Salsa - Soho: what do users think?

Irena Savchenko: Always buzzing with good music & friendly crowd. The restaurant also offers an excellent selection of Plant-based tapas which was delicious & good portions. Excellent selection of drinks from cocktails to Mexican beers...even better to get those during the happy hour. Helpful staff. Top spot for a fun evening.
Response: Hello Irena Savchenko, thank you; we appreciate your feedback. Looking forward to see you again!

Jelena: It was 2 birthdays together party. We had amazing hostess Mari and fantastic waitress Erica! Those two ladies provided very memorable service and made our evening even more special. Bless them, as it was extremely busy but they kept smiling and went extra mile for us. The food was absolutely delicious and on time. Erica also helped me with our bday cake, so sweet of her. Great vibe and atmosphere, I had nothing negative about my experience there. We def will come back there one day, all my guests were impressed. Thank you! Xxx
Response: Thank you again for the great review!

BettoRomualdo: DO NOT GO THIS PLACE FOR FOOD! Better you go Tesco, Sainsbury’s or even Iceland. The food is bad!!! Don’t waste your money here! Now, if you’re looking for salsa classes and so on, then this is your place, good party, music and classes. But not for food!!!!
Response: We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Salsa! Soho, but will take this opportunity to improve. Here at Salsa! Soho, we are always looking for ways to improve; we appreciate your input. If you would be willing, we would like to have you contact our manager at 020 7379 3277 to discuss ways we can better serve you in the future.

Nathanial Jacobs: Atmosphere was great, food was wonderful and the happy hour cocktails were varied and a treat. Our server, Daniel was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. A joyous evening for sure. Next time will have to get involved with thr salsa lessons!
Response: Hi Nathanial Jacobs, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at Salsa! Soho. We're happy we could meet your expectations!

Milli Popat: The food is OK but the vibe music service is great. Came here for a Saturday night girls night out and had a great time. Sangria was not that bad and our waiter Pavan really took care of us. Thanks Salsa soho for this lovely night. 😍
Response: Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!

michan lai: Would definitely recommend to go dancing and to have drinks / cocktails there. They have an amazing playlist and great ambiance. I personally would not go for dinner again as the food is either too salty or is served cold. One dish that I would recommend not trying at all is the empanada.
Response: Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!

Jovim Lana: We came here with no reservation but still managed to get some seats. The club itself has a great atmosphere. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it. Overall had a great experience. Definitely will be coming back to have more fun!
Response: Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!

Alina: Nice atmosphere. Cheap happy hour cocktails. Veg coconut curry was half cold, probably microwaved.
Response: Hi Alina thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback.

La Pollera Colora: what do users think?

James daniels: Very hard to get water. Funny place, something like a mix of overpriced Italian and Spanish clubs but in London. The music is great if you bike latin stuff and the atmosphere is nice and chill. It’s very hard to navigate, I couldn’t even find the cloakroom. Drinks are very expensive: £7 for a 300ml beer! And if you ask for water they send you on a wild goose chase. As a Brit, and indeed as a human being, I regard water as an essential especially in very hot sweaty clubs. First time I asked for water I was told “downstairs” when I was already on the lowest floor. One guy did actually serve small glasses of water if you hung around and asked several times. Multiple other times I was simply ignored when I asked for water and a beer, with the bar woman turning instead to one of the Spanish speaking clientele who had queued behind me. The last time I asked for water “hey, just a tap water please” I was told “say please”. I said it again and got the water. I’m not sure if the staff are in some way directed to be rude to English speakers or people who like to drink water (presumably everyone in the world), but the experience was bizarre and very unpleasant. The doormen and bathroom staff were great, it’s really just the incredibly rude bar staff and the lack of accommodation for water that is the problem. It’s 2022 and we are in the UK. Set up a couple of water jugs and put some glasses out so people can stay hydrated when they are dancing. For the love of god

sandra abreu: Very welcome at the door! Music was nice, when went to buy the drinks small plastic cups which didn’t bother me too much was really annoyed was that asked for Gin tonic and I felt like I was drinking water with Lemon and ice. Went to the bartender and told him you sold us water with lemon there is no gin here he apologise saying that’s the drinks they got there.. then I asked for tequila shots I thought I need something to get the group happy omg horrendous the taste was horrible .. asked for water and left … to go there for the music you better arrive with a few drinks in the system and buy water at this place

Celso Emilio Cuasapaz: I visited La Pollera last night with my friend and one of the securities decided to take us out for no reason. The owner then noticed the issue and realised that it was unfair and fixed the situation and let us in immediately. It was actually very pleasant to see how she personally took care of us and made sure we were okay. I have never seen something like that in a nightclub. Thanks so much for the great night!!!

