Amarjit Tamber: I have to say I was pleasantly surprised having arrived in Finchley to see the array of lights this store has on offer. My wife & I were so very excited about choosing our lights around the house especially the new decorated Living room. The store Manager was great, he spent time with us and explained all that we needed to know about the lights we had chosen and then we decided to complete the deal as we were sold on the products and the service that we recieved. As you can see we’re very happy as the lights were delivered promptly allow us to get the electrician in to hang these beauties. 10/10, so very happy for making the perfect choice.

Paul Young: Incredibly rude and condescending service on multiple occasions. Very bizarre customer service. It’s a shame as I would like to support a small bricks and mortar business.
Response: What a deceitful review . We have reviewed the CCTV and email correspondence and at all times you have been served at in a professional and courteous manner . Just because we won’t offer you a refund for goods that in a perfect condition, you react Like a spoilt child and give a long standing local company a one star view . Shame on you Paul
Alexandre Hurez: I was searching for a nice stylish light for the entrance of our building and the only place I found in Europe to sell such beautiful products is the Lighting Store. I bought it online for an overseas delivery (France), and had a great experience with very kind people over email. Great customer service!
Simon Walton: I took a small wall light fitting in that was no longer working and, in agreement with the suggestion of the guy in the shop, left it that they would ring me to let me know how much it would cost to fix. A couple of days later I got a call to say they had simply repaired it at a cost of £40. I went in and calmly said that was not what we had agreed and the guy in the shop simply said "most customers would be grateful..." There was no apology, he simply said that twice. He then told me I could have the light back and rather than properly disconnecting the wires from the new driver unit, simply cut them and handed me the fitting.
Nicholas Devonport: They missed their deadline by over a week. When we asked to return 2 of the 5 lights instead of telling us their policy the first reaction was and I quote "Your lieing you found then cheaper online". How dare you speak to anyone let alone a customer like that. We had another 5 lights to purchase and were going back but will never deal with this company again.
Kaptain Guzzy: Good variety and choice of all types of lighting...wall, ceiling, chandeliers, pedestal, LED, drop lights etc etc. Def worth checking out if you are looking for lighting.

Sandie Donaldson: We ordered lights for our newly renovated house to be located on the front of the house. I contacted all square lighting and the information product and service was excellent. It was good to be able to have questions answered personally and Jakes knowledge of the product was excellent. One of the bulbs was faulty and it was replaced straight away with no question We would thoroughly recommend all square lighting

M Luchesa: I bought 3 Anglepoise pendants at a very competitive price (cheapest I could find on internet). They arrived well packed but one was slightly damaged. Customer service was faultless- my call was returned and collection of the damaged light was arranged within a day. A new replacement arrived a few days later with complimentary light bulbs. Amazing. Thank you All Square. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

connor deacon: Visiting from Devon. Purchased four Chandeliers. We found the owner and sales lady very professional and knowledgable.There is an impressive amount of choice in the shop so no doubt all tastes can be catered for. We collected the Chandeliers the next day and they were all meticulously cleaned and wrapped for our journey. They now have pride of place in our 200 year old Devon country home. We would definitely recommend them.
Ben Entwistle: I bought a custom made shade. Almost too much choice but the sales woman was very helpful and narrowed down our choices. Its not easy getting the right colour combinations but she was right. Staff with product knowledge are indispensable...
