Megan Matsi-Smith: Excellent customer service, particularly from Andre. Always use this branch, has a good selection of products, the staff are friendly and efficient and the queue moves quickly when there is one.
Ulrich Gericke: My all time favourite shop in London. The staff are super friendly and the baked good are always fresh and delicious! This place gets busy during peak hours! I wish all M&S could be this good!
Ali Gurer: Small but very compact,efficient M@S branch with express bakery and coffee facilities. No toilet or sitting place.Some queue at the till due to constant defective tills though.

Vinny D: Just want to thank the staff that work there. I went in today to collect an online clothes order. It was no trouble and the chap went and got it really quickly. Then my mask broke and the attendant kindly gave me one. And then I had to leave my shopping at the check out (including the parcel) because I forgot to grab a bottle of water and a different attendant kindly kept an eye on it for me. What great service from all of you. Thank you so much.
Liliya Balcheva: We shop from here regularly as we live very close by and we are usually very happy with the store. Today however we were totally disappointed - the store was full of people, really really crowded, the queue was soo long, going all around the store, obviously too many people were allowed to be inside at the same time! Totally unacceptable in the current situation! And what’s worse - there were a few people inside who weren’t wearing masks. Despite informing the staff about it, no action was taken. I don’t think I will feel safe to go this store again any time soon.

Aaron Ghastkill: Fantastic store that has some good prices! It’s lacking in a freezer section which is a shame! But canned foods are dirt cheap in here. Has a card section and little accessories. Has a decent little array of vegan foods and the shop is spanned over two floors and connects directly into green park tube station so it’s very accessible. Open good hours for locals and people passing though. Is fully served with self service checkout which I absolutely love to see! More humans can go an enjoy their pleasure and leisure time without having to do that task of a machine. It’s the way of the future! Maybe train the few store staff you have in mechanic and electrical skills so they can fix and maintain the machines tho.
Cain Hands: Little Indian/Bangladeshi guy with glasses needs to be fired right away, never encountered anyone so rude! It literally came over and took bags from my self service which messed up the machine and then walked away. Fire him.
Rebecca Irvine: I visited this place on 19th September around 3pm the security guard was really friendly and nice, the cleaner was lovely I had a laugh with him and the staff in the cafe made me a gorgeous cup of coffee and was really friendly. These people should be commended for their hard work and they made me feel like a really valued customer thank you for an excellent service 😀
Min Gam: Only one or two workers in their staff knows how to make real blends of coffees. Most of the rest adding much hot water and no enough coffee or milk up to the standard depend of the brands. Most of mornings it serves by unskilled members of them.
Lemmor: This is the nearest M&S in the area and no other choice around. 2 floors but when you pay your items, some staff are not properly trained and they just intervene with our saying are you ok or can I help help you? Also I hate the camera mirrored in your face everytime you pay, it goes to show the area is full of shoplifters but also annoying that a CCTV is not enough and need a camera infront of the till. They should put a notice that this camera is for security purpose only. They should put everything in package so it’s all barcoded and no need for the camera at the till.
Ryan Hylton: clean and tidy, a lot of variety, lovely staff however you need to retrain how your security guards operate. I was followed continuously around the shop, every aisle, upstairs and down, every item i picked up. bare in mind i have been shopping here for the last 4 years and even familiar with the self check out cashiers. I confronted the guard and of course he denied he was watching me. I received an apology from the lady who recognised me. really the guard should apologies but he walked away. anyway. decent store.
VAL VLOG: Sun 4.45pm -- Long line BUT mgrs rounded up people to open 5 of the 6 checkouts and they worked fast to clear the line. I like to see good concern for customers like that.
Steve Woods: Really convenient location for party food, had a small gathering after work for a friend and around 30 others a couple of years ago. Plenty of choices for birthday party food, the pork pies were especially good, people are still talking today about how big and juicy they were!

Sera Tra: Victoria station M&S Store kept overnight dry pastries for morning service.Went on sunday opening time 8 am, , staff were adding freshly baked pastries to the old ones from last day. The old pastries were dry and rocky. Not fair for customer who did not witness and buy unconsciouly pastries made the before.
Crispy Snacks Taste different: An extremely racist manager, all his team from his own people with very less capabilities, poor customer service and angry faces with not even basic english. worked a couple of months and found it the worse people working there. Very aggressive manager and his people supervising the store.
S Jones: I’m getting SO frustrated with this store. Every time I go there, the cash till seems to be out of order and I can’t pay for my items without having to negotiate with the staff in order to pay … it’s ridiculous to have so many card tills that don’t take cash, and then not keep the single working cash till operating! Not everyone can pay by card, and especially at a mainline station where this is one of the main sources of food / drink, it’s just ridiculous to inconvenience people like this. Please sort it out and make cash payments easy during all your opening hours, not just when your single till happens to be working!!!
Evelyn Thomas: Security guard of African background was rude, aggressive and not intelligent. He was not trained sufficiently by M&S on Guide and Assistance Dogs. My dog is a registered Assistance Dog and when I showed this Security Guard my dogs certified identification card plus registered certificate and he yelled "these types of dogs not allowed" I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel aged 5 years old. She is allowed anywhere with me due to my health problems. I was highly offended by his attitude of speaking or should I say yelling at me. This person should apologise for his aggressive behaviour and be properly educated on Guide and Assistance Dogs. Discrimination at its best!

