Michael Babiak: Stumbled upon The Hippodrome while trying to find a public bathroom but to my surprise I had actually walked into a gem of a spot. There’s 7 floors of entertainment ranging from table games, electronic games, magic mike show and a rooftop bar to top it off! The staff were friendly and very accommodating and I enjoyed my time while there

mario athamou: The service was good, the venue is lovely and the steaks are phenomenal and very well priced. There is nothing negative I can say. The restaurant is located inside the casino could not recommend the place enough.

James Harpin: Huge casino, countless tables open and the aesthetic / atmosphere is really nice. Drinks reasonable for Central London, and plenty of bars and theatres surrounding. All the staff were very friendly and chatty. The rooftop bar and gods area is so nice. As a smoker your really looked after there. The pokerstars area is a great place to play poker, a mixture of games and stakes available. Lots of tables open. Probably my favourite UK casino.

Phil Ong: I was there for my slots game in the main casino because the other slots room near cloak room not open until 6pm. Never been to this place for quite awhile. It was very busy slots due to closure of the other room. I saw an empty seat for slots. I asked the Asian lady next she said there were someone playing & there were £2.98 credit balance in the machine . I waited for 15mins but still no one came back . Then I decided to call the slots lady in charge whether to allow me to play the machine& she says it’s fine. Then she pressed to collect the balance amount ticket & ask me to press the service button to reach her if the lady comes back to play the machine. Then happily I used the machine. Out of a sudden a black lady came to me shouting very loud & scolding me for using her machine . I was shocked & tends with her attitude. I told her that I will give her back the machine but she still shouting & yelling at me. She even hands on the buttons while I’m still playing . She is so bloody rude I’ve ever met in my life. Then came the Managers to settle the situation. My suggestions are please allow customers to put a sign on screen ‘ machine in use ‘ or ‘ I’ll be back ‘ . Anyway using these signs does not mean you can hold it too long . Slots staff had to monitor the timing . I didn’t had a good experience this time because of the black lady’s attitude. Management shouldn’t tolerate this kind of behaviour in a nice casino . One of the Manager came to me & said don’t argue with her anymore. Anyway I didn’t argue or quarrel. I’m just explaining my point of view in a calm manner. Thanks for listening .

Jospeh Sparrow: Was not allowed in as they said I was drunk, I had not had a drink and have a lazy eye and a disability that affects my balance. Fortunately this place has two doors so a big F you to the bouncers at the front.

Michael: Great casino... very clean and tidy. Located on multiple floors with tables, bars and slots machines. It is very busy at a weekend so be prepared to wait for a slot machine. Big screen tvs in the bar areas.
