Suraj: The only stop I always have to make in London. Friendly and professional service by great therapists. This trip I went in twice. One short 30 because I hadn’t visited since 2019 and wanted to check if it was still as good. Went back for another 60 because it’s still great. Thanks to Toni for the great treatment and sorting out my back and shoulders after 24hrs of flights as well as a few weeks of neglect.
NANCY LIU: The second time doing massage here, feel just so-so. The staff are very nice , always smiling, which I admire a lot. However, my hair got really oily due to the use of massage oil (I think this can be prevented in some way). Also, the heating wasn’t turned on, so I felt a bit cold during that one hour. And this time I had a different therapist, and my feeling was not as good as last time.
Woojae Jung: One of the best Thai massages I’ve had in my life. I’ve gotten them in all different cities / countries but this was hands down one of the most amazing. Joet was my masseuse. I had a really bad pain in my shoulder and could not raise my arm fully. After a medium strength deep tissue massage - i started feeling better on the day of. And next almost back to full mobility. I would go again today but was advised that too much of a good thing is also not good. Thank you so much and I hope the business continues to do well!
Georgi Deninski: I’ve been using this place for the last 10 months every single week, sometimes 2 times a week. I have tried all of the therapists who work there at least 5 times and came to the conclusion I can’t pick a favourite, they are all professional and extremely good. No wonder why sometimes there’s no available spaces if I haven’t booked in advance. Well done to the lovely and welcoming girls at the reception and all therapists, you’re the best.
Louise: It was my first visit here and the service was wonderful, very welcoming reception staff. My masseuse Toni was excellent, she made me feel comfortable and was attentive to my poor back due to long hours at the computer. Highly recommend it and I will definitely be going back
Ben Fisher: I originally book massages for my wife and I before traveling to London. Due to problems at the airport, our flight was delayed making it impossible for us to make our appointments. The people at Siam Body and Soul worked with me through email to reschedule our appointments trying to get them set for a time after our flight arrived but again due to issues with our flight this proved to be an impossibility resulting in our appointments being canceled. Because I prepaid for the massages and knew that the cancelation was not Siam Body and Souls fault, I fully expected them to keep the payment for the canceled appointments. Instead, Siam Body and Soul allowed me to rebook the appointments with out charging me. This was above and beyond what I expected and would have fully understood if they had decided to keep what I had paid up front. Our massages were excellent and I would highly recommend this business not only for the massage but for the excellent customer service.

Judith Delzell: I texted the owner for an appointment one day in advance, requesting a one hour, deep tissue massage. You enter the Noble Gentleman, a men’s salon, and then go downstairs. I have had therapeutic massages on a regular basis for over ten years. Alice gave me my massage and she quickly identified and relieved my tourist knots. She double checked whether the pressure was ok and she had dialed it in perfectly. The facility is on the smaller side and is clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I would say it was one of the best massages I have ever received due to Alice’s skill. I will definitely return during my next trip to London.

alison coll: I have been going to the Massage Centre since it first opened and before it was the Massage Centre. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place. All the massages I have ever had, from several different therapists over many years have all been excellent, giving me the very deep therapeutic massage I like and need. Their technique and manner have always been exemplary. Some have not always been quite to my taste with their pressure or style, but then I have changed therapist and always found someone who is perfect for me who I stay with till they move on. I have never had any problems with any staff member from therapist to reception, always getting a warm welcome.

Marita Keenan: I was fortunate to meet Fran and have massages from him when he first started his massage clinic. At that time I was living in London briefly. His skill and professionalism was outstanding. As the business has built up and expanded it is obvious he expects a high skill set and standard of all his staff. Over the years whenever I visit London appointments at the Massage Clinic in Chiswick are a must . I recommend friends from Perth Australia to do the same when they are tired of doing the "tourist thing" in London too and need muscle therapy and relaxation. The Massage Clinic in my view is "the best little massage clinic in the world".

Ambreen Khan: I started seeing Jo Stewart a few months ago and she is seriously amazing!! I’ve seen her for a number of reasons but the biggest one was when I had sudden twinge/ severe pain in my lower back that came on so strongly I had trouble walking - I went to see Jo and in all honesty, because the pain was so acute did not think that it could be resolved in one session. Jo managed to get rid of it in less than an hour and it didn’t come back - she has magic hands!! On top of that, she is such a lovely person, very empathetic and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Jo.