Arnjali Rowe: I went to this store on Wednesday 23 March at about 2.30p.m.and bought two items unfortunately I scanned an item twice and realised after I had paid.When I asked for a refund they were unable to do a refund and suggested I go to another store! Very poor customer service extremely disappointed.
Sandro Eid: Place is narrow. They have only self-checkout for both cash and cards. However the machine does bot accept 50 Pound notes. They have a wide variety of delicious food from many countries. The drinks section is packed with items. The self-checkout is very easy to become familiar with.
Guillermo Carlos Rodriguez Moremo: Coming back from Orpington @ 4:30 pm, felt a bit peckish. Went for the 3 course meal for £10. Then saw especial offer 3 trays of Roasted Chicken tighs (445grms each) for £7.- excellent quality, taste and ready to eat, cold or just heated up before.
Kol-C BeL: A quick and convenient stop in the heart of London metropolis where trains go to all stations nationwide from Southern England to the North, covered by fast track trains or by National Coach from Victoria Coach station, a few minutes away from the high street. Their sandwich selection and chilled drinks are good, as well as other chilled produce and sweet snacks. It is more like a convenience store but the range of non chilled produce is okay, although I think the store place emphasis on fresh produce and lunch combos. Now that businesses are slowly re-opening, I think Victoria station will become a semblance of pre-Match 2020 commute-way.

Felix Anguita Morales: Pretty good offering for a quick & inexpensive lunch. You can find all shorts of food, they always have good deals when you combine a couple of products. Pasta to heat at home / work is quite good and under £4, not really worth cooking at home is you don’t have the time. They also have a veggie option that’s even cheaper. Queues are not awful and in any case they always have a lot of tills open.
Stephen Moran: Really poor pastry section. Overcooked and lacks selection of breakfast items - croissants.Pain au raisin etc.
Justin Haynes: Quite a decent food hall. Not the biggest, but it carries a decent selection of produce. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shelves always seem well stocked. It seems to be relatively busy most of the time. The tills can suddenly become quite congested, but the queue moves fairly quickly as most people are either buying lunch, or just a few items.
Mimi Rizzo: Lovely supermarket always has the things I am looking for. I also want to shout out to Lenny who works there. He is such a polite and warm person, always chatting and seems positive which is nice.
Trang Pham: Used to me my go-to for a quick shop. The staffs were nice and friendly.It’s a shame that the new manager and the new blonde 30s lady were not helpful and looked like they didn’t want to be there.
Gwynfor Evans: Always a good range of high quality food. Post-COVID-19 there is a coffee machine available all day too. Cash or card pmt possible. Convenient location and always great for lunch.

Romario Toretto: Went to this store today i never felt discrimination like this before. All i went in for was a drink to help my acid reflux. The way i was treated by the manager & staff never again please avoid.
Diane Lucille: Glorious supermarket, google has the location in the wrong place though. It’s next to the body shop and h&m on Cheapside. Wish they’d markdown the prepared foods late night though. Good cheese selection and EXCELLENT wine selection.
Andrei Michia: Located within One New Change at floor -1. The store has two access points. One entrance is from Cheapside main Street and the other is located within ONC -1 near the spiral staircase. Quality of products is pristine and tasty, well done M&S keep the good work. The store is easy to navigate, find items and the staff is great, always ready to help with any queries. Would recommend to anyone, happy shopping to you!
W. K.: It has quite weird layout this particular store. From M&S I buy mostly desserts and I try to avoid this one because they have poor variety of fresh desserts. And they are always the same. For months I walk in and hope that I will find something new and exciting but they just keep same few desserts :( No change ever. Else,the shop is clean and neat. Convinient location.