Chris Zanar: Horrible place, also high entrance fee Drinks are expensive and they almost always lie with prices, buy the sane drink 3 tines, you will pay a different price each time. Dont leave jackets there as they charge x3 more for storing clothes than other places.

R Johnson: Best club in london and best night of 2022. Don’t understand the 2.9 rating.Great drinks and great DJ. I’ll be back every weekend!

Sarah L: Great DJ good vibe. Entrance fee is reasonable for London. Amazing night and defo will be back

Carolina Sacadura Botte: What type of Latin bar charges £1 per lime on a drink??? Hello british megalomaniac FYI - Latin drinks are served with lime at no extra cost. If you want to own a Latin bar learn the rules beforehand.

Zehra Aydın: Less than mediocre. Not a great atmosphere nor vibes. Surprising to see there are still clubs that think putting shiny disco lights is enough to call it a ‘club’.
Response: Hi Zehra, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is important and we rely on hearing from our guests to ensure we’re doing a great job. We strive to create an incredible atmosphere and an immersive Latin experience at our venue. As you shared in your review, this was not what you experienced and for this, we really do apologize. Our customers are the heart of our business and everything we do at La Pollera Colora. We understand you’re feeling disappointed about the experience. Please know we’d like to make this right for you. If you’d like to connect further by phone or email, we’ll work with you to try and find a solution. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your trust. Thank you, again, Zehra for taking the time to share a review with us. Nicole @ La Pollera Colora Team

Veronica Marin: If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is bellow trashy, entrance is £15 and a double vodka served in a plastic cup is £14. I only got coke and very Little vodka. So do not go there, waste of time and money…
Response: Hi Veronica, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our guests’ feedback is really important to us, so that we can ensure we’re meeting the high standards that we set for ourselves. La Pollera Colora’s team works really hard to create a truly enjoyable Latin experience at our venue. As you shared in your review, this was not what you experienced so, we really do apologize. Our guests are the heart of our business and everything we do. As for the use of plastic - this is is done to protect our lovely guests and lower the risks of contamination and other dangers associated with glass. As for the alcoholic beverages we create, they are measured with accurate standard UK measuring devices which are designed to measure the exact amounts of spirits. This is done to ensure standardization, and allows for for guidance on levels of drinking. We understand that we did not meet your expectations, but we’d like to make this right for you. If you’d like to connect further by phone or email, we would love to work with you to try and find a solution. Thank you, again, Veronica for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Nicole @ La Pollera Colora Team

Marco: One of my friend ordered 6 Tequilas in Spanish and was charged £30. Another friend and I ordered the same 6 tequilas in English and were charged £42. You can gather your own conclusions from this which seems to be quite straightforward, in the UK we call this DISCRIMINATION.

Salsa - Temple: what do users think?

Mrs. Mariane Costa: Great and super large place! I can imagine when is full and buzzing it would be quite a good atmosphere in here. Good choice of cocktails 🍹. Very tropical decorated as the name says Salsa! Great location. The service is okay. The clean, there is a space for improvements. Overall it seems to be a good place to have a good time.
Response: Mrs. Mariane Costa, we're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us!

Hungry Belly: Enjoyed the free salsa intro class on Monday. The vibes are nice and staff are friendly. The cocktails were tasty, but very weak. Happy Hour is also UP TO 50% off and there is no clear indication of what reduction you will get. Slightly confusing
Response: Hungry Belly, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us.