Kate atwell: I have been coming to the Massage Centre for over 5 years now and I absolutely love it. All of the therapists that I’ve had have been fantastic - friendly, knowledgable and skilled. I have always walked away satisfied and feeling much better than when I walked in. I currently see Lorenzo who is fabulous and puts you at ease. He’s really helped me with sore muscles and many parts of me out of alignment (!) due to training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and his knowledge and background in Judo has been helpful with this - he understands! I also believe that the reception staff are amazing - especially Dorothy - who is always cheery, ready to help and somehow seems to remember things about my account that even I’ve forgotten! L H: Honestly I do love them! I’ve been to this branch and earl court branch many times both were amazing! A very good deep tissue massage, the staff always very friendly helpful and polite! They listen to you to understand what you really need and give you there opinion and perfect massage! Also they have a really delicious healthy tea! Now I’m in London for vacation and visiting them one of the places I want to go I have appointment today!
Sohappytogether- -: Literally was the best massage experience in London. Misha has done a fantastic job by finding the best pressure and provided customised 90-min massage. Definitely revisiting again, and I can’t thank her enough.
Alison O'Donoghue: I have had 3 deep tissue massages so far at the spa and I am very happy with them. I have a lot of shoulder tension and the knots were worked on well so I left feeling much more relaxed and loose. The ladies who work there are very efficient and experienced so I’d happily recommend them. I keep returning which says a lot!
Abbie Gordon: I wish I could give more than five stars. After a back Injury, I was in constant pain for weeks. I went in for a deep tissue massage with Gabriela and the results were amazing. No more pain. She was very professional and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience. I’ve already had another massage and look forward to scheduling a reflexology session with her while I’m still in town.
Cynthia M: Overall experience was ok. Honestly they use way too much oil during multiple massages I had here and I left feeling really gross. I’m most sure why they overuse the massage oil but it probably makes it easier for them but it didn’t feel great dripping in oil.

Hazel Chan: The massage is definitely amazing, I got a really bad backpain for two days and I got deep tissue massage from the lovest therapist LiLi, she is so lovely and tried her best to relax my muscles with her professional skills which is the best massage I have ever had. And after that, I got a Chinese Sze fu to give me a medical massage it’s super good. And I feel much much better! Really recommended!

Jaki Walcott-Nelson: I had a 75 minute Body Rejuvenation massage with Moses yesterday. I went in with back pain and came away with none and was able to lay flat on my back without pain and support for the first time in at least 15 years, absolutely amazing! Had I read this I would have been very skeptical but Moses definitely has a gift. Next appointment booked immediately!
Anthony Manmohan: Booked for Lymphatic Drainage massage and felt the therapist, Vaslie included work to work with my underlying issues, a fusion massage which I enjoyed very much and was too relaxed and stress free at the end.I rebooked for reflexology with the same therapist.
Lucy Banfield: I have been having head and full body massages with Moses at London Centre of Champissage for a number of years, and I can quite honestly say that it has been life changing. The skill, care and knowledge that Moses has is second to none, and the experience every time is truly incredible, Moses has a real gift. happyLove555: I went yesterday to this massage and I enjoyed myself a lot. I got à Brazilian lady and she was very good. I did also see a Thai lady that just got booked. If I stayed longer in London I would have come back!
Rio Fernandez: Paid for a 60 minute massage but only got 50 minutes of weak and lacklustre presses. At no point was asked how the massage was or if a pressure adjustment was necessary. Rather, the lady was only concerned with whether I wanted “extras”, which I declined. Rude, unwelcoming ladies, who told me to “leave and never come back” when I calmly told them I got less time than I paid for.
Danish Mehmood: Not a professional massage. They always ask and force for "extra" and if you deny, their behaviour towards you becomes rude and end up before the time. They dont know hiw to do massage they all are unprofessional illiterate staff just to make money by doing EXTRA things

I ordered massage for 1 hour but i did stop him after 20-25 minutes because I couldn’t focus with the massage . The place was super noisy! It feel like someone eat my ear. I didn’t even hear the music and relaxing. I ask to stop the massage they offered me someone else do the massage without understand that the noise is the problem. I give them 2 stars because they gave me 30 pound back. But it feel un professional massage its not a shame to return everything when you fail. Wish them the best !

