Poolside Manor: what do users think?

Daffodil L: I had my first session today as part of my physiotherapy. Very friendly and staff, nice, warm water, clean place. I am a partially disabled person and they did everything for my safety and to accommodate my special needs. Thank you for or the help!

Amy Levene: Our sons ages 3 and 9, absolutely love poolside manor. Our youngest has some anxiety about the pool and Vicki has been incredible in reducing this. His lessons are fun, personalised and completely suit what he needs. Since learning with Vicki his confidence has grown massively to the point where he was going down all the water slides on holiday this summer with total glee. Vicki is such a competent skilled creative and warm lady who goes above and beyond. Our older son who is now 9 also began as a nervous swimmer. Today he is a skilled confident swimmer who loves the pool, due to Vicki and her team’s care and support! I am a Child Psychologist and I know I am not always easy to please when it comes to my kids, however with Vicki I completely trust her and know she can 100% support the children, help them make progress and achieve to their full potential. Poolside camp is also great fun for the boys. They love the climbing wall, bouncy castle, pool and different activities on offer especially the tuc shop! But also the relationships they have with the staff who are so caring and kind and help them feel comfortable and happy. Thank you Vicki to you and the team for everything. 5*** all round experience!

adarsh madhavan: I was a beginner and took 10 adult swimming sessions to learn swimming. Harry and Lewis were really helpful and their teaching methods are extremely good. Even if there were 3 or 4 (or more) students they’ll patiently watch everyone swim, correct your mistakes and also give you suggestions which helped me a lot. Overall a really good experience and will suggest to anyone who wants to learn swimming. The other staffs are also friendly, quick to respond and help you in case if you have any queries.

Aslan KESEN: Nice pool to learn swimming but the teachers are a bit uninterested.Car park option is perfect.

Claire Johnston: If your’e an adult looking to learn to swim then I cannot recommend Poolside Manor more highly. Im a lady of a certain age and thought swimming had passed me by but I decided to have a try. Two months later I’m nearly able to manage a length of front crawl and my holiday will be transformed next month. All of the teachers are exceptionally skilled, patient and so encouraging - and very experienced. Classes are small and everyone is given individual attention. Give it a go - you will surprise yourself and have a lot of fun!

parisa varmazyari: I think it’s is not good place because it’s too small, dark and dirty. They have just one hair dryer and you want to use it, you have to stay and dry your child hair in entrance of pool!!!!! Curtains have mold!!! Generally I am not happy with them.

C P: Poor management in summer camp. My children (4 and 8 years old) attended the summer camp only twice, and each time swimsuits were shuffled, got someone else’s swimsuits and my son’s one had been missing…. Also if kids decided not to join the swimming activity, they will be just left to watch others swimming activities for nearly an hour and no other activities were offered meantime which is a bit shocking.

First Aid Training Organisation: what do users think?

zoe lawzniczak: I recently attended the Emergency First Aid at Work Course. Great course, very informative, reinforced knowledge and understanding of giving emergency first aid. Would definately recommend!

Darren H: Attended a recent course in Portsmouth and was a great experience. Found the course content to be highly engaging, educational and enlightening with a tonne of depth and detail. In particular, there were a lot of additional adjustments due to COVID that were integrated into the course. Lots of practical participation as well. A great approach by the trainer T.Parkar who provided a positive and informative approach to the training. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to obtain a new first aid certificate or for anyone who is needing to update their existing certificate.

Deborah Luton: I had a positive experience doing a course with Tahir, online. I had to send in videos of performing the various procedures for evaluation which during this period of COVID, is an efficient way of still allowing people to learn and demonstrate First Aid skills. He was good at watching them and feeding back anything that needed improving , in order to resubmit until i had it right. At first I wanted a face to face course. Covid etc meant several cancellations, until i finally agreed on this online course. I thought it was going to be inferiour, as notes were not great but Tahirs patience meant that I learnt more than previous courses. I was very pleased and I feel confident to call myself a first aider. Thankyou. I would recommend

Antony Smith: Thanks Tahir for making the sports first aid course interesting and fun with lots of stories about how you’ve put your skills to use in real life situations. Following the course I feel much more confident about dealing with injuries on the cricket pitch. Would definitely recommend

Umrao Sarao: Our experiance with Tahir ws brilliant. He showed the different procedures ranging from a baby, teenager and adult. The right steps to take in all situations. All while bringing a smile to us as sometimes these courses can drag on quite a bit. Very good . Would recommend

Mohammed A Malik: I ordered my Emergency First Aid at Work course directly from the organiser and received confirmation immediately. All 12 of my team thoroughly enjoyed the course which was set at a comfortable pace and very informative. The practical side was an eye opener and once again enjoyable and intuitive and the test made sure we knew our stuff. I have confirmed another course with FATO for the newest members of my team and would recommend them without hesitation.

JP West: Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from, but Tahir was an excellent teacher. When booking, the phone was answered almost straight away and it was a simple process. On the course on the day 100 miles away from London he was on time and on point, made the course humorous and interesting and made it feel worthwhile. There was approx 9 of us in our group. Would happily recommend FATO for any company or sports club looking to fulfill legal obligations or for personal reasons.

Murton Training & Aquatics: what do users think?

Silky Skills: My son has just completed this course and really enjoyed it and now feels well equipped to be a lifeguard It was a hard intense week but he really enjoyed it and was well looked after and would recommend this course to any of his peers thinking of becoming a lifeguard. From a parents point of view the course was very well organised, professional and communication was excellent and I felt my son was in safe hands

Louise Reuby: My son has just attended a lifeguard course with Mike. He found him an excellent trainer - he was engaging, enthusiastic and explained things very clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

Manisha Dave: Mike was a brilliant trainer - he was thorough, supportive and really easy to talk to if you were struggling with anything. Although it was an intense week (which was guaranteed regardless of the trainer), he made it very fun and we were able to have a laugh whilst still learning. He was incredibly approachable and treated you as his equal. Within only a few days of completing the qualification, I have had job offers and I now feel really prepared to be a lifeguard - so thank you.

Tara Nixon: Mike Murton was a fabulous trainer for lifeguarding. My son and daughter, who have experienced many courses and many trainers across different sports and areas of interest, state that Mike was by far the most thorough, positive and supportive trainer they have had the pleasure of learning from. Highly recommended and easily would give 10 rather than 5 stars if available.

Luke Gaiger: Great course as well as a great trainer, Mike, who is friendly and approachable. Everyone passed and lots of us got 100% on the theory, so it was well worth it.

Sarah Patrick: My son really enjoyed his lifeguarding course - he wanted to work at David Lloyd, and got a job within a week of completing the course. Highly recommended.

Brandon Watts: Very good, informative course with a good balance of all the aspects of the qualification. Would highly recommend!

Carlos Pittol: My daughter enjoyed the course very much, which was interesting and well run by a very nice trainer.

Louis Gale: Great lifeguard course and a great trainer, all passed!

George Firth: The best there is. Had a good laugh and learnt a lot in the prosess