Nomad_joey: Place was nice and big. Drinks are over priced and cocktails were weak. Food was okay but not really amazing (nachos were so bad)Oh and bouncers were super rude and aggressive for absolutely no reason
Response: Hi Joey, We are sorry to hear of your experience with us. Can you elaborate more for us if possible? Kind Regards Will

Ruchanne Green: Angelica, has been such a great host, always tending to our every need! Made us delicious cocktails, and always recommended great drinks! And to top it off she’s given us free shots!
Response: Ruchanne Green, we really appreciate your feedback! Thank you, and have a fantastic day!

Daljit Chaggar: Fries was so sweet. He made sure we were full of drinks. any orders were done really fast and with a big smile. Alot of energy. Great asset to your bar and the Britney Brunch 😋
Response: Daljit Chaggar, we are so pleased you enjoyed your visit to Salsa Temple!

Yousra Lahrach: Well… a part from the music and the salsa vibes. The food was basic, not too much choice compared to other places I have been to. The service was mediocre, I have worked in hospitality in the past and what I have seen is beyond poor service. If you could please give a bit more training to your staff members and remind them that the service charge needs to be deserved that would be great! Bouncers were very rude and aggressive. It is a real shame as the place has some great potential.

THE LATIN GROOVE LOUNGE CLUB: what do users think?

Nora: The event was supposedly to start at 3.30pm, so one would think when arriving by 5pm everything would be in full swing. That was not the case, the club was empty, no music, no food no drinks nothing prepared. Got my money backed and left after I came all the way to Camden.

Carol Lloyds: Poorly managed, quite mediocre I’d rather say!Awful Music/sound! Music in charge of a lazy/ordinary DjA WASTE OF TIME! Save your time and money just go somewhere else, probably Gabeto in Camden.

Saimon Silva: Very small club, the clockroom was close all night, music was keep going off every half an hour

MV: The place where you can build your own dreams. 😁

rashed huq: Great places to get some Latin beats

Tonu Tonu: Amazing Columbian event

Tito's Latin Kitchen & Cocktail Bar: what do users think?

Sadia: Food was okay. Drinks okay too. Service was good with smiling happy staff which is always preferred. Would recommend for afterwork drinks as happy hour 5pm -7pm and a quick bite. Will try another dish as the one I ordered was a basic dish with very little salad to accompany the mountain of battered seafood.

Tabitha: Very very good food! Peruvian owned so that means the food is always good. The staff is also so extremely friendly. Price is reasonable for the amount of food. If you want good peruvian food, this is the place!

Hiqmat E: The waiters were really friendly and welcoming. The food was great but the cocktails were even better. I would definitely dine there again.

Elisabeth M Dubus: Best cocktails in town - strong and delicious! We love the happy hour until 7PM on weekdays you get two cocktails for the price of one, really good mojito, margarita and the calamari too Carlos is the person who keeps us coming back, always a smiling face and super thoughtful.

Seranita Arbol: The food was very overpriced, especially for the quality and flavour it had. We had to add salt to several dishes to spark the flavour and the portions were quite small for the price. The Jalea was meant to be a big plate that could be shared between two but it was much smaller than expected. By the way I’m Peruvian so have been brought up knowing this food and how it should taste like. Wasn’t too happy with our lunch 😐

Danielle Bailey: Carlos was our sever....he was amazing...The food was incredible which also matched the service..every staff member was very nice and welcoming...from the Bar staff who made myself and my friend these wicked 🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹 and the Chef was super nice too...i told him that the food was excellent and he really appreciated that. COMING BACK SOON...like next week. 10/10 GUYS

Luis Marmolejo: The food was amazing fresh, juicy and served good portions. Peruvian and Latin-American menu is full of options. The service from waiters was excellent. Helena and Carlos were our waiters and they make us feel welcome in an family environment. I strongly recommend Titos as a restaurant, cocktails and tapas. Our group was big but the waiters served the food to all in perfect time. We will comeback in the first next opportunity.

Nick Martin: Came here on a Saturday night for food and drinks. Food was delicious, drinks were also amazing and staff were really friendly! My only criticism is being ask to pay to stay in the bar from 9.30/10pm onwards, after we had paid quite a large bill for a table of 6 people. I understand the resto/bar turns into a party, but I would have expected to be able to stay if we wanted to without needing to pay additional per head. Apart from that had a really good time, cheers guys.