Nick Vorauer: I have been trying to figure out the best way to write out this review. My friend and I were visiting London and after 2 days of taking 25,000+ steps, we decided to treat ourselves to a massage to help our aching muscles. We called this massage parlor and were happy to be able to get a same day appointment. Both elected to get a 60 minute relaxation massage. Very relaxing experience, however during the massage, while I was laying on my stomach, maybe 15 minutes in, I felt and heard a buzz in between my legs, almost like a cell phone receiving a notification. I asked my masseuse after the massage what that was and they said it was their cellphone, which they had kept on the table during the massage. Now, do I think it is strange for an employee to have their phone on them while I am naked, covered only with a small towel? Yes, I do. Do I think there was any malicious intent behind it? Honestly, I have no proof one way or the other. I was a bit stressed after that. The price was fair, and the massage was of good quality, but I cannot drop how uncomfortable I felt, and decided I should leave this review to let people make their own decisions.

Every staff very friendly and introduce about what type of massage they have. I was made good choice for having great massage with James. I would like to say he’s very professional and he knows about acupressure point to release body tiredness and muscle aches . Strongly recommend:)

kareem khodeir: Best deep tissue massage I ever had! Rio gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. He was very polite and helpful listening to exactly what my issues were. After 20 years of pain and many attempts to relieve issues, Rio’s 30 minutes session has done it! Sore the following day and happy to be, it’s been 4 days and I feel fantastic! Rebecca Williams: Very good massage, my masseuse was male and they refused to change, Im not particular so this was fine as I’ve had both make a female masseuse’s in the past. But the masseuse was silent the whole time (60 mins), and displayed a clear erection when forcefully massaging my behind and upper thigh area, which went on for about 15 minutes, Never massage any of the front of my body either. I was a super frightened so I stayed quiet but I left immediately after and was absolutely mortified. I wanted to complain and ask for a refund but I was terrified. Sadly spent £55 and do not intend on returning. Do not recommend at all this place is seedy and decorated disgustingly.

Ruby Huang: Just had my first massage with them and it was absolutely AMAZING! Vallie is the best masseuse I’ve ever met (I hope I spelt her name right tho) - she has great technique, and very caring. Cannot recommend it more! Will definitely come back!
Karina Velásquez: The massage therapist was super young and lacking proper technique. I ended up with more sore muscles over my body than when I initially went in, also some bruises. The staff are friendly and the place is clean but no heating pad on the massage table, not aromatherapy from a diffuser, a loud “spa” music that made it even harder to understand the masseuse. Only a cheap towel for cover instead of soft linens. If you are like me and are used to exquisite technique and superior ambiance save your money and skip this “corner place”.

Also I ask numerous times to increase the pressure however this masseuse seem like she has no idea what she was doing and was just rubbing oil around my body. Would never go again. We booked for 90 minutes left after 60 minutes it was torturous.

Sue Pang: Brilliant massage! Still as great after lockdown/covid happened. I booked the 2 hour couple massage. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A nice place to wind down, definitely my place to go for a massage. Small but the staff made you feel comfortable and relaxed. The massage lady were great 👍🏻 Had a good laugh with them, thank you. They helped me unknot all my tension and fix my shoulder, also they helped me crack my lower back which had been a bug for a long time since lockdown. The pressure was spot on, definitely recommended. My partner also enjoyed his massage therapy as well. Would be coming back soon. Thank you for the service.
Jane L: I am a professional dancer and I popped in here last minute to get a sports message and it was probably one of the best sports massages I’ve ever received, great mix of pressure so you can feel the results and yet still very relaxing. I had a lovely woman called joom and I have already recommended this place to a few dancer friends already!
Robin Birney: An excellent spot five mins from Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. Joom was spectacular: professional, clearly knows her stuff, hilarious, and insanely strong. The place itself was cosy and clean, booking was a breeze. The best massage I’ve had in London and will definitely be going back. Do note that when they say deep pressure they really mean deep pressure!