J B: Labelled price for a sandwich and the price at the till did not match (more expensive). Lots of people having problems with the tills. The one person supporting the tills is admittedly overstretched, acknowledged it was wrong, but then went and started on a new case instead of resolving it. Sale lost.
Alex C: As usual with M&S, the staff is so nice - especially at the clothing section. Actually, other than the products, what keeps me coming back at M&S is the staff.
Sharjeel Jalal: Terrible experience with M&S last weekend. Meal deal items not placed together in the section. Things not on meal deal have been placed within the section. After making my selection, went to the checkout counter only to be told by the staff that the dessert was not in meal deal. Why? It was placed in that section in the first place. To add insult to injury, pasta pots on meal deal do not have forks next to the section but they are actually conveniently hidden near the checkout area? Are you really offering customers a "FREE treasure hunt" opportunity? Imagine you are trying to catch a train and want to quickly grad a meal before you go on board, and M&S waste your time in such manner. Manager not available to speak with.
Jyk Wong: Snacks and drinks are quite expensive on the trains. This store is a great place for stocking up before you start on your journey. Bakery items are pretty fresh. Vast sandwich selection , also check out the salads

Jonathan Homer: They have a limited selection. So useful items like large bottles of water are not sold. The smaller cheaper options are also not available. So it can be very expensive for little. Normally you can trust the chain but here they have let us down. Just expect it to cost a bit if you visit

E B: I do not understand why people rewieng negatively regarding supervision by shopassitants.There are busy station and I witnessed myself rude robery, staff always trying them best and just never had an issue with negative attidute.I am poping there mostly every morning to buy drink or lunch and staff is politly directing to self chekout. The shop is small, but very handy!
NI Reviewer: I was shopping in this M&S yesterday. I have shopped here before and had no real problems. However, yesterday whilst scanning my food items a young male worker came up and said to me that I had not scanned one of my food items. I had just scanned the item, for some reason it did not show up. I was actually aware of this and was going to scan it. I always check the screen before paying to make sure that everything I have bought is on there - and for this exact reason. I could see this guy watching me out of the side of my eye, so obviously he had something about me. It was embarrassing and mortifying to have a staff member come over to tell me that I had not scanned this item almost as if he had caught me out trying to steal. Very unprofessional behaviour. It was also disappointing to see that they have removed the fresh bakery items.
Poppy Bolton: Lost my phone in store today, called and asked if it was there and was told no. Checked find my iPhone which said it was in store so went back to get it. Still told that it wasn’t there. Pushed for the staff to look out the back for me as I could see it was in store and of course it was there. Rubbish customer service.

Karina Sokolovska: Normally I work till late therefore M&S was great shop to pop in after 11:00 pm. Unfortunately nowadays they close at 11:00pm. Can’t use it anymore.
Sanyu Kawooya: I am used to amazing customer service from M&S- this did NOT happen in this branch. Myself and a queue of customers were repeatedly yelled at by two members of staff early this evening, instead of being courteously advised to head to the self service counters. I was not impressed, if you are understaffed, have a word with your managers, do not take it out on paying members of the public. M&S, this is not how you want your brand represented.

Thomas Callan: M&S is by far the best of the high-street grocery stores in Bankside. Fresh produce is far superior to competitors, often better than what’s on offer at Borough Market. Store is very clean and cleaner than any of the other chains. And Frances is the best customer service person in Bankside. I live in the area, food shop daily, and M&S is always a pleasurable experience.

It makes my day as an older person to have such kind, friendly and familiar staff to help me and if there is such a thing as M & S staff awards, these two should get one! :)))

Hins P: I order food to go for a team lunch. I was assured that the food would be ready for when the store opened. However when we got there to pick it up, it was not ready. They staff were nice and kind so they managed to get the order ready while we waited. When we got the bags full of our order I have a brief look and noticed 1 item missing. The lady said that the warehouse did not send it so had to get the item from the shop floor. I got back to the office and unpacked the bags and realised a tray of sandwiches were also missing. I could not go back so I tried to give them a call. Customers service in a call centre picked up and said they would transfer me to the store. The store did not pick up and the line went dead. I have to leave a meeting to get the missing tray. When I got to the store the lady I had got my order from was just about to go home. Luckily she helped me and said the warehouse did not send the missing tray of sandwiches and got it from the shop floor again. If you do order click and collect, make sure you get all your items before you leave the store.

Olivia Shenghan Gao: Grabbed a sandwich from the HEAT TO EAT section and they refused to heat it up for me. I took this picture and showed them that it’s from the Heat to Eat section and they told me that it’s because it’s discounted and they only put it there to fill space. Very disappointed. Why the heck would you put sth in that section if you don’t plan to do what it said. Te two men in the counter refused rudely a girl with very bad cold and fever to save a little bit of electricity.
yasmin St Paul: Terrible, terrible service. Behind the counter staff demonstrating outrageous behaviour. The heated sandwich was over cooked and the cheese was like soup. Avoid this place at all costs.