Maurizio Muratore: The bar is downstairs and overall the place is small but worth a visit for the good vibes. People are friendly and from 11:30pm onward there is usually a live band. If you are looking for some good Spanish music and atmosphere this place is a nice option. 3.5 my vote.

Sebastian Ross: You need to experience his place at least once in your London life. So if you coming or going, keep it classy and head to Sevilla Mia.

Franklin Miranda: Lively place. Live music downstairs, DJ upstairs. Frequented by lots of Spanish locals. Good place to socialize. No cover to enter

Matt C: Basement bar/dancefloor was good fun but only starting busy pretty late on

Tommy's Travels (Shan and Rix): An awesome place to grab some good food before a night out in central

velizara bratanova: Good fun, drinks on average quality and very cheap plastic glasses. Music downstairs was somehow better the upstairs)) overall great night out!

Piotr Czajka: Amazing place😁👌 We have landed in this restaurant after long walk from Southbank, really hungry and I told myself" I need proper meat". Best of all choices. Great flavors, nice drinks, friendly atmosphere and stuff members. Not that expensive, we have paid around £25 per person. Huge portions and strong drinks, what do You need more.
Response: Thanks Piotr - we are very happy that you enjoyed Cubana and we all appreciate your kind review!

Pitchada J: First time trying out Cuban cuisine, I am hooked. The food is so delicious and if you go during the happy hours. Drinks would be buy 1 get 1 free. Must visit when you are in the area.
Response: Many thanks for the review which we appreciate - hope to see you again!

Danny Cheesman: My partner and I ate here recently, really enjoyed our experience! Food was great, atmosphere was really good and we were lucky enough to stumble in on happy hour which made the whole experience even better! Response: Thanks Danny - we are very happy that you enjoyed Cubana - our Happy Hour is quite famous and we hope you will be back soon!

dawn abbs: Visited on a Tuesday just before 19:00 - cocktails 2 for 1!!! Atmosphere is lively, friendly and children are made to feel welcome ( as were a couple of dogs with their owners) Food is good....simple, tasty , and authentic...for those that have been to Cuba you will just wish the menu was bigger!! Meat is high quality free range/grass fed, salads fresh and cocktails are delicious. The restaurant was busy but they fitted our party of 4 in and we enjoyed live music, good food and service We look forward to our next visit
Response: Thanks Dawn - we all appreciate your review and we are happy you enjoyed Cubana - come and see us again!

M K: Very nice for dates or brunch with friends. Best thing is the amazing food - good portions, delicious and authentic! Also had nice background music, not too loud which is important. One thing they can improve is indoor atmosphere to feel more cosy, such as, make indoors more bright, have comfy chairs and warmer temperature. Will be back soon to explore more of menu!
Response: Thanks MK - we appreciate the feedback which we will work on and we are happy you enjoyed Cubana

Amy Zhao: The food is delicious, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in restaurant management. There are continuous mistakes in providing catering, but the service of several young people is very good. Keep going!
Response: Hi Amy - we appreciate the review and if you let us know about the mistakes we will look into it - we hope to see you again soon!

Annie Hoyos: Good food, good drinks, good music and good vibe overall. My server Emily was excellent! Super helpful and a total plus that I could speak to her in Spanish! Felt like a home away from home ❤️🇨🇴
Response: Thank you very much Annie for the review and we will pass your comments on to Emily. We are happy that you enjoyed our food and cocktails and we hope that you will visit us again!

Tia Maria - Brazilian Bar & Restaurant London: what do users think?

Andrea Gambadoro: I found it quite interesting. Quite a few dishes that I didn’t know and it was a pleasure to try them and most of them very very tasty. The atmosphere is all right. Even if they were starting to play some love music. The stuff is not the friendliest to be honest.

Thisath Ranawaka: An easy recommendation. The staff were lovely, the ambience was great (was outside in beer garden), and the food was very good—especially given it was very reasonably priced for something so unique. Pictured is the full meat fejoida.
Response: Thanks for the kind review ❤️ please come back & visit us soon!