Luke Gilbert: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Thai massage, we arrived and the place didn’t have our booking even though I’d booked online and paid a deposit. I booked a couples massage for me and my partner for his birthday. When we were shown downstairs we were clearly taken to a room hardly used, and then told again they were double booked and it wasn’t possible. If you don’t have the staff to do the job it’s more professional for you to turn us away than to go ahead with a service you could not fulfil. My partner ended up having three different people massage him and mine ended up falling on me in the middle of the massage. They missed parts of our bodies and we both walked away in pain. There wasn’t enough space in the room for them to actually perform a massage. After this whole experience they still expected us to pay £95! Absolute joke would never return to an establishment that handles things this way. This place should be shut down and if I would could give it no stars i would. I’m shocked to see so many positive reviews.

The staff so kind, I reached early they introduced a glass of water and made me feel relaxing before I got my service. I had a body scrub and hot stones massage for one and half an hour, only problem which I faced was the bathroom in the ground floor but the massage room in the basement.

Nathan M: I strained my lower back right before I was heading to London for vacation. I could barely tie my shoes since I was in so much pain. Luckily I found out Andrea works close to the hotel I was staying at. She was able to loosen up my muscles so I wasn’t in constant pain and could actually enjoy my trip. Andrea also sent me stretches that I should do to help prevent another back injury. I wish I could find a massage therapist like her in NY, she actually cares about helping people, would highly recommend.

Providing a first class highly professional service, and customer satisfaction, are our highest priorities. The member of staff who attended to you recalls your visit, and when asked, also recalled that you asked her for an ‘extra discount’ and ‘other services’ neither of which are available at ForeverYoungCentre. Furthermore, as you were leaving, the Centre Manager specifically asked you if your experience had been a good one, to which you replied, “Yes, I think I’m going to book another appointment next Thursday.” Then, as the manager does with all customers, she offered you a choice from a selection of chocolates, and a complimentary drink. Because of the huge discrepancy between what you stated in your review, and what actually transpired when you visited us, I decided to investigate further and look at your previous Google Business ‘Reviews’. I found that all your previous feedbacks for other businesses on Google have been of exactly the same nature. Without exception all deeply negative comments, with a one star ratings. ( I would recommend that anybody reading this can verify that fact for themselves, by checking your previous ‘reviews’ ). This does therefore raise questions regarding the honesty and sincerity of your ‘review’. If your experience had in fact been as genuinely awful as you maintain, I find it almost incomprehensible that you did not immediately make that known to the centre manager as she enquired of you as you left, or even subsequently by expressing your dissatisfaction to our business general manager by e-mail. If you would like to discuss your ‘dissatisfaction’ any further, I would be most happy to do so: ( business.manager@foreveryoungcentre.com ) Finally, I must emphasize that in compliance with UK Government Covid 19 regulations for business premises such as ours, our premises are not only kept immaculately clean and tidy ( always ), but our treatment rooms are also sanitized between each customer session, for the safety and protection of our customers and staff.

Daryl Sinclair: A great place to get acupuncture with a typical setup with the massage tables, towels, heating etc. The location is not glamorous but you after having acupuncture on a long-standing pain on my forearm, I can say that the skill of the doctor is the most-important thing. The procedure was not painful beyond expected feelings of discomfort at times as the needles are adjusted. The doctor placed them perfectly and I could immediately feel that the appropriate muscle groups and nerves were being addressed. The treatment alleviated my dull ache from a gym injury almost immediately and the effect has lingered. I was also impressed that, unlike other physios etc, she did not try to tell me I needed one session a week for the rest of my life and honestly advised that I should try to stretch the muscle regularly and perhaps do one more session if the pain returns in a significant way bearing in mind there is an injury which is healing. Based on the confidence she gave me, I may visit about a long-standing ache in my knee which no amount of physio seems to have fully addressed. Pricing was reasonable and comparable to most places in London, and the treatment was great. They play soothing music while you are getting your treatment/resting with the acupuncture needles in. I would recommend this place for the acupuncture treatment and advise people to be clear with what you want or anything that would make you more comfortable. They were considerate and got me an extra pillow, a blanket, and made various minor changes to make me more comfortable. Just make it clear what you want and need and you will have a great experience with a skilled acupuncturist.
