 Live Chat service too. I was impressed how Neuza, Store manager worked as a team with Cris , not only suggesting business package but a great deal with it. The best part was Cris then went thru features of the camera which was so exciting that I was almost grateful for the crime hours earlier. Friendly, thorough, patient ...there could only be this rating for these phone experts ..FIVE STARS💯💯👌🏽🖐🏾🤝🏼THANK YOU SO MUCH
Response: Thanks for the review! Our team at Strand really appreciate your feedback. We hope to see you again soon.

alice Mann: I went into the store today with a major issue and Cris was so helpful. Really pleased with the service I was given!
Response: We really appreciate the review, Alice! It's wonderful to hear about your experience with Cris. We'll make sure he is recognised for his service. We hope you visit us again soon.

Chris Coop: Brilliant service from the Strand Team! They helped me get the best deal suitable for me by exploring my needs. Especially Cris who made it a very comfortable journey for me to chose an ideal package. I was sceptical at first but if the customer service from the whole team made it easy.
Response: Thanks for shouting out our great team, Chris! We'll make sure they are recognised for their excellent service. See you next time!

Siddharth Menon: I visited this store a couple of days back and I must say that I am positively impressed with the prompt service of the service members there. There was a query with regards to the porting of my number and the staff there ( specifically Mr. Hamza) was very forthcoming and took the initiative to go the extra mile of calling the contact centre on my behalf and get matters sorted. Additionally, I could see that other customers ahead of me were also treated with utmost respect and kindness. With a very cordial and friendly demeanor, all my queries were clarified. I would highly recommend other patrons to visit this branch to get your queries sorted out.
Response: Thank you for the feedback, Siddharth! We'll make sure Hamza is recognised for his service. We're glad to hear you got all your issues resolved. If you ever need any more help, don't hesitate to visit Strand!

Thibault Fertey-Richard: Helpful guy but please let us buy top tier phone at the counter
Response: Hi Thibault, thanks for the review! Our team at Strand really appreciate your feedback. We hope to see you again soon.

MrForbes: Went into the store earlier today to upgrade my contract the gentleman who served me was incredibly helpful and very friendly. He was even able to provide me with a better offer than I had originally sought via the website, so I was very pleased I had gone to the shop in person.
Response: Thanks for shouting out our great team, Adrian! We'll make sure they are recognised for their excellent service. See you next time!

Joan Eusse: All the staff was great and helped me decide when buying a new phone.
Response: Great phones, great service, great people. That's what it's all about, Joan! Thank you so much for sharing your experience!

Bea: Hamza helped during a stressful time to upgrade my contract. Calm, supportive and super helpful! Would recommend him and his store to anyone!! 5 stars!

O2 Shop London - Camden: what do users think?

Tessa Craver: Staff are friendly and clearly work together well, teamwork makes the dream work. On a Saturday afternoon they had no wait and sorted me with a SIM in no time. Kindly answered all questions and then some!
Response: Great stuff, thanks for the review

Mary Manyor: Camden high street O2 store have the worse customer service, their staff are poorly trained, they have no idea what they are doing half of the time. If you need help with your item or buying something from click and collect don’t send it there, buy it from somewhere else or send it home. I would rate them zero customer service in particular one of their staff Mariam.
Response: Sorry you’ve not had a great experience. We can get this fed back for you to the relevant teams. If you still need any help or support, please contact us on our O2 Social Media channels. Links here 👉 https://o2uk.co/Links

yemi ogunmokun: The staff are excellent. They are ready to assist customers and are well trained. It is also a good place for their workers as they interact with each other as friends.
Response: We really appreciate your review, thank you

Irena Ziolkowska: On the 25.08 I went there to pick up my Apple SE watch……Nobody notified me, that the watch is gone??Just waist my time!No professionalism!!

Joe Pop: All staff really helpful and patient, especially Zak who went out of his way to help me set up my phone.
Response: Thanks for your review

lorena wakefield: Great service, friendly and super quick! Thanks guys!
Response: We really appreciate your review, thank you

anne mills: - welcomed into the shop by young woman on the door - friendly and helpful and worked out what my problem was and passed me over to her colleague . . . then sat down with phone "expert" and I asked lots of questions and he provided loads of very helpful answers - he was very patient with me - answering everything and giving me lots of v useful information - great experience - I can recommend O2 Camden Town !!

Lida Anwari: The manager/staff member, very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly. the security of the shop can attack you and slap/punch you Please, people, be aware this O2 shop in Camden is full of aggressive and psychotic staff (manager and security guard). The O2 should take very serious action. I have been an O2 customer for 8 years somewhere else and it was my first time visiting the Camden O2 shop.Horrible, unsecured customer service. The shop security is very aggressive.

Basil: O2’s customer service is very poor. Their staff are not helpful and their contracts are overpriced offering little value for money. I wouldn’t recommend O2 as a service provider. The phones seem to be sold for existing customers only. The contact length is 36 months. It’s really disappointing that their contracts are poor value for money. The staff are not helpful and finding a good deal is not possible with O2. Excellent customer service is not O2’s priority. Don’t expect O2 to go over and above what is expected.

Foysul: I was having technical issues with my E-SIM for 2 days, however the issue was resolved immediately by Diego at the Camden o2 branch, he explained what the problem was.