Juliana Miranda: Amazing food and best service! I would definitely recommend it.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Carolina N: Great place to have an authentic Brazilian meal. The waitress was friendly and acknowledgeable; very well done caipirinha and delicious food. We ordered fried cassava and vegan feijoada, and the latter was well above our expectations. Looking forward to visiting there again

Michelle Araujo: Amazing place, the food is incredible and the atmosphere is friendly and festive with a lot of music and dancing. One of the best evenings of my life. Too many caipirinhas but also beautiful memories to keep! Keep going!

Marcelo Lima: We absolutely loved the place. The food was delicious and staff extremely friendly. Thanks to Kel and her colleagues. I hadn’t had a Original beer in year and it a nice treat though I did go back to Guinness quickly. Lovely selection of platers and enjoyed the chicken hearts with onions and farinha a lot. The only annoying thing is that we don’t have a Tia Maria here in Cambridge…food for thought? Also, maybe some normal Skol even in cans would be nice. Thanks for a lovely night. Ale playing some oldies was really nice too! Cheers

Eduardo Nestal: This comment and one star goes to a specific person and not to the restaurant itself, To the"security"woman who treated me badly with threats here is my suggestion. the next time you come to work with your ugly face, know that whoever sets the rules in the place is the owner and the manager, what happened yesterday is unacceptable and clearly your attitude yesterday shows that you are a futile and unprofessional person, despite the fact that the manager and the employees are on my side of the situation know that the house is no longer an option for me until she works in this place.

La Rampa Restaurant & Bar Oxford Circus: what do users think?

Chiara Posocco: Randomly found this place and I was instantly attracted from the good vibe and live music. The food was banging, it took a while to come out but the manager gave us some free corn fritter (so yummy)! My favourite was the aubergine 🍆 probably the best dish I’ve ever had! The Cuban sandwich was also so tasty! The live music was a lovely touch and the staff attentive and friendly! I will definitely come back!
Response: Hi Chiara, Thanks so much for your feedback! We do love the La Rampa atmosphere, especially with the live music on - quite a hidden gem just off the busy Oxford Circus. Really pleased to hear you enjoyed the food and service. Hope to see you come back soon for some more of that Cuban aubergine and more! Best wishes, Karolina Group Reservations Manager

Gold Emereonye: This restaurant has a really beautiful decor and really nice staff. In addition, there’s a cuban live music night as well, I would include the video of the live music … I really enjoyed visiting, the vibe was everything.. okay back to d decor you could see so much attention and detail was put into decoration that I was pleasantly surprised by the rest room as well.. those retro pictures were a nice touch,m.
Response: Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. The decor truly is something we put our hearts and souls into, and Cuba, being so culturally rich, gives us a lot of room to explore and enchant guests with. Glad to hear the vibe was what made it for you - please come back for more anytime! Hope to see you again soon. Best wishes, Karolina Group Reservations Manager

Neta Oren: Food was excellent, service was very good. A bit pricey, a mocktail without alcohol was 10 GBP… The ceviche was excellent, the tacos were really good, the frozen margarita and daiquiri were great. The Cuban sandwich was a bit dry and not worth the price at all in my opinion. There was live Latin music which we loved and gave super cool vibes. Will definitely come back.

Stephen Vowles-Sheridan: Really nice restaurant. Staff friendly with a good atmosphere . Food was great. We had a selection from the menu and the standouts were the classic Cuban sandwiches and the corn riblets which were amazing.