Daryl Emmanuel: This little haven is where most go at lunch to escape the hustle and bustle of work for 30 min to an hour. It has a great view of Ludgate circus and if you have time you can watch the busy world go by. Be warned! It gets a little busy at lunch.

Elizabeth Harman: The shop is fine but DO NOT PARK HERE The car park is run by an third party and I now know 2 vulnerable women that have been scammed here. The card payment machine “eats” their card and then When they go inside the card is taken to a cash point. M&S need to cut ties and protect customers.
Jasmine Jabbari: I was shopping at Marks and Spencer’s Mill Hill today and one of the staff members, Kerry, was very rude to me when I asked her why there was no tills open. She responded by shouting at me, with an aggressive tone of voice, asking humiliating and rhetorical questions such as “am I an android” “you didn’t ask me” “can’t you see I’m the only one here” She then proceeded to walk away continuing to mumble under her breath. In all my years of shopping here, never have I met such a foul member of staff.
Fara Rameshni: Love shopping here- all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We are always greeted and warmly welcomed, especially my little girls. Simon and Nancy are particularly amazing! Polly Anna and Kerry are always so lovely too xxx

Lynsey Roberts: I hate M&S as a company as always abysmal customer service. But as this is my local one I do shop there a lot and this one has a nice community feel. Many of the food products are excellent quality throughout the chain. Shame that for years customer service is beyond dreadful: "The customer is always wrong" policy. Be careful never to return more than 1 product at a time by post...they will claim they only received 1, and it is hard to prove otherwise.

Could do with a better selection of ready-made neals and stocking their shelves more quickly. I’m from the U.S. so it’s entirely possible that I’m just easily impressed by convenient, fairly priced food that’s NOT McDonald’s. 😆 But, I loved going in to various M&S Simply Food locations around the UK and grabbing a sandwich or two, some chips, and a water for only $8 or so! Whatadeal. & so delicious too! Thank you!
Yuko: Staffs at this M&S never be the nicest however I felt very unwelcome today when I returned an item in its original box and in perfect condition. A girl served me today just gave me a dirty look and never said thank you nor replied anything to what I said but instructed me to pick up a shopping bag from the cash till to put the item in it. She even gave me a dirty look again when I saw her stocked up on aisle. The manager should give full training to staffs to remind them to treat all customers equality whatever the backgrounds.
geoffrey foucher: I really enjoy the roasted chicken, which is served as part of the m&s simply meal. It is priced reasonably and of very good quality.

Abdul Kadir: I shop here on a regular basis after work, the quality of product is better then most other stores. For a small store it has some ranges of products and can get busy at times.
Murat Dikici: It is a nice place for shopping. This branch is a little small. In general, all branches of M&S, prices are high if you compare with other shops. Time to time, there are nice discounts that must be followed.
Keith Whitty: This is a franchise M&S and lies about not taking cash for Covid regulations. They in fact have nowhere to safe their cash and is NOT M&S policy. They had customers hissing and tutting at me because I questioned these lies. I spent 4hrs ringing M&S 3 times and semding emails, being put through to wrong stores and not contacting me back etc. DONT ACCEPT LIES FROM BUSINESS
Ben Wood: Empty shelves, little choice in ready meals. Often harassed by vagrants outside who constantly go in to steal the alcohol which is placed conveniently next to the door. Usually only have the 10p bags available.
Mick Pelling: Useful to pick up a snack prior to travelling, it is a little expensive though.Usually have some sort of pasta , plus a fruit juiceWooden forks and spoons are available , to save using your fingers!

Musab Aksakal: super efficient, fast in and out M&S foodhall. Layout of store is perfect, checkout is fast and entry and exit on both sides of Bishopsgate and Old Broad Street.

Peter Gibson: Good example of an M&S foodhall. They do my favourite bought premade sandwich here. Thick white bread, generous slices of rare roast beef, Rocket band horseradish. Delicious.
marina corsini: Super convenient. However, I prefer the one near monument. Its much giver and offers more choice when it comes to lunch and dinner options.

Gordon Davis (GJD): Great store and great service. Really busy so avoid peak times. The baby changing and toilets are better than most maint stores. A great diversity of food and clothing. The cafe is well stocked and delivers excellent food. I strongly recommend the mince pie latte!
Alan T: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I tend to shop in this M&S every now and then. The staff are welcoming, often greeting me, and when asked questions about particular products they are knowledgeable and even at times go into conversation. This store reminds me of a local town store, where everyone is friendly and talks to each other. Thank you M&S Tottenham Court Rd

Suburban Steve: Pretty Good selection of good quality food a little bit on the pricey side but thats M & S for youUpdate.... carries a very nice selection of wines, and fresh bread (white bols.) you could die for.