Elin Quist: Loved this place. Fantastic evening and a lot of fun. Perfect food and live music. What else could you ask for? I came here hungry and went home full and happy. The food was delicious, but I especially recommend the corn ribs, yum!
Response: Hi Elin, Thanks for your review and kind comments. The Corn Ribs are most definitely one to order again. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Kind regards, Marcus

B. S: FOOD POISONING I ordered the sea bream and the smell wasn’t good. Before to eat the sea bream I ask to one of the waiter if it was fresh or not and he confirmed that it was. Nothing happened for the next two hours but I had the worst night ever. Very dangerous please and staff not ready for this industry. I’ll never come back. Very slow service.
Response: Dear B.S, I am sorry that you have been feeling unwell. At La Rampa, food hygiene and the safety of our customers is paramount. We have strict rules in place surrounding our menu to ensure that the produce from our suppliers to the dish being delivered to a table is done to the highest standards. I would be grateful if you could contact me at peter@larampa.co.uk, so that we could discuss further. Kind regards Pete

Zina V: Had a lovely night here with friends. The atmosphere, the vibe and decor were so cozy and welcoming. We went on a busy Friday night yet the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Really loved the garlic butter prawns. They were so delicious that we had to get doubles. We also got the patatas brava, mojo chicken and chicken chicharonnes. Enjoyed them all. The cocktails were great too! The cherry on the top was the live Latin music session. Kept us smiling and swaying all night. Will surely be returning soon.
Response: Hi Zina, we're so glad you enjoyed everything. Thanks for the review, we look forward to having you back soon!

Mi Me: Amazing atmosphere and service. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. The sharing plates are great paired with their extensive cocktail and drink menu. For me the highlight was their oxtail tacos and their fried chicken.
Response: It is always great to see we have delivered a great experience! Hope to see you again soon.👍 Many thanks, Bar La Rampa Team

Miraflores Bar & Lounge: what do users think?

Maria Muñoz Muñoz: Loved the whole experience. The service was delightful and the food presentations were really delicate. I will hardly recommend the mixed ceviche! Also, they cocktails were really well balance and presented

mahika chandgothia: I had quite a disappointing visit. I ordered the fried pork and fried seafood. The pork was chewy and oily. The seafood, though cooked well from inside, the crust was very soggy and doughy. We also mentioned this to the manager but he did not do anything about it. The place was also quite overpriced for the quality and quantity of food.

Bartek Lewandowski: There is no better place for cocktails in Southbank!!! Miraflores should be everyone first choice. Their cocktails are delicious - you simply just can’t stop drinking them!!! My favourites are: spicy margaritas and Bloody Mary (but that’s my personal preference) - you won’t miss on your choice! I tried almost all of them! Stuff is super friendly and they will do everything to accommodate you well. Great place for after work happy hour with 2 for 1 offer. 🤤

Andrea Muñoz: The best Peruvian food I’ve ever tried out of Perú. Really friendly staff. Definitely the taste completely justify their prices, congratulations team!!! We will be back soon, for sure. Thank you very much guys ❤️ Greetings from Cambridge

Angeliki Magni: DELICIOUS FOOD!!!!!!!!!! Very friendly staff!! All the dishes were flawless!! Make sure to try the avocado mousse with chocolate!!

Leighann Miller: First time trying Peruvian food & after experiencing such a wonderful time at this restaurant, it won’t be the last.Fabulous atmosphere, great staff & owner- very welcoming .we will definitely go back. Would highly recommend.

Chino Latino: what do users think?

Steven Morris: A lovely restaurant with a varied menu, ranging from grill favourites to sushi, all served in their signature style. I would recommend the surf and turf sushi. A very comfortable setting with views looking out over the Thames and the north side of the river. Friendly staff and excellent service.
Response: Thank you for your great review, Steven Morris. We are delighted you had a lovely time in our restaurant, and our food was to your liking. We also appreciated your feedback on our friendly colleagues. We look forward to seeing you again. Kind regards, Natacha

Olivia M: I would recommend coming here for an ambiant drinks overlooking the river, however i wasn’t fully impressed with the sushi. The quality and selection weren’t great. The service was also quite slow. This place used to be better years ago, so was disappointed by a recent visit.
Response: Dear Olivia, Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you liked the ambience during your visit to our restaurant. However, it is disappointing to see the sushi wasn't to your taste. Your comment will be shared with the restaurant manager to review and hopefully next time we will have the opportunity to wow you on your next visit. Kind Regards, Kristine

Andreas Ehrlund: Excellent kitchen, friendly but a bit inexperienced staff. I loved them though. Some minor issues only. We have a live band who were less than excellent, but that will of course not be we every night.Food: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Jessica De Agostini: Worst customer service ever. Staff doesn’t want to work. We arrived very excited for the bottomless sushi experience. We had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated but that’s ok. One waitress came asking for our main dish and I asked for the drinks menu and she never brought it, I had to stand up and go to the bar and ask another lady for the drink’s menu, she said that she was going to take my order at the table and asked for me to sit down, the table right next to us arrived after us and they offered them drinks and brought the drinks first. After a good 10 minutes the waitress arrived asking for our order but without menu, after bringing us the menu we Order a cocktail and a juice, it wasn’t fresh juice and cocktail was nice enough. We waited for I don’t know how long for the main to arrive and they even brought the main to the table next to us first. We, again, had to call the waitress and ask for our main and if it was going to take long, by the expressions they made at the bar we realised that or they forgot about us or they gave our mains to another table. Then, the mains arrived…. I have no words to express the disappointment. We ordered the duck pancakes and the pancakes came in a plastic bag!!!! Like, they couldn’t even take it out of the bag after microwaving it!?!?! We saw other tables that ordered the same and it was without a bag!No apologies for us having to wait that long. I asked a third waiter for the bill and he completely forgot, he was playing with the tray spinning it around while we waited for more than 15 minutes for the bill. At this point I had enough and decided to go to the counter and pay there, the second waiter stopped my partner asking if we payed and after he said that we where going to pay at the counter the lady rolled her eyes after he turned around. When we got to pay the bill they even asked what drinks did we have because apparently no one put them trough. The only positive: the place is beautiful with a view to the Thames, the sushi was tasty, sashimi was fresh and gyosas where really good and the blond girl that sat us was very nice.
Response: Dear Jessica De Agostini, We are truly sorry to learn of your experience, which is not at all indicative of the service and standards so many of our guests have come to know and love. What you experienced falls short of our usual high service standards, and we are working hard to ensure similar situations do not recur. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We do hope that despite your experience on this occasion, you will choose to visit us again, as we would love the opportunity to really wow you and win back your trust in us the next time. Best Regards, Solari

Priyanka Prakash (Priya): This restaurant is simply elegant. The wait staff are awesome and very accommodating. The food is superb not only in taste but also in presentation. We had a great view on the Thames from Our table. We stopped by to get appetizers as we had other plans for dinner. It was my birthday, the staff upon learning that it was my birthday quickly arranged for a very beautiful cake. Sadly, we couldn’t stay longer. They also have live music…. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy it. If you are traveling oversees and decide to check this place out then do spend couple of hours there. It is a very relaxing restaurant. It is a $$$ restaurant.
Response: Thank you for your feedback, Priyanka. How wonderful to know for the excellent impression on our Chino Latino restaurant which we always take pride-in. Aside from the wonderful view from the restaurant we are known for our finest foods that our guests truly loves it. I have shared your fantastic experience with our team as this will serve as an inspiration to everyone. Once again thank you for the time sharing your feedback and we hope to see you again on a future visit to London. Kind regards, Jeffrey

Jasmine: Had the buffet brunch - the food exceeded my expectations! (Although my expectations for Asian food in London is not particularly high). I especially loved the har gow (shrimp dumplings) and tempura! I would recommend adding a bit more water to the miso soup, it’s quite salty. But besides that, I am very happy about my meal here! Would recommend.
Response: Dear Jasmine, thank you for your review. We are glad to learn that you enjoyed your dining experience with us, especially our har gow and tempura selection! Please rest assured we will take note of your feedback to take appropriate action, and hope to welcome you back soon for another pleasant experience. Kind Regards, Irene

Ren Lam-Vechi: Food here is amazing, for a buffet style to get the quality this high I really rate them high. My only complaint is that a few months ago they had bacon wrapped dates which were incredible but were no longer there when we came back this time. Also the mains that are brought to your table; the selection was much better last time such as salmon where this time it was some very dry duck with pancakes which just doesn’t match up.
Response: Dear Ren, thank you for your feedback. We look forward to your next visit! Kind regards, Amparo
